Based on data from the Jepara District Health Office in 2021, the Tahunan area has the highest number of pregnancies, reaching 1204 pregnancies compared to other sub-districts in Jepara Regency, with 43.1% of them experiencing sleep disturbances. This study aims to determine the effect of back massage with lavender essential oil on the sleep quality of third-trimester pregnant women in the working area of the Annual Public Health Center, Jepara Regency. This type of research is a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The population taken in this study were 50 pregnant women in their third trimester in July – August 2022 in the working area of the Annual Health Center in Jepara Regency. The sampling technique was purposive, and a sample of 44 people was obtained. The data collection tool in this study used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed an effect of back massage with lavender essential oil on the sleep quality of third-trimester pregnant women in the working area of the Annual Public Health Center, Jepara Regency (p-value <0.05). The average PSQI score before a back massage with lavender essential oil was 8.95 and then decreased to 3.70 after giving a back massage with lavender essential oil. A decrease in PSQI scores indicates an improvement in sleep quality. Based on the Z value obtained, it was 5.811, which means that every one time back massage intervention with lavender essential oil given two times a week in the third trimester of pregnant women has the potential to improve sleep quality 5.811 times.   Keywords: Back massage, Lavender essential oil, Sleep quality

Ancaman kepunahan spesies penyu diakibatkan oleh berlangsungnya tragedy of the commons serta kondisi anomie yang menyebabkan penyu dan telurnya menjadi objek ekonomi. Saat ini, perlindungan terhadap penyu mengamanatkan seluruh masyarakat berintegrasi untuk melakukan konservasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang keterlibatan para aktor yang terlibat dalam upaya konservasi penyu di Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan keterlibatan dan strategi para pemangku kepentingan dalam konservasi penyu di Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas, dan berdasarkan temuan penelitian akan merekomendasikan arah kebijakan dalam membangun model pengelolaan konservasi penyu yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode campuran, yakni kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan kuantitatif dengan penghitungan Social Return of Investment (SROI). Temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa konservasi penyu di Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas sudah dilakukan sevara kolaboratif dan mengalami perubahan positif yang signifikan. Pengetahuan akan keberlanjutan dan modal ekonomi serta modal sosial menjadi syarat utama yang harus dimiliki oleh pihak yang berpartisipasi dalam konservasi penyu. Premier Oil Indonesia merupakan satu-satunya stakeholder yang sukses menjalankan kegiatan konservasi penyu sebagai bagian dari tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) sejak tahun 2014. Premior Oil Indonesia memiliki habitus kelas yang diakui oleh pemangku kepentingan lain, dan perusahaan ini menduduki posisi yang terligitimasi dalam struktur masyarakat Kepulauan Anambas. Meskipun kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Premier Oil memperoleh kesuksesan, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah masih terdapat pihak-pihak yang tidak mendukung konservasi. Untuk mengantisipasi hal ini, peranan Pemerintah dan penegak hukum sudah cukup maksimal dalam menjalankan patroli, sosialisasi dan penegakan hukum kepada masyarakat.

PKS Pagar Merbau is a plantation company engaged in palm oil processing. Due to the unpredictable level of demand, determining the timing and number of orders becomes difficult, resulting in increased inventory costs. By using the Period Order Quantity Method, it aims to be able to control Crude Palm Oil raw material inventory which will minimize inventory costs. The Period Order Quantity (POQ) method is a development of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method where the number of orders can minimize the total cost of inventory. The results of applying this method, obtained the optimal number of orders of 1,208,798.12 kg for one order with a frequency of 101 times a year with a safety stock of 3,000,200.61 kg and a reorder point of 3,961,816.26 kg. The total inventory cost according to company policy is  Rp. 3,159,298,770.65 while the total inventory cost according to the Period Order Quantity method is 2,879,961,532.42. Then the total inventory cost savings of Rp. 279,337,238.23 or 8.86%

