The digital age encourages the flow of information to move quickly and shift the pattern of international relations. This has influenced the development of the total diplomacy scheme in supporting the achievement of Indonesia's diplomacy goals. In this program, we take international relations students of Slamet Riyadi University as activity partners.International Relations students should be able to engage in total diplomacy positively. They will be provided with digital intelligence according to the positive character of the nation is needed, so that they are able to contribute in growing Indonesia's positive image in the international eyes. This community service program would like to support Indonesia's efforts to collaborate digital media in a total diplomacy scheme with student youth agents, through "Strengthening Youth Digital Intelligence as a Form of Its Contribution to Indonesian Total Diplomacy." They were given socialization, training and assistance in creating content related to diplomacy. The series of activities lasted for six months, starting from the exploration to the distribution of video content made by them which was adjusted to the Indonesian diplomacy mission. Keyword : digital intelligence, Indonesia, total diplomacy, youth

This study aims to examine the quality of public services in Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency, focusing on citizens' basic needs and civil rights. This study used qualitative and descriptive methods, with data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the quality of service at the Pusakajaya sub-district office was not satisfactory, mainly due to limited physical infrastructure and service facilities, such as the absence of a comfortable waiting room, inadequate service room, and lack of air conditioning facilities. Despite these barriers, service processes generally conform to existing standards. Supporting factors for service quality are employee work motivation while inhibiting factors include employee shortages and inadequate infrastructure. This study suggests improvements in human resource management, acceleration of infrastructure development, and increased employee motivation as important steps to improve service quality. It is hoped that with this improvement, the quality of service in Pusakajaya District can meet the needs and expectations of the community more effectively.

The quality of health services shows the level of perfection of health services in creating a sense of satisfaction in patients.In this study, researchers used a purposive sampling type of research, namely sampling with special criteria, namely inclusion and exclusion criteria with a cross sectional approach, namely research that explores, analyzes and explains the relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at the Ridge Health Center. The data needed comes from filling out questionnaires by patients or families of patients seeking treatment at the Ridge Health Center.The sample in this study used 44 respondents who received treatment at the Ridge Health Center. And in this research, the instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 40 questions.The results of this study show that there is a relationship between the quality of health services, reliability (0.038<0.05), assurance (0.000<0.05), tangibility (0.002<0.05), empathy (0.000<0.05), and responsiveness (0.000 <0.05) with patient satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the quality of health services (reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness) with patient satisfaction at the Ridge Community Health Center. The advice that researchers can give is that they can evaluate and improve management to improve the quality of service so that patient satisfaction is related to research results, namely the components of speed of administration, patient comfort as well as completeness of medical equipment and accuracy of information so that it is hoped that it can increase patient satisfaction.    

Parking fees are a potential source of local revenue (PAD). Revenue from parking fees is a potential source of local revenue, given the fact that there has been an increase in the number of motorized vehicles in Lamongan Regency, both cars and motorbikes. The problem with parking fees that is often faced is a lack of understanding about parking fees and law enforcement related to parking fees. Based on these problems, the community service team of Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan in collaboration with the Lamongan Regency Government held a socialization of parking fees for parking attendants in Lamongan Regency with the hope that there would be an increase in understanding of parking fees and their laws, followed by an increase in Regional Original Revenue (PAD) so as to create development growth in Lamongan Regency.

All members of the Kelapa-Mas community work as palm-sugar-maker in Kliwonan, Banjarharjo, Kalibawang District, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The community has been producing palm sugar for generations and selling it to traditional markets around the village. There is a possibility that the community product could be developed to get a wider market and would give a better economic impact on the community. Through the UKDW Service Learning program in 2019, the community has been assisted to increase the value of their palm-sugar product. This assistance is carried out in 4 stages, First: counseling of good and hygienic production processes according to P-IRT standards, Second: assistance to product branding and packaging, Third: counseling and initiation of product marketing through online/digital and offline media, in collaboration with retail stores, and Fourth:  assistance and initiation of an organization, in order to continuing the palm-sugar-maker community to operating and growth independently. The results obtained during the full one-month intensive mentoring period were: the better sugar products with clear & catchy branding, a wider offline marketing network through modern retail and online media, a business license for P-IRT, and a well-structured-organization for management of the Kelapa-Mas palm-sugar household industry community organization

Increasing soybean production is still experiencing many obstacles. Senting village farmers, Sambi sub-district, Boyolali district, used to grow soybeans with seeds purchased from local village markets of poor quality. Given that the importance of seeds in influencing soybean yields, farmers need to be supported the help of superior seeds. The seeds for farmers' help are intended to show that new varieties of soybeans will produce higher yields. Community service is complemented by training in making soymilk for PKK mothers in the local village. The output of community service in 2019 is expected to be able to show an increase in crop yields and be useful for mothers to generate ideas and be brave in developing soy milk. Students who help this service are expected to learn directly from the community and also on soybean farms.

