In the rapidly evolving digital age, video content has become one of the dominant and popular forms of communication. However, with the ease of access and dissemination of content, the risk of originality rights infringement has become increasingly high for content creators. This research aims to analyze the preventive measures that content creators can take when their originality rights are violated in video content. The research method involves analyzing the policies and features of major platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, as well as a review of the concept of copyright in applicable laws. The analysis shows that content creators can take effective preventive measures, including copyright registration, the addition of clear watermarks, active monitoring of content usage, and cooperation with platforms. While challenges remain, consistent preventive efforts and copyright awareness can help content creators protect their original works in the dynamic digital realm. This research provides practical guidance for content creators to maintain the integrity of their creativity and encourage a culture that respects originality rights in the digital environment.

In the turbulent digital era, originality rights have become a crucial issue for content creators. This article analyzes the legal process that content creators can undergo to enforce their originality rights. The first step in this process is proving copyright ownership, which involves gathering strong evidence of the original ownership of the work. After that, content creators can apply for a cease and desist order against the infringing party, as a preventive measure before entering the judicial stage. If the injunction is ineffective, the content creator can take further legal steps by filing a civil suit in court. In addition, content creators can also utilize alternative dispute resolution such as mediation or arbitration. Cross-border cooperation and international agreements are also important in the protection of originality rights at a global level. Understanding these legal processes is important for content creators to ensure that their works are respected and protected in the ever-evolving digital environment.

Waste bank management is an important innovation in efforts to maintain environmental sustainability. One approach that is increasingly developing is the application of ecoenzymes in managing waste banks together with the community. Ecoenzymes, as natural bioactivators, have a significant role in accelerating the decomposition process of organic waste, reducing waste and improving compost quality. This research was carried out in the coastal area, Sidamukti Village, Sukaresmi District on February 14 2024. This research aims to evaluate the benefits of ecoenzymes in managing waste banks in collaboration with the community. Participatory/field methods are used to involve activities with the community in the process of collecting, separating and managing waste. The research results show that the application of ecoenzymes can increase composting efficiency, reduce carbon footprints, and provide unique works of art from waste management that have economic value. In addition, collaboration with the community involves them actively in the waste management process, increases environmental awareness, and creates a positive impact on environmental cleanliness. Therefore, the implementation of ecoenzymes in managing waste banks with the community provides great ecological and social benefits, supports efforts to maintain environmental sustainability and improves the quality of life of the community.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at the Sibolga Pratama Tax Service Office. The population and sample for this research were all 106 civil servant employees at the Sibolga Primary Tax Service Office. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is a questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the tests used are the Classic Assumption Test and Analysis Test. The results of the research show that the performance of Receivable Turn Over (RTO) fluctuates from year to year. The highest increase in RTO occurred in 2019 at 4.16 times. The company's Average Collection Period (ACP) level was the best in 2019, namely 87 days, where the receivables turnover rate was very high. In 2019 the company's performance improved, where the arrears ratio reached its smallest point, namely 16.20%. In 2019 the performance of CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group experienced an increase, where the collection ratio reached its highest point, namely 83.79%.

This research is to investigate how transformational leadership affects the performance of teachers, with motivation serving as an intervening factor, at State Junior High School 21 in Jambi City. This study employs quantitative approaches, utilizing questionnaire distribution as the data collection method among 30 participants. Hypothesis testing uses Descriptive Analysis Techniques using the SmartPLS application as a data processing tool. The results of this research indicate that Transformational Leadership has a significant positive influence on the Performance of State  Junior High School 21 in Jambi City. Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Motivation. Motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable. Suggestions in this research: (1) In the performance variable, teachers are advised to improve performance by holding discussion sessions at the end of learning hours and providing feedback while teaching. (2) In the transformational leadership variable, it is recommended that school principals can make all teachers feel appreciated, namely by paying attention to all teachers and conveying a sense of understanding to each teacher. (3) In the motivation variable, it is recommended to provide support to teachers, namely the principal by providing awards, and the principal is able to provide a comfortable and conducive work environment.

This article is to review and analyze the forms of violation of originality rights in the context of video works and the efforts made by content creators if their originality rights are violated. this research identifies forms of Copyright infringement, especially related to reuploads without attribution or watermarks, as well as actions that can be taken by content creators in response to such violations, The research method used is a normative legal approach with a focus on analyzing primary and secondary legal materials through literature study. The results show that violations of originality rights often occur in various forms, such as unauthorized use, reproduction without significant changes, and unauthorized modification of original works. However, the main challenges in enforcing originality rights are the difficulty in identifying infringements in a timely manner and the cost and time involved in the enforcement process. cooperation between digital platforms, policymakers, and the creator community is needed to create a fairer and more supportive environment for creators to maintain the integrity of their original works and more effective efforts are needed to support video content creators to protect their originality rights in this digital era.