Minyak kelapa murni atau lebih dikenal dengan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) merupakan modifikasi proses pembuatan minyak kelapa sehingga dihasilkan produk dengan kadar air dan kadar asam lemak bebas yang rendah, berwarna bening, berbau harum, serta mempunyai daya simpan yang cukup lama yaitu lebih dari 12 bulan. Pembuatan VCO dengan cara fermentasi kelapa akan mendapatkan bakteri asam laktat dan bersifat bakteriosin pada setiap lapisannya. Bakteri asam laktat yang didapatkan adalah sebagai probiotik yang menghasilkan berbagai macam produk fermentasi seperti etanol, karbondioksida, asam asetat, dan peroksida. Beberapa Studi menunjjukkan bahwa VCO dapat meningkatkan system kekebalan tubuh, dan mampu untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi. Sehingga pada pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMKN 8 batam Sei pelunggut, kacamatan sangulung kota batam, diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan kelapa untuk pembuatan VCO. Melalui kegiatan ini telah dihasilkan suatu cara atau metode yang mudah dan sederhana dalam pembuatan VCO dan para siswa/siswi SMKN 8 Batam yang mengikuti pelatihan ini mendapatkan pengetahuan yang bermanfaat dan memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan produk VCO ini ketika stock kelapa melimpah dan dapat dilanjutkan menjadi usaha skala rumah tangga serta berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi usaha yang lebih besar dan bisa dipasarkan ke pasar modern

Background : The number of artificial gravidarum events in Indonesia obtained from 2,203 pregnancies which can be fully observed is 543 pregnant women exposed to gravidarum. In Indonesia about 10% of pregnant women get emesis from gravidarum. In east Java, emesis an gravidarum accounts for 10% - 15% of the number of pregnant mothers as much as 182,815 in 2015 (NHS, 2015). According to the initial survey carried out by researchers of 10 pregnant mothers in the girlfriend medical center, there are 8 people (80%) of pregnant mothers who emesis the gravidarum of the trimester I pregnancy and 2 (20%) who are not emesis by the gravidarum. A gravidarum emesis of this pregnancy can be attributed to external levels and a progesterone within the body (wiknjosastro, 2012).Management of nausea and vomiting can be done by non-pharmacological methods. Non-pharmacological therapies such as drinking boiled red ginger and coconut water. Red ginger contains zingiberol, zingiberene essential oil, curcumin, bisabillene, flandrene, gingerol, vitamin A which can reduce nausea and vomiting. Coconut water also contains minerals, namely magnesium, potassium and calcium. It turns out that drinking coconut water can relieve symptoms of nausea and vomiting. objective : It is known that theeffectivenessof giving coconut water and red gingerin the pregnant mother to drop in emesis gravidarum. Methods : Quasi experimental with a pretest protest design with a two experimental design. The samples in this study were all pregnant women at TBPM Rahmayanti in October – December 2022 as many as 30 people, the sampling technique was total sampling. Results : There is an effectiveness of giving coconut water and red ginger to pregnant women in reducing emesis gravidarum (p.value 0.000). Conclusions and Suggestions : Coconut water and red ginger decoction are both effective in reducing emesis gravidarum. Midwives are expected to provide counseling to pregnant women, how to make red ginger stew and drink coconut water to reduce emesis gravidarum.Reading Lists: 36 readings (2015-2021).

The research aims to find out how the palm oil mill workforce and how the production of oil palm smallholders contributes to the income of employees who work in oil palm plantations. The Rokan Hilir method used is interviews and documentation. Sampling was done purposively. The productivity of the palm oil mills is very high because the oil palm farmers are always pressing their superiors to achieve the targets they achieve. Meanwhile, oil palm farmers who have to reach the target of factory employees are unable to calculate how much % of their income is very large, so that the used palm fruit piles up in the factory until they have to fertilize the used palm fruit which is commonly called by the local community as janjangan. The saplings are thrown into the forest or into the oil palm, which the smallholders haven't harvested yet, why throw it back into the oil palm because the saplings can fertilize other palm oil. The research was conducted 3 times to interview employees of the palm oil mill. the pressure of oil palm farmers to achieve the target because their income is already optimal.

Community Service is an obligation for lecturers to carry out the Tridharma of Higher Education. The activity was carried out on June 18, 2022 in Jelamung RT 05 RW 02, Kemujan Karimujawa which was attended by 12 participants. The purpose of this service is to know how to maintain fishing boat outboard engines in general, which is used to change the engine oil, cleaning the air filter and fuel filter, testing the injectors and adjusting the valves, in addition it is to know the reason why the engine cannot start. Therefore, someone should check the fuel flow, opening the fuel filter and cleaning it. The implementation of this program is for fishermen’s beneficial, hance they can maintain and overcome engine damage for the sake of progress and increase the income.

