The Books of Allah, which include the Torah, Gospel, Psalms, and the Quran, are divine revelations given as a guide for humanity. In the context of Islam, recognizing and understanding these texts is essential, as they provide moral and ethical guidance relevant to everyday life. The Quran, as the final book, reaffirms previous teachings and invites believers to reflect upon and apply divine messages in a modern context. The teachings within these texts are universal, offering values of goodness, justice, and compassion that remain relevant throughout time. Furthermore, these books serve as sources of inspiration and solutions to various life challenges, helping to shape the character and morality of individuals and society. By adhering to the teachings of the Books of Allah, Muslims can cultivate spirituality, strengthen their relationship with Allah, and create a harmonious and just society.

Law is a rule of rules made to regulate every behavior of the community so as not to carry out deviant activities. One of the actions that deviate from the norms of human life association is social problems, namely problems that occur in society where the perpetrators and victims are the people themselves. One of the deviant actions from the community is the crime of beheading where this beheading began to be rife in the Medan city area. The problem that has recently paraded the streets is often termed Begal. This begal is one of the street crimes, which has recently received serious attention from the public and law enforcement officials. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research and using direct interview techniques to police investigators for beheading crimes. The results showed that from several incidents that were successfully revealed by the police, data could be obtained that the perpetrators of this begal crime came from families with low economic and there was no relationship between low punishment for beheading perpetrators to the increase in beheading cases because the legal sanctions given are aimed at providing accountability for the acts resulting from crimes committed by someone

Faith in angels and Allah's messengers is an important part of the pillars of faith that form the basis of the beliefs and behaviors of Muslims. In modern life full of ethical and social challenges, the understanding of faith in angels and apostles, as well as the obligation to obey the Prophet PBUH, has become very relevant to affirm moral and spiritual values. This research aims to explore the importance of this belief in building the character of Muslims and how this teaching can be a solution to today's challenges. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. Data was collected through literature studies and literature analysis from a variety of relevant sources, including tafsir books, books, and academic journals. The results of the study show that faith in angels and apostles has a significant influence in shaping ethical awareness, responsibility, and behavior in accordance with Islamic teachings. Obedience to the Prophet PBUH also strengthens important human values in community life, such as justice, compassion, and unity. In conclusion, faith in angels and apostles and obedience to the Prophet PBUH not only strengthens the spiritual aspect, but also plays an important role in building a life of noble character and balance between the relationship with Allah and fellow humans.

The poem "Antara Gelap dan Terang Manusia" by Ariffin Noor Hasby in the book Salawat Laut aims to analyze the diski and meaning of the poem. This poem explains the meaning of each word used by the author has a certain meaning in which the reader understands the intention and purpose conveyed by the author. The method in this study is qualitative and data collection techniques using literature techniques by understanding the content of the poem. Through the analysis of the poem "Between Darkness and Human Light" by Ariffin Noor Hasby, the diction chosen by the author has a deep meaning, namely telling the story of a person's spiritual journey in searching for the meaning of life in the midst of the complexity of the world, such as darkness and light, heart and mind, sin and forgiveness. This journey is described as an attempt to find love, truth, and inner peace. This poem describes the beauty, emotion, and complexity of the relationship. The repetition of the phrase "Between darkness and human light" at the beginning of each verse emphasizes that this is a universal human condition that continues to be in a struggle between good and evil, between enlightenment and spiritual darkness.

This research discusses Da'wah Messages on Instagram Social Media (Content Analysis on the @hawaariyyun account). The problem in this research discusses the analysis of da'wah messages contained in 3 Reels videos of the Instagram account @hawaariyyun for the period 05 and 08 June 2023, including the title Connection with the Prophet, Hanging out with Believers and the Quraish infidels are Genius. This research aims to determine Da'wah messages on Instagram social media (content analysis on the @hawaariyyun account). This type of research uses the type of literature study research. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques collecting and analyzing the contents of video reels by means of observation and documentation. The research results show that Da'wah messages on Instagram social media (content analysis on the @hawaariyyun account) have very positive value for its 1.1 million followers. Moreover, the Instagram Reels video uploaded by @hawaariyyun was very easy for the resource person to understand and understand. This research concludes that there are 2 categories of da'wah messages, namely aqidah and sharia. In the Aqidah category there is the creed of faith in the Messenger, while in the sharia category there is the sharia of sunnah worship and human relations .

