Ethics is a field of philosophy that discusses the moral principles that govern humanbehavior, while politics deals with decision-making and the management of power in society. In Islam, political ethics is a concept that regulates human relationships in the political world.Islamic political ethics consists of a collection of moral values and principles that should guide everyone involved in political activities, both as citizens and leaders. Islamic political ethics has a strong relevance in the context of politics and governance. The moral values in Islam can serve as guidelines for leaders and citizens in building a better society. Despite the challenges faced, ongoing efforts to implement Islamic political ethics are considered essential in building an ideal and ethical government. It is important to build a just, prosperous, and moral society through the application of Islamic political ethics, which includes principles such as justice, equality, democracy, deliberation, freedom, and respect for the rights of others. In addition, this journal reviews the methods Ali Shari'ati used to make his assertions about the importance of Islam as a basic political ethic. A just, moral, and prosperous government can be achieved through the application of Islamic political ethics. Political ethics is not a convoluted system, but rather a number of noble values that are in line with the principles of Islam.

Pluralism refers to the attitude that although every religion has a different style, method or path, it leads to the same goal, namely God, so one of the goals of Pluralism is to build tolerance. This research is intended to provide an understanding that in our existence as a pluralist society we must respect and respect each other in order to create religious harmony and moderation. Diversity is certainly beautiful, but it is not impossible that in diversity there will be conflicts based on differences, so the understanding of pluralism emerges to make the nation aware that even though we are different in ideology, belief and culture, we are still both human and equally one nation, so that among we create a feeling of mutual appreciation and mutual respect, not tearing each other down. The author uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study approach to see how Christianity is amidst Plurality. The Bible teaches that Christians must abstain from fleshly desires, and as servants of God must have a way of life that is good and right before God. The Christian attitude towards pluralism should emulate Jesus' attitude towards pluralism, namely respecting every difference by building mission and dialogue according to the context faced. Christians must be inclusive and open to diversity but remain strong and firm in their own faith.

This article examines Paul's perspective on slavery in early Christianity with a focus on the concept of spiritual equality and views on spiritual freedom. Although Paul did not explicitly call for the physical liberation of slaves, the concept of spiritual equality in Christ became a moral basis that highlighted the dignity of every individual regardless of social status. Paul's view of spiritual freedom was interpreted as a potential encouragement to support physical and social liberation, although it did not propose direct changes in law or policy. This research also details possible responses of early Christian communities to this concept in practical contexts, including efforts to support human rights and create an ethical environment that respects the values of freedom and human dignity.

A Christian leader is someone whom God has called as a leader. Christian leaders should be people who are called by God and have qualifications that continue to grow in personality and Christ-like character. Christian leadership is a form of leadership that is based on Christian values and teachings, such as love, humility, service, integrity, and justice. In this context, Christian leadership not only aims to achieve organizational or community goals, but also to bring positive impact in the lives of individuals and society through a compassionate and ethical approach. The success of a leadership is due to the cooperation between the leading and the led generations. As a leader, one must know which principles to follow and uphold them in their leadership. A Christian leader should embrace the leadership principles of the successful leaders recorded in the Bible. Here are the principles of Christian leadership today. Secular comes from the Latin word saeculum, which means space and time. Space refers to the worldly sense, while time refers to the present age. Secular life principles are views or values that are not associated with a particular religion or religious belief. These principles often include concepts such as freedom of thought, tolerance, equality and the separation of religion from public affairs. Secular life emphasizes the importance of rationality, science, and individual freedom of decision without religious interference. Secularism is broadly speaking an ideology that states that a state institution or body should stand apart from religion or belief. Secularism also refers to the notion that human activities and determinations, especially political ones, should be based on what is considered to be concrete evidence and facts, and not on religious influences. In political terms, secularism is the movement towards the separation of religion and government, one example being the replacement of religious law with civil law. This is said to promote democracy by protecting the rights of religious minorities.

The crime of corruption is one part of a special crime in addition to having certain specifications that are different from general crimes. White Collar Crime is a term applied to people who wear ties who have high intelligence and commit criminal acts of corruption. As we all know, corruption is an extraordinary crime. Not only because it costs the state money, but it has an impact on all development programs, the low quality and quality of education, the low quality of facilities, equipment and infrastructure, as well as the problem of poverty that has not been addressed. Corruptors have taken away people's rights, human rights, and are against humanity. The principles of democracy which uphold transparency, accountability and integrity, as well as the security and stability of the Indonesian nation are threatened due to corruption crimes. Many corruptors who have been found guilty by the court and undergoing training in correctional institutions can quickly return to society because they have obtained their rights as correctional inmates, one of which is obtaining the conditional release program. The role of the Medan Class I Correctional Center is needed to realize the effectiveness of mentoring clients for criminal acts of corruption who are undergoing conditional release so that they can be accepted in society. Guidance provided to clients who have committed criminal acts of corruption must be carried out under supervision to determine the effectiveness of each guidance program provided until the guidance is finally terminated.

The Rwandan genocide in 1994 was one of the worst humanitarian tragedies in modern history, killing an estimated 800,000 people in less than 100 days. This event not only left deep wounds for the Rwandan people, but also had a significant impact on the development of international humanitarian law. This abstract examines how the Rwandan genocide prompted a revision and strengthening of international legal principles, including enforcement mechanisms, refugee protection, and trials for international crimes. Through an analysis of UN Resolutions, the establishment of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), and developments in the Geneva Conventions, the article shows that the Rwandan genocide has influenced the way the international community has responded to future armed conflicts and human rights violations.

Land is something that is very meaningful for the lives of living creatures, especially humans, from the past until the future. Therefore, it is important to have clear legal rules to regulate it. In Article 16 paragraph (1) of the UUPA, there are several types of land rights, namely: Ownership Rights, Cultivation Rights, Building Use Rights, and Use Rights, Rental Rights, Land Clearance Rights, and Forest Product Harvesting Rights. Land rights are rights owned by every land owner provided they have a certificate as strong evidence. Property rights are the strongest and most fulfilled rights. Business entities in the form of limited liability companies are currently in great demand, but problems often occur regarding land use due to the reduction in the status of Land Ownership Rights to Building Use Rights experienced by limited liability companies. The transition process also often experiences obstacles. For this reason, this research uses normative juridical research methods which focus on studying the application of rules or norms in positive law with a statutory approach and legal norms relating to land rights by Limited Liability Companies.