Main engine merupakan mesin utama pada kapal yang terdiri dari beberapa unit yang berfungsi untuk menggerakkan kapal. Sebelum kapal beroperasi, kondisi main engine harus dipastikan dalam keadaan baik. Untuk memastikan mesin dalam keadaan baik, perlu dilakukan perawatan dan pengujian untuk menjaga keamanan mesin. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan system safety device yang merupakan salah satu perangkat keamanan yang digunakan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan pada main engine. Pengujian safety device ini dilakukan untuk memastikan pada saat mesin beroperasi, kecepatan dan suhu dari mesin tersebut dalam kondisi sesuai standard yang sudah ditetapkan agar mesin beroperasi dalam keadaan aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keamanan dan keselamatan diesel main engine melalui beberapa tahapan pengujian safety device dengan standard yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan mesin dan disetujui oleh Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengamatan secara langsung saat proses pengujian. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pengujian safety device melalui tahapan mulai dari pengujian fresh water temperature, pengujian oil pressure, pengujian oil leaking, pengujian over speed. Dari keempat pengujian tersebut maka didapatkan hasil yang optimal dan aman dalam mengoperasikan mesin induk kapal Tug Boat karena memenuhi persyaratan sistem safety device dari standar maker serta di approve oleh Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia.

The advancement of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) is transforming the way scientists conduct deep-sea exploration and environmental monitoring. AUVs equipped with sophisticated sonar, AI-driven navigation systems, and real-time data transmission capabilities can explore extreme marine environments where human intervention is impossible. This paper reviews state-of-the-art developments in AUV technology, including enhanced battery efficiency, swarm intelligence for coordinated underwater missions, and AI-based anomaly detection for marine biodiversity assessment. Additionally, the study highlights the role of AUVs in disaster response, such as oil spill detection and ocean pollution analysis. By addressing technical challenges such as communication latency, data processing in harsh environments, and energy efficiency, this research aims to contribute to the next generation of AUV applications.

Along with the growing public awareness of personal and environmental health, lipa sabbe products with natural colors are increasingly popular. Natural dyes are advantageous because they do not need to be imported, are safe for human health during the manufacturing process, do not pollute the environment, and are safe. Although synthetic dyes are easier to use, they are harmful to health, produce hazardous waste, pollute the environment, and are made from imported materials. This study aims to determine the types of plants that can be used as natural dyes for lipa sabbe. Qualitative methods with literature studies sourced from journals, books, or other related scientific articles are used in this research. The results showed that natural dyes in lipa sabbe became one of the Science Learning Resources with natural dyes including extracts from cocoa shell waste, coconut fiber waste, oil palm shell waste, rambutan peel waste, mangosteen peel waste, guava leaf waste, mango leaf waste and avocado leaf waste is plantation waste that can be used as a natural lipa sabbe dye. The onset of stretch Marks makes some people feel insecure. The author made a scrub made from gotu kola leaves. This study aims to determine how to make scrub leaves gotu kola, knowing the feasibility sensory test and knowing the condition of stretch marks after using scrub leaves gotu kola. This study was conducted by observation, interviews, questionnaires, experiments, documentation, and literature. The analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The manufacture of powder starts from the preparation of tools and materials, washing, weighing, drying, rarefaction, weighing dry leaves. The powder is taken to taste and mixed using olive oil. The product results are submitted to five expert validators to test the feasibility of the product using sensory tests. The feasibility of the product was tested by color averaging 4,7 in the very decent category, aroma averaging 4,1 in the decent category, texture averaging 4,1 in the decent category, ease of use averaging 3,9 in the moderately decent category, packaging averaging 4,9 in the very decent category. There is an improvement in the product that is more mashed powder, mixing powder using warm water and olive oil in a ratio of 1:2 and cooling scrub enough 5-10 minutes. Based on the results of the feasibility of the product can be concluded concluded that the product scrub leaves gotu kola feasible to be a new innovation in the manufacture of scrubs. The use of scrubs for 6 times conducted by 10 respondents resulted in the condition of stretch marks that fade, skin texture becomes more flat and the stretch decreases.

