Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang bagaimana penerapan model blended learning dengan pendekatan STEM terhadap keterampilan literasi sains siswa pada konsep cendawan pada saat pandemi COVID. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Bojong Gede Kabupaten Bogor pada tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Sampel menggunakan dua kelas X yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah tes literasi sains siswa yang berisi 20 butir soal. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan secara deskriptif, kemudian data dianalisis secara inferensial dengan tes wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum rata-rata kemampuan literasi sains siswa dari penerapan model blended learning dengan pendekatan STEM memiliki skor rata-rata 85,50 dengan kategori baik. Agar siswa memiliki pemahaman literasi sains yang lebih baik, pemahaman siswa terhadap sains harus terus dilatih melalui model blended learning dengan pendekatan STEM.

Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar matakuliah Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling berorientasi higher order thinking skills (HOTS) yang memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas yakni aspek kegunaan, ketepatan, dan kelayakan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Dick Carey & Carey dengan sembilan tahapan yaitu: 1) mengidentifikasi kebutuhan untuk menentukan tujuan pembelajaran umum, 2) melakukan analisis pembelajaran, 3) melakukan analisis pebelajar dan konteks, 4) merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran khusus, 5) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, 6) mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran, 7) mengembangkan dan memilih materi pembelajaran, 8) mendesain dan melakukan evaluasi formatif, 9) merevisi pembelajaran. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket penilaian akseptabilitas dan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil pengembangan divalidasi oleh ahli isi, ahli media dan uji coba. Uji coba tersebut meliputi: 1) uji coba perorangan, 2) uji coba kelompok kecil, 3) uji coba lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan uji coba yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar matakuliah Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling memenuhi kriteria sangat baik dan memperoleh alternatif keputusan dipakai.

Airsoft adalah sebuah olahraga permainan yang mensimulasikan kegiatan militer yang mengunakan replika senjata api yang di sebut airsoft gun. Permainan airsoft termasuk kategori permainan yang  mahal, karena harga tiap unit  dan perlengkapan lainnya cukup  mahal. Airsoft tergolong dalam Skirmish Sport atau permainan perang-perangan yang memiliki beberapa macam permainan lainnya seperti Paintball, Nerf Skirmish, Laser Skirmish dan Archery Fun Game. Manfaat dari Skirmish Sport sendiri adalah untuk meningkatkan skill menembak, melatih fisik, memperdalam strategi pasukan militer atau kepolisian. Selain itu skirmish sport juga mempunyai manfaat bagi setiap komunitas airsoft dan   masyarakat umum untuk bersosialisasi dan refreshing agar dapat memberikan suasana aktivitas yang baru dalam kaitannya olahraga dan rekreasi. Kegiatan skirmish sport ini diharapkan menjadi suatu olahraga dan rekreasi baru untuk masyarakat. Disamping sebagai bangunan gedung olahraga dan rekreasi, Semarang Skirmish Sport Area juga terdapat fungsi komersil yaitu terdapat showroom tempat pameran dan penjualan airsoft dan  mainan  nerf  serta  perlengkapan  lain  yang  berhubungan  dengan skirmish sport, ruang komunitas dan restaurant. Pemilihan ragam arsitektur untuk dalam  perancangan  Semarang Skirmish Sport Area adalah menggunakan Arsitektur Modern. Pengaplikasiannya dilakukan secara zoning, denah, sirkulasi, maupun fasad. Diharapkan rancangan ini berguna dan memberikan inspirasi bagi pembaca.

Arzara company is a company engaged in the garment sector, the development of the company affects the level of production of goods, so that in order to balance the production needs, it must increase the number of employee needs. The problem that often occurs in Arzara's company is the lack of professionalism of the company's employees, resulting in unilateral termination of employment. Termination of employment of employees of course will also affect the amount of production of goods. The SAW method or often called Simple Additive Weighting is an algorithmic method used for decision making, using certain criteria as the weight of the assessment in decision support. In making employee admission decisions using the SAW method using several criteria, which include expertise (skills), work experience, age, gender, education, health, talent, character, temperament, character, general knowledge tests, psychological tests. By using the PHP programming language, it can be used to assist the company to perform valid recruitment of employees . Applications that have been made can be used as a tool for decision makers while remaining based on a decision support system that is more effective in selecting employee admissions using the SAW ( Simple Additive Weighting ) method . 

