The purpose of this research is to analyze the visual signs in Menjelang Magrib film regarding the tradition of pasung on people with mental disorders using Charles Sanders Pierce theory. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis method to analyze the visuals and identify the meanings that appear in the film. This research uses Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory through aspects of icons, symbols, and indexes that focus on the tradition of pasung on people with mental disorders experienced by Nina. The object of this research is the movie "Menjelang Magrib". The results of this study indicate that the tradition of pasung carried out on people with mental disorders has a negative impact, because it will hurt mentally and physically the person who is shackled. The tradition of pasung experienced by Nina is a social campaign message to reject the practice of pasung tradition as a form of human rights struggle where people with mental disorders should be treated better.

Many aspects of life are regulated in the Koran, which is the main source of Islamic teachings, including aspects related to wills. In the Qur'an, the word will is often found with different meanings and connotations other than just a message before death. This difference is caused by the use of different will words in the context of the problem. A will is a voluntary gift made by someone to another person, which is made after the death of the giver (testator). Because wills have the nature of worship (human relationship with God), they are also a legal act, a means of getting closer to Allah (taqorrub ilallah) which is often done by many people, especially those who have sufficient wealth. In practice, a will is usually made by someone orally or in writing. This is done so that other people know that this is his will. This research aims to examine the meaning of a will, the reasons for making a will, the wisdom of making a will, the law of wills, the types of wills, the pillars of wills, and the amount of assets that can be bequeathed. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of library research. Researchers obtain data from books, journals, articles and others related to the theme or title being discussed.    

Management and utilization of water resources will increase along with the rate of population growth, increasing living standards and regional economic growth. Human needs for water in life generally consist of clean water needs, agricultural water needs and industrial water needs. Provisions for water use permits in Law no. 17 of 2019 which is not regulated in PP No. 69 of 2014, namely permission to use water to meet needs for activities other than meeting basic daily needs and people's agriculture which is not a business activity, it can be said that PP No. 69 of 2014 is no longer in accordance with the provisions in Law no. 17 of 2019 so that it needs to be revoked and new government regulations formed as implementing regulations for Law no. 17 of 2019. The paradigm that will be built with the enactment of Law Number 17 of 2019 is to improve the previous paradigm which was not in line with people's expectations so that there would be no leap in the authority to manage water resources in the hope that a more effective and efficient resource management system would be realized..

The role of technology today makes information processing easier because processing is necessary so that the resulting information can be useful for its users. Competition in the business world requires developers to find a pattern that can increase sales and marketing of goods, one of which is by utilizing transaction data. The availability of abundant data, the need for information to support decision making to create business solutions, and infrastructure support in the field of information technology are the reasons for the birth of data mining technology. Problems that occur at UD. Martua is lacking in reviewing the products being sold, what products consumers need and less effective data storage. With data mining, it is intended to provide real solutions to UD. Martua can find out which items are selling well and which items are not selling well, then can compare sales from year to year to become an effective medium for developing sales at UD.Martua. In grouping sales data, the fields used are item name, quantity purchased, quantity sold for 1 week, then the data will be processed with the k-means clustering algorithm. The final result with 20 grouping data samples was the final result with 2 clusters, namely, cluster 1 (C1) with 10 best-selling items, cluster 2 (C2) with 10 non-selling items. With data mining using the K-Means algorithm, losses for UD.Martua..speeding up decision making to restock goods that are selling well so that consumers who want to buy don't have to wait long. Providing information from sales data to find out what causes profits or losses at UD.Martua. Providing convenience for UD.Martua in determining which products are selling and which are not selling so that there is no accumulation of goods that are not selling and resulting in losses for UD.Martua.

The purpose of this research is to explain a strategic approach to the training and development of the Human Resources of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in facing organizational change challenges. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and a literature study approach. The research is conducted at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Bima District. In this research, the data analysis technique used is the interactive model according to Miles and Huberman, which consists of three main components: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that in the context of natural disasters that are prone in this region, disaster preparedness, disaster management, and emergency response coordination are the top priorities in the training strategy. Involvement of the local community, collaboration with other institutions, and learning from previous experiences are essential elements that can strengthen the readiness of the BPBD in Bima District. Continuous evaluation, career development, utilization of local human resources, and technological innovation are supportive elements in a comprehensive training strategy. Recommendations include the development of long-term training plans, enhanced inter-agency collaboration, and investment in technology that supports disaster management and training. Facing future challenges, such as climate change that can increase the risk of natural disasters, the BPBD in Bima District must continually update their training strategy and ensure that their response to organizational changes and disasters remains relevant and responsive. Therefore, the training and development strategy for HR in the BPBD in Bima District can help strengthen their preparedness and responsiveness in facing the challenges in this region.

