This article discusses the concept of Christian leadership management centered on Christ as the foundation for forming spiritual leaders who are characterized by integrity and service. In today’s modern context, which is often driven by power orientation and human-centered success, Christian leadership offers an alternative paradigm rooted in love, humility, and servanthood. Through a literature review of various thinkers such as Daniel Ronda, Yohanes Nuban Timo, Hendrik Senduk, and John C. Maxwell, this paper emphasizes that the essence of Christian leadership is not position but a calling to serve and to make disciples of Christ. Christian leadership management encompasses theological, spiritual, and practical dimensions, ranging from personal transformation, spiritual discipline, and the formation of Christlike character, to ministry management based on servant leadership principles. This article also integrates relevant secular leadership theories such as servant leadership, transformational leadership, and situational leadership with biblical values. In conclusion, effective Christian leadership can only be realized when leaders follow the example of Christ, depend on God’s wisdom, and produce new leaders who are able to bring spiritual and social impact to the world.

The rapid advancement of science and technology requires universities to provide safe, comfortable, and representative learning facilities. One such initiative is the construction of a five-story lecture building at Dr. Soetomo University, designed with a steel structure as an alternative to reinforced concrete. Steel was chosen due to its high tensile strength, uniform material properties, lighter weight, ease of installation, and strong resistance to earthquake loads. This study aims to design a five-story lecture building with a steel structure that meets the requirements of strength, stability, and safety in accordance with applicable standards. The method applied is structural planning based on SNI 1729:2020, SNI 1727:2020, and SNI 1726:2019 using the Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) approach. Structural analysis was conducted with SAP2000 version 2014 through three-dimensional modeling that considers geometry, material properties, loading, and placement. The results show that the selected steel profiles for beams, columns, and connections are capable of supporting the combination of dead loads, live loads, and seismic loads with safe performance. The maximum stress remains below the allowable limit, and the deflection values do not exceed the permitted deviation. These findings confirm that steel provides efficiency in dimensions and materials while offering practicality and earthquake resistance, and the design produced can serve as a useful reference for future multi-story building projects in earthquake-prone regions.

The concept of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) encourages companies to enhance transparency in disclosing their economic, social, and environmental performance through sustainability reporting, which is expected to increase accountability and serve as a positive signal to investors. In Indonesia, particularly in the manufacturing sector that contributes significantly to the economy while also generating environmental impacts, sustainability reporting practices have been expanding, although their effectiveness in building investor trust remains contested. This study aims to analyze the influence of sustainability reporting and profitability on investor trust in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), employing a quantitative method based on secondary data from annual and sustainability reports for the period 2020–2023. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, while the analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression with Price to Book Value (PBV) as a proxy for investor trust. The results indicate that, simultaneously, economic performance, environmental performance, social performance, and profitability significantly affect investor trust. However, partially, economic, environmental, and social performance show no significant effect on investor trust. In contrast, profitability exerts a positive and significant influence, making it the primary factor shaping investor trust. These findings suggest that investors in Indonesia still prioritize financial information over sustainability disclosures in making investment decisions.

Environmental sanitation and hygiene are crucial for preventing skin and infectious diseases, especially in coastal areas. This has led to increased interest in developing environmentally friendly natural alternatives. Mangrove leaves have been studied for their significant antibacterial properties due to bioactive compounds such as saponins and flavonoids. Buti Village is one of the coastal villages with mangrove potential. Although several previous studies have confirmed the technical feasibility of mangrove-based products, there is limited literature on empirical dissemination strategies and community responses, particularly in the 3T (Frontier, Outermost, and Disadvantaged) areas. This study addresses this gap by evaluating dissemination strategies and community responses to innovative mangrove-based soap and hand sanitizer products in Buti Village, Merauke, South Papua. Using a quantitative descriptive approach supported by qualitative research, the study involved a purposive sample of 40 local residents. The dissemination strategy included participatory training, product demonstrations, and educational brochures. Findings showed a high level of acceptance, with 86% of respondents accepting the product, and a significant level of self-reliance, with 81% of participants able to independently produce soap and hand sanitizer products. This demonstrates that a participatory, educational, and locally-based approach is effective in building knowledge and positive attitudes toward environmentally friendly innovations. This research demonstrates that these innovations have significant potential to become sustainable community-based small businesses that can strengthen the local economy while promoting mangrove conservation.
