The socialization of the importance of advanced study preparation or employment before graduation for Vocational High School (SMK) students aims to provide profound understanding and strong motivation to students on the brink of graduation. The objective is to enable them to make meticulous and insightful assessments, leading to wise decisions about their educational trajectory, either in higher education or entering the professional world. This informative session takes place at State Vocational High School 2 Depok and is attended by students from the Petroleum and Petrochemical Processing Techniques (TPMP) department in grades 11 and 12. The well-executed event adheres to the predetermined plan and utilizes methods involving information dissemination and interactive discussions to engage participants in the targeted subject matter. The outcomes of this initiative involve an enhanced comprehension of the conveyed material and the cultivation of a robust motivational spirit within participants. The aim is to prepare them for the choices they will make after completing their education, encompassing the possibility of continuing studies at tertiary institutions or entering the workforce. Furthermore, participants gain a clearer insight into the steps involved in determining a career field that aligns with their interests and abilities, as well as choosing a college major that resonates with their competencies.

Discipline in an educational institution is an element that is needed as well as the most effective means in the learning process. Discipline provides many benefits for maintaining a balance between the child's inclination and desire to do something with the rules needed in the environment. And efforts that can be made in instilling a disciplined attitude towards children are providing good examples and habituation to actions that are carried out every day. This research focused on student discipline and the supporting and inhibiting factors of female student discipline at IDIA Prenduan Sumenep. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study type of research. Sources of data in this study were obtained from leaders, naibah, ustadzah and female students. by using interview and observation methods. From this method the researcher analyzed the data and information obtained from the informants, by reducing the data, presenting the data and finally concluding so as to produce information that is in accordance with the focus of the research. Discipline that is applied in the IDIA environment is divided into 3 parts, namely the sharia field (worship) such as congregational prayers, tahajjud prayers, tadarus muajjah and other worship activities. In the field of language, such as female students, they must use the official language (English and Arabic) as everyday language, and in the field of qonun (regulations on clothes that may be used both inside and outside the dormitory, and time for studying. Factors supporting a growing awareness in female students, character or personality that is formed in female students, motivation that can raise the spirit of female students, and tazwidul mufrodat agenda, inhibiting factors that are inherited from home or bad behavior, lack of knowledge of nahwu and sorof, and wrong and socializing or wrong in choosing Friend.

Education is something that can be used as a weapon in adapting to today's sophisticated era, improving education is something that should be fought for in improving the economy of a region in the future. Lemukutan Island has a lot of Natural Resources that can be processed, especially marine products and education is a facility that can accommodate the processing and management of Natural Resources on Lemukutan Island. Through Community Service this lecturer can provide educational motivation for the children of SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya Lemukutan Islands to continue their education in pursuing and achieving dreams. The focus on education is the main thing that children need to hold fast to develop a region, but to be able to always be in the corridor of education is not easy. Every generation has its own kind of challenges. In today's era, online games are a challenge that has mushroomed everywhere, games are not just a hobby, but more towards professions and needs. It will be very dangerous when there is a lack of parental supervision and students' lack of control over themselves in playing games. Reminding them of the dangers of playing online games is one way to keep directing them on the right educational path.

The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-cultural conditions of the farming community in relation to children's education and the socio-economic conditions of the farming community in the village of Suro, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection tools used in this study were observation and interviews. The results of the study show that factors such as limited access to education, traditional belief in the local education system, and the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of formal education are challenges in improving the education of children in Suro Village. However, through joint efforts from the government, community and non-governmental organizations, such as increasing access to formal education, the role of parents in providing support and motivation, campaigns and outreach programs regarding the importance of formal education, can improve the education of children in Suro Village. It is hoped that these efforts can gain strong support from all parties to create a conducive educational environment for the children of Suro Village to prepare for their future. It is hoped that this article can provide an overview of the condition of children's education in farming communities in rural areas and become a reference for the development of sustainable education policies in Indonesia.

This study aims to describe the oral communication language model used by students who frequently play online games. Analyze student communication behavior while playing online games by examining it based on the values of Islamic Religious Education. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the type of field research, namely research that aims to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subjects thoroughly through descriptions in the form of words in natural conditions. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Depapre, Jayapura Regency with a focus on knowing student communication behavior, use of study time, learning motivation, and the ability to control emotions while playing online games reviewed from the values of Islamic Religious Education. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with researchers. Data analysis techniques used an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the study, students of SMP N.1 Depapre are very fond of playing online games so that they spend more time playing than studying and socializing. This has an impact on their behavior, such as using harsh language, not respecting time, low learning motivation, and difficulty controlling emotions, which are not in accordance with the values of Islamic Religious Education. Solutions to overcome negative behavior due to online games require cooperation between parents, schools, and the community. Parents limit playing time, schools provide supervision and education, and communities provide positive activities so that children do not become too dependent on online games.

The educational process functions as the intellectual development and potential of students. The use of appropriate learning models or media can encourage the growth of students' enjoyment of the learning process, increasing learning motivation. This study applies the ASSURE learning model with Mentimeter media which can be accessed through each student's device. Menimeter media is used as a form of technology application in the learning process. Mentimeter can be used as an online presentation medium or presented in a quiz format to assess students' understanding of the material provided by the teacher (Zulfa & Huda, 2021). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach method with research instruments that use test instruments and non-test instruments. The results of this study indicate that the ASSURE model with mentimeter media can be applied in learning to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work. The use of meter media in the learning process can motivate students in learning which affects the acquisition of learning outcomes.

