This study aims to enhance teachers' ability in composing lesson questions through the implementation of individual guidance. Conducted at Parungmulya Public Elementary School, the school action research involved 8 teachers over two cycles. The guidance process includes explaining the steps of question creation, teachers composing questions, and analyzing the results. The findings indicate a significant improvement in the ability to compose lesson questions. Teachers responded positively to individual guidance, stating assistance in composing lesson questions. In conclusion, this model can effectively enhance the quality of lesson question composition by teachers.

One common household waste often encountered and rarely processed is used cooking oil. Used cooking oil is the residual oil from frying that has been repeatedly used. The common practice of reusing or improperly disposing of it by the community is considered hazardous as it has the potential to poison the body and pollute the environment. One effort to utilize used cooking oil is by recycling the waste into raw materials for making aromatherapy candles and essential oil scented soaps. This purpose activity is empower the community of Nglebak to utilize household waste and transform it into economic materials. This activity is carried out through research methods, material presentation, processing practice, and discussion. The research results on aromatherapy candles indicate that a formulation of used cooking oil and coconut wax at a ratio of 2:1 can produce ecofriendly aromatherapy candles with an ideal appearance and duration. The research results on soap indicate that stirring for 30 minutes with a volume of 60 mL of KOH (Potassium Hydroxide) is the ideal formulation for making essential oil scented soaps as it yields the most with a pH that complies with SNI No. 40-4058-1996

 Digitalization is not only developing in companies and public school but is also developing in Madrasah schools such as what happened at Madrasah MA Al-Djufri which is located in the Blumbungan, Pamekasan, based on private schools that currently have minimal use of the system. The service here will provide a website combined with Excel and also the application of QR Codes in implementing daily attendance. The existing opportunities must be used as a spark for enthusiasm to improve and innovate so that they can progress and develop. This activity seeks to provide a solution for private madrasas that do not yet have a website. This service through practical work uses a participatory action research approach. Technically, it is carried out through five stages of competition-based service which include preparation, training, mentoring, competition, and appreciation. The real result of this service activity is the existence of a website in the form of a QR code and Excel to support progress at MA Al-Djufri which previously was still not good. As many as 94% of madrasas stated that in general the implementation of community service activities was carried out very well.

Teaching the Al-Qur’an is the core of Islamic education, with the main aim of guiding children in reading, studying and understanding the Koran from an early age. The Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) serves as an important platform to instill a love of the Al-Qur'an in children. Even though many TPQs have been successful with good administration and management and a large number of students, there are still TPQs that have not developed, such as the TPQ in Glidah Kedamean Village, Gresik. Observations show that learning management at TPQ does not meet recognized management and curriculum standards in education, resulting in suboptimal educational attainment. Responding to this problem, the Glidah Village TPQ Teacher Management Optimization team, together with KSPPS BMT Khoiru Ummah, initiated an intensive community service-based mentoring program using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The mentoring process involves several stages, starting from identifying problems through field observations, organizing and planning programs, to implementing program actions. The results of discussions and implementation of mentoring revealed a number of problems faced by teachers regarding TPQ management. The implementation of this mentoring activity has been empirically proven to have a positive impact, increasing the effectiveness of management and the quality of education at the TPQ.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada UMKM ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan optimalisasi pemanfaatan platform digital. House of Duren merupakan UMKM yang membutuhkan bantuan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan materi pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait optimalisasi media sosial dan merancang website UMKM House Of Duren. Kegiatan tersebut meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam merancang content plan menggunakan Google Spreadsheet, membuat desain konten menggunakan aplikasi Canva, dan mengembangkan website menggunakan Google Sites. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga nantinya House of Duren dapat secara mandiri terus melakukan perencanaan, perancangan, dan pemeliharaan konten & website.

Ujungalang Village is a lagoon island located in Segara Anakan. Because of this geographical condition, Ujungalang Village has different types of plants from those on the mainland. One of the plants that grow in Ujungalang Village is the Nipah tree. In Ujungalang Village, especially Motean Hamlet, nipah sales are limited to dried nipah without any processing. The processing of nipah sticks is not maximized, making the selling price of nipah sticks low. Therefore, training activities on nipah stick weaving were carried out as an effort to improve the economy and productivity of PKK women in Motean Hamlet, Ujungalang Village. The service activities consisted of the preparation stage and the practice stage. The evaluation results of the service activity showed an increase in the level of knowledge of the Ujungalang Village community about the importance of processing nipah sticks. Not only the community, the Ujungalang village also responded positively to this training activity. The results of this plate-making training activity from nipah sticks have a very positive impact on introducing the potential of nipah sticks and their economic value to support the productivity of PKK women in Ujungalang Village.

Air transportation is any activity that uses aircraft to transport passengers or goods or cargo for one or more airport trips that is time efficient and more effective, and still prioritizes safety to this day. On time performance has a very important influence in the world of aviation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, sources those interviewed were members of Apron Movement Control. The results of this research show that the number of parking stands to achieve on time performance (OTP) at Husein Sastranegara Bandung International Airport has been fulfilled. Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in optimizing the number of parking stands to achieve On Time Performance (OTP) for flights at Husein Sastranegara Bandung International Airport optimize the use of parking stands that can be used, First Come First Service, Good Communication and Coordination with units related, and Placing the aircraft parking position not too close to the terminal (Remote Stand).    