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

English learning for children called English for Young Learners (TEYL) is developing in various parts of the world, especially in developing countries including Indonesia. This policy began in Indonesia since the enactment of the 1994 Curriculum, and its implementation continues to be increasingly necessary. This is related to the government's efforts to prepare reliable and quality students, who will be able to compete at the national and international levels. English has become a very important language in the international community. Therefore, everyone is expected to be able to learn, master and understand English well. In Indonesia, English occupies an important priority as the first foreign language that must be studied and mastered by students and has been taught in schools ranging from kindergarten to university level. In learning English, there are four (4) language skills that must be learned by students, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. One of the important language skills to be learned by students is speaking. One element of language that needs to be improved to support speaking skills is vocabulary. Vocabulary plays an important role in word recognition. The more English vocabulary that is owned and mastered by students, the better they are at understanding various learning materials delivered in English. Mastery of a large and extensive English vocabulary can also improve students' ability to communicate using English. The introduction of English vocabulary in SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar can use learning media that is fun, easy and effective. The learning media is Word Webs. The Word Webs media has the benefit of increasing students' knowledge of English vocabulary and strongly supports speaking skills. Word Webs learning media is a learning media that can be used in the teaching and learning process of English especially Vocabulary. Through this Community Service Activity or Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, learning English using Word Webs media at SDN 01 Suruh Karanganyar feels more fun and memorable. This will make students feel enthusiastic and happy in learning English provided by using Word Webs media. This media can also help teachers in teaching English vocabulary to support students' speaking skills with fun.

Community service activities carried out in Babakan Village,  Ciparay District, Bandung Regency are community service activities that become the annual agenda of the Immanuel College of Health Sciences in Bandung. In 2018, the Nursing D3 study program focuses community service activities at Babakan III Elementary School. The target of these community service activities is for students in grades 1 through 6. The aim of community service is to increase the knowledge of SD Babakan III students about personal hygiene, and to know the optimization of personal hygiene. Method: This activity was carried out in SD Babakan III using a community empowerment approach. The intended community is  elementary school students in Babakan III, Ciparay Subdistrict, especially classes 3 and 4, as many as 85 students were trained for 2 days. The form of training provided is through the provision of material with lectures, discussions and demonstrations. Results: Based on the evaluation in the form of pre-test and posttest, there was an increase in students' knowledge, from 60% to 90%. This training also provides enrichment about personal hygiene for class teachers in SD Babakan III, Ciparay District. Conclusion: This training was conducted at SDN Babakan III with a total of 85 students, with a good level of knowledge (90%) after 2 days of training. It is hoped that the training that has been carried out will be able to become the foundation for behavior change in the school environment and at home by applying the principles of healthy living. 

Simpang Tuan Village in Tanjung Jabung Timur Distric has a fairly  high smoking problem that is 79.9% (Primary Health Care Data). Based on these data, it can be concluded that smokers in Simpang Tuan village are already at the stage of addiction, as a result smoking behavior is difficult to stop. The PKM-M team has provided a method that is quite effective in dealing with people who smoke by conducting socialization activities on the dangers of smoking, giving stickers, signing petitions and making commitment boards. The purpose of this program is as a community service effort to create a smoke-free area. Methods: This program is carried out for 1 month, from April to May 2019, and ends with an evaluation of activities, namely by visiting residents' homes and asking what changes have been experienced after this program. Results: Through this program, the PKM-M team has obtained satisfactory results, because the response and appreciation of the community towards this program is very good. This can be seen from the evaluation results that show 80% of people have reduced cigarette consumption at home and people are starting to realize not to smoke in the surrounding environment. Conclusion: this method effective to reduced cigarette consumption 

