In the ever-evolving creative industry, event management has evolved beyond mere entertainment to become a strategic tool for conveying messages and building public awareness. This study aims to examine the crucial role of coordination in the event production process, using the Pancaverse event, a case study that focused on a sustainable lifestyle. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study analyzes the coordination structure implemented, the cross-team communication system, and the challenges and solution strategies employed in the event's implementation. Data were collected through internal documentation, technical observations, and informal interviews with the organizing team. The results indicate that the success of the Pancaverse event was significantly influenced by a well-organized coordination structure, involving key roles such as the event director, stage manager, and vendor liaison. Each team had clear responsibilities, facilitating task allocation and ensuring the smooth running of the event. The use of communication tools such as walkie-talkies, instant messaging groups, and logistics applications significantly assisted in supporting real-time communication between teams, enabling them to stay connected and responsive to changes occurring on the ground. Obstacles encountered in the event implementation process, such as miscommunication, changes to the rundown, and external factors like weather and permits, were addressed through various strategies. Developing clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), technical simulations to prepare for potential issues, and incorporating buffer time into the event rundown are effective solutions to address these issues. The findings of this study confirm that solid coordination is a key element in unifying the vision, streamlining operations, and delivering an event that is not only technically successful but also emotionally and educationally impactful for the audience. Coordination in an event is not merely a technical mechanism, but also a strategic foundation that is crucial for organizing an effective and meaningful event.

Reflection : Islamic Education Journal 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Agama dan Filsafat Indonesia

Education is a strategic effort to overcome ignorance and poverty, which remain serious problems in Indonesia. Through education, individuals can acquire knowledge, skills, and a broad understanding of the world, thereby improving their quality of life and contributing to the nation's progress. Quality education will create superior, independent, and competitive human resources in the era of globalization. In this article, the author attempts to examine issues related to the implementation of education in schools through a qualitative approach. The research was conducted using several methods, namely observation, interviews, and field notes. Observations were conducted directly in the school environment to thoroughly understand the context being studied, including interactions between school members and the implementation of the learning process. Furthermore, interviews were used to gather information from informants, such as teachers, students, and school staff, to gain a deeper insight into the realities of education on the ground. Meanwhile, field notes were used as a tool for documentation and reflection on the results of the observations and interviews, which later became the basis for knowledge discovery and theory strengthening. The simultaneous use of these three methods enabled the author to obtain rich and in-depth data. This research shows that in the implementation of education still face several obstacles, such as limited facilities, lack of training for educators, and suboptimal parental involvement. Therefore, the implementation of education must be carried out through careful planning, appropriate strategies, and collaboration between various parties in order to achieve educational goals effectively and sustainably.

Assessment practices in Indonesian schools remain largely dominated by conventional summative evaluation, which inadequately represents reflective learning processes and mastery of 21st-century competencies. This gap highlights the suboptimal implementation of formative and authentic assessments in educational practice, as well as the lack of conceptual models capable of systematically integrating both approaches. This article aims to examine and develop an integrative assessment model that combines three key approaches: formative assessment, authentic assessment, and Evidence-Centered Design (ECD), as a strategic framework to strengthen assessment practices for 21st-century learning. This study is based on a conceptual synthesis of more than 20 national and international sources. A narrative review approach is employed, focusing on the three main approaches: formative assessment, authentic assessment, and ECD. The results of the review produce an integrative assessment model articulated in the Claim–Task–Evidence–Feedback syntax, which merges competency mapping (claim), real-world task design (task), student performance evidence collection (evidence), and continuous formative feedback (feedback). This model not only unifies the strengths of the three approaches but also offers practical solutions to the challenges of assessment implementation in Indonesia through practice-based training, integration into instructional planning, and support from technical policy frameworks. The article contributes to the advancement of assessment design that is pedagogically valid, contextually relevant, and instrumental in driving learning transformation.