Human relations are a fundamental aspect of human social life, including in the student sphere. This research explores the role of human relations in creating a harmonious friendship environment on campus. Using Human Relations theory, this study highlights the importance of interpersonal communication, empathy, and conflict management in improving the quality of students' social interactions. A qualitative approach through participatory observation and literature review was used to deeply understand the phenomenon. The results showed that positive relationships between students can increase security, happiness, and productivity, as well as promote intellectual and emotional development. Conversely, poorly managed conflict can have a negative impact on academic performance and mental health.

This study aims to analyze the influence of effective communication in human relations on employee performance and the formation of a positive and productive work environment. The methodology used in this study is a literature study by collecting references from several previous studies. The results of this study show that effective communication has an important role in employee performance. Effective communication can improve performance, create a positive and productive work environment and increase employee productivity. The conclusion of this study is that effective communication has a significant impact on employee performance and the formation of a positive and productive work environment. The implication of these findings is that managers need to develop effective communication strategies and create a workplace culture that supports open and transparent communication.

Social attitudes are activities in relationships with other people, whether with peers, teachers, parents, or siblings. In relationships with other people, very meaningful events occur in his life that shape his personality, which helps him develop into the human being he is. As an educator, cultivating social attitudes in students is very important so that students have the attitude to build relationships with other people in everyday life. Based on this phenomenon, the researcher took research at MTs Negeri 6 Blitar as the object of research with the aim of finding out how social studies teachers' strategies are in cultivating social attitudes in students. The formulation of the problem in this research is: (1) What is the social studies teacher's strategy in determining changes in student behavior and personality at MTs Negeri 6 Blitar? (2) What is the social studies teacher's strategy in cultivating students' social attitudes at MTs Negeri 6 Blitar? (3) What are the results of the social studies teacher's strategy in fostering students' social attitudes at MTs Negeri 6 Blitar? This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. The research location is at MTs Negeri 6 Blitar. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research used three techniques, namely, in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) Implementing behavioral changes at MTs Negeri 6 Blitar starts from class VII students by getting used to: first making a greeting picket schedule after coming to school in the morning, holding the habit of doing dhuha prayers in congregation for all students and teachers, carrying out community service to clean the environment every Friday in mutual cooperation, familiarizing students with literacy, carrying out homeroom clinics to minimize mistakes made by students so that they can be minimized by each homeroom teacher, and teaching students good manners to respect parents, teachers, friends, and other people. Another thing is to get used to reading the Asmaul Husna before starting learning. (2) Developing students' social attitudes at MTs Negeri 6 Blitar by holding a program: they must collect social funds every Friday as sincerely as possible to help less fortunate friends. If they have damaged shoes, they can't afford them; the school buys the shoes using these social funds; treats friends. who are sick while at school; visits friends who are sick; works together to clean the classroom once a week so that students have the social spirit to care about dirty classrooms; picking up rubbish on the floor before starting learning can foster social attitudes by having a sense of caring about the surrounding environment. (3) The results of the teacher's strategy in cultivating students' social attitudes at MTs Negeri 6 Blitar make students more able to appreciate and respect other people, make students have a religious spirit by getting used to praying dhuha in congregation every morning and reading Asmaul Husna before starting social studies learning, make students more caring with the cleanliness of the surrounding environment because of cleaning activities on Fridays, make students love reading by holding literacy, make students more organized and minimize mistakes with the homeroom clinic, and foster a high social spirit with the existence of social funds every Friday and distributing These funds are properly used to buy necessities for underprivileged students, treat friends who are sick while at school, and visit friends who are sick.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the validity of scientific crime investigation as evidence in the process of proving murder cases and what are the advantages and disadvantages of using the scientific crime investigation method in crime scene processing carried out by forensic laboratories. Then the method used in this research is the normative legal research method. The results of the study show that the scientific crime investigation method, which is expressed in concrete form through forensic laboratory examinations and information from police forensic experts, is the central point. In connecting the relationship between the perpetrator, victim and evidence with the crime scene, the construction of evidence for a criminal act becomes stronger and can give confidence to the judge in deciding a case fairly and in accordance with the actual facts. In the case of the crime of murder with poison, the statements of the witnesses and the statements of the two defendants were linked and interconnected with each other after the scientific crime investigation method was applied; The advantages and disadvantages of using scientific crime investigation methods in crime scene processing carried out by forensic laboratories include. This research discusses Pancasila values ​​in the formation of customary law through philosophical and sociological approaches. Pancasila as the basis of the state has an influence in the formation of national law, but its relationship with customary law, traditions and local norms requires further adjustments. This philosophical approach emphasizes the values ​​of Pancasila, such as Belief in One Almighty God, Just and Civilized Humanity, and Social Justice. This is different from sociological research that examines the response of indigenous communities to the function of Pancasila and the dynamics of social adaptation that occur. This research also provides scientific participation in understanding between national and local legal systems, and also provides a basis for legal policy regarding the dynamics of Indonesian socio-culture.