Google Sites is a service provided by Google that allows users to create websites without the need for coding skills or advanced web design. Google Sites is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to a wide variety of users. In conclusion, it is worth considering that creating an online store with Google Sites as a form of community service can foster entrepreneurial attitudes and improve digital business skills. Although the participants may require further development, especially in website development, it is important to note that this is just one aspect of building a successful website.

Indonesian nurses in Japan have pressures such as language barriers, culture, halal food for Muslims and long working hours which will make it difficult to find prayer time, these things which make it difficult for Indonesian workers will certainly have an impact on mental health, while the region, style life. and jobs that can cause stress and anxiety. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between environment and socio-culture with the work stress of Indonesian nurses in Japan. This research method is correlation analysis with a cross sectional study design. Respondents totaled 40 people using the total sampling method. Using 3 questionnaires, namely Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 21 (DASS 21), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and Revised Sociocultural Adaptation Scale (SCAS-R) questionnaire. Statistical analysis uses the Chi-Square test. The research results showed that the relationship between the environment and the work stress level of Indonesian nurses in Tokyo, Japan obtained a p-value of 0.002. The socio-cultural relationship with nurses' work stress levels obtained a p-value of 0.001. The conclusion is that there is an environmental and socio-cultural relationship with the work stress level of Indonesian nurses in Tokyo, Japan.

This study seeks to create a system for monitoring the environment using the Internet of Things. It aims to help farmers manage their rice fields in a way that is both effective and sustainable. The system will provide farmers with real-time data on soil moisture, air temperature, and rainfall, allowing them to make informed decisions. Sensors will collect this information, which will be analyzed and presented simply through a web or mobile app. Early simulations suggest that this system could boost crop yields by as much as 15% and cut water use and costs by 20%. These findings point to the IoT monitoring system as a practical means to enhance rice farming's efficiency and productivity. Yet, there are hurdles. Issues like poor network infrastructure, high costs of implementation, and the farmers' ability to adapt to this technology need to be overcome for the system to work properly. This study aspires to make a real difference in promoting sustainable farming practices while paving the way for more advanced IoT solutions in the future.

This research is motivated by several problems, including the low effectiveness of employee work at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya, this is thought to be caused by the suboptimal implementation of SOPs carried out by the university so that employee work results are not in accordance with the provisions set. In addition, the quality of work life is less supportive so that there are still employees who have not been able to complete a job according to the time that has been set. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of standard operating procedures and quality of work life on work effectiveness at the University of Struggle, Tasikmalaya City. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The respondents in this study were 132 employees at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya, so the author took samples using the simple random sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study was 57 people. Analysis was carried out on data collected from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis stage began with validity tests, reliability, transformation of ordinal values ​​to intervals, and data analysis in a verifiable/quantitative manner. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Standard operating procedures have an effect on work effectiveness at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya. This means that the better the implementation of standard operating procedures for all employees in the University of Struggle environment, the more effective the employees' work will be. 2) Quality of work life has an effect on work effectiveness at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya. This means that the better the quality of work life at the University of Struggle, the more effective the work will be. 3) Standard operating procedures and quality of work life on work effectiveness at the University of Struggle, Tasikmalaya City. This means that the better the implementation of standard operating procedures and the better the quality of work life at the University of Struggle, the more effective the work will be.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the tasikmalaya pratama tax service office. The research method used is quantitative method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total sample of 55 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results of the study show that work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work performance. Partially work environment has a significant effect on work performance. Partially, the work discipline has a significant effect on work performance.

To avoid the risk of accidents and improve work safety in the work environment, every transport company must comply with applicable regulations in accordance with the regulations of related agencies or authorized entities. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the management system (K3) has been implemented in the company PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. Thus the company hopes that the risk of work accidents in the company can be prevented so as not to cause losses or accidents. In analyzing and explaining the application of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in improving work safety at PT Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan, the method used in this study is field research and library research. The results of the study that the application of the Health Management System, Occupational Safety (K3) in improving occupational safety at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan has not been running optimally which is marked by the existence of several staff in this company who do not use PPE in carrying out their work. PT. Multi Jaya Samudera only declared K3 commitment orally, so that the K3 organization in writing has not been formed. For this reason, a written commitment is needed in the application of K3 at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan to immediately form a responsible K3 organization and its function can be carried out well to reduce disease and work accidents, so that it is expected to be a reference for work safety management systems.

