The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) connect with consumers. Kampung Lawas Maspati SMEs encounter obstacles in expanding their market due to limited online visibility and reliance on conventional sales approaches. This study aims to develop an e-commerce website that addresses these challenges by focusing on user-centered innovation. Using the Design Thinking method, which includes stages such as empathizing, defining, ideating, prototyping, and testing, user needs and challenges were explored through interviews, surveys, and observations to inform the website development process. The resulting platform is intuitive, responsive, and accessible, enabling SMEs to display their products, manage transactions, and engage with customers effectively. The application of this method not only improves market reach but also strengthens the competitiveness and digital literacy of Kampung Lawas Maspati SMEs. Evaluation results show a high level of consumer satisfaction, reaching 91.87%, indicating that the developed website effectively meets user expectations and supports SME digital transformation.

The State Civil Apparatus Information System (SIASN) is a digital platform developed by the State Civil Service Agency (BKD) to manage ASN personnel data and information in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the SIASN-based promotion service policy at the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency based on State Civil Service Agency Regulation Number 7 of 2023. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while the evaluation framework uses William Dunn's evaluation criteria which include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, and accuracy. The evaluation results show that the SIASN-based promotion service policy at the Sidoarjo Regency BKD has been quite effective in achieving the goal of improving service quality and has a good level of efficiency in reducing bureaucratic flows. However, in terms of adequacy, there are still gaps related to human resources and system integration. The policy's responsiveness to ASN needs is quite good although there is still room for improvement in aspects of communication and data updating. The main obstacles identified include weak validity of personnel data, the absence of a bridging system between SIPEKAT and SIASN, limited human resources, and minimal awareness of ASN in updating independent data.

This community service program was carried out in Dolok Kahean Village, Tapian Dolok District, Simalungun Regency, with the main focus on optimizing digital literacy to increase the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of this program is to strengthen the competitive position of MSMEs, especially Rengginang Ibu Saliem, who still rely on conventional marketing systems and have a minimal understanding of business digitalization. The method used is a participatory and educational approach, carried out in four systematic stages: needs assessment, material design, program implementation, and mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed significant achievements, with an increase in digital literacy understanding by 80% based on a comparison of pre-service and post-service. In practice, partners have succeeded in forming a business digital identity, namely @rengginanghuta_ibusaliem Instagram accounts, and are able to run digital marketing starting from content processes to customer interaction. Theoretically, these findings strengthen the argument that digital literacy is an essential foundation in facing the challenges of the digital economy, where increased competitiveness is not only influenced by technical skills, but also by changes in mindset and business independence. The implication of this program is that local MSMEs now have adequate capabilities and platforms to expand market reach beyond the village boundaries.

This study aims to describe the role of the Business Challenge program as a means of economic empowerment and Islamic character formation among the youth of Nurul Yaqin Mosque in Tanah Enam Ratus. The main issue focuses on the extent to which this activity enhances participants’ economic independence, creativity, and Islamic values. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving program committees, mentors, and participants. The findings reveal that the Business Challenge program plays a significant role in fostering youth entrepreneurship through Sharia-based business practices, basic financial management, and teamwork rooted in the values of trustworthiness, discipline, and responsibility. Moreover, it strengthens the participants’ Islamic character, such as honesty, independence, and social concern. Therefore, the Business Challenge serves not only as an economic training platform but also as a medium for shaping a productive and morally upright generation of mosque youth.

This study aims to analyse 1.) the implementation of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) at SMK Negeri 9 in Jeneponto Regency. 2). The influence of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) on teacher creativity at SMK Negeri 9 in Jeneponto Regency. 3). To analyse the impact of the Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) platform on teachers' teaching innovation at SMK Negeri 9 Jeneponto District. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The study was conducted on 55 teachers at SMKN 9 Jeneponto. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. This means that the entire population was included as the sample in the study, resulting in a sample size of 55 teachers. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, and data analysis techniques used simple regression analysis, t-test analysis, and F-test analysis using SPSS 26. Research Findings 1). The Merdeka Mengajar Platform at SMK Negeri 9 Jeneponto is assessed as having been implemented effectively, and the results of measuring the Merdeka Mengajar Platform indicators at SMK Negeri 9 Jeneponto indicate that the Merdeka Mengajar Platform has positively impacted teachers' creativity and innovation in teaching at SMKN 9 Jeneponto. 2). There is a positive and significant effect of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform on teachers' teaching creativity at SMK Negeri 9 Jeneponto, and 3). There is a positive and significant effect of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform on teachers' teaching innovation (Y2) at SMK Negeri 9 Jeneponto