Development of Village Potential in tourism in Patemon Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang, as well as the implementation of community service by several lecturers who have knowledge and skills about tourism. This activity was in the form of socialization about the Potential of Tourism Village based on Ekowista and Guide. The main objective of this activity is to help the people of Patemon Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City, in order to develop the potential of their village for tourism activities. As well as providing benefits in the form of Training and Skills related to the Tourism Sector based on the Tourism Law Number 10 of 2009 in Chapter I article 1. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) Analyzing the potential of Tourism Villages, in collaboration with UPRRID KKN Students, village potential based on maps, thus the principle of developing village potential as a tourist destination location through FGD of Village potential for the development of Leading Ecotourism. With the principle of making tour packages by practicing Guide training, this is the concept of Tourism Promotion and its marketing

Hypertension is nicknamed the silent killer because it is a disease without symptoms. This refers to a condition where blood pressure increases beyond normal limits, namely systolic pressure ≥140 mmHg and diastolic pressure <90 mmHg. Educational activities and detection of hypertension symptoms were carried out because the incidence rate was still high in the Maccini Sawah Health Center Working Area. This service is carried out with the target of people aged ≥ 40 years so that they can maintain a healthy lifestyle and have the knowledge, attitudes and skills to implement the principles of healthy living for every community. The aim of this service is to increase public awareness, understanding of prevention, lifestyle changes and increased participation in health decisions. The method for implementing this community service is education and blood pressure checks carried out simultaneously. There were 23 people who took part in this activity. The activity ran smoothly and well where the people who had been invited to take part in the education and detection of hypertension symptoms had followed it to completion with a total of 20 families participating. There are still many people who do not have their health checked at the health center. The community health center needs to carry out a door to door visit program to increase the coverage of the P2M program and reduce morbidity due to non-communicable diseases, especially hypertension.

SMK Negeri 11 Semarang is a school that has four competency skills, namely Graphic Preparation, Graphic Production, Multimedia, and Animation. Every time they enter the beginning of the school year, school socialization and skills competencies are carried out to new students through the Student Orientation Period, using the lecture method from each of the Head of Skills Competencies. Researchers have created an attractive and informative audio-visual presentation media, packed with docudrama stories, namely documentary films. The results of validation tests conducted by expert experts and users show that the documentary films that have been developed by researchers fall into the very good criteria with a percentage of 93.75%. In addition, through the use of the 228 new students as respondents, it can be concluded that the documentary film developed by the author falls into the good criteria with a percentage of 61%.

In their life, the people of Siwal Village cannot be separated from the use of oil. Moreover, the majority of Siwal Village residents work as food or fried food sellers on the roadside. Repeated use of cooking oil can have harmful effects on health. In addition, used cooking oil that can no longer be used is usually dumped in careless places and causes environmental pollution. Another problem in Siwal Village is the lack of skills of children due to the influence of gadgets. With these things in mind, training on how to process used cooking oil into an alternative material for making used used wax is one of the right solutions. Activities consist of a location survey, implementation, results and discussion. Implementation includes; 1) preparation 2) counseling 3) training 4) mentoring 5) evaluation 6) advanced stage training. The problems experienced by young women in facing online learning adjustments during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Aisyah Kadipiro orphanage have the potential for stress for adolescents. The existence of a source of stress or stressors that trigger stress needs to be minimized with good stress management skills. Stress management skills need to be possessed and developed so that adolescents will be more skilled in implementing appropriate coping strategies. The target of the community service program that will be carried out is the Aisyiah Kadipiro orphanage. The phenomenon of stress caused by new adjustments to learning online during the Covid-19 pandemic makes teenagers feel stressed in learning. A solution that can be used to teach adolescents about stress management is through online stress management training. In this training, you will be taught about problem-solving when facing stressful situations and doing relaxation. The expected result of this community service activity is that teenagers in the orphanage can apply and practice coping strategies to manage stress during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This community service is in the form of delivering material exposure to the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning to Teachers of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta. Community service by presenting teachers, school principals and in material presentation and interactive question and answer events to the level of mastery of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta teachers regarding the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning for SD Mojosongo III Surakarta Teachers is intended to be able understand the essence of 4C in learning to support the smoothness of the learning process as well as theoretical clarity and a better understanding of learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in elementary schools. The delivery of this material to all teachers at SD Mojosongo III Surakarta, school principals and school supervisors totaling 25 teachers, both classroom and sports teachers, religion teachers and art teachers from parallel classes at the school. With the hope of teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that aspects of teacher knowledge and skills can further improve the abilities and professionalism of primary school teachers. Providing a scientific basis for elementary school teachers in understanding the essence of 4C Implementation in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning which consists of Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity, and provide theoretical clarity and understanding better about learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in Primary Schools. The implementation will be held on Monday, July 15 2020 in the SD Mojosongo III Surakarta classroom with a 6 hour implementation time pattern, starting at 8.00 WIB until 15.00 WIB. The purpose of the research was to find out the level of the students' problem solving skills on environmental material at X class of MAN Bintan. The researcher applied descriptive quantitative approach as method for analyzing the data. Sampling in this study using Total Sampling technique with the sampel consisted of 59 students. This instrument is used to collect students' problem solving skills through six aspects to Chang & Kelly with 6 items essay and feature interviews. The data were analyzed with statistical rule in percentage. Based on the results of data analyze shows that a 77% rate highly classified. The researcher concluded that student at X class MAN Bintan has good problem solving skills. However, it still needs training and guidance to develop problem solving skills.