The high interest of the Indonesian people in retail supermarkets makes competition for retail supermarkets increasingly high, so that appropriate and effective marketing strategies are needed. This research examines the effectiveness of marketing strategy implementation in an effort to increase consumer shopping interest at the Salafiyah Sukorejo Banyuputih Situbondo supermarket. This research is a field study using descriptive qualitative research methods, namely the reporting is described and conveyed in words. The data sources used use primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses triangulation. The results of the research show that the marketing strategies carried out at Salafiyah supermarkets are very effective, although not all marketing strategy theories are implemented by Salafiyah supermarkets, but Salafiyah supermarkets' income increases from year to year due to implementing several marketing strategies that they implement in combination with several existing marketing strategy theories. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced in implementing marketing strategies include the lack of quantity of human resources and the lack of knowledge of human resources regarding retail supermarket marketing strategies.

. Nowadays global problems whose impact on the environment are no stranger to human life. A clean and beautiful environment will have a positive impact on human health and vision, however, this phenomenon is very rare or even more difficult to find. So researchers are interested in conducting research at a rice factory in the Nipah Panjang II area. The rice factory is a factory that processes paddy into rice. The researcher intends to apply the green economy concept to the factory in the hope of reducing the losses caused by the factory to the surrounding environment and supporting the goals of sustainable development. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method and uses descriptive research. Meanwhile, the data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. It is known that the research results obtained in this research are that the factory carries out a rice milling process using a machine that is fueled by ethanol and the waste produced is re-managed into something that can be useful and generate additional income for the factory

Background: A traffic accident is an unexpected and unwanted road traffic event which is difficult to predict when and where it will occur, involving at least one vehicle with other road users or due to negligence in driving a vehicle, be it a car or motorcycle which can cause death, disability, serious injury or minor injury. Within the territory of Indonesia itself, every hour has an average of at least three people who die as a result of the accident with many causal factors such as the human factor itself, which is around 61%, then the vehicle factor is 9% and environmental factors and infrastructure contribute as much as 30%. Case Description : We report a case of a traffic accident with multiple trauma. This traffic accident involved 2 motorbike riders who were traveling at maximum speed so that they collided with a truck that was stopped at a red light in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, on Thursday 15 June 2022 at around 01.00 WITA and caused the two motorbike riders to die. The motorbike that was traveling at high speed suddenly stopped and hit the back of the truck, as a result the body moving at the speed of the vehicle suddenly experienced a deceleration, causing multiple trauma to several regions or organs of the body. The effects on the victim's corpse varied in the form of head injuries, open wounds, and fractures to several bones. Conclusion : Forensic examination is very useful to determine the cause of death, mechanism of death, and nature of death. In the medical report of a traffic accident, the forensic doctor can explain his findings in the form of a post mortem et repertum.

Education is the main foundation in community development and human resource development. In the context of higher education, the quality of the learning process and lecture management greatly affects student success. One aspect that has a significant impact on the learning process is student attendance management. Traditionally, recording student attendance is done manually by using a physical attendance list that must be filled in by students and signed by lecturers. Although it has been used for a long time, this method has a number of limitations that need to be overcome. In the rapidly evolving digital era, we have access to technology that can simplify and improve student attendance management. The use of information technology can provide a more efficient, accurate, and practical solution in recording student attendance. The app was developed using MIT App Inventor, a platform that makes it easy for users to create Android apps without in-depth programming knowledge.  