The development of digital technology has changed consumer interaction and behavior patterns, including in purchasing decisions. Social media, especially TikTok, has become a strategic platform in marketing due to its interactive and visual content-based nature. Wardah, as a local cosmetics brand, utilizes TikTok through content marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) strategies to strengthen brand awareness and encourage purchasing interest. This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing and E-WOM on TikTok social media on the decision to purchase Wardah products. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The research sample consisted of 97 respondents determined through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination R2. The results showed that content marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (t-count = 2.188; sig. 0.031). E-WOM also has a positive and significant effect (t-count = 15.020; sig. 0.001), with a more dominant effect than content marketing. Simultaneously, both social media have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (F-count = 119.690; sig. 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.718 indicates that 71.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by both social factors, while 28.2% is influenced by other social factors outside the scope of this study. These findings confirm the importance of digital marketing strategies based on creative content and consumer reviews in increasing purchasing decisions for Wardah products on TikTok.

This study examines how the Public Relations Division (PROKOMPIM) of the Bogor City Government disseminates public information through social media, particularly Instagram, as part of its strategic communication efforts in the digital era. Using the theoretical framework of Government Public Relations (GPR) by Widodo Muktiyo (2020), this research highlights the essential role of government public relations in building public trust, ensuring transparency, and strengthening the positive image of government institutions. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze communication strategies, message delivery, and audience engagement in the dissemination process. The findings show that social media serves as an effective and interactive medium for delivering accurate, relevant, and timely information to the public. Furthermore, the use of digital platforms allows PROKOMPIM to foster two-way communication, increase community participation, and enhance the credibility of local governance through more accessible, transparent, and responsive public communication.

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged public institutions to adapt their communication strategies to social media platforms. This study aims to analyze the digital communication strategy of Perumda Transpakuan Bogor through TikTok as a medium for public service communication. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation of the official TikTok account, in-depth interviews with the Public Relations Division, and documentation. The findings show that Perumda Transpakuan Bogor applies three main pillars in its TikTok communication strategy: setting communication objectives, developing a light and informative communication style, and maintaining content consistency through a monthly content plan. The role of the Social Media Specialist is central in managing production stages from pre-production to post-publication by aligning creative trends with institutional messages. The results also reveal that TikTok effectively increases public awareness and engagement through interactive, educational, and entertaining content. This research implies that strengthening digital communication capacity and continuous evaluation of media strategies are essential for improving public service innovation and institutional credibility in the digital era.

The development of digital technology has brought about significant transformations in the global entertainment industry, including in Indonesia. One manifestation of this change is evident in the presence of streaming platforms like Netflix, which have altered consumer consumption patterns for audio-visual content. This study aims to analyze how Netflix Indonesia utilizes Business Intelligence (BI) and Knowledge Management (KM) to maintain and increase customer loyalty. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data from various scientific literature, industry reports, and relevant online sources. The results show that the implementation of BI enables Netflix to analyze user behavior, understand viewing preferences, and provide more personalized content recommendations. Meanwhile, KM plays a crucial role in internal knowledge management, content development, and service innovation. The synergy between BI and KM has been proven to support Netflix's strategy in improving user experience, retaining existing customers, and attracting new ones in the increasingly competitive Indonesian market.

The phenomenon of introduction through social media has become very common in this digital era. Social media offers ease and efficiency in introducing individuals to others, allowing them to meet, interact, and build relationships in a different way than traditional methods. However, the introduction of a partner through social media also brings its own challenges, emotional manipulation, and limitations in understanding the partner in depth. In the context of Catholic marriage, this phenomenon poses a serious challenge to canonical law. Canon law strictly regulates marriage in order to remain faithful to the Church's teaching of lifelong union and openness to procreation. However, the introduction of a couple through social media can affect the validity of the agreement, psychological readiness, and understanding of the nature of marriage. The Church needs to meet these challenges with a new pastoral approach, including the development of specific guidelines for the companionship of couples who start relationships through social media. This approach includes strengthening more intensive and comprehensive pastoral mentoring, utilizing social media as a tool for education and counseling and reminding couples of the importance of transparency and honesty in relationships. Thus, the Church faces the challenge of ensuring the psychological readiness of both parties and helping couples to understand more deeply about the marital commitments they make and to maintain the values of the sacrament of marriage in an ever-evolving digital world.