Children’s sexual abuse was increasing at Tuban district. Data from the Social Service for Women Empowerment and Child Protection (Dinsos P3A), and NGOs in Tuban District recorded an increase in violence against children, especially victims of sexual abuse from 2013 to 2017, even after Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 13 of 2013 concerning Child Protection was implemented. The impact of cases of sexual violence on children is very severe because it can cause severe trauma, loss of self-confidence, victims will feel hate towards themselves to personality disorders as adults. Methods: One effort that is promoted as an action to prevent incidents of sexual violence against children is an educational workshop sexual abuse in children. The purpose of this community service activity is twofold, namely to increase understanding of sexual education in children and to increase children's awareness of acts of sexual violence, namely to fourth grade students at SDN Gesikharjo Palang Tuban. Result: The workshop was conducted by giving counseling to 86 students grade IV at SDN Gesikharjo Palang Tuban, followed by educational games using giant ladder snake media that have been modified to contain content on sexual education and sexual violence in each box with participants as the pieces to evaluate participants' awareness of sexual violence then closed with a child's self-reflection with a picture of himself to identify the possibility of violence in children. Conclusion: This activity succeeded in increasing the understanding and alertness of grade IV children at SDN Gesikharjo Palang Tuban and finding students who were victims of violence which were then treated by counselors from NGOs caring for children. Suggestions, the government and educational institutions need to launch a sexual education program and increase awareness of sexual violence against minors as an effort to prevent sexual violence against children.

This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Desa Papahan, Kec. Tasikmadu, Kab. Karanganyar. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. By comparing the results of answers that have been done, it will be known whether there is an increase in knowledge about the entrepreneurship and scope.Keywords: Counseling, entrepreneurship, management

Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. This article is a form of publication of community service that has been carried out on Tuesday, February 6, 2018,at RW XXII Bibis Luhur Kel. Nusukan Kec. Banjarsari Surakarta Central Java. This community service is entitled "training of sticks from herbal and pioneering industry as a home industry" which aims to provide understanding and skill through counseling, training, and application of herbal balsam in the form of sticks, and utilization in health by empowering natural resources optimally, produce new products, besides can be made for self-use, sticks balm is a product that is very much needed by the community, so it is possible to develop its production in the scale of home industry to improve the economy of the community.

Diversification of post-havesting of coffe managed by the coffee farming group in the Sidoharjo district, Kulonprogo has several problems in post-harvest handling and processing coffee, especially in processing of coffee powder  with good manufacturing process (gmp) as well as conventional marketing management. Through the Community Partnership Program (PKM), the service team provide solutions to outcome problems through several methods; 1) training and assistance in post-harvest handling  2) training and assistance in the production of ground coffee in a natural process and 3) training and assistance in marketing management with digital marketing. The results of the assistance are the post-harvest handling and processing of coffee properly and correctly by producing ground coffee with the brand name "Lemon" as well as better managed marketing, not only in a conventional manner but also by using marketing based technologoy (www .kopilemon.com). With this Community Partnership Program, it has an impact on increasing the competitiveness and welfare of coffee farmers in the Menoreh area

Prostitution is an act that deviates and violates the rules of social and religious values ​​and norms. Prostitution involving parties such as pimps, commercial sex workers, and service users comes from various circles due to economic factors and lack of mental strength in dealing with global changes in society that changed to the modern era, as well as lifestyle demands where values ​​and norms exist in in society began to be eroded by the changing times that are increasingly developing. The method used in this research is normative juridical, research specifications in concreto, secondary data sources, the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that law enforcement in the handling of prostitution in Demak Regency was carried out using the model of actual enforcement law. It emerged after the discretion in law enforcement was believed to be due to limitations, both related to infrastructure, quality of human resources, quality of legislation and lack of community participation. Law enforcement officers include the Civil Service Police Unit, Demak District Police, and Social Services. Obstacles that occur in law enforcement in the prevention of prostitution in Demak Regency are due to legal factors including; in the sound of the Regional Regulation numbers are unclear so that it can be bargained in other words not in accordance with these rules, law enforcement factors; law enforcement officials are less assertive, law enforcement officials prioritize the principle of humanity, and the lack of personnel, factors and facilities include; the absence of rehabilitation houses to accommodate community disease perpetrators (CSWs) and lack of funding to crack down on perpetrators to the judicial process, community factors include; the community is less participating in reporting the practice of prostitution around them, and there are backing / thugs or pimps who protect commercial sex workers to provide information early so they can escape, cultural factors include; The inherent community culture has long since begun to be abandoned, and the existence of a modern city culture has entered the Demak District.   Keywords: Law Enforcement, Prevention of Prostitution

