This study aims to examine The Effect Of Work-Life Balance On Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Ide Kreasi Warna, a company engaged in the sales of paint and building materials. The research method involved 48 respondents grouped based on demographic characteristics such as age, gender, and education level. Linear regression analysis results showed a positive relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction, with a positive regression coefficient, indicating that a one-point increase in work-life balance would increase job satisfaction by 61.9%. The partial significance test (t-test) confirmed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with t_calculated (9.438) greater than t_table (1.679) and a significance value (0.00) less than 0.005. The determination coefficient shows that 75.7% of the variation in job satisfaction is influenced by work-life balance. This conclusion suggests that a good work-life balance can enhance employee job satisfaction. To improve work-life balance, the company is advised to implement programs such as family gathering events. Future research is expected to explore other factors affecting job satisfaction beyond work-life balance, given that 25.3% of the variance may still be influenced by other variables.

Stress and depression problems can have many negative impacts on teenagers, including mental health problems in teenagers, and can even lead to dangerous behavior. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stress in the younger generation is increasing from year to year, reaching 6.0% of the population. Maybe 6% still feels small. However, this number continues to increase every year as more and more young people participate in bullying, and bullying has become more common these days. The ability to maintain self-control in the face of overwhelming situations, people, and events is also the definition of stress management. If managed well, stress transforms from an obstacle to a motivator of social, intellectual, and psychological well-being. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge in teenagers about stress management. It is hoped that students will be able to understand and implement stress management by means of deep breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation. The results of the questionnaire obtained from these four categories were 910 points. Apart from that, the findings from this activity were that 46 respondents (100%) could do deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises very well. It is important for students to know how to deal with stress, especially since the source of stress comes from the academic process

This study examines the theological significance of miracles in the Gospel of John within the framework of New Testament studies and their function as signs that lead people to knowledge of and faith in Jesus as the Messiah and the Son of God. Within a Christological framework, in the Gospel of John, miracles are presented selectively as theological signs designed to foster and affirm faith in Jesus Christ as the Messiah and the Son of God. This research adopts a qualitative methodology, utilizing a literature review and theological analysis of the miracle narratives in the Gospel of John. The analysis is conducted with particular attention to the Gospel's narrative structure and its declared purpose (John 20:30–31). The study's results demonstrate that the Gospel of John selectively presents certain miracles as signs imbued with deep theological meaning. These miracles not only manifest divine power but also disclose Jesus's identity and guide readers toward faith. The miracles in the Gospel of John should not be interpreted solely as supernatural events, but as instruments of divine revelation designed to cultivate and form faith. Faith constitutes the primary response to these signs, directing readers to confess that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that through faith in Him, eternal life is obtained.

Congregation members are God's people who should be cared for and shepherded by the pastor of the congregation. Because without being shepherded well and responsibly, God's people are easily influenced to carry out and maintain a culture of belief that is contrary to the truth of God's Word. Indeed, the truth of God's Word is the main source for organizing human life in the world, including the people of God in the Indonesian Faithful Christian Church (GKSI) Sebangar Congregation, Kuala Behe District. In order for God's people in the GKSI Sebangar Congregation, especially the young men and women who are old to marry well without violating customary laws relevant to God's Word, the pastor's responsibility in shepherding is needed to be maximal and optimal. The pastor's responsibility as a Christian educator of the GKSI Sebangar Congregation regarding the mapak pue tetek mando traditional marriage is considered important because some young men and women after the mapak pue tetek mando event immediately marry like husband and wife without paying attention to Christian marriage. This study aims to describe the Belangin mapak pue tetek mando traditional marriage in the Sebangar area. This research aims to describe and evaluate the accompaniment in the implementation of donations to orphans during the 10th Muharram commemoration in Kelurahan Kumai Hilir, which is an annual tradition with significant social and religious values. The main focus of this study is the effectiveness of the implementation, where there are shortcomings in planning, committee coordination, and the distribution of donations, which are often uneven and not well-targeted. To understand these dynamics, this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation methods, involving various parties such as the organizing committee, community leaders, and orphans as beneficiaries. The data obtained shows that the accompaniment provided during the donation process successfully improved various important aspects, including active participation of the local community in the event, improvements in the coordination system among the previously unstructured committee, and ensuring that donation distribution became more targeted and fair. In addition to material benefits, the orphans who received donations felt better emotional support, with more attention from the community that was more directly involved in the donation process. This activity also played a role in strengthening social solidarity among residents, making the 10th Muharram commemoration not only a moment for giving donations but also an opportunity to build stronger social ties between the community and the beneficiaries. With this accompaniment, it is hoped that the donation tradition in Kelurahan Kumai Hilir can continue to develop in a more organized manner and have a more significant impact on the well-being of orphans as well as the social life of the community as a whole.
