The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of developing digital teaching materials for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on Case Study and student responses to the development of digital teaching materials for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on Case Study. The development of digital textbooks for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on case study was developed using the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan, which includes four stages, namely the definition, design, development, and dissemination stages. However, this dissemination stage was not carried out because this study did not measure the effectiveness of the product or student learning outcomes. The feasibility of the developed textbook was determined based on an assessment by material, language, and graphic validation experts. From the overall assessment of the validation experts, the average result of the textbook's feasibility was 87.33% with a very feasible category. Based on this percentage, it can be stated that the digital textbook for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on case study is feasible to be used in the teaching and learning process of the Introduction to Administrative and Management Science course. Student responses were carried out with a limited trial on 20 students of the Office Administration Education Study Program. The student response sheet consists of 6 components of eligibility, namely the format, relevance, attention, satisfaction, understanding of the material, and confidence in learning outcomes, where the overall assessment of students obtained an average eligibility result of 86.66% which can be interpreted that the digital textbook Introduction to Administrative Science and Management based on case studies is feasible and interesting to use in the learning process of the Introduction to Administrative Science and Management course.

The central government is the highest level of government in a country that has the greatest power and authority. The central government is responsible for controlling the unitary state, making decisions and rules for the whole country, and exercising national supremacy over other governments. Local government is the administration of government affairs by the local government and the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD). Local government is carried out based on the principles of autonomy and assistance with the principle of the widest possible autonomy. Regional autonomy is a concept in which the central government grants a number of authorities to local governments to regulate and manage their own government affairs in accordance with laws and regulations in the Indonesian context, regional autonomy is regulated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. The purpose of regional autonomy is to realize effective and efficient government and improve the welfare of the community.

Analysis of the Impact of Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) in Improving Employee Performance at the Republic of Indonesia Civil Servant Cooperative (KPRI) "Bung" LLDIKTI Region IX Sulawesi. Supervised by Dr. Milka Pasulu, S.E., M.Si and Dr. Yusram Adi, S.E., M.Sc This research aims to determine the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) in improving employee performance at the Republic of Indonesia Civil Servant Cooperative (KPRI) "Bung" LLDIKTI Region IX Sulawesi. This research was conducted using data collection through direct observation and interviews; The data collection methods used were interviews and direct observation. is based on qualitative data, where this research is subjective. The sample in this study was the administration section, and the manager of the Republic of Indonesia Employees Cooperative (KPRI) "Bung" LLDIKTI Region IX Sulawesi. The data analysis methods used are narrative analysis and discourse analysis.  The results of this research show that information and communication technology (ICT) has a significant impact on improving employee performance.

Emesis gravidarum is a common condition experienced by pregnant women in the first trimester, which can interfere with health and quality of life. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of mint tea and honey in reducing symptoms of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. This study used a case study design with the subject of a 20-year-old pregnant woman, G1P0A0, who was 9 weeks pregnant and experiencing emesis gravidarum. The intervention was carried out by giving 150 ml of mint tea and honey, once in the morning after meals, for three consecutive days. The study was conducted at Rowosari Health Center on November 19-22, 2024. Measurements were made using the PUQE observation sheet to assess the frequency and intensity of nausea and vomiting before and after the intervention. The results showed a significant decrease in the frequency of nausea and vomiting, from 4 times at the initial visit to 1 time at the third visit. The PUQE score also showed improvement from moderate to mild category. The administration of mint tea and honey proved effective in reducing symptoms of emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women. This non-pharmacological method can be used to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.

This study aims to determine the role of the Assistant Regional Secretariat of Palangka Raya City is very important in improving the performance of the Regional Secretariat apparatus in order to realize efficient and effective governance. This discussion highlights various aspects that influence the effectiveness of the role of the Assistant Regional Secretariat, such as coordination between regional apparatuses, human resource management (HR), budget management, performance monitoring, and employee motivation. Good coordination between regional apparatuses will facilitate the administration of government. In addition, competent HR management and efficient budget management are important factors in supporting the implementation of regional government programs. Performance monitoring and evaluation are also needed to ensure that every task and function of the Regional Secretariat apparatus runs according to plan. By considering all these factors, it is hoped that the performance of the Regional Secretariat apparatus can be more optimal and improve the quality of public services and regional government as a whole.  

This research aims to understand the functions and duties of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in assisting council members in carrying out their duties. According to the Mayor Regulation Number 34 of 2019, the Secretariat of the DPRD of Palangkaraya City consists of the following divisions: Secretary, General Affairs, Legislation Affairs, Sessions, Public Relations, and Budgeting and Supervision Facilities. Based on Law No. 32 of 2004 and Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007, the Secretariat of the DPRD is considered a "regional apparatus" that provides "administrative services" to the DPRD. This includes managing the DPRD's financial administration, supporting the duties and functions of the DPRD, and providing and coordinating the necessary experts for the DPRD. As explained earlier, the Secretariat of the DPRD plays a crucial and vital role in determining the effectiveness of the DPRD's services. Based on the research objectives outlined, the research method suitable for understanding the functions and duties of the Secretariat of the DPRD in assisting council members is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This approach will allow the researcher to describe and analyze the empirical reality in-depth regarding the role of the Secretariat of the DPRD.

