Toxic professional relationships—characterized by subtle exclusion, politicized decision-making, and emotional suppression—are a prevalent yet underexamined concern in academic institutions. This research emphasizes the psychological, pedagogical, and emotional repercussions for educators in situations characterized by workplace conflict, in contrast to prior studies that primarily examine structural factors. The study seeks to examine how educators perceive, interpret, and react to toxic dynamics, especially via reflective processes. We gathered data from three years of anonymized reflective journaling employing a qualitative, narrative-reflective methodology and conducted a theme analysis. Research highlights three main themes: the emotional effort needed to maintain professionalism despite feeling excluded, changes in teaching methods as a way to resist and find meaning, and how reflective practice helps teachers stay true to their teaching values. The analysis further demonstrates how gender and early-career status exacerbate susceptibility to toxic dynamics. The study prioritizes ethical contemplation as a transforming practice and a means of action instead of providing prescriptive solutions. Institutions should implement emotional intelligence training, equitable task allocation, and peer support mechanisms to cultivate more equal academic settings. This research advocates for a work culture founded on explicit performance expectations, mutual respect, compassion, and integrity in education, facilitating a deeper comprehension of teachers' authentic experiences in challenging school environments.

Employee work motivation stands as a pivotal aspect capable of significantly enhancing employee performance within any organizational setting. This qualitative study endeavors to comprehensively gather information regarding the multifaceted factors that influence employee work motivation, ultimately impacting their overall performance. Utilizing a qualitative research methodology with a robust literature review approach, this investigation systematically reviews and synthesizes findings from an array of prior studies. The synthesis of our findings reveals two primary categories of factors critically affecting employee work motivation: external and internal factors. External factors encompass crucial elements such as the work environment, salary structures, the quality of supervisor treatment, and prevailing company policies. Conversely, internal factors primarily involve an individual's personal desires and inherent needs that require fulfillment within the employee. In light of these findings, it is imperative for organizations to address and fulfill these identified factors, particularly external ones, as a strategic endeavor to elevate and sustain employee performance.

The sources in this study come from primary data and secondary data. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Data processing is assisted by the SPSS version 25 tool.  The results of the (t) test or partial test show that the communication variable (0.001) is greater than the alpha 5% (0.05) or t count = 3.561> t table 2.015. The work discipline variable (0.000) is greater than the alpha 5% (0.05) or t count = 4.168> t table 2.015. And the environmental variable (0.009) is greater than the alpha 5% (0.05) or t count = (-2.728)> t table 2.015. Then simultaneously the (F) test significant value F is smaller than 5% or 0.05 or the f count value = 36.243> F table 2.82. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) The adjusted R Square value is 0.692 (69.2%). In the economic sector, cooperatives are one form of collaboration in the field of economics. People trust this type of collaboration because they share a number of common needs in their lives. One of the pesantren-owned enterprises (BUMP) at Pondok Miftahul Ulum RU IV Putra is a cooperative that works to support and improve the local economy. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic boarding school cooperatives (kopontren) in improving students’ economic welfare and their contribution to the development of pesantren infrastructure. The research was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum RU IV Putra using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that kopontren plays a strategic role in meeting students’ basic needs at affordable prices and serves as a practical learning platform that fosters entrepreneurship and self-reliance among students. Additionally, although its contribution to infrastructure is still limited, the kopontren has shown social concern through the provision of supporting facilities such as dormitory furniture and environmental maintenance. Collaboration between the cooperative management and pesantren leadership is a key factor in ensuring the sustainability of the cooperative as an integral part of the pesantren’s educational system.

Sewing workers at CV Cahaya Setia Mulia Abadi perform static and repetitive tasks, such as prolonged sitting in a bent posture and continuous sewing movements. These conditions lead to various physical complaints, including back pain (78%), lower neck pain (75%), upper neck discomfort (73%), as well as shoulder fatigue, wrist tingling, and lower back stiffness. This research is conducted to evaluate the potential risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) through the application of the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method, determine the body parts most frequently affected using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, and develop posture correction strategies based on anthropometric measurements. The REBA results indicate that most sewing activities fall into the medium-risk category (score 5–7), with some in the high-risk category (score 8). The intervention involved adjusting chair dimensions based on anthropometry, and adding seat cushions and backrests. After the simulation of improvements, the REBA score decreased to 2, placing it in the low-risk category. These findings demonstrate that ergonomic chair design and proper working posture significantly reduce physical strain, increase comfort, and help maintain worker productivity. This study offers practical recommendations for creating a healthier and safer work environment in the manufacturing sector.

This study aims to determine the relationship between individual and environmental factors with the level of eye fatigue in employees. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional design. A total of 60 respondents were selected using total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The variables assessed included age, gender, history of visual impairment, duration of screen use, and lighting intensity in the workplace. The results showed that only gender had a statistically significant association with eyestrain (p = 0.034). Other variables-age (p = 0.859), history of visual impairment (p = 0.482), duration of screen use (p = 0.764), and lighting intensity (p = 0.158)-had no significant association. Most respondents (71.7%) experienced moderate levels of eyestrain. Gender was the only factor significantly associated with eyestrain in administrative workers. While other variables did not show a significant relationship, they are still relevant in the effort to maintain eye health in the workplace.
