This study aims to determine the Effect of Recruitment, Employee Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Alfamart Cileungsi. The research method used is a quantitative research method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data measured using a Likert scale. The population of this research is employees of PT Alfamart, especially in the recruitment, learning and development section. The sampling technique used in this study was to use a saturated sample with a total of 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression which was processed with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 for Windows program. The results of this study prove that the influence of recruitment has an effect on employee performance, employee motivation has an effect on employee performance at PT Alfamart Cileungsi.

This research aims to identify and explain the role of leadership in improving employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. In carrying out this research, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research type. This research uses a special method that aims to explain specific phenomena in depth and data collection techniques are carried out by observation or observation so that researchers immediately go into the field to obtain data that can really be trusted. The results of the study show that the role of leadership has a major influence in increasing employee discipline. Because the leader becomes the most dominant person and has authority, power in all efforts to create employee work discipline.

Purpose-The main orientation of this article is to recognize the pattern of digitalization's impact on the current development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human resource management and how it affects the skills needed by HR professionals for decision-making through talent management and employee retention to ensure employee capabilities by aligning work at the right time based on the company's business priority goals. Methodology-This study uses a qualitative methodology that uses descriptive research. This research focuses on decisions made by leaders to improve the quality of human resources and seeks to identify areas of knowledge that have not been explored in research. Findings-Research results show that the company's strategy of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides many benefits, such as improving operational efficiency, developing innovative products or services, and making better business decisions based on better forecasting and analysis. Practical Implications-Through the implications of HR data analysis as decision-making in forecasting human resource trends using AI, talent management, and employee retention. This is applied to the recruitment and selection process that provides benefits such as rewards to employees who can achieve targets. Therefore, a supportive work culture by honing the talents and potential of employees to create maximum and efficient performance can have a good impact on the company.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Bima City Industry and Trade Cooperative Service. The sample in this research was 40 ASN with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The research method uses questionnaires, observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The results of the research show that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City Industrial and Trade Cooperative Service.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Radio Panjalu Raya. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 40 respondents at PT Radio Panjalu Raya. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 10.743 + 0.269 Organizational culture has a partially significant effect on employee performance with a sig result of 0.000 <0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of PT Radio Panjalu Raya employees.

The objective of this article is to examine the elements that impact the inclination of customers of Indonesian Islamic banks, specifically those in KC Medan Ahmad Yani, to utilize mobile banking. Technology has significantly influenced people's lives, and the banking industry has utilized the internet to enhance their services. This has resulted in the emergence of mobile banking, which refers to banking services accessed through mobile phones or, in other words, phone banking. Mobile banking, along with services like ATMs and credit cards, has become essential for Indonesian banks to expand their target market. Currently, mobile banking serves as a primary focal point and an effective operational strategy for banks to enhance their services.The purpose of this analysis is to identify the factors that influence customers' interest in using mobile banking and the strategies employed to increase customer engagement. Additionally, the study aims to ascertain whether mobile banking can be employed as a marketing strategy to drive customer growth at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan Ahmad Yani. Data collection for this research is conducted through a questionnaire, which includes inquiries intended to gather relevant information.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of dynamic capabilities on competitive advantage case studi UMKM Kabupaten Kolaka. (2) The effect of innovation capability on competitive advantage case studi UMKM Kabupaten Kolaka.(3)the influence of dynamic capabilities on innovation capabilities as a mediating (intervening) variable in case studies UMKM Kabupaten Kolaka. this research is an explanatory research model with a Quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used literature study and questionnaire distribution. The population of this study were all UMKM of Kolaka Regency. While the sample of this study were 55 respondents using purposive sampling technique.. Testing research instruments employed validity and reliability tests by using  SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) wich measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the dynamic capabilities variable on competitive advantage Behavior, this is indicated by the P-Value of 0.005. And the innovation capability variable also has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, this is indicated by the P-Value of 0.000. And the dynamic capabilities on innovation capability as mediating (intervene) variable also has a positive and significant effect

Human resources (HR) play an important role in a company because they can influence the company's efficiency and effectiveness. This research was conducted by exploring the perceptions of PT employees. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia to determine employee performance and the factors that influence it, namely leadership style and organizational culture. This research is located on Jl. Daan Mogot 119 Block C12 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of research approach is using field research, by carrying out activities such as distributing questionnaires to respondents, processing data and analyzing data obtained from respondents. The number of samples taken from PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the hypothesis in this study was tested using the Partial Test (T) and Simultaneous Test (F). The results of the analysis show that Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance in the Production Division at PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia. Partially Leadership Style (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT X using a quantitative approach, The numbernof samples used in this research was 100 PT X employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire technique. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. Based on analysis using the t test, it can be seen that the independent variables compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2), partially have a positive anda significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) is employee performance. Then the result of the analysis using f testcan be seen that the independent variables compensation and work motivation together have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The result on the analysis using the coefficient of determination show that 61.2% of employee performance is influenced by compensation dan work motivation, while the remaining 38,8% in influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This research aims to find out how much influence audit risk and work stress have on the motivation of auditors at the Padang City Public Accounting Firm. In this research, the population is all auditors in public accounting offices in Padang City. The population in this study was 92 people consisting of several employees who had different positions/groups in KAP Padang City. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling method. The regression analysis carried out was multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) showed: (a) The audit risk variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor motivation. (b) The work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor motivation. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of audit risk and work stress has a positive and significant influence on auditor motivation. Auditors may be motivated by the challenge of performing high-quality audits in the face of increased audit risk. These challenges can provide a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction for auditors who successfully navigate risks and complete high-quality audits. The stress faced in challenging work situations can motivate individuals to try harder and challenge themselves. When someone feels that they can overcome or cope with a difficult task, this can increase their motivation to succeed.

