The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Ice Breaking Technique on the Learning Motivation of Class VIII Students at One Roof Middle School Negeri 5 Pangururan in Christian Religious Education and Character Education Subjects for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design type in the form of a One Shot Case Study. The population is all 102 class VIII students at One Roof 5 Public Middle School in Pangururan for the 2023/2024 academic year and a sample of 41 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 28 items, namely 12 items for variable Negeri 5 Pangururan Subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test, obtained a value of rxy = 0.456> rtable(α=0.05,n=41)=0.308. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 3.200> ttable (α =0.05, dk=n-2=39)= 2.021. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 20.8%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount> Ftable=( α =0.05, dk numerator k=15, dk denominator=n-2=41-2=39) namely 10.24>1.92. Thus Ha accepted and H0 rejected.

Divorce is the end of a marriage between husband and wife and they no longer live together. Divorce is also a severance of the relationship between husband and wife in faith and the blessing of not being together again to seek their respective lives. Many people have divorced, even though we know that divorce is strictly prohibited in Christianity. In the Bible, divorce is hated by the Lord Jesus in Matthew 19:6 which states that divorce is prohibited. The aim of this research is to find out divorce due to domestic violence: A feminist approach Matthew 19.9. In marriage, you definitely hope for a happy family full of love. Every family definitely wants their family to be safe, comfortable and always happy. However, we cannot deny that having a family is not only about happiness, but in the family it can also bring conflict due to misunderstandings or incompatibility with each other. Lack of harmony between husband and wife which can lead to domestic violence (KDRT). Domestic violence in the family is a shame that often becomes an excuse to cover up the facts of domestic violence. Those who are considered to be exposing their own family's disgrace and embarrassing themselves. The research method used in the research is qualitative research using Fiorenza's feminist interpretation approach. All research materials used in the discussion of each part of this study will be taken from the literature available in the library. A literature review includes identification, explanation of sources, and systematic description of documents containing information related to the problem to be studied. The results of this pattern renewal research provide an opportunity for women's independence to escape from the hegemony of male colonization. Jesus created equality in the relationship between husband and wife.

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Inventory Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Cooperative Profitability Levels. The research method used in this research is the comparative analysis method. The sample used in this research used a purposive sampling method, namely financial reports in the form of balance sheets and profits/losses of KPN Nur Afiah RSUP Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar for the period 2020-2022. Net Profit Margin (NPM) is an analysis in this research to show that Inventory Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Profitability Levels have a very big influence. Furthermore, Inventory Turnover describes how much current assets turn into cash, likewise, Receivables Turnover describes how much current assets turn into cash. Meanwhile, profitability describes how big a cooperative or company's ability is to generate profits.

Mental health is a vital aspect of deep human life, and religious views play a crucial role in understanding it. This research aims to explore and understand the relationship between mental health and religious perspectives on individual quality of life. The research method used was a systematic review by searching for articles on Google Scholar using the keywords "Health," "Mental," "Al-Qur'an," and "Islam." Inclusion criteria include research articles in the last 10 years, Indonesian, in journal form, and publicly accessible. The research results show that mental health plays an important role in the Islamic view, which provides comprehensive guidelines for maintaining mental health. In the Islamic view, several important aspects include tawakkal (submission of oneself to Allah), dhikr and prayer to relieve stress and anxiety, maintaining balance in life, supporting healthy social relationships, providing social support, forgiveness, patience, and when needed, seeking help professionals such as psychotherapy or counseling. The Islamic view of mental health involves spiritual, psychological, and social dimensions, and by combining religious teachings with appropriate medical care and social support, individuals can achieve optimal mental health in accordance with the principles of their religion. Mental health in the Islamic view is an integral component of efforts to achieve holistic well-being in an individual's life.

The aim of this research is to find out the meaning of respect for ancestors contained in the mangongkal holi ritual of the Christian Batak community. The research method used is qualitative research with a socio-theological approach. The current understanding of the Christian Batak community regarding the mangongkal holi ritual is very different, especially after the arrival of Christianity to Batak land, some think that this ritual contains animism or something else and there are also those who think that this ritual is contrary to Christianity. This ritual cannot be said to be in conflict with Christianity, but on condition that in the ritual there is no hasipelebeguon or things related to ancestor worship because in essence, as a Christian Batak society, they must be able to balance ritual and religion. This research explains what the meaning and purpose of the mangongkal holi ritual is for the Batak people, how the ritual and things related to mangongkal holi are carried out and their relationship with Christianity, and this research also explains how ancestors are respected biblically and also in Toba Batak ways. The result of this research is to examine socio-theologically the mangongkal Holi ritual by taking the example of moving Joseph's bones, which is about how respect for ancestors is depicted.  