Waste management remains a major challenge, particularly due to the lack of public awareness and habits in sorting waste from its source. Innovative technology-based solutions are needed to support more effective waste management systems. This study aims to design and develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart trash bin capable of automatically sorting metal and non-metal waste. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller as the main controller, an LJ12A3-4-Z/BY sensor to detect metal materials, an E18 sensor to detect non-metal materials, and an ultrasonic sensor to monitor bin capacity. The waste separation mechanism is operated by a servo motor controlled by the system, while the Blynk application is integrated for real-time monitoring and full-capacity notifications sent directly to the user’s smartphone. The research stages included hardware design, microcontroller programming, IoT platform integration, and functionality testing to ensure system performance and reliability. The results showed that the smart trash bin operated as expected, successfully identifying and separating metal and non-metal waste automatically, while also sending real-time notifications to the user when the bin approached full capacity. The implementation of this technology has the potential to modernize waste management processes, improve the efficiency of waste sorting, and reduce dependency on manual labor. Furthermore, this research opens opportunities for future development by integrating additional sensors and cloud-based data management systems to support smart city initiatives and sustainable waste management practices.

The Regional Secretariat of Bogor City, through the Protocol and Leadership Communication Division (Prokompim), utilizes social media as a medium for public communication, focusing on the Instagram account @pemkotbogor. This study aims to analyze how the account is managed as a communication medium by the Public Relations Division and to identify the communication model applied using the Circular Model of SoMe for Social Communications (Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage). Using a qualitative descriptive method with interviews, observations, and literature studies, the research found that @pemkotbogor is managed systematically through information sharing, content optimization, account management, and public engagement. The implementation of this model has made Instagram an effective platform for disseminating government policies, promoting official activities, and strengthening the city government's positive image. Overall, the account’s management has been effective and supports two-way communication between the government and the public, though improvements are still needed in real-time interaction and creative content development to enhance engagement.

The rapid growth of digital technology has revolutionized marketing practices, with social media becoming a primary platform for brand communication and audience engagement. Shopee Indonesia, as one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, leverages various social media channels to strengthen its brand presence and connect with consumers. This study examines Shopee's digital marketing strategy through the management of the @notapprovedyet social media account, which creatively promotes Shopee products based on current social trends. The main focus of this study is to explain the content creation process and analyze the performance of accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube managed by Shopee Indonesia's Content Marketing Division. Using a creative marketing approach, this study aims to provide insights into effective social media management. The research findings are expected to contribute to understanding how the right social media strategy can increase audience engagement and brand awareness, especially in the highly competitive e-commerce industry.

The role of technology in revitalizing expository learning strategies in the 21st century. Expository learning strategies are direct teaching methods by teachers with verbal explanations of material, which are effective in conveying factual information but have been criticized for not stimulating critical thinking and not catering to the variety of student learning styles. This study examines how the integration of digital technology and active learning approaches can improve the effectiveness and engagement of students in expository learning. The use of multimedia, digital platforms, and learning management systems (LMS) opens up opportunities for more interactive and collaborative teaching. However, challenges such as unequal access to technology and the management of digital learning must be addressed so that technology can optimally improve the quality of teaching. Curriculum revitalization is also important to align education with industry needs and technological developments, emphasizing the development of practical skills and digital literacy so that graduates are ready to compete in the global job market. This study provides analysis and suggestions for education practitioners to implement more adaptive and effective expository learning strategies in today's digital era.

Manual post-harvest paddy stirring requires significant time and labor and often results in uneven mixing, which can affect grain quality. To address this issue, this study designed and implemented a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based paddy stirring robot to simplify the process and improve efficiency. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller as the main controller, DC motors as the stirring mechanism, and an IoT module for wireless connectivity to a mobile application. The research stages included hardware design, control system programming, IoT platform integration, and performance testing. Testing was conducted to evaluate response time, mixing uniformity, and power consumption. The results showed that the system could be operated remotely via a local Wi-Fi network with an average delay of less than 1 second, enabling real-time control. The prototype successfully stirred 0.3 kg of paddy with a mixing uniformity rate of 92% and an average power consumption of 12 watts. The application of IoT in the paddy stirring mechanism significantly improved time efficiency, reduced manual labor requirements, and maintained grain quality compared to traditional methods. These findings indicate the potential for further development into a large-scale automated paddy processing system with integrated humidity and temperature sensors for real-time quality monitoring, supporting the modernization of post-harvest processing through digital technology.