So do not rule out that the engine performance will decrease. The decrease in engine performance will affect the power supply of electrical energy to the electricity demand network. In order to maintain a reliable, safe, and efficient electricity supply. So the performance of the engine performance will always be monitored regularly. This is done so that the performance of the engine performance is always properly monitored. One of the performances to assess the performance of the Ambon Peaker PLTMG unit is by carrying out a Performance Test. The method used in industrial practice activities carried out at the Ambon Peaker 30 MW PLTMG is practical work in the form of field research.

In transformers installed and used in electric power systems, especially at substations (GI) there are often disturbances or problems. One of the problems with the transformer can occur due to the failure of the insulating oil which can be caused by a decrease in the value of the translucent voltage, therefore it is necessary to carry out maintenance to prevent and localize interference. Tap Changer oil is different from oil in the main tank (in terms of placement), in terms of type and function Tap Changer oil with oil in the main tank has similarities from the type of oil and its function as insulation, cooling and protecting windings from oxidation. With the method of observation (observation) in the field of all equipment worked on and with the literature method can be known the process of replacing oil On Load Tap Changer. From the results of the oil translucent voltage test study, it is known that the value of the penetrating voltage of the On Load Tap Changer oil sample used in the transformer is an average value of 38.8 kV, it can be known that the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 1) being filtered is 86.8 kV, the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 2) being filtered is worth 88 kV, and the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 3) being filtered is 98.2 kV.

The platforms are usually owned by individuals, in the village of Pangkalan Dewa, West Kotawaringin Regency, there are 5 palm oil platforms, one of which is the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. Many farmers sell their oil palm harvests to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform, this can be seen from the farmer data in 2021 that there are 200-250 permanent farmers who sell their oil palm harvests to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. on the other platforms there are less than 100 farmers. This type of research is field research. Subjects consist of employees and farmers who sell their crops to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. The technique of determining the subject is purposive sampling. The data analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The buying and selling system of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform is to pick up the fruit to the farmer's land or the farmer delivers it directly to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform, then the fruit is weighed using a ram scale, the fruit that has been weighed will be paid by the platform in cash with a receipt of the sale. The buying and selling system of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform in terms of transactions and pricing is legal according to Islam because there are no violations of Islamic sharia provisions. The presence of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform has a positive value for farmers and can improve the economic welfare of oil palm farmers.

Briquettes are alternative energy that can be used as substitutes of petroleum and gas. Coal briquettes generally have a slowignition time. Therefore, this study modifies coal briquettes by adding a  blazingstimulant of palm frond fiber and potassium chlorate. The objectives to be achieved in this study  wereto find out the effect of pressure variations modificationsof coal briquettes to the ignition time. In this study, the briquetting process was done by varying pressure of 200 Psi, 300 Psi, 400 Psi, 500 psi and 600 Psi. Coal briquette powder particle size used in this study was 80-100 mesh while the particle size of oil palm frond fibers used were 40-50 mesh. The results showed that the fastest ignition time obtained at a pressure of 200 Psi with ignition time 132 seconds. In conclusion, the pressure variations  on coal briquettes modifications infunced ignition time.

Trend penggunaan susu formula sebagai pengganti Air Susu Ibu (ASI) di Indonesia bahkan dunia tidak dapat terelakkan dengan berbagai klaim yang diberikan produk susu formula yang beredar di pasaran. Susu formula pada dasarnya mengandung nutrisi utama yang dibutuhkan bayi diantaranya protein, karbohidrat, lemak, vitamin dan mineral. Penggunaan susu formula disarankan untuk bayi hanya jika terdapat permasalahan medis baik pada ibu atau pada bayi, sehingga ASI memang lebih direkomendasikan untuk diberikan pada bayi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisiyang mendukung pertumbuhannya. Oleh karenanya pemberian ASI eksklusif perlu digalakkan dan perlu diberi edukasi, baik untuk ibu menyusui, ibu hamil, calon ibu, bahkan remaja. Menanamkan pendidikan sejak dini ada baiknya untuk mencegah kesalahpahaman mengenai nutrisi terbaik untuk anak-anak kita di masa mendatang. Trend terbaru untuk membantu melancarkan produksi ASI adalah dengan menggunakan essential oil baik dengan cara dihirup maupun secara topikal. Essential oil atau minyak esensial merupakan minyak esensial yang diperoleh dari tanaman atau bagian tanaman melalui proses destilasi, bertujuan untuk membantu mengatasi masalah terkait kesehatan.

