Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

That’s why ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ need a system that can help processing all data and transaction.Based on this research, actually the accounting information system at ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ can be said quiet good. Because the price that been determinate are the same with another market. Even though ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still a small market, but the accounting information that been recorded is quiet detail so the information that needed in making decision determination pricing can be obtained quick and easily. It can be conclude that ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ has a great and effective accounting information.

Teenagers are the next generation of the nation. Adolescent girls in their life cycle experience menstruation. Menstruation is a natural cycle that occurs in a woman's body. This activity aims to provide information and increase youth knowledge about reproductive health and PCOS. This educational process uses the lecture method with the help of leaflets. The results obtained from this activity are that young women understand reproductive health, especially menstruation and PCOS and understand the importance of early detection. The assessment is based on the response and enthusiasm of the participants in receiving the material provided. Including the positive response of participants in answering questions correctly when asked questions by the speaker.

Corruption is an act of misappropriation or abuse that can harm the state for personal gain. Corruption is the enemy of society because it is carried out by people who are irresponsible and this robs people of their rights. This research discusses how the government authority over corrupt practices in state administrative law and the role of state administrative law in efforts to prevent corrupt practices in government. The type of this research is normative jurdicial research with a descriptive approach. The secondary data sources in this research are observations in books, articles, journals, and other documents. Validation of this data using source triangulation techniques, and analyzed with inductive qualitative techniques. This research concludes that government authority is closely related to state administrative law because this law plays an important role in realizing good and clean governance, especially from corruption. The government can create an authority by implementing a closed system policy. To prevent the entry of outsiders and help strengthen government regulation. The role of state administrative law in corruption practices can be in the form of optimizing leadership, improving administration, increasing the integrity and synergy of the bureaucracy, as well as strengthening legal awareness regarding corruption in the community.

This study aims to describe the current and preferred organizational culture profile of PT Eddy Transport Raya based on the perceptions of all employees. The sampling method in this study is included in the type of saturated sample, where all the population numbers are samples. The total population in this study was 33 consisting of all employees of PT Eddy Transport Raya, so there were 33 people to be used as samples for research data collection. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) questionnaires to all employees. The variable in this study is organizational culture with 4 indicators indicator or type of culture namely Clan, Adhocracy, Market and Hierarchy. The results of these 4 indicators provide an understanding of the organizational culture of the company. Thus it can help leaders in terms of communication and decision making within the company. In this study, employees have the perception that the current organizational culture of PT Eddy Transport Raya is more towards clan culture. In addition, employees have the desire to change and improve the organizational culture to become adhocracy.

The disturbing behavior of children, such as the behavior of children away from religious teachings, disrespecting their parents, dressing inappropriately, saying dirty words, smoking, and the most troubling thing is that children are now involved in criminal acts. This issue has become a hot topic that is often reported on television, such as news about crimes committed by students, violence against friends, brawls, rape, and even murder. Responding to the negative behaviors of children that often appear in the news of child crimes need special attention. Therefore, as a form of attention, it is necessary to first understand the condition of the child himself and his relationship with the surrounding environment, both parents and family as well as the school as the smallest unit in society that has the responsibility to help children grow and develop optimally. Parents are the first people to be known by children, the first people to give life understanding to children, so parents play an important role in the formation of children's character. However, ironically, the family becomes a source of threat and unrest for children, because of the wrong treatment given by parents to children. Basically, the relationship between children and their parents is an emotional and cognitive source for children. These relationships provide opportunities for children to explore the environment, including school and social life, and children's early relationships can serve as models for later relationships. This initial relationship begins when the child is born into the world, in fact it has started since the fetus was in the womb (Sutcliffe, 2002: 15).1. Character formation is very important in the educational process which is a process of internalizing the values ​​of the Christian faith through education. It would be nice if we can use good and correct Indonesian, so that the existence of Indonesian as the national language is maintained. Indonesian is the language of unity, so as Indonesian people who care and respect their national language, we must maintain and help preserve our language, namely Indonesian. If we have used good and correct Indonesian, people around us will be infected directly.

ABSTRACT The rapid development of technology has a very large effect in various fields. One of them is in the field of buying and selling business, which is getting higher and higher competition between business actors. One of the strategies to increase sales is to implement a recommendation for goods, but from the various categories of goods in the store, there are products that are not in demand by customers, so that if left alone, the products that are not in demand will not sell well and will make the accumulation of goods in the store, in addition to that with the many categories, it makes some customers confused to choose products that suit their wishes buyer. Therefore, the author conducts an assessment first by conducting a literature study, which finally the purpose of this study is to make it easier for users and business owners to recommend goods in the store and determine the desired product by implementing a recommendation system on the Rameiki Mart Store website which is taken from the amount of data, this is also beneficial for store owners because the existence of this recommendation system can help as a means of product promotion , as well as in recommendations for the purchase of goods. In this study, the researcher created a recommendation system using the a priori algorithm method.