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. Every motorized vehicle driver must comply with traffic rules and regulations. This aims to ensure the safety of motorized vehicle drivers and other road users. But because of the increase in the number of motorized vehicles, the accident rate continues to increase every year and the number of victims continues to increase, which is one of the bad factors in the increase in the number of motorized vehicles in Indonesia. This factor occurs due to the driver's human negligence, starting from lack of sleep, fatigue, carelessness, and low rider discipline. The police enforced it with fines but it was still frequently violated by motorists. Therefore, the existence of electronic tickets (E-TLE) using CCTV surveillance cameras, is expected to help reduce violations and reduce the level of road accidents. This study raises problems by looking at the obstacles experienced in the implementing E-TLE ticket fines and the obstacles experienced in the implementing E-TLE ticket fines in the jurisdiction of the Surabaya City Police. This research uses empirical juridical research. The results of this study are the obstacles that traffic police officers face when applying ETLE fines are: Unclear ETLE cameras, lots of fake license plates, E-tickets that are not on target, Accessibility of the application network, E-ticket services that are just In Time, integration of data that has not been uploaded, lack of socialization and the community does not have the E-Tilang application. And the obstacles faced by traffic police officers when applying ETLE fines are: factors of law enforcers who still accept bribes and lack of understanding of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, Community factors, namely the lack of understanding of the community in driving on the highway and the lack of knowledge about traffic violations, and application system factors and electronic devices where there are still errors in their use and CCTV cameras that are not clear in photographing violating motorists.

Abstract. The development of MSME-scale industries (Micro, Small and MediumEnterprises) is an effort to determine the achievement of the goal of increasing the welfareof people in rural areas. Human resources are a very valuable asset for everyorganization and make a major contribution to the organization because employees workand act to achieve organizational goals. The aims of this study are 1. To find out whetherthe recruitment of freelance workers can increase the income of MSME actors 2. To Knowthe constraints in recruiting casual daily workers. The method used is a literature studywith a descriptive exploratory approach. The population in this study is cracker SMEs inKrembung District, Sidoarjo. This study uses non-probability sampling, namelypurposive sampling with the provision that SMEs have freelance daily workers. It can beconcluded 1. That the recruitment of freelance workers can increase the income ofKrupuk Krembung Sidoarjo MSME actors by 10-15%, in this case Cracker MSME actorscan employ freelance workers in the production process to the product packing process2. Constraints faced by Krupuk MSME actors related to the recruitment of casual dailyworkers, namely the difficulty of finding casual daily workers, the available workers workregularly and are paid monthly. To find freelance daily workers, usually cracker MSMEactors look for workers outside the Krembung sub-district Keywords: MSMEs, Income, Recruitment.  

Research objectives To find out strategies that can be implemented in developing community-based Ecotourism in Tipang village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2023. To find out what factors support and inhibit the development of community-based Ecotourism in Tipang tourist village. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach through in-depth interview techniques with informants. From the results of research conducted by researchers, the Tipang Tourism Village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency is still in the pioneering stage. Therefore, for the Tipang Tourism Village development strategy there are stages that must be carried out, especially the process of approaching the community and providing guidance to assist the community's human resources. As well as the existence of supporting and inhibiting factors in the community-based ecotourism development strategy, more attention must be paid by utilizing the potential of the Tipang Tourism Village. The strategies that have been implemented in the tourism community are: 1. Becoming a government partner in encouraging and disseminating tourism awareness among the community. 2. Providing participation in various related training, such as understanding what tourism potential is and also what it is like to develop a tourist village. 3. Mapping tourism potential, where Pokdarwis has data from every tourist location point in Tipang Tourism Village. 4. Create a tour package where this tour package has a tariff according to the tourist's trip in the Tourism Village and what the tourist's activities will be in the future. 5. Promoting tourism products carried out by Pokdarwis so that Tipang Tourism Village becomes increasingly well known and penetrates the outside world. Potential villages with culture and daily traditions of the community that can be developed as tourist village attractions. Through the factors that influence the development of this tourist village, there are attractions, amenities, accessibility and also superior human resources.

Community service activities are very important to improve the quality of human resources for MSMEs. Copywriting training was conducted by Bina Nusantara University Semarang for 30 MSMEs in the city of Semarang. The term copywriting was not yet known to the participants and this training was attended with great enthusiasm so that the participants could increase their knowledge regarding marketing using copywriting techniques which are one of the trends in the marketing world. Training participants are expected to have the ability to write attractive promotional or advertising language so that their products can stick in the minds of customers. By mastering this copywriting technique, the participants are able to increase product sales through digital marketing via social media by using advertising writing techniques that are attractive to the customers.