The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of Job's piety amidst suffering in the context of Job 2:1-13 and to reflect on Job's piety amidst the suffering of Christians today. The research method used in this research explores the themes of piety and perseverance in the context of Job 2:1-13 through an exegetical study approach. Job, a figure in the Bible who experienced severe suffering and trials, is the center of attention in this writing. This study considers the picture of Job's piety, despite facing extraordinary trials, still persevering in piety and maintaining his faith. From the context of the book of Job and his life experiences, a picture of the meaning of a believer being able to face suffering is drawn. This suffering is an inseparable part of the reality of human life. More than that, the suffering experienced by believers can be considered a gift from Allah which aims to bring their personal relationship with Him closer. The main key in facing suffering is to carry it out with strong piety, because this strengthens the human bond with Allah. Even though Job experienced tremendous suffering, Job never turned his back on God; on the contrary, Job remained faithful to Him. Job's story should be an example for believers today, remembering that in every hardship, struggle and suffering, steadfast faith and piety should encourage Christians to continue to draw closer to God.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of comprehensive learning strategies on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive inferential statistics. The population is all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 104 people and a sample of 36 people was determined, namely 35% of the population. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 20 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the complete learning strategy on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2022/2023 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the positive relationship to obtain a value rxy = 0.512 > rtable(=0.05,n=36) = 0.329, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable .05,dk=n-2=34)=2.042, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 26.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable, namely 9.50 > 1.51. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of comprehensive learning strategies on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive inferential statistics. The population is all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 104 people and a sample of 36 people was determined, namely 35% of the population. The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of parental guidance on the interest in learning of children aged 5-6 years at the Smart Ceria Tapian Nauli Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The family here is the center for the development of all activities, both learning activities and other activities that can develop the child's interest in learning. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative research method. The population is all children aged 5-6 years at the Smart Ceria Tapian Nauli Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, 2022/2023 Academic Year, totaling 38 people and a sample of 20 people was determined using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 30 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of parental guidance on the interest in learning of children aged 5-6 years at the Smart Ceria Tapian Nauli Kindergarten, Sipoholon District, 2022/2023 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test a positive relationship to obtain a value rxy = 0.673 > rtable(=0.05,n=20) = 0.444, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable .05,dk=n-2=18)= 2.101, thus there is a significant relationship between variable The regression equation Y ̂="17","24"+0.65X is obtained. So Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The population is all grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung totaling 179 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the Purposive Sample technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 48 items, namely 20 items for variable X and 28 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence of inquiry learning strategies on learning interest in the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Ethics grade IX SMP N 2 Tarutung Learning Year 2022/2023: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.609 > rtable(=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 4.211 > ttable(=0.05,dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="20.49"+1.11X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 37.1%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcalculate > Ftable=(=0.05,dk numerator k=14,dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) which is 17.69 > 2.01. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of teachers' interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects for class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive inferential approach. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 190 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the probability sampling method with simple random sampling type. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 32 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of teacher interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education in class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test The positive relationship obtained is rxy = 0.593 > rtable(a=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.037 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="21","28"+0.58X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 35.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=14, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 16.28 > 2.01. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the Reward And Punishment method has on the Learning Motivation of Christian Education for Class V Students of SD Negeri 29 Pardomuan I, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The research method used is quantitative research method with inferential statistics. The population is all grade V students of SD Negeri 29 Pardomuan I, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency, totaling 35 people. This study is a population study because the subjects are less than a hundred people so all of them are taken. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 40 items, namely 24 items for variable X and 16 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that: 1) test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained value rxy = 0.517 > rtable(=0.05; IK=95%; n=35) which is 0.334 (0.517 > 0.334). b) A significant relationship test obtained a calculated value of 3.47 > the ttable price for an error of 5% of the two-party test and dk = n-2 = 35-2 = 33, then obtained ttable = 2.021 (3.47 > 2.021). 2) influence test: a) regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂=41.81+0.20X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r²) = 26.7%. 3) test the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcalculate = 11.58 and obtained Ftabel = (=0.05, dk numerator k k = 18, dk denominator = n-2=35-2=33) = 1.51 then Fcalculate > Ftable which is 11.58 > 1.51. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of the Reward And Punishment Method on the Learning Motivation of Christian Education for Class V Students of SD Negeri 29 Pardomuan I, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Problem Based Learning Model on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education in Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Salak, Pakpak Bharat Regency, Academic Year 2023-2024. The research method used is a quantitative research method and a pre-experimental design research type in the form of "One Shot Case Study". The population was all class IX students of SMP N 1 Salak, totaling 146 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the Purposive Sample technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 17 items and 17 items of observation sheet for variable Y. The study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Principal's transformational leadership on improving the performance of teachers at SMAK Ebenezer Hutabalang. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the transformational leadership of the Principal on improving the performance of teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023. This research method is quantitative. The population of all teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023 amounted to 20 people. Sampling is the entire population so that this research is population research. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire. The results of the analysis requirements obtained the value of rxy = 0.631> table = 0.444 indicate a positive relationship between the transformational leadership of the Principal with teacher performance and obtain a regression equation. Hypothesis testing obtained Fhitung = 11.92> Ftabel = 3.55 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concluded that there is a positive influence between the transformational leadership of the Principal on improving the performance of teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023 by 39.82%.