The change in the Merdeka Curriculum has made learning tools in various subjects including biology in class X inadequate. This study aims to determine the feasibility of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) based LKPD (student worksheet) accompanied by Science Process Skills (KPS) on the material of environmental changes in class X. The development model refers to the research and development (R&D) method with 5 stages. The stages are potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. The research instruments used were instrument validation questionnaires and validation sheet questionnaires. The validated aspects are the format, content, language, and benefits/usability of LKPD. Validation was carried out by 5 validators. Analysis of validation results using face validity Aiken's V with criteria V = 0.87. The results showed that the LKPD met the valid criteria with a total average of 0.947. It can be concluded that problem-based learning-based LKPD accompanied by science process skills is declared valid and ready to proceed to the trial stage.

The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. The presence of Cash Waqf Linked Deposit (CWLD) in 2023 which is used for education is a development point for productive waqf, where previously the government had issued Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) as a waqf instrument with various uses including in the sustainable development sector, as well as the encouragement for the Islamic financial industry in secreening financing to protect the environment. Because of this, a special study is needed regarding whether CWLD can be used for sustainable development according to Indonesian law. This scientific work is included in normative jurisprudence, so that in compiling descriptive analysis used with a literature study approach, utilising legal sources of legislation and other scientific works. The research results obtained, namely The opportunity to apply CWLD benefits to the sustainable sector is supported by a legal structure that has synergised to develop waqf. Regulations issued by agencies and the Islamic financial industry. The legal culture of gotong royong that has been rooted in society is an additional value in the development of waqf. However, the weakness lies in the absence of CWLD product development in the sustainable development sector and the absence of specific regulations governing CWLD. The next challenge is to maintain the synergy between stakeholders in the legal structure, formulate specific regulations related to CWLD, and increase the inclusion and literacy of Islamic finance through socialisation, so that the development of productive waqf and the Islamic finance industry can continue to increase.

Malaria is an infectious disease caused by parasites of the genus Plasmodium. It targets erythrocytes and manifests with symptoms such as fever, chills, anemia, and splenomegaly, either acutely or chronically, transmitted to humans through the bite of infected female Anopheles mosquitoes. Malaria remains a public health problem in many areas, including Kampung Baru Village, Galang Baru Subdistrict, Batam City. In order to fulfill the mission of community service, we have designed a comprehensive and sustainable education program to increase awareness and knowledge of the community about malaria. This program not only focuses on educating about the prevention and management of the disease but also directly involves active participation of the community in the learning and implementation process. Through collaboration with various parties, such as community leaders, health workers, and local leaders, we aim to create an environment that supports sustainable behavioral change in malaria prevention efforts. Additionally, we integrate a multidisciplinary approach in this program by addressing specific challenges faced in the local context, such as limited access to healthcare services, environmental conditions conducive to the breeding of malaria-carrying mosquitoes, and socio-economic factors influencing prevention and treatment efforts. Thus, this education program aims not only to reduce the burden of malaria in Kampung Baru Village and its surroundings but also serves as a tangible contribution to fulfilling the tri dharma activities of higher education institutions in the field of community service.

The research results show that simultaneously work discipline and the work environment have a significant effect on productivity. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on work productivity.

The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary blood. The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 25. The research results show that simultaneously Work Discipline and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine the description of profit sharing in sharia accounting to achieve the principles of justice. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a post-positivist paradigm. The informants in this research used data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Research shows that the profits generated by companies are not just the result of the work of a group of people. However, many stakeholders are involved, including fund owners, employees and the environment. With an impartial perspective, profits can benefit all parties involved, not just a handful of executives.

This study examines approaches to social media use of TikTok in elementary schools, focusing on safety, education, and positive impact. In an increasingly digitally connected environment, children face increased opportunities and risks associated with social media use. The aim of this study is to develop appropriate approach strategies to help students understand how to use her TikTok in a balanced and safe manner. Research methods include literature research on children's social media use and analysis of educational policies related to social media in elementary schools.The results demonstrate the need for educational approaches that focus on positive creativity, digital awareness, and online safety. The proposed approach includes educational sessions, workshops, and training sessions involving students, teachers, and parents. Public relations takes into account age restrictions, privacy settings, and the positive and negative effects of online activity.  The role of teachers and school staff in monitoring and supporting students in the digital world will also be strengthened.