The world of aviation in this modern era is increasingly developing. This is evidenced by the self-check-in facility provided by the company which greatly facilitates flight service users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan where this facility can not only reduce interaction between humans and reduce the intensity of the spread of the Covid 19 virus at that time, this facility can also maximize the effectiveness of passenger time, so that there are no long queues in the use of manual check in. This study aims to determine the Use of Self Check In Technology Affects the Effectiveness of Flight Service Users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan and How Much Influence the Use of Self Check In Technology Affects the Effectiveness of Flight Service Users at Sultan Aji Airport Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Balikpapan. This research uses quantitative research methods with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is service users who have used the Self Check-In System and the sample in this study is 95 respondents from 2042 existing populations. Data analysis techniques consist of research instruments, namely validity tests and reliability tests and hypothesis tests consisting of simple linear analysis tests, t tests, and determination coefficients. The result of this study is that the use of Self Check In Technology affects the effectiveness of flight service users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan has a partial effect in a negative and significant direction. The magnitude of the correlation / relationship value (R) is 0.461. From this output, a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.212 was obtained which explained that the effect of the independent variable of self-check-in machine technology facilities on the effectiveness of aviation service users was 21.2.% The remaining 78.8% was influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Tarabunga Tourism Village has a variety of great tourism potential that can be developed and introduced such as its beautiful and amazing natural potential. The purpose of this study is to determine the development strategy carried out by the Village Government in increasing the number of tourist visits to Tarabunga Village. (2) To determine the involvement of BUMDES, POKDARWIS, and Youth Youth Organization in the management of tourist attractions, (3) To determine the involvement of community leaders in the development of tourist attractions in Tarabunga Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are (1) data collection through observation, interviews and documentation, (2) data presentation, (3) data reduction, and (4) drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the Village Government does not only work alone but involves various related parties or stackholders called Penta-helix. The strategies carried out by the Village Government are master plan, environmental management and cleanliness, promotion and marketing, environmental sustainability, human resource development, application of Sapta Pesona, cooperation and partnerships. The conclusion drawn by the author is that Tarabunga Tourism Village has rich natural resource potential. The Government's strategy does not only focus on one point or one tourist attraction, but development is carried out as a whole. One of the major strategies owned by the Village Government is the Master plan on the development of Tarabunga Peak Attraction, In developing the potential of Tarabunga Tourism Village both Natural and Cultural Potential, the village government does not only do it alone but also involves various related parties that can contribute directly or indirectly.

This study aimstodetermine the participation of pokdarwis in the development of the Meat Tourism Village and which parties are involved with the pokdarwis in the development of the Meat Tourism Village. This study uses qualitative research methods with  descriptive methods and data collection techniques through observation and interviews with 10 informants. The results of this study depict that the Tourism Awareness Group endeavors to develop the Meat Tourism Village through two main programs, which are : Coordinate with the Tourism Office to strengthen human resources (HR) in the  tourism sector and organize annual program activities of the Meat Art Festival and cooperate with  Meat Village authorities, private parties and community

The digital era has changed the paradigm and practice of human resource management (HR). This article analyzes the impact of digital transformation on HR, with a focus on paradigm shifts, digital skills development, and the use of technology in decision making. The pre-digital era emphasized administration, while the digital era demands attention to employees' digital skills. Developing digital skills is important, considering these skills are key in the modern world of work. A competency-based approach is a more suitable method for dealing with technological change. HR management has a major role in facilitating organizational adaptation and success in the ever-evolving digital era. The World Economic Forum (2020) said skills such as understanding technology, data analysis, and proficiency in using digital devices have become important in today's world of work. In facing the digital era, organizations are faced with new challenges and opportunities. Changing the HR management paradigm from administrative to strategic requires adaptive and innovative leadership. Digital skills development is the foundation for productivity and competitiveness. Therefore, employee training and development must be the main focus. A competency-based approach allows a more precise identification of the required skills requirements. In addition, the use of technology and data analysis enables more accurate and objective decision making.