As the ideological and philosophical basis of the Indonesian state, Pancasila plays an important role in the formation of national laws and regulations. This journal examines three main aspects of the function of Pancasila in law. First, Pancasila serves as a normative framework to ensure that laws are in accordance with basic values such as justice, humanity, and unity. Second, Pancasila strengthens legal legitimacy and political consensus in the midst of modern political dynamics that are often polarized. Third, there are problems in implementing Pancasila values in law, such as inconsistencies between positive laws and people's aspirations, as well as bureaucratic constraints. In addition, the journal discusses how the values of Pancasila should be instilled and taught, how it helps strengthen constitutional democracy, as well as its relationship to economic law, human rights, environmental issues, and international law. This journal emphasizes how important it is to apply the principles of Pancasila in facing global challenges and maintaining the integrity of the nation. The research method used in this article is a qualitative approach with document analysis and literature studies on laws, court decisions, and other legal sources. The results of the study show that the application of Pancasila in law in Indonesia still faces various challenges, but it has great potential to strengthen the national legal system, especially in the aspects of social justice and constitutional democracy.

The relationship between citizenship, human rights, national law, and Islamic law. Citizenship provides a formal basis for individuals in a state, while human rights are fundamental rights guaranteed by the constitution and international instruments. Islamic law also emphasizes the protection of human rights based on the principles of justice and dignity. This study compares how national law and Islamic law regulate citizenship and human rights, and seeks how both can complement each other in strengthening the protection of individual rights in Indonesia. With a normative and comparative legal approach, it is hoped that this study can contribute to creating an inclusive, just, and humanist legal system that respects diversity and moral values, and is able to handle contemporary issues such as the protection of minority groups and women's rights.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) presents new challenges and opportunities in various fields, including in Christian religious education. This article discusses how Christian Religious Education (PAK) and its curriculum can respond to the dynamics presented by AI technology. This article uses a descriptive qualitative method based on literature and scientific journals. The main sources of this research are taken from various literature and scientific journals that are relevant to the research topic. The main focus lies in the adjustment of learning materials that are relevant to the needs of the times, the formation of Christian ethics in the digital era, and the importance of maintaining spiritual values ​​amidst technological developments. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in PAK still adheres to the principles of Christian ethics and values. Theological understanding of the role of humans, morality, and their relationship with the creator is described in the perspective of Christian ethics towards artificial intelligence (AI). The Role of Humans in the Process of Christian Religious Education related to the application of AI involves deep reflection on the relationship between Bible verses and the implementation of artificial intelligence in religious education. In addition, this article explores the potential use of AI in the learning process, such as through personalization of education and increasing interaction between teachers and students. It is hoped that with proper adaptation, PAK can remain relevant and provide a solid foundation of faith for future generations in facing the challenges of modern technology.

Pancasila, as the basis of the Indonesian state, is a philosophical system that underlies national and state life with the principles of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy and social justice. The background to this research focuses on the urgency of Pancasila in globalization and also rapid social change, where new challenges require adaptation so that Pancasila remains relevant and effective. The aim of the research is to analyze the hierarchical and pyramidal structure of Pancasila, the formulation of the relationship between the precepts which complement and qualify each other, as well as the dynamics and challenges faced by Pancasila as a philosophical system. The research method uses library research to collect and analyze data from various relevant sources. The research results show that Pancasila, with its hierarchical structure that positions the precepts in a mutually supportive order, functions as a strong moral and ideological guide. The relationship between the Pancasila principles complement each other and also clarify each other's principles, forming a coherent and comprehensive system. However, challenges such as globalization, social inequality and political dynamics require adjustment and adaptation to maintain the relevance of Pancasila. This research emphasizes the importance of further study and development to ensure that Pancasila remains the basis of a strong and effective state in the modern era.