Decision Support Systems (DSS) can become inaccurate when used with imprecise, incomplete, or dynamically changing data. Fuzzy logic techniques based on conventional methodologies may be strong at handling vagueness, but are unable to adapt their behavior in response to different data distributions on their own. This paper recommends the creation of an Adaptive Fuzzy Logic Integration Framework that dynamically updates membership functions and rule weights in response to data variation to enhance decision accuracy under uncertainty. The described framework combines Fuzzy Inference Systems (FIS) with learning-based parameter update concepts borrowed from adaptive optimisation. The model was simulated and executed on a hybrid algorithmic platform that included gradient-based parameter tuning and iterative feedback learning. Experimental tests were conducted on uncertainty-generated data sets to compare adaptive and conventional fuzzy models in terms of ISME (Root Mean Square Error), convergence stability, and decision accuracy. Previous results show that the adaptive model achieves a 21.4% increase in accuracy and a 28% improvement in convergence rate compared to non-adaptive fuzzy systems. Moreover, the model ensures stable performance even in the presence of random data perturbations, demonstrating its ability to handle uncertainty. This book incorporates a self-tuning fuzzy decision model that converts static inference structures to dynamic evolving decision engines. The outcomes establish a foundation for next-generation smart DSS for real-time optimization in uncertainty.

This study examines audience-based digital da'wah and counseling strategies to address communication challenges in the modern era. Digital da'wah is the delivery of Islamic teachings through social media and online platforms, while digital counseling provides psychological and spiritual support through digital communication channels. This study employed a literature review method, analyzing various relevant academic sources. The findings indicate that understanding the audience is crucial to ensuring da'wah and counseling messages remain relevant, targeted, and impactful. Audience segmentation based on age, cultural background, digital literacy, and spiritual and psychological needs is crucial in designing communication strategies. Adjusting language style, selecting appropriate media, and utilizing creative communication methods can increase audience engagement and strengthen the effectiveness of da'wah and counseling. By understanding audience characteristics in depth, digital da'wah and counseling strategies can be delivered more effectively, have a positive impact, and meet the spiritual and psychological needs of society in this digital era.

The development of digital technology has made social media an integral part of children's lives, including students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). This study aims to explore the impact of social media on the language patterns of class 5C students at MI Hasyim Asy'ari. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through semi-structured interviews and participant observations of 14 students who regularly access social media. The findings show that platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube are the main sources of new vocabulary acquisition, such as the terms "kepo", "narsis", and "anjir". These words reflect changes in students' language styles that are increasingly informal and often deviate from standard Indonesian language rules. Although social media can contribute to enriching vocabulary and increasing children's interest in communicating, negative impacts such as the dominance of slang, misuse of meaning, and reduced concern for the correct use of Indonesian are also very real. Therefore, the role of educators and parents in supervising and directing the use of social media is very important. The language learning curriculum in schools needs to be adjusted to the development of the digital era without abandoning appropriate linguistic values. With the right strategy, social media can be used as a useful language learning tool without reducing the essence of Indonesian as a national identity.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Metaverse technology as a medium for socializing religious moderation at the Palembang Religious Education and Training Center. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores how Metaverse can facilitate the dissemination of religious moderation values and its potential in improving the understanding of balanced, tolerant, and inclusive religious practices among participants. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research findings show that Metaverse offers a dynamic and immersive platform to deliver training and discussions on religious moderation, allowing participants to interact more deeply with the material presented. However, challenges such as limited access to technology and understanding of the virtual environment were also found. This research highlights the need for further adaptation and support to maximize the effectiveness of this technology in building religious moderation.

This study aims to examine the role of Coretax as a digital innovation in reporting the Periodic Tax Return (SPT Masa) for Income Tax Article 21 (PPh 21), which has been nationally implemented since 2025. Coretax is an integrated tax administration system developed by the Directorate General of Taxes to combine the processes of electronic withholding tax slip (e-Bupot) creation, tax return reporting, and tax payment into one efficient and accurate online platform. The system simplifies reporting procedures, accelerates administrative processes, and enhances taxpayer compliance through real-time data integration and automatic validation. However, the implementation of Coretax faces challenges such as technical issues, intensive training needs for staff at Tax Service Offices, and limited digital literacy among taxpayers, especially micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study provides an overview of Coretax’s contribution to supporting the digital transformation of Indonesia’s tax system while identifying obstacles that must be addressed to ensure optimal system performance.