Maire Homewear is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) engaged in the fashion sector with a flagship product in the form of patchwork daster. The focus of this study includes the branding strategy implemented, the obstacles encountered in its implementation, and the effectiveness of the strategy in building brand awareness among consumers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study consisted of the owner of Maire Homewear, two resellers, and two consumers. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model which includes the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Maire Homewear's branding strategy is still stronger in the offline realm, such as through the reseller system and participation in various exhibitions. Meanwhile, the utilization of digital marketing through Instagram and Shopee is considered less than optimal. Content shared on Instagram is still inconsistent, and interactive features such as live shopping on Shopee have not been maximized. This results in Maire Homewear's brand awareness remaining relatively low among the general public, although it has begun to build among loyal customers, both those who purchase directly from Maire and through its reseller network. This study recommends that Maire Homewear increase the consistency and variety of its digital content on Instagram, including customer testimonials, production processes, and educational content about its products. Furthermore, utilizing the live shopping feature on Shopee is expected to be a more interactive and effective promotional tool for building relationships with consumers and expanding market reach.

Working memory capacity is a crucial aspect of cognitive function that plays a significant role in supporting students' learning processes. Working memory functions as a temporary storage system that allows individuals to store and manipulate information quickly. In an educational context, optimal working memory capacity can improve students' ability to understand, process, and remember information presented during the teaching and learning process. Several factors known to influence working memory capacity include breakfast habits, nutritional status, body fat percentage, and hemoglobin (Hb) levels. These factors are closely related to students' daily nutritional intake and healthy lifestyle. This Community Service (PkM) activity, with the topic "Healthy Food and Lifestyle to Increase Working Memory Capacity," aimed to increase students' understanding and awareness of the importance of a healthy diet and an active lifestyle in supporting cognitive function, particularly working memory. This activity was held in July 2024 at MTs (Madrasah Tsanawiyah) Al Fatah, Natar District, Lampung Regency. The implementation method was interactive nutrition education, covering the importance of a nutritious breakfast, consuming a balanced diet, physical activity, and general health care. Based on the results of evaluations conducted before and after the activity, there was an increase in the average knowledge scores of female students, as well as a significant difference in their understanding of the concepts of healthy eating and a lifestyle that supports working memory function. These findings indicate that nutrition education interventions have significant potential to improve the quality of learning by enhancing students' cognitive aspects. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is part of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, which emphasizes the holistic development of student character. The program's primary objective is to develop students with noble character, global diversity, collaborative spirit, independence, critical thinking, and creativity. One approach to integrating these values is through an appreciation of literary works, particularly folktales. Folktales have great potential as educational media because they contain various life values derived from local wisdom. This research focuses on analyzing the life values contained in folktales from the Semarang region and assessing their relevance in supporting the implementation of P5. Amidst the decline in moral values among students, marked by rampant cases of brawls, drug abuse, bullying, and unethical behavior, utilizing folktales as teaching materials is an alternative solution that is contextual and culturally based. Unfortunately, many local folktales remain largely unknown and underutilized in the learning process. The research method used was a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques modeled after Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate seven main values contained in Semarang folklore: aesthetic, religious, social, moral, cultural, educational, and economic. These values not only reflect the social conditions of society in the past but also have strong relevance for shaping the character of today's students. Despite differences in the context of the times, folklore can still be used as an effective learning medium, especially when packaged in a more engaging and modern format, such as digital storytelling, animation, or other interactive media. Therefore, the inclusion of folklore in P5 can bridge the gap between cultural heritage and sustainable character education.

Forgery of diplomas constitutes a criminal act that undermines the integrity of the national education system and negatively impacts public trust in educational institutions as well as law enforcement in Indonesia. This study aims to thoroughly examine the criminal law regulations governing diploma forgery, particularly under Article 263 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), along with the essential elements required for an act to be classified as diploma forgery. Furthermore, the study explores the implementation of criminal law in handling diploma forgery cases in Indonesia, including the challenges and obstacles faced by law enforcement officers and the structural and cultural factors affecting the effectiveness of law enforcement. This research employs a normative legal approach, utilizing statutory, conceptual, and case study methods to obtain comprehensive theoretical and empirical insights. The findings reveal that despite the existence of clear and stringent legal provisions, law enforcement practices still encounter barriers such as inadequate diploma verification systems, the absence of an integrated national diploma database, and low public legal awareness regarding the consequences of diploma forgery. Cases involving professional individuals committing diploma forgery underscore the need for more consistent and systematic law enforcement. Consequently, this study recommends the development of an integrated national diploma database, enhancement of law enforcement capacity and coordination, intensified public legal education and outreach, and the strict application of legal sanctions to effectively prevent and prosecute perpetrators of diploma forgery