This community partnership program focuses on using digital technology with utilize digital technology and information to help develop MSMEs in food sector. The partner in this activity is MSME Nugget which currently still has limitations in terms of production, management, and marketing. The purpose of the activity partnership to the community is to provide solutions to challenges that owned by MSME nuggets by carrying out activities that are able to empower employees of MSMEs. The method used is to conduct observations and interviews with the chairman and the entire business management team. The solution offered to overcome the problem of low production is by developing production support equipment consisting of meat grinders, machines steamers, and nuggets fryers and also delivering how to use those equipment training. The solution to the problem of untidy MSME management is by delivering entrepreneurship training. Meanwhile, solutions for marketing what is still limited is providing training on the use of social media and marketplaces and using strong branding on products. It is hoped that the implementation of this solution will have a positive impact on MSMEs. Impact related to production problems is increasing production to 6 times, related to management is the availability of a neat management and related marketing is increasing the reach of marketing to become wider.

This study on students’ points of view on English subject was conducted with the first year students at SD 1 Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. The aim of this study was to address a main question called What are the students’ points of view on English subject?. In addition to this, finding out the students’ point of view on English subject was the aim of this study. The qualitative research employed interviews as the instrument. The interviews were conducted to explore participants’ experiences, perspective, and difficulties regarding the English language. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The findings revealed that the majority of students responded positively to the questions. However, students confirmed that English is a challenging subject to learn. In conclusion, the study indicates that students hold a positive point of view on the English subject. The majority of SD 1 Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh first year students have favorable opinions about English subject.

This study discusses the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at the Brilliant English Course Pare, Kediri Regency. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of work discipline, extrinsic motivation and compensation on employee performance at the Brilliant English Course Pare, Kediri Regency. The sample of this research is all employees who are in the office, namely as many as 30 employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample type method, namely non-probability sampling. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance with a significant value of 0.02 <0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of extrinsic motivation on employee performance with a significant value of 0.02 <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is the influence of work discipline, extrinsic motivation and compensation simultaneously on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job training and digital literacy on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Tasikmalaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 41 respondents from the employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Tasikmalaya, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used literature studies, field studies: interviews, questionnaires. The results of the study show that Job Training and Digital Literacy simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Job Training partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Digital Literacy partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance.

Work discipline and work ethic that have been applied, good and in accordance with expectations will make an employee will be satisfied with his work. Applying high work discipline can improve the performance and achievement of the goals of the employee agency to the maximum. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee compensation. This research is a quantitative study in which the data analysis techniques used are, multiple linear regression tests, simultaneous tests (f), and partial tests (t). The number of samples in this study was 80 respondents with 25 statements on the questionnaire. This study used SPSS analysis tool version 25.  The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and work ethic both simultaneously and partially on employee compensation of the Directorate General of Industrial Relations Development and Labor Social Security.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of IB Makbul smart savings in increasing DPK, which is located at PT Bank Sumut Capem Syariah HM Joni. The research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is all employees at Bank Sumut CAPEM Syariah HM JONI Medan, totaling 13 people. The sampling technique in this research was to use a saturated sampling technique (total sampling). Based on the results of the Kendall's Tau B test above, the significant value is 0.114 > 0.05 which indicates that the relationship between the Smart Ib Makbul savings variable and the third party funds (DPK) variable is not significant or in other words there is no/sufficient relationship between the variables. The three interpretations in the Kendall's Tau-B correlation test above, a conclusion can be drawn that "the relationship between Smart Ib Makbul savings and third party funds (TPF) is not significant, sufficient, and in the same direction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and work motivation in CV. Sollu Muslim Image and Its Influence on Turnover Intention. This research model uses a survey method with a causality research design. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim as many as 63 people. Data analysis technique using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the study it is known that work stress and work motivation have a negative and not significant direct effect on turnover intention. Both Work Stress and Work Motivation have a negative and not significant direct effect on Turnover Intention. Therefore it is suggested that companies can increase back Work Stress, Work Motivation and Turnover Intention so that they can have a positive impact and achieve company goals in the future.

Human resource management is an important aspect in the business world, in a company the potential of human resources will determine the direction in achieving a goal set by the company. This study explains the effect of work discipline, occupational safety and occupational health on the work productivity of UD Mugi Lestari Papar employees. The number of samples taken in this study was 33 employees. In this study, it was found that work discipline had a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity, work safety had a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity and occupational health had a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity. Furthermore, work discipline, occupational safety and occupational health have a silmutant and significant effect on employee work productivity.

This research is motivated by a company engaged in the field of online transportation, because in the company of human resources is a determinant of success. The purpose of this study to explain the effect of work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The study was conducted on Maxim drivers in Kediri. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used purposive sampling technique. The population of this study was 1000 drivers and the sample used was 69 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results obtained by this study concluded that work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Communication has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance.