Lip Balm is one of the cosmetic products to moisturize the lips. The ingredients used in this lip balm are beeswax (beeswax), original olive oil, Moringa leaf powder and pandan leaf powder which are useful for dealing with dry lips because they contain vitamin C which has benefits for the lips. This lip balm has excellent receptivity and adds to the variety of lip balms by making use of natural ingredients. The purpose of this experiment is to find out and explain the process of making Lip Balm, to find out the benefits of Lip Balm, and to explain the advantages and disadvantages of Moringa Leaf and Pandan Leaf Lip Balm. The experiment of making Moringa Leaf and Pandan Leaf Lip Balm was carried out using the methods of observation, interviews, experiments, documentation, literature, and analysis. The composition of the lip balm is Moringa leaf powder 1gr, pandan leaf powder 1gr, beeswax 10gr, olive oil 6ml and this lip balm has a soft, dense and non-greasy texture. every day so that the lips are not dry and chapped. Based on sensory tests and public tests, this lip balm from Moringa leaves and pandan leaves is suitable for use because of its excellent benefits for moisturizing lips

Teak is a plant that produces attractive red and brown colors besides that it has many useful ingredients, so it is used as a natural dye. Researchers use teak leaves as a coloring agent in bodypainting. The purpose of this research is to create the use of teal leaves as a brown coloring agent in bodypaiting paint. The method used is the observation method, the library method, tehe experimental method, the documentation method, and the questionnaire method. Based on the feasibility test of the bodypainting product, it was found that the average score on the resulting color assessment inicator was 8,6 including the fairly decent category. On the texture assessment indicator, which is 8 and is included in the fairly decent category. On the aroma assessment indicator that is 7,3. And included in the category less feasible. Meanwhile, based on the results of the public test, it was found that te average score on the resulting color sharpness assessment indicator was 4, which was included in the proper category. In the humidity assessent indicator 4,2 is included in the very feasible category. In the indicator of coloring resistance assessment, with an average of 3 it is included in the category of quite decent enough. In the assessment inicator og the ease of removing bodypainting, which wa found with a score of 4,8 it was included in the very feasible category. The conclusion of this study is that the dye in teak leaves can be used as a natural dye in the manufacture of bodypainting. The best suggestion in this research is to add the aroma of bodypainting with essential oil in oerder to produce a fragrant aroma and for the packaging it must have a high appeal to the public. Further research is needed to determine the expiration date and color resistance of beetroot dyes.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving palm oil enzymes to the weight gain of broiler chickens. the consumption of broiler chicken feed. To determine the administration of palm enzymes influence the increase in broiler chicken feed conversion. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), the provision of Palm Enzymes and without the provision of Palm Enzymes. By giving chicken ration given to Broiler Chicken P0: Without the addition of 0% palm enzyme (control), P1: addition of 25 ml palm enzyme + 75 commercial feed, P2: addition of 50 ml palm enzyme + 50 commercial feed P3: addition of palm enzyme 75 ml + 25 commercial feed. On the parameters of observation of body weight, feed consumption and broiler chicken feed conversion obtained during the study were best found in treatment P1: addition of 25 ml palm enzyme + 75 commercial feed. In the sidik analysis, the various effects of body weight, feed consumption and feed conversion between treatments different significantly.

Habitat shifts and species distribution occur in response to climate change, while coral reefs face threats from warming oceans. These threats require effective conservation adaptation efforts, considering pollution risks, ecosystem health, and water resource sustainability. The purpose of this study is to show that currently Indonesia is facing significant challenges related to the destruction of natural resources and the environment. High deforestation, caused by illegal logging activities and the expansion of oil palm plantations, is a major cause of habitat loss and threats to biodiversity. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that increasing the active participation of all components of the nation to achieve forest management goals, increasing the implementation of the Eco Tourism program as a mitigation effort in overcoming pollution risks, ecosystem health, and sustainable water resources to mitigate the impact of global warming in the context of National Resilience.
