Myopia or nearsightedness is a visual impairment whose prevalence is increasing, especially among adolescents living in urban areas. This study aims to analyze the risk factors that contribute to the increasing incidence of myopia in adolescents in urban areas. The risk factors studied include near visual activity, exposure to natural light, duration of digital device use, reading habits, and genetic and environmental factors. This study design used a cross-sectional approach involving 300 adolescents aged 12-18 years who were randomly selected from several schools in city X. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured visual habits, daily activity patterns, and family health history, and were strengthened by eye refraction examinations by medical personnel. Data analysis was carried out using logistic regression to identify the relationship between risk factors and the incidence of myopia. The results showed that excessive near visual activity, use of digital devices for more than 4 hours per day, and lack of exposure to natural light were significant risk factors for myopia in adolescents. In addition, genetic factors also play an important role in the predisposition of myopia. These findings are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the factors causing myopia among adolescents and become the basis for formulating effective prevention strategies.

Fields of law in Indonesia are a system that is interrelated and affects each other. That there are similarities and differences between each law, including in terms of its enforcement. For example, between the Criminal Procedure Law and the Procedural Law of Military Justice. These two areas of law have some similarities in terms of the stages of trials, but there are differences, one of which is the unfamiliarity of the pre-prosecution stage in the military courts. This study aims to find out the existence of the Commander in resolving cases and to find out the reasons for the unfamiliarity pre-prosecution stage in the Military Court. This research is a normative research with a statutory approach. In addition, this study also uses qualitative analysis techniques. English translation. The existence of the commander in the settlement of cases is part of his authority to punish. The commander in charge of the command unit and his subordinates actively participates in all stages of the examination in the military courts, both as a Superior who has the right to punish in the investigation and as a case-handling officer in the prosecution stage. The existence of the pre-prosecution stage in the Military Court will intersect with the principle of unity of command and the principle of the commander being accountable. These two principles are two important principles in addition to the principle of military interest in the Military Judiciary which is also the basis of the authority and existence of the commander in the military courts.

Nasal hypertrophy is a swelling that occurs in the nasal concha. This condition is caused because the inferior concha has a larger anatomical size when compared to the other concha structures. The process of diagnosing nasal hypertrophy often requires high clinical skills and experience. RSU Putri Bidadari is one of the hospitals that treats Nasal Hypertrophy disease in patients. Nose hypertrophy disease has several symptoms that are felt which are usually caused by several factors such as exposure to certain allergens, chronic sinus infections, or a family history of similar nasal problems, so several diagnostic tests are needed that can confirm the diagnosis, such as nasal endoscopy to see directly the condition inside the nose, medical imaging such as CT scan or MRI to evaluate the structure of the nose in more detail, or allergy tests to identify the causative allergen. From the above problems, patients really need a system that becomes a recommendation in helping provide information about nasal hypertrophy disease that can diagnose early and take further action to prevent nasal hypertrophy disease. By using the certainty factor method, information from the steps above can be systematically analyzed to determine the level of confidence in the diagnosis of nasal hypertrophy. These factors can be assessed based on severity, presence of typical symptoms, correlation with risk factors, and results of physical examination and diagnostic tests. Based on the results of the CF calculation, the highest value is in the type of nasal hypertrophy disease with the type of Septal Deviation disease having a value of 1 or 100%, in the type of Rhinitis disease having a value of 94.24% and in the type of sinusitis disease having a value of 85.60%. From the results obtained, the system identifies that the patient has nasal hypertrophy with Septal Deviation type by 100%.

Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is a form of competency test which aims to ensure that psychomotor abilities and skills are in accordance with doctor competency standards . This exam is taken by all prospective doctors who have completed undergraduate and professional education , marked by achieving a Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA). The 2018 OSCE Medical Professional Program Students Competency Test (UKMPPD) results experienced a decline compared to the previous year . The decrease in the UKMPPD OSCE pass rates is one of the evaluation materials for the students learning process at both undergraduate and professional stages . To find out whether there is a relationship between undergraduate and professional GPA with UKMPPD OSCE scores at Abdurrab Universities. This research uses an observational study design with a Retrospective Cohorts analytical approaches. The research was conducted on Abdurrab University students who had taken the OSCE UKMPPD. The sampling technique is a total sampling technique with references to the first participants . Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test. There is a significant relationships between undergraduate GPA and professional level GPA (p- value 0.00), correlation coefficient 0.56. There is a significant relationships between undergraduate GPA and UKMPPD OSCE scores (p- value = 0.00), correlation coefficient 0.54. There is a relationship between professional stage GPA and UKMPPD OSCE scores (p- value = 0.00), correlation coefficient 0.34. Furthermore , there is a significant relationships between the length of study period at the undergraduate and professional stages and passing the UKMPPD OSCE (p- value 0.00) and a correlation coefficient of -0.37 and -0.25. The increasing prevalence of breast cancer, which continues to rise annually, presents a significant threat to women, including adolescents. Adolescents experience rapid physical development, especially in the breast area. Early detection of breast cancer through regular breast self-examination (BSE) is crucial for this age group. This study aimed to identify the factors (knowledge, attitude, and support from healthcare providers) that influence BSE behavior among adolescents in Gampong Bak Buloh, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency. Using a cross-sectional design and a purposive sample of 40 adolescents, the study found that a positive attitude had a 22% greater impact on BSE behavior compared to a negative attitude, while knowledge and support from healthcare providers equally influenced BSE behavior by 16%. It's crucial for healthcare providers to regularly promote BSE to empower both adolescents and adult women to detect breast cancer early, thus enabling prompt treatment.