This community service was conducted for Karang Taruna, a youth organnization, at Perum Graha Kencana RT 01 RW 27 Kadipiro Surakarta. The focus was a training of using Rosetta Stone and Google Translation to improve English skills. The materials were delivered using three phases namely presentation, practise, and production. The training was beneficial for the participants specifically to improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills as well as translation. Having adequate understanding of using Rosetta Stone and Google Translation, the participants were able to develop their English especially when completing school assignments.Keywords: Rosetta Stone, Google TranslationÂ

The human resource (HR) consolidation program in improving the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market aims to improve the quality of life of waste managers through relevant training and education. Held during May 2021, this activity includes intensive training and counseling. Training includes waste management management, recycling techniques, and entrepreneurship, while counseling provides knowledge about the importance of environmental health and hygiene. Group discussions and field visits were also conducted to see best practices in waste management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the skills and knowledge of waste managers, who are now able to apply recycling techniques more efficiently and utilize waste into products with selling value. Their awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental health and hygiene is also increasing, creating a cleaner and healthier market environment and increasing their income through the sale of recycled products. The implication of this activity is to improve the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market. With the new skills they acquire, waste managers not only improve their own economic conditions but also contribute to the cleanliness and health of the market environment. This program shows that with the right training and education, waste managers can be effective agents of change in society.

Global environmental changes have increased the complexity and disarray of the competitive environment, resulting in severe competition and placing pressure on each player to hone their creative business skills. At this point, the company realized that using its human resources would be its last remaining option for resolving the problem. In other words, enhancing organizational performance motivates staff to produce top-notch work. As a result, from the beginning of the job relationship until it is over, efforts must be made effectively. Discipline may motivate workers to carry out any duty successfully. Therefore, you must try to become an expert in the discipline. This study set out to determine how much the employees' level of education and work ethic influenced their performance at the Semarang District Social Service. The data used in this inquiry were based on the survey's fundamental information. The sample for the study consisted of every employee of Semarang District Social Service.

Teenage pregnancy and parenthood among teenagers are still a matter of international concern because of the potential adverse consequences for society, families and individuals. Teen pregnancies are more than 80% unplanned. The transition to parenting experienced by teens creates a period of instability that demands new parenting roles. Parenting by adolescent mothers will be more effective when adolescent mothers receive strong social and emotional support from their families and partners. The purpose of this study was to explore social support for adolescent mothers in the care of infant children. Qualitative research methods with an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach. Respondents in this study there were 5 respondents who met the inclusion criteria were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data was obtained using a semi-structured interview method. The research credibility was achieved by using triangulation of sources through interviews with the mothers of the main participants. The results showed that the five participants expressed various experiences of being a mother that varied when caring for infant age children depending on the situation experienced by each mother. Social support for adolescent mothers in child care includes 4 themes, namely 1). Instrumental Support, 2). Information Support, 3). Financial Support, 4). Emotional Support Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that there will be a special program for adolescent mothers, in which the role of health workers is able to support mothers' efforts to obtain optimal education and skills in parenting.

