This research aims to analyze the impact of digital media on perceptions of national identity among teenagers. In the midst of globalization and technological advances, digital media—especially social media—plays a significant role in shaping teenagers' views and information behavior, including their understanding of national identity. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and content analysis from various digital platforms, this research identifies how digital media both strengthens and changes teenagers' perceptions of cultural and national values. The findings show that digital media can be a positive channel for introducing local and national cultural riches, but it also carries the risk of "cultural disorientation" due to the more massive dominance of foreign culture. The threat of disease for people in the world is cancer. Breast cancer is a cancer that worries women. The Indonesian government prioritizes the management of breast cancer without neglecting the treatment of other types of cancer. One of the efforts to detect breast cancer is by doing breast self-examination (BSE). The BSE examination is most appropriate to be carried out routinely, at least once every month, to be precise on the 7-10th day after menstruation because at this time the breasts feel soft. The purpose of being aware of it regularly is to feel and get to know the curves of the breasts, so that if there is a change it can be detected immediately. Based on the problems found, the methods used in this community service activity are: 1) Counseling on breast self-examination (BSE), 2) Demonstration of BSE examination. Community service activities carried out in face-to-face events and counseling regarding Health Education Regarding Breast Self-Examination (Sadari) at SMP Paba Sampali are in accordance with the planning and are well implemented. Activities carried out face to face with the lecture method (counseling). This counseling will be held on Saturday, November 20 th from 15.00 to 16.00 WIB. Dysmenorrhea is experienced by 90% of women in Indonesia, which causes 14% of women not to attend school or do not carry out daily activities, thus reducing their productivity. Adolescent girls are emotionally unstable, if they are not well informed about the menstrual process, they are prone to primary dysmenorrhea. Primary dysmenorrhea is experienced by many adolescents who are in the stage of growth and development, both physical and psychological.Several efforts have been made to reduce pain complaints in cases of Disminorea including non-pharmacological interventions, among others with Rosulullah style treatment, known as Thibbun Nabiwi's treatment, including by listening to Qur'an morrotal and breathing exercises, this treatment is cheap and can be done independently by everyone who experiences. The implementation of socialization at the Aisyiyah Gremet Orphanage is very much needed considering that in the school there are many cases of Dismenorea, and no one has provided an understanding of the case and how to manage it in a non-pharmacological manner so that it can be overcome without giving side effects. It is necessary to hold continuous health education in connection with the lack of an MOU with health institutions, The follow-up plan is to plan health counseling, especially in the health sector, regarding alternative actions that can be taken to overcome menstrual pain in addition to pharmacological drugs..