In an effort to improve early nutrition, the Indonesian government has introduced the "Movement to Promote Fish Consumption" (GEMARIKAN) program, aimed at increasing fish consumption among the public. This program is expected to educate the community on the importance of consuming fish as a source of protein and to raise awareness of the health benefits associated with eating fish. This study aims to explore in depth the role of the East Jakarta government's public relations in campaigning for the GEMARIKAN program. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. The reason for conducting this study is to understand the role of government public relations in promoting the GEMARIKAN program. As part of efforts to reduce stunting rates, the East Jakarta City Administration is actively promoting the GEMARIKAN 2024 campaign among elementary school children in East Jakarta public schools. And the results obtained were that the role of government public relations in the Gemarikan campaign in East Jakarta had gone quite well, even though the implementation was not optimal, through two approaches, namely a persuasive and educative approach and a collaborative approach.

Sexual harassment in academic settings often goes uncovered due to unequal power relations between perpetrators and victims. This phenomenon is of particular concern on Malang campuses, where victims feel intimidated and do not have a safe space to speak out. This research aims to explore how power relations contribute to the occurrence of sexual harassment and its impact on victims in the academic environment. A qualitative approach was used with a case study method at several universities in Malang. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with victims, witnesses, and campus administration, and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that harassers often utilize positions of authority, such as lecturers, seniors, or campus staff, to commit acts of harassment. Victims, who are mostly students, are reluctant to report cases for fear of negative impacts on their education and career. The findings also reveal that the lack of strict campus policies and victim-friendly reporting mechanisms exacerbate the situation. This research highlights the importance of reforming campus policies and engaging the academic community in creating a safer and more equitable environment. This research suggests that universities in Malang need to strengthen reporting systems, introduce sexual harassment prevention training, and improve the structure of more equal relationships between students and faculty.

One of the government's steps to achieve quality public services is the implementation of Regional Regulation of Domestic Affairs No. 4 of 2010 concerning Guidelines for Integrated Regional Administration Services (PATEN). The report of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 318/312/PUM dated February 28, 2011, outlines the implementation of Integrated Regional Administration Services (PATEN). PATEN is carried out with the aim of making cities the center of community services and serving as service points for subdistrict offices within the regencies/cities, ensuring that the geographical areas can be served more effectively and efficiently. This study is a qualitative research aimed at providing a general or descriptive overview of the researched topic. To offer a general or descriptive overview, the researcher relies on field data. The findings of this study solely describe or frame in-depth interviews with research subjects to provide a clear understanding of the analysis of the implementation of Integrated Administration Policy in Tempe Subdistrict, Wajo Regency. With the steps that have been taken, it is expected that PATEN in Tempe Subdistrict can operate more effectively, efficiently, and transparently, in line with its objective of delivering optimal services to the community.

Birth certificate data management is an important aspect of population administration. In the digital era, the need for efficient systems is increasing to overcome various challenges, such as manual errors, slow administrative processes, and difficulties in searching for data. This research focuses on designing a data management system for Indonesian citizens' birth certificates at the Batu Bara Regency Population and Civil Registration Service (Dukcapil). This system was designed using a systematic approach, starting from needs analysis to the implementation stage. The method used involves collecting data through interviews, literature study, and direct observation in the field. The result of this design is a digital-based system that makes it easier to record, store and manage birth certificate data efficiently. By implementing this system, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of public services, minimize data errors, and support the government's digitalization program.

This research aims to examine and analyze the work system implemented by the archives management section at the Batu Bara Regency Library Service. Archives are an important source of information to support the smooth running of administration and public services, so their management requires an efficient and organized system. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the archive management work system at the Batu Bara Regency Library Service still faces several obstacles, such as limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as a lack of human resources trained in the field of archive management. However, the archives management department attempts to overcome this problem by implementing a system that is in accordance with existing procedures. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide recommendations for improving the records management work system in related agencies, in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness in public services.

This research examines the legal construction of interfaith marriage in Indonesia within its pluralistic context. Through socio-legal analysis, it explores current regulations, implementation practices, and challenges in accommodating interfaith marriages under Indonesian law. The study analyzes Marriage Law No. 1/1974, Civil Administration Law, and relevant court decisions, revealing gaps between constitutional rights of religious freedom and existing marriage regulations. Research methods include document analysis, case studies, and comparative legal analysis with other pluralistic societies. Findings indicate significant challenges in legal recognition and civil registration of interfaith marriages, impacting citizens' constitutional rights. The study proposes legislative reforms and administrative improvements to better accommodate religious diversity while maintaining legal certainty. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on legal pluralism and religious freedom in Indonesian marriage law.