English learning for children called English for Young Learners (TEYL) is developing in various parts of the world, especially in developing countries including Indonesia. This policy began in Indonesia since the enactment of the 1994 Curriculum, and its implementation continues to be increasingly necessary. This is related to the government's efforts to prepare reliable and quality students, who will be able to compete at the national and international levels. English has become a very important language in the international community. Therefore, everyone is expected to be able to learn, master and understand English well. In Indonesia, English occupies an important priority as the first foreign language that must be studied and mastered by students and has been taught in schools ranging from kindergarten to university level. In learning English, there are four (4) language skills that must be learned by students, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. One of the important language skills to be learned by students is speaking. One element of language that needs to be improved to support speaking skills is vocabulary. Vocabulary plays an important role in word recognition. The more English vocabulary that is owned and mastered by students, the better they are at understanding various learning materials delivered in English. Mastery of a large and extensive English vocabulary can also improve students' ability to communicate using English. The introduction of English vocabulary in SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar can use learning media that is fun, easy and effective. The learning media is Word Webs. The Word Webs media has the benefit of increasing students' knowledge of English vocabulary and strongly supports speaking skills. Word Webs learning media is a learning media that can be used in the teaching and learning process of English especially Vocabulary. Through this Community Service Activity or Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, learning English using Word Webs media at SDN 01 Suruh Karanganyar feels more fun and memorable. This will make students feel enthusiastic and happy in learning English provided by using Word Webs media. This media can also help teachers in teaching English vocabulary to support students' speaking skills with fun.

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

Hasil survei TIMSS menunjukkan Indonesia berada di posisi bawah jika dibandingkan dengan beberapa negara di Asia. Upaya yang dapat ditempuh dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah adanya pelatihan penyusunan soal HOTS bagi guru. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari program pengabdian ini adalah (1) memberikan pemahaman tentang ciri-ciri dan cara pengembangan soal HOTS yang berkualitas baik; (2) memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam mengubah soal biasa menjadi soal HOTS; dan (3) pengembangan soal HOTS bagi guru-guru di SD Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: (1) metode pendekatan yang dilakukan mulai tahap survei, perijinan, dan pemberian motivasi bagi guru yang akan mengikuti pelatihan (2) metode pelaksanaan program, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi dan audiensi, tahap pelaksanaan, serta tahap evaluasi akhir. Target luaran yang dihasilkan melebihi target luaran yang diharapkan yaitu jumlah guru yang hadir dan mampu mengembangkan perangkat soal HOTS berjumlah 25 guru meningkat dari 21 guru yang ditargetkan. Hasil kuesioner tanggapan guru terhadap pengabdian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa materi pelatihan pengembangan soal HOTS sangat diminati dan dibutuhkan guru dalam pengembangan pembelajaran abad 21 dan menunjang era revolusi industri 4.0. Guru merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan karena dapat menjadi wawasan keilmuan baru dalam pengembangan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa perangkat soal HOTS sesuai dengan materi yang diampu guru serta implementasinya dalam pembelajaran di kelas, serta publikasi artikel pengabdian dalam jurnal ilmiah.

Temanggung robusta coffee has flavors and raw material components that reflect the regional characteristics. To assure the quality and increase the competitiveness, coffe harvesting and post-harvest processing must be carried out according to the geographical indication standart (IG). The application standar of IG practically still has several problems such as a low motivation of harvest and post-harvest processing aspects as well as farmer’s group management. By cooperating with two farmers’ group in Muncar and Ngadisepi village, Gemawang sub-district, Temanggung Regency, Universitas Sebelas Maret has implemented community partnership program. This aim at increasing motivations and skills of farmers in managing coffee processing based on IG standart. Methods used in this programs include: (1) training, (2) introduction of a pulper device, and (3) supervision. This program has: (1) increased motivation, knowledge, skills of farmers’ group in coffee post-harvest processing based on IG standart, (2) increased motivation for strengthening management of farmers’ group institutions, (3) provided applied technology, and (4) increased the economic of coffee value added.
