This writing aims to describe the development of the Social Studies curriculum in Indonesia. Social studies education in Indonesia did not just appear and develop, but through a long journey full of dynamics. This article reviews social studies education from a historical perspective and its development using historical research methods, which include the steps of heuristics, source criticism (external and internal), interpretation, and historiography. The development of the social studies curriculum in Indonesia has adopted the concepts of social studies education in several major countries, such as the United States and the United Kingdom, which became a reference because of the similarity of the conditions of multicultural society and the background of the country's unstable situation at that time. Nevertheless, the development of social studies education in Indonesia is adapted to the conditions of society and government in the country, which has an impact on the preparation of curriculum and implementation of learning in schools. Along with technological advances, social studies education also continues to grow by utilizing a variety of learning resources and media. In addition, the development of social studies learning materials also involves the active participation of the wider community.

Dangeu dengue fever or what we often call dengue fever is a disease transmitted by the Aedes aegypti mosquito and caused by the dengue virus. This disease can potentially cause serious complications if it does not receive proper treatment. In this research, the author uses the application of artificial neural networks with the Hebb rule approach to predict the risk level of dengue fever. Predictions are made based on factors such as weather conditions, population density and historical case data that influence this disease. The Hebb rule is used in this research because of its ability to strengthen connections between neurons based on the input patterns they receive, so it is hoped that it can produce more accurate predictions. Test results show that this method has a fairly high level of accuracy in predicting the pattern of dengue fever cases in an area. This research indicates that the application of artificial neural networks with the Hebb rule can be an effective tool for related parties in taking preventive measures to minimize the number of dengue cases in the future.

Decisions and decrees as legal instruments of the government in carrying out legal actions unilaterally, can be the cause of legal violations for citizens, in Law Number 5 of 1986 concerning State Administrative Courts and its amendments, the law explains that the object of state administrative disputes is that which contains legal actions that can have legal consequences for a person or civil legal entity, at least there is ease for the public to sue the government and request the cancellation of decisions made by the government, but due to the expansion of objects in Law Number 30 of 2014 Article 87 letter (a) includes written decisions, it also includes factual actions. Therefore, the problem formulation in this research is whether the state administrative court has the authority to adjudicate factual government actions that harm the community, how legal protection for people who are harmed by factual government actions. This research is a normative legal research with statutory, conceptual, historical, and doctrinal approaches that apply to determine the rule of law as a whole. The results showed that the expansion of the competence of the State Administrative Court to adjudicate factual actions of the government is not competent because it cannot cause legal consequences because it is not in line and contradicts what is regulated in Law Number 5 of 1986 concerning State Administrative Courts and its Amendments, the public does not get legal protection through the State Administrative Court as a result of the factual actions of State Administrative bodies/officials. Suggestions from this research are that factual actions should be removed or eliminated from the competence of the State Administrative Court and there is no need to expand the object of State Administrative disputes, for people who feel harmed by factual actions of State Administrative bodies/officials should file a lawsuit against the law to the district court.

One of the traditional cultures that is currently still practiced by the Adonara community is the fight war. The story of the battle war in the Adonara Area, East Flores Regency, is the battle between Lewobunga Village and Lewonara Village. This rivalry war was triggered by the ownership of customary land rights between Lewobunga Village and Lewonara Village, where the Lewobunga Village Community inaugurated Riangbunga Hamlet Lewobunga Village heard the inauguration the Lewonara Village people did not agree and began to carry out their act of disacceptance by attacking the Lewobunga Village community. So there was a prolonged war and conflict that caused many casualties. This study found several things: (1) The factors that cause the occurrence of murder cases due to customary land disputes are: unclear land boundaries, differences in historical narratives, lack of recognition of land ownership, war revenge and lack of attention from the local government. (2) Settlement efforts carried out by traditional leaders by gathering the entire community and inviting traditional leaders in neighboring villages in the Kiwangona area to perform the traditional ritual of bau lolon to pray that the fight war will not be repeated by declaring the reket kame lo'oko (weapons of war are released) with this statement the community expresses their hearts by declaring that the war will stop or there will be no more wars and this traditional ritual is sacred.