Effective, efficient and structured management of personnel data is an important requirement to support smooth administration and operations in the government environment. This study aims to design and implement a technology-based personnel data management system at the Limapuluh Subdistrict Office, Batu Bara Regency. This system is designed to overcome various problems that arose in previous manual systems, such as data duplication, slow administration processes, and the risk of data loss. The methods used include system requirements analysis through interviews, application-based system design using the Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Sequence Diagram and Class Diagram models, as well as system implementation on available devices. The main features developed include employee data recording, digital attendance, work schedule management, and automatic reporting. The implementation results show that the new system is able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel data management, speed up the administration process, and increase data security. By training administrative staff, this system also strengthens the human resource management capabilities of the Fifty District Head Office. It is hoped that this research can be a solution and reference for other government agencies that want to digitize personnel data management.

The Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) is a technology-based application used to manage personnel data in a centralized, efficient, and accurate manner. SIMPEG enables various administrative processes, such as payroll, promotions, and employee data management, to be automated, which were previously done manually and prone to errors. This study discusses the concept of SIMPEG, its implementation stages, and its benefits in improving efficiency, data accuracy, service transparency, quick decision-making, and centralized resource management. The research findings show that SIMPEG reduces manual workload, enhances the accuracy and speed of access to employee data, and supports better and more timely decision-making. In addition, SIMPEG increases transparency in administrative processes, reduces operational costs, and strengthens public trust in government institutions. However, the successful implementation of SIMPEG depends on the readiness of technological infrastructure and user training. Therefore, infrastructure development and training are crucial to optimizing SIMPEG use throughout Indonesia.

The use of a digital-based system must also be supported by strengthening user competencies through a digital literacy training program for village communities. This community service program aims to increase public awareness of information security in using digital media in the LeDig Program can increase productivity, expand markets, and create new jobs in Indramayu Regency. This community service activity also resulted in a measurement of the level of public awareness of information security using an instrument developed based on the COBIT 2019 Framework. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Human Resources Division (HR) in managing administration and employee data at PT Prima Perdana Mandiri Sidoarjo. In this era of widespread globalization, the role of administration has become increasingly important in several different ways. The importance of an educational administration system to be implemented has become one of the benchmarks of educational quality, especially in the teaching and learning process, although its implementation has not been maximized. With proper management, educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Educational administration is a crucial aspect of managing an effective and efficient educational system. This study aims to analyze the role and importance of educational administration in improving the quality of learning. The method used is a qualitative approach with documentation techniques, involving the collection of data from various official documents and reports related to the practices of educational administration. The research findings show that educational administration significantly contributes to curriculum planning, resource management, as well as the evaluation and supervision of the teaching and learning process. These findings are expected to provide insights for policymakers and education practitioners to continue improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important for all parties involved, including the government, institutional managers, educators, and the community, to collaborate in supporting the educational administration process. Investing in the improvement of educational administration quality is a vital step to ensure the development of high-quality human resources in the future.

The aim of this research is to: 1) determine an influence of entrepreneurial learning on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the UNS Office Administration Education study program; 2) determine an influence of the social environment on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the UNS Office Administration Education study program; and 3) determine an influence of entrepreneurial learning and the social environment together on the entrepreneurial interest of UNS Office Administration Education students. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The population in this research is all students from the 2019 and 2020 Office Administration Education Study Program, totaling 113 students. This research uses a proportional stratified random sampling technique for sampling. The data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS 24.0 program. The research results show that: 1) there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial learning on interest in entrepreneurship as evidenced by the calculated t value (1.712) > t table (1.658). 2) there is a positive influence of the social environment on interest in entrepreneurship as evidenced by the calculated t value (2.099) > t table (1.658). 3) there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial learning and the social environment together on interest in entrepreneurship as evidenced by the value of Fcount (6.287) > Ftable (3.08). The research results also show that entrepreneurial learning and the social environment together can influence interest in entrepreneurship by 10.3%, while the other 89.7% is influenced by other variables. Therefore, the overall results of this data analysis support the existing hypothesis.  

Since early 2021, the population administration service in Bandung Regency has been supported by service innovations implementation through an online service system, with the presence of the SAKEDAP application. Hence, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency makes use of Information and Communication Technology as an application of Agile Governance in order to deal with the dynamics of the environment. Nevertheless, at the implementation level of the newest version of SAKEDAP application, the limit of the Q-Ban is only 150 queues a day from 4,000 applicants per day. To tackle these problems, outreach should be tailored through a broad range of accessible media platforms, the recruitment of IT specialists to assure the strength of the system and the ability to increase capacity when necessary. Such measures, which, will enhance public understanding and easier access to services, are consistent with the ideals of the good governance which espouses efficiency and responsiveness. The objective of this study is to discover and analyze Agile Governance based Integrated Population Queue System Service in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency. Observer-participant, in-depth interviews and document review were the main data collection techniques used. In addition to Good Enough Governance, business- driven, Human Focused, Based on Quick Wins, Systematic and Adaptive Approach, Simple design and Continuous Responsiveness, based on the research conducted, the researcher found the responsiveness factor or the ability factor, which is intended to help and provide fast service to customers with clear information and can support the successful implementation of Agile Governance.
