This is due to the necessity of the Law, as well as for the security of the granting of credit, in the sense that the receivables from the bank will be guaranteed by the existence of collateral. Credit more often accepts collateral objects in the form of immovable objects, one of which is land rights because it is easy and certain in its execution. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for realizing credit with land collateral at BRI Karanganyar Branch Office, BRI Karanganyar Branch Office's actions against loans that fall into the doubtful category, and how to resolve if the credit in the doubtful category decreases in quality to the bad credit category. Settlement of land cases through mediation carried out by the Land Office of Boalemo Regency refers to Regulation of Agrarian Affairs Minister and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 21 of 2020 concerning Handling and Settlement of Land Cases. Mediation as an alternative for resolving land cases, it is necessary to popularize "mediator". A mediator must know psychologically the condition of the parties, so that they feel comfortable and the problem is resolved comfortably. In addition, the mediator must have analytical skills and expertise in creating a personal approach for the parties involved in the dispute. The mediator must be able to understand and give a positive reaction to the perceptions of each party. The goal is to build good relationships and trust. The parties' trust in the mediator makes it easier to reach a consensus. The priority regarding the purpose and function of the mediator is to resolve land cases in order to resolve cases without creating new ones. The research method that the author uses in this study is the empirical juridical law method, empirical juridical law is a study in addition to looking at the positive legal aspects, it also looks at its application or practice in the field. Thus the empirical juridical approach is a legal research method that seeks to see the law in a real sense or it can be said to see, examine, how the law works in society. The results shows that the handling and settlement of land cases through mediation at the Land Office of Boalemo Regency Land Office is done and carried out based on the Agrarian Affairs Minister Regulation and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 21 of 2020 concerning Handling and Settlement of Land Cases. Constraints faced in handling and resolving land cases through mediation at the Land Office of Boalemo Regency are in the form of juridical and non-juridical constraints. The juridical constraint is the technical instructions for the mediation procedure referred to by the regulation have not yet been published, while the non-juridical constraint is in the form of limited qualified human resources as mediators. Based on this, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency in the future must make structured, systematic and massive improvements to the mediation process by immediately issuing technical instructions and improving the quality of human resources in terms of being a mediator through guidance, training and direction.

In the digital era, technological developments are increasingly rapid, and their existence has begun to penetrate into various aspects of life, such as in the world of finance or the economy. This is marked by the emergence of technology and information-based financial institutions or known as fintech. Starting from this, a question arises on how to implement information technology-based lending and borrowing (peer to peer lending) in Indonesia and how to protect the recipients of the loan (customers). This research is in the form of juridical-normative. The results of this study concluded that there were violations committed by the lender to the customer, and the sanctions imposed were only administrative sanctions with the worst consequence being license revocation. In this regards, obviously it does not provide a sense of justice to the customers, considering the crimes that have been committed, therefore the role of criminal law is very important here, by implementing sanctions related to these crimes, such as the dissemination of personal data, threats in billing, sexual harassment through electronic media, fraud and slander.

The purpose of this activity is to determine the success of the role of efforts to develop the Gorontalo Class IIA Penitentiary for prisoners, one of which is prisoners who have a high level of awareness so that there will be no repetition of narcotics crimes (narcotics recidivism). The research method used is a type of empirical legal research, namely the Sulatul Meltholm research method, which has the ultimate function of seeing law in a real sense and studying how law works in the social environment. The results of the research obtained on the role of Correctional Institutions in efforts to guide recidivist perpetrators of narcotics crimes in Gorontalo Class IIA Prisons have not been effective. The factors that hinder efforts to provide guidance to recidivist narcotics criminals are the lack of differences in guidance between narcotics recidivists and non-recidivist perpetrators, overcapacity in prisons, a lack of officers, and a low level of supervision. The author's suggestions for overcoming existing obstacles are to separate the guidance given to narcotics recidivists and non-recidivists, improve prison infrastructure, including adding officers, which can improve supervision in prisons.