The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on UMKM. Social distancing has changed consumer behavior from conventional to digital. UMKM Shapro Official is an original automotive t-shirt vendor that was established in 2017. Shapro Official has difficulty in introducing and marketing products with a clear target consumer and competitive price competition. Sales promotions have not been managed optimally and sales data management is still manual (notes). Owners also have difficulty monitoring sales reports in real time. System analysis method using fishbone diagram and system modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results showed that the existence of a website can help the management to manage promotions, sales and sales reports. Having a website makes sales targets focus and increase.

Therefore, a research was conducted to build a decision-making model in determining the choice of soccer schools in accordance with legal standards for children, namely using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is one method that can solve a problem because there is a hierarchy where there are several important aspects, namely Objects, Criteria, Sub Criteria, and Alternatives. By combining data and knowledge, it can increase effectiveness in decision makers. It is hoped that in the future, this research can help the community to support their children in the field of soccer by determining the appropriate soccer school.

In the current era, learning adheres to the 2013 curriculum which includes HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) consisting of critical thinking competencies, creativity and innovation, communication skills, collaboration skills and selfconfidence. These five things need to be trained or improved for deaf children so that they can take part in learning well. So learning media products are made that can be used to recognize letters and numbers. This Learning Media is equipped with sign language to support the understanding of deaf children in addition, it is packaged with an attractive appearance so that deaf children are interested in learning it. Often in daily teaching and learning activities students still often experience problems in remembering the material being taught both in the introduction of letters and also the introduction of numbers and what becomes an obstacle for students learning must be done repeatedly so that they can remember it and can really understand what it means. being taught and also they are sometimes bored and lazy in learning. From the problems that occur above, it is necessary to have a learning media that can help children with disabilities, especially the deaf, especially for the introduction of numbers and letters so that they can easily understand and understand letters and numbers. not bored, bored and lazy in learning. Learning media in the form of an android application so that it can be used on smartphones which are currently very widely used by both teachers and parents of students with disabilities.

The problem in this study is that the low student learning outcomes are caused by several factors, one of which is the use of inappropriate methods, where the method used is still using conventional methods with the help of printed books, causing students' motivation to take part in religious education learning is low and students tend to be passive during teaching and learning process in the classroom. In addition to the learning method factor, the responsibility factor also affects learning outcomes where student learning responsibility also looks low. From the data obtained from the homeroom teacher of SD Kanisius Kurmosari Semarang, it was found that more than 50% or half of the number of students who did not reach the KKM, namely 80. This study aims to determine the differences in student responsibilities who are taught using the talking stick method and without using the talking stick method to fourth grade students at SD Kurmosari Semarang. And To find out the average learning outcomes in increasing the effectiveness of learning by using the talking stick method in fourth grade students at SD Kurmosari Semarang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using experimental research. The design used in this research is True Experimental Design. The results showed that there was a difference in the average responsibility of the experimental class students who used the talking stick method and the control class without the talking stick method, there was a positive influence of responsibility on learning outcomes and there were differences in the average learning outcomes of the experimental and control classes as well as amplified by the N-Gain test.

Man-made fish pond is an artificial pond filled with brackish water and located near seawater border to allow mixing with fresh water. These ponds were used as aquaculture for fish, shrimp, shellfish, and others. The success factors are determined by the quantity of brackish water in the pond. If the seawater level not reached 25cm-30cm above normal level, then the seawater can't be flowed into the river. In order to solve the problem, an Internet of Things based model is proposed to assist the onwer to obtain the seawater level information. This research utilized Arduino Uno microcontroller to control the sensor and communication module. This model able to send messages to owner in realtime. The main purpose of this model is to help fish pond owner to get seawater information easily without checking directly.

Mathematics is often seen as a deductive science and is not related to social aspects. Even though mathematics grows and develops from socio-cultural practices that occur in society. This is the basis for the development of ethnomathematics concepts. The ethnomathematics concepts in the Bolaang Mongondow community are very diverse. This study aims to describe the implementation of ethnomathematics in learning mathematics at SMP Negeri 7 Kotamobagu, especially in the use of regional languages ​​and symbols of the Bolaang Mongondow Kabela Box Craft. The data obtained is in the form of qualitative data while the sources are obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation from informants (teachers, students and craftsmen). The main instrument is the researcher, while the supporting instruments used are interview guides and documentation. The results showed that the regional language and the symbols of the Bolaang Mongondow Kabela Box craft really helped teachers and students in the process of learning mathematics at SMP Negeri 7 Kotamobagu.