Problems related to illegal downloading are still a problem for songwriters or musicians in Indonesia. In the UUHC and the ITE Law, it has also been regulated regarding the protection of copyright infringement through the internet media. In fact, the enforcement of this law is less firm. Based on the explanation given to the description above, this research is entitled "Legal Protection for Songwriters on Internet Media (Sociology of Law Studies)." The formulation of the problem of this research is how the legal protection for songwriters on the internet media, how is the responsibility of the free Mp3 song download service provider against copyright infringement through the internet media for songwriters, public perception regarding the protection of songs circulated on the internet media. The approach method used in this research is sociological juridical. The research specification was carried out by descriptive analytical. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out by direct interviews with the community or filling out questionnaires on the internet. The analysis used in this paper is qualitative. The results show that the legal protection of songwriters has been automatically protected by UUHC, the government has also made efforts to block illegal song download sites but in reality people still download illegal songs on the internet, the responsibility of free song download service providers, in the development of copyright infringement through Internet media is usually charged to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) if the provider provides facilities that allow copyright infringement to occur. Site providers have actually become an irregularity, these sites have shifted their position from being an illegal site to a legal site by positioning themselves as a song search site, the song provider in this case has violated the law. Public perception about individuals who download songs are wrong because they violate the Copyright Law. The public is aware of copyright infringement, but according to facts on the ground, people still download songs without permission. This behavior is carried out because the protection of songs by the Government is not strong enough. The authority of the Government in collecting taxes and levies from the community and renovating it is not only owned by the Central Government but also falls under the authority of the City Government and Provincial Governments. This is in accordance with the principles of decentralization and the implementation of regional autonomy based on Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government, Law Number 33 of 2004 concerning Financial Balance Between Central and Regional Governments, and Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Retribution Regions, Semarang City Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Settings. In the context of managing the market environment in the form of legal services to the community in the market environment, especially traders, the Semarang City Government has issued Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Levies. This study raises the problems, namely: 1) How is the management of regional levies by the Semarang City government, 2) What is the Semarang City policy towards the renovation of the Peterongan Market, 3) What is the Semarang City policy towards the regulation of the Semarang City Peterongan market trader after renovation. The purpose of writing this thesis is 1) To know and explain the management of local levies by the Semarang City Government, 2) To find out and explain Semarang City policies towards the renovation of Peterongan Market, 3) To find out and explain the arrangements for the Peterongan market traders in Semarang City after renovation. This research is a qualitative study with a normative juridical approach to determine the realization of the implementation of Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Levies and Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Regulations for market traders. This research was conducted in Peterongan Market, Semarang City, located on Jalan MT. Haryono. The results showed that the Semarang City Government towards market traders was in accordance with the Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Charges and Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Regulations, with several things that are still a note to the Semarang City government for pay more attention to sustainability for the welfare of traditional market traders, physical conditions and market environment.   Keywords : Policy, Traditional Market Management

Hyper cholesterol is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease which is a major cause of death and illness worldwide. Chronic and non-infectious diseases are generally caused by bad lifestyle factors, which can actually be modified. Some of the factors that are at risk for heart disease and stroke are hypertension, cigarette consumption, diabetes, lack of physical activity, unhealthy diets, dyslipidemia, overweight and obesity. The purpose of this community service was to find out an overview of the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia in the area, this screening activity was also expected to be able to initiate cadres and the community to be more active in implementing post-natal activities. Method: This community service activity uses the Community Service approach, by carrying out screening activities forhypercholesterolemia through cholesterol checks on the people in Banjar Tulang Ampian and Banjar Kerta Sari Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar. Results: A total of 31 people netted had high cholesterol levels of 40240 mg / dL which was dominated by women (63.49%), the most age group was ?51 years (38.62%), most subjects were self-employed / traders (38 , 10%). Conclusion: Increased blood cholesterol levels with age increase are associated with a reduction in cholesterol elimination as bile salts and a decrease in receptors that mediate the clearance process of plasma LDL. Cholesterol levels increase with increasing age and the incidence of coronary heart disease.

Pos Pelayanan Terpadu or Posyandu are Post of Integrated Service. Posyandu were an effort to empower the community to support health development, especially in improving community health status through reducing infant mortality. Posyandu activities in Guwang Sukawati Gianyar village are one of the public health services. However, each banjar is still very minimal in terms of organizing the posyandu because the cadres do not really understand how the activities of the good posyandu. The purpose of this activity is to establish a Posyandu cadre of toddlers who are able to provide optimal health services for children under five through the implementation of a toddler posyandu. Method: Training was carried out through Community Empowering, involving 35 people who were trained as cadres. The training results are analyzed qualitatively (based on observations and results ofdiscussion). Results: Based on the evaluation in the form of pretest and posttest, it was found that there was an increase in cadre knowledge, namely from 30% to 70%. Posyandu has been conducted in 7 Banjar in the Guwang Gianyar Village. Conclusion: The establishment of skilled and trained Posyandu toddlers and able to provide optimal health services for children under five through the implementation of toddlers posyandu