Children are one of the most vulnerable groups during disasters due to their limited physical and psychological resilience. Therefore, providing disaster mitigation education to children is essential to enhance their awareness, preparedness, and response capabilities in the face of potential disasters. This community service activity aims to increase children's understanding of disaster mitigation through both theoretical education and participatory simulations that reflect real-life scenarios. The activities were carried out using a cooperative-participatory approach in collaboration with the local Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in Tanah Karo and members of the surrounding community. The stages of implementation included conducting a site survey, securing necessary permits, determining the time and location, coordinating with local stakeholders, and executing the service program. The educational activities covered disaster phases, including pre-disaster, during disaster, and post-disaster, with a focus on practical and age-appropriate learning strategies. The educational team involved an interprofessional group of facilitators who delivered the material through socialization and counseling sessions. The sessions were enthusiastically received by the children, indicating a high level of engagement and interest. However, findings revealed that children's knowledge of disaster mitigation was still minimal, emergency response plans were underdeveloped, and community involvement in disaster preparedness training remained low. This highlights the need for continuous and sustainable disaster education efforts, especially for children and communities in disaster-prone areas. By fostering early awareness and preparedness through ongoing education and simulation-based activities, it is expected that children will be better equipped to respond effectively and safely during disaster situations. Long-term, this approach also aims to build a more resilient and disaster-aware community.

The aim of this research is to develop and implement an application called APTAQU, designed to assist students with disabilities, especially those with hearing impairments, at Pesantren Tunarungu ABATA Temanggung in learning the interpretation of the Qur'an (tafsir). This application is developed to address the specific needs of hearing-impaired students, allowing them to access Qur'anic interpretation learning independently and effectively. The research employs a qualitative method, involving students and pesantren mentors actively in each stage, including planning, training, evaluation, and refinement of the application, to ensure that it meets the needs and abilities of the users. The application development process involves direct input from students and mentors, ensuring that the resulting application is truly relevant to their needs. During the development and implementation phases, students were trained to optimize the use of the application. The results of this community service show that the APTAQU application can improve accessibility for hearing-impaired students in understanding the interpretation of the Qur'an, an area that had previously been a major barrier in their learning. Interactive features such as sign language, audio-visual content, screen readers, and voice instructions have proven to help overcome communication barriers present in conventional media that were not inclusive. Moreover, the use of this application has also increased the involvement of students in religious education, particularly in understanding the Qur'anic interpretation. They are now more actively engaged in the learning process and can better comprehend the tafsir material. However, the application still requires further development to become more inclusive and user-friendly for all students, both with and without disabilities. This research contributes significantly to creating a more inclusive and accessible education for people with disabilities, especially in religious education, and serves as a starting point for addressing educational access disparities for them.

Digital transformation in the world of education is a strategic step to improve efficiency and quality of services, including in terms of attendance recording. This study aims to examine the change in the manual attendance system to digital in an effort to improve the quality of learning documentation at PPTQ Al Huda. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to teachers and academic staff. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital attendance has been significantly beneficial for the majority of respondents. This system is considered more practical, accurate, and efficient than manual methods. Digital attendance not only makes it easier to record student attendance, but also strengthens transparency, accountability, and supports data-based decision making. In addition, this system plays a role in improving student discipline and responsibility. Digital attendance has also been proven to reduce the practice of asking for attendance, minimize recording errors, and facilitate real-time data access by Islamic boarding school administrators. Ease of use and convenience of the system are also supporting factors for successful implementation. Moreover, the adoption of digital attendance encourages the development of a technology-based culture within the institution. It fosters digital literacy among educators and students, enhancing their adaptability to technology in daily academic routines. This transformation aligns with the broader educational goal of integrating technology to create a modern, effective, and sustainable learning environment. Therefore, the shift to a digital attendance system is not only a technical innovation but also a reflection of institutional commitment to continuous improvement and educational excellence. This innovation proves to be a relevant and strategic solution for strengthening educational administration in Islamic boarding schools.