Environmental health problems are one of the social problems in life that have not been resolved since then until now. Individuals' lack of awareness of cleanliness is a factor that greatly influences environmental health. Therefore, providing understanding to the public regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, especially in managing household waste, must be improved. Raising public awareness to live clean and free from waste is our common goal, not only for people in urban areas but also for people in rural areas. The lack of knowledge and awareness of the people of Serang Subdistrict regarding the importance of protecting the environment, and how to manage waste, can be seen from the large number of Serang Subdistrict residents who throw rubbish in gardens and even rivers, as well as the lack of rubbish bins in homes or in public places. To raise public awareness about caring for the environment requires education that must be carried out continuously, in order to change people's habits and mindset. This service aims to raise public awareness about throwing away rubbish in its proper place and socializing how to make rubbish bins from used plastic drums. The author uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method to solve environmental problems. The activities take the form of socializing information about environmental cleanliness and providing training to the community to make trash cans from items around us that are no longer used, one of which is using used plastic drums. The result of the activity is an increase in public knowledge of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness through the use of trash cans that have been made in view of the residential environment being free of rubbish, as well as the community's ability to make their own trash cans from used plastic drums.

This research evaluates and optimizes the operational efficiency of Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) during the 2020-2023 period with a focus on the cost of funds ratio. Using a quantitative approach and qualitative interpretation, this research analyzes BNI financial data to identify trends and factors that influence fund expense ratios. The results provide insight into BNI's performance compared to industry standards and competitors. It is hoped that the recommendations from this research can help BNI management improve operational efficiency, support competitiveness in the banking industry, and make a positive contribution to the national economy.

Libraries are part of the learning resources that every school and college must have. Because students easily search for information or knowledge through the library. This community service aims to socialize Information Management at the SMA Negeri 7 Binjai Library through the Use of Website-Based Applications. This community service method uses a socialization approach to students, female students, and teachers of SMA Negeri 7 Binjai. The results of this study explain that a library is an organization tasked with collecting information, processing, presenting, and serving the information needs of library users. The existence of this web-based library is very helpful for students, students, and teachers in obtaining information more quickly and helping the work of librarians in managing libraries that will be with tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands, even millions of collections, with services covering the school community (students, education staff, and the wider community), so it needs to be supported by an automation system that is futuristic (has a forward reach), so that it can always maintain excellent service.

SMEs still have low awareness of the benefits of financial reports. If the financial report produced by the entity reflects the actual situation, then the financial report is reliable and can be used as a reference for interested parties, namely investors, government, employees and even the public. With financial reports, they can separate financial data between personal and company property. The problem in this research is the level of awareness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in preparing financial reports. This training aims to provide knowledge regarding the application of SAK ETAP and its relevance to Good Corporate Governance which is beneficial for excellent service for a business, in this case the Real Estate sub-sector of business which is increasingly developing every year with many similar competitors.

Linear programming is one of several methods of maximizing or minimizing an objective function to create an optimal solution. However, an efficient method is needed to perform calculations. In this research, the manual simplex method was used to maximize profits from the sale of penyet chicken, geprek chicken and halibut chicken in one of the MSME businesses in the city of Medan. Apart from that, an analysis tool was also used in the form of an application called POM-QM for Windows to verify the calculation results manually. In this research, 3 variables and 7 obstacles were identified which were resolved using the simplex method which means a maximum profit of IDR 2,330,000 per day with an increase of IDR 1,194,000.

This aims to minimize the occurrence of accidents on ships when sailing. Making passage plans is usually made using paper maps, but this is a long and inefficient method to do. So, with current technological advances, several systems and tools have been created to make it easier to create passage plans, namely digital maps or better known as Electronic Charts. Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) is a tool whose function and system can provide information about navigation and whose use is to back up existing equipment, so that it can be accepted and considered to meet the requirements determined by the 1974 SOLAS convention & its amendments. Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) is an integration of various navigation tools, namely Global Positioning System (GPS), Radio Direction and Ranging (RADAR), Automatic Identification System (AIS), Echo Sounder and Gyro Compass. Starting from this awareness that there are many advantages in operating ECDIS on ships, we should realize that using ECDIS to make shipping plans (Passage Planning) can help lighten the burden on officers on board ships in designing a good and safe shipping route. The impact of making a passage plan that is inaccurate/not rechecked on the nautical chart that is generated as input to ECDIS and causes accidents when the ship is navigating.

The purpose of this community service is to enhance understanding and knowledge among employees regarding the management and recording of existing asset conditions up to reporting, and to create added value in managing company property in a more orderly, accountable, and transparent manner, as well as the use of supporting technology in conducting company inventory, particularly at PT. Bahruny Kuala Besilam, Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. The materials to be presented in this community service are: governance, effectiveness, and efficiency in optimizing company inventory. This is related to enhancing and creating added value in managing company property as a support for data completeness planning activities in realizing program planning activities at PT. Bahruny Kuala Besilam, Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. From this community service, it is evident that there has been an improvement in the understanding of PT. Bahruny Kuala Besilam, Tanjung Pura employees regarding the more orderly, accountable, and transparent management and recording of asset conditions in the company's asset records.

Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi signal wireless di SMP Negeri 10 Salatiga, dengan menggunakan Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memahami distribusi kekuatan signal di sekitar lingkungan sekolah dan mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dalam infastruktur wireless. Metodologi melibatkan pengukuran RSSI pada lokasi strategis pengukuran nilai RSSI dilakukan dengan perhitungan otomatis menggunakan aplikasi Wi-Fi Analyzer, inSSIDer Home, dan Wi-Fi SNR. Perhitungan nilai RSSI juga dihitung dengan cara manual menggunakan rumus RSSI. Selain menghitung nilai RSSI juga ada Tahapan Interference Co-Channel dan pengukuran SNR kemudian data dianalisis untuk mengungkap pola dan variasi. Hasil penelitian menyoroti area dengan kekuatan signal rendah dan memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas jaringan wireless. Temuan ini dapat mendukung perbaikan penempatan perangkat dan optimalisasi konektivitas. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan pengalaman belajar berbasis teknologi informasi di SMP Negeri 10 Salatiga.

This research aims to evaluate risk management in financing through the Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending (P2P) platform. P2P lending is an innovation in the financial sector that allows borrowers and fund providers to interact directly via digital platforms. In the context of sharia finance, the risk management aspect is crucial to ensure compliance with sharia principles. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to identify and evaluate various aspects of risk management related to financing through sharia P2P lending. Risk factors such as credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and sharia risk will be evaluated to provide a thorough understanding of the effectiveness of risk management in this context.

Health education about the benefits of herbal plants as anti-gout arthritis drugs needs to be done to help people increase their knowledge so that they can apply wise actions and attitudes that can improve their quality of life. The purpose of community service activities is to find out the effect of health socialization on the use of herbal plants on gout by assessing the increase in knowledge, attitudes, actions of participants and assistance in making ginger tea as a prevention of gout arthritis, as well as conducting gout screening tests. Methods of community service activities in the form of counseling, outreach, and education as well as assistance in making ginger medang which will then be evaluated with pre and post counseling questionnaires. The number of participants 30 people are people who live in the work area of the Palembang Kertapati Health Center. An indicator of the success of counseling is an increase in the knowledge, attitudes and actions of community service participants. In the results of the study, it was known that the level of knowledge before socialization and education was 36.7% and increased after socialization (86.7%); attitude of participants before socialization 80% after socialization increased to 100%; action before socialization 63.3% after socialization 100%. It is known that there is an influence from education and outreach in the form of increasing knowledge, attitudes and actions of the community at the Kertapati Health Center, Palembang City, South Sumatra so that a follow-up program is needed in the form of intensive counseling for health center cadres as the spearhead of information on a wider range of people.

This study aims to determine the condition of the Role of the Village Consultative Body in Optimizing Village Development Planning in Riit Village, Sikka Regency and to find out the efforts of the Role of the Village Consultative Body in Optimizing Village Development Planning. This study uses a qualitative method. while the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the study show that the role of partners between village consultative bodies within the village government apparatus, moreover, the relationship between the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is compatible and well-established, transparent, and there is no cover-up from the two parties. All matters of government and The problems faced together in village deliberations (MUSDES) are seen from the community's point of view, the role of village consultative bodies has been going well but not optimal because of the lack of socialization from members of the village consultative bodies.

Researchers want to research the implementation of Da'wah Optimization Through Radio (Analysis of the Subuh Lecture Program of Radio Gema Surya Fm Ponorogo (RGS fm). The objectives of this study are 1) To find out what the Fajr Lecture program at RGS FM Ponorogo is, 2) To find out how the Fajr Lecture program at RGS FM Ponorogo, 3) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the production and broadcasting process of the Fajr Lecture program at RGS FM Ponorogo.The approach to this research is a qualitative approach, with a type of case study research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and data inference.The results showed that the Fajr Lecture Program is a daily program that airs from 05.00 to 05.30 WIB. The program has a monologue da'wah program format. Da'wah material at the RGS FM Fajr Lecture was delivered by speakers who were competent in their fields, On Islamic holidays, Fajr Lecture broadcast selected material according to the situation that was happening. The supporting elements in the Fajr Lecture program are supported by advanced technological tools with a wider reach through internet streaming, which is an easy solution for the production process of the Fajr Lecture program. The problem that occurs is optimizing products at Sofie Localfood in Palu City to increase production and income. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods, with primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is linear programming using the simplex method. The results of this research show that product optimization analysis at Sofie Localfood in Palu City can provide significant results for developing the local economy and strengthening regional cultural identity. This research highlights the importance of analyzing the optimization of Sofie localfood products in Palu City in the context of local economic development and regional cultural preservation. By using the simplex method, Sofie localfood producers can identify more efficient production strategies in optimizing the company's products.