Abstract Rainfall or discharge data is obtained from the river basin authority by conducting hydrological analysis using the Nakayashu Synthetic Unit Hydrograph method to obtain the peak flood discharge and performing a dependable flow analysis (Q80%) using probability equations. On January 2, 2020 there was a flash flood that destroyed at least 1,410 houses, 30 bridges and hydraulic buildings located in the ciberang river flow among them is the PDAM row water intake structure. The need for hydrological studies to predict flood discharge as data needed in planning the stability of hydraulic building structures and determining the water surface elevation for intake operations. The results of the hydrological study of the Ciberang watershed obtained the design flood discharge values for specific return period of Q2 = 205,1 m3/s, Q5 = 340,5 m3/s, Q10 = 406,4 m3/s, Q25 = 475,6 m3/s, Q50 = 518,1 m3/s, Q100 = 549,6 m3/s. The estimated historical flash flood discharge that occurred in early 2020 in the ciberang river upstream of the Karian reservoir based on the testimony of residents as high as 8 meters is equivalent to the design discharge for Q25, which is 475.6 m³/s. The results of the dependable discharge (Q80%) calculations for the Ciberang watershed indicate that the minimum discharge occurs in September at 7.22 m³/s, while the maximum discharge occurs in February at 37.0 m³/s.   Keywords: Hidrology, Rainfall Plan, Flood Discharge Plan, Dependable Discharge.

Islamic banking financing has become a crucial component of Indonesia's financial sector, providing a Sharia-compliant alternative to conventional financing. Despite its rapid growth, assessing the feasibility of Islamic banking financing remains a major challenge, particularly in terms of risk management, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Previous studies have assessed financing feasibility using various methods, including the 5C approach (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Conditions). However, research in this area remains fragmented, with a lack of systematic analysis of key trends, methodologies, and influencing factors. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to synthesize and analyze existing research on the feasibility of Islamic banking financing in Indonesia. The review covers studies published between 2020 and 2022, focusing on research distribution, analytical techniques, and key determinants affecting financing feasibility. The findings reveal that most studies emphasize credit risk assessment, financial literacy, and regulatory frameworks, but lack a unified approach to measuring feasibility. Furthermore, this study highlights gaps in the application of digital technologies, such as big data and machine learning, that can be used to strengthen the financing eligibility assessment system. The application of these technologies not only improves the accuracy of risk predictions but also enables Islamic banking institutions to reach more customers, particularly MSMEs and the informal sector, which have historically been underserved. The results of this study provide valuable insights for Islamic financial institutions, regulators, and researchers, highlighting the need for integrated risk assessment models, a better regulatory framework, and enhanced financial literacy initiatives to strengthen Islamic banking financing in Indonesia. This research contributes to the development of a more structured and comprehensive framework for evaluating financing eligibility, ensuring sustainable growth and financial inclusion in the Islamic banking sector.

Literary studies are included in several normative fields, namely literary theory, literary history, literary criticism, comparative literature and also literary studies. Literature is seen by people to learn about literature. Literary history seeks to study and compile literary works as part of the intellectual historical process. In one society. Literary history can be seen as part of philosophy, because literary history itself is the same as the history of human thought towards objects of art or literary art that emphasizes on the more practical nature of the elaboration of the concept. Literary theory itself can be equated with aesthetic science with the beauty of science and also theory is certainly a different thing, with such assumptions, written literary theory is the same as writing history and aesthetics, including the field of literary art, theory needs to be studied so that there is no mistake in thinking about these two things. Literary theory itself has various meanings over time with the paradigm that is brought with it, literary theory can be interpreted as several ideas and methods used for the practice of reading literature. Literary theory is also interpreted as a way or step to understand literature. Views in literary theory also undergo changes along with the development of the human mindset itself.

This study examines the asbab al-nuzul of Qur’an Surah Al-Baqarah verse 158 and its relationship with the practice of sa’i in Hajj and Umrah as an expression of gratitude for Allah’s blessings. This verse was revealed to address the doubts of some Companions regarding the legitimacy of sa’i between Safa and Marwah, which during the pre-Islamic era had been associated with idolatrous practices. Using a library research method and exegetical analysis, this study demonstrates that Surah Al-Baqarah verse 158 affirms Safa and Marwah as part of the symbols (sha‘a’ir) of Allah that must be honored and performed within the rites of Hajj and Umrah. The practice of sa’i is not merely a ritual obligation but also embodies profound historical, spiritual, and educational values rooted in the story of Hajar’s struggle in seeking water for Prophet Ismail. Values of patience, effort, reliance on Allah, and gratitude are reflected in every step of sa’i. Understanding the asbab al-nuzul of this verse is expected to encourage Muslims to perform Hajj and Umrah with deeper awareness, sincerity, and meaning, so that worship transcends formal ritual and contributes to character building and the strengthening of faith.