The rapid development of information technology has changed the way humans communicate, especially through social media. Generation Z, who grew up in the digital era, has its own characteristics in using social media, including in terms of interacting and communicating. The purpose of this study is to explore the ethics of communicating on social media from the perspective of Generation Z. The main focus is on Generation Z's understanding of ethical values, how they apply them in everyday communication, and their impact on social relationships. A qualitative approach is used in this research method which involves in-depth interviews with a number of informants from Generation Z, as well as analysis of related literature. This research aims to explore and analyze the relationship between Pancasila, as the foundation of the Republic of Indonesia, and international principles of justice and equality. Pancasila, which consists of five precepts that reflect the basic values of the Indonesian nation, is expected to serve as a guideline in the application of the principles of social justice and equal rights in the international context. This study uses an analytical approach to evaluate how Pancasila aligns with various international conventions and standards related to human rights and social justice. It also discusses the challenges and opportunities in integrating Pancasila values with global norms, as well as its impact on Indonesia's public policy and international relations. The results show that while there is significant alignment between Pancasila and international principles on justice and equality, there are some challenges in its implementation that need to be addressed to ensure better harmonization between national and international norms.

This study explores the application of Pancasila principles in the development of international law from the perspective of developing countries. Pancasila, as the foundational ideology of Indonesia, encompasses values that have the potential to enrich the international legal framework, particularly in terms of social justice, humanity, and international cooperation. Through a qualitative approach involving case studies and document analysis, this research examines how Pancasila principles can be integrated into international legal practice, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by developing countries. The findings indicate that, despite significant challenges related to diplomatic capacity and influence in international forums, Pancasila principles offer opportunities to promote more inclusive and equitable global policies. Recommendations include strengthening diplomatic capacity, enhancing participation in international relations. forums, forming strategic alliances, and effectively advocating Pancasila values. This study aims to contribute to a better understanding of the role of local values in the development of international law and to strengthen the position of developing countries in the global system.  

An inclusive work environment is an important element in supporting employee productivity and well-being in modern organizations. This research aims to explore the role of Human Relations in creating an inclusive work environment, where diversity is respected and every individual feels accepted and supported to develop. Using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods, this research collects data through in-depth interviews and participant observation of employees from various backgrounds. The research results show that Human Relations has a central role in designing diversity policies, implementing inclusion training, facilitating cross-cultural communication, and handling conflicts related to individual differences. In addition, it was found that support from top management and organizational commitment were key factors in successfully creating an inclusive environment. These findings indicate that effective Human Relations practices can increase employee engagement, reduce turnover, and build a more open and innovative organizational culture. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for organizations in developing Human Relations strategies that focus on inclusion and diversity.

This research discusses the concept of dual citizenship in the perspective of Indonesian positive law and Islamic law. Dual citizenship refers to the legal status in which a person is recognized as a citizen by more than one country, a phenomenon that is increasingly relevant in the era of globalization. In Indonesian positive law, dual citizenship is generally not recognized, except in special cases such as children from mixed marriages. However, increasing global mobility and individual rights have prompted discussion on the need for wider recognition of dual citizenship. Meanwhile, Islamic law provides a more flexible approach by considering the maqasid al-shariah principle which emphasizes the protection of basic human rights. Through a normative juridical and sociological approach, this research explores how the two legal systems deal with dual citizenship and what the implications are for individuals as well as the state. A comparative study of dual citizenship Dual Citizenship, Positive Law, Islamic Law, Maqasid al-Shariah, Citizenship Regulation practices in several other countries, such as the United States, Canada, Egypt and Pakistan, was also conducted to gain greater insight and understand the best practices that can be adapted in Indonesia. The results show that despite resistance to dual citizenship, its implementation can provide significant benefits, both in terms of protecting individual rights and strengthening international relations. Therefore, it is recommended that Indonesia consider a more comprehensive and inclusive policy regarding dual citizenship, which is in line with positive legal values and Islamic legal principles. This research can hopefully serve as a reference for policy makers and academics in developing regulations that are adaptive to global dynamics.