The purpose of the specific analysis is expected to be able to convey comprehensive knowledge of the condition of the TPT alliance and poverty in Central Kalimantan, to provide support towards expanding the benefits that contribute to reducing TPT and poverty in this region. Comprehensive quantitative methods to investigate the Central Kalimantan Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) against squalor creates a very precise and constructive approach towards gathering and reviewing instructions in an objective and measurable manner. The low educational level and restrained skills make it difficult to find a decent pulse, forcing the people of Central Kalimantan to fall into poverty. Women are more discreetly concerned with matching decent pulses and retain restricted access to the core economic power as world and capital, which can allow the more prone to slump to the depths of squalor in this region. Other social impacts of algae are reduced social capital, increased crime rates, and reduced quality of life. The economic impact can arise in part in the form of loss of economic reliability, low rewards of legion of duty participation and low economic motivation. The high number of published unemployment (TPT) in Central Kalimantan contributes to increasing poverty and the components of tutorials, skills, sexual lameness, social and economic effects are flowering. The ability to read and foster an interest in reading in children is an effort to improve educational standards while at the same time forming a child's personality with character. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant impact of the storybook-assisted KWL (Know Want to Know Learned) strategy in terms of the learning motivation of class XI students of SMAN 2 Merauke. This type of research uses the Non-Equivalent posttest only control group design. A total of 50 students were sampled in this study, 25 students in the experimental class and 25 students in the control class. Research data collection was carried out by non-test method using observation sheets. Manova as a data analysis method used in this study. The results showed that the KWL (Know Want to Know Learned) strategy, with the help of story books, had an impact on reading interest and learning motivation. The results of the study showed a significant difference. The results of the analysis also show that, when compared with reading interest, learning motivation is the variable that is more influenced. Therefore, the KWL (Know Want to Know Learned) strategy with the help of story books can be suggested as an innovative way of learning to increase reading interest and motivation to learn

The use of image media in Civic Education (PKn) learning, particularly on the topic of understanding the meaning of the Pancasila symbols in fourth-grade elementary school, often faces challenges, especially in enhancing students' comprehension of the abstract concepts involved. This community service program aims to socialize the use of image media as an effective teaching aid in PKn education. The methods employed include training and mentoring teachers in integrating image media into their lessons. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding of the Pancasila symbols and increased motivation to learn. Additionally, the program sparked social change within the school environment, such as new initiatives from teachers to be more creative in using teaching media. This program successfully achieved its goals by fostering positive transformation in the school's learning processes

In an organization or company, human resources cannot be separated from training activities. Training for human resources is a necessity for every organization or institution because almost everyone recognizes that the success of an organization or company is highly dependent on the human resources that manage them. Therefore, training is needed by employees so that they can improve their abilities, knowledge skills, motivation, and behavior. In today's modern era of development, human resource training is very important, because the formal education that employees have undergone is not enough to meet the demands of jobs and positions in organizations and companies. In addition, placing human resources directly at work does not guarantee that they will understand their duties and responsibilities well. New human resources often feel less confident and feel they do not understand their roles and responsibilities in the organization or company where they work. Therefore, new employees should receive training in the form of training that leads to an introduction to corporate culture and values, regulations, and policies, as well as their main tasks, which support the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization or company. Human resources who lack self-confidence are unlikely to carry out their duties and obligations to the fullest, especially in educational institutions. In addition, human resources professionals who have worked in organizations and companies for a long time also need to receive training to improve their skills, insights, and motivation in supporting the achievement of the organization's vision and mission.

Character education has been rolled out since 2010 and is still valid today. In character education there are several values, one of which is responsibility. The character of responsibility is very important so that the school becomes a self-development institution to achieve success. Depletion of awareness and even loss of the character of responsibility in students which hinders learning activities so that this should not happen (Kamila, 2013). This study focuses on definitions, benefits, and strategies in learning to improve the character of student responsibility in schools. The results of this study include: 1) character refers to a series of attitudes, behaviors, motivations, and skills, while the character of responsibility is the attitude and behavior of a person to carry out the duties and obligations that he should do to yourself, society, environment (natural, social, and cultural), the State and God Almighty; 2) the benefits of the character of responsibility are that it can improve the quality of learning in the classroom and can improve school quality standards; 3) the character of responsibility can be done with a mind mapping strategy, inquiring mind what to know, CRH, NHT, and Quiz Team. This study concludes that the character of responsibility and learning must be carried out as one of the character education in schools through several strategies.

Puskesmas as a provider of basic health services has a very important role in maintaining public health. If it functions properly, the puskesmas will be able to provide quality services for people in need. The success of puskesmas in carrying out their programs is determined by the availability of human resources (HR) that are balanced between medical personnel on one side and promotive and preventive personnel on the other. The relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers is obtained that there is a relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers. Research Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) with education and skills as well as means of supporting work. Research Methods: The author of this article uses a descriptive qualitative method that seeks to describe an object or subject of an inductive nature. Result: Inappropriate tupoksi due to limited health workers in puskesmas, especially limited skills based on the type of education. As a result, there are health workers who are in charge of programs that do not match their skills. Conclusion: The lack of health workers makes the tupoksi incompatible with the educational background of the staff in charge of the program at the Puskesmas.

Education is an integral part of human life starting from birth until the end of life. Students' interest in learning is an important aspect in the learning process, especially in character formation and understanding learning concepts. Teachers have a crucial role in facilitating students' interest in learning, because they are the main actors in the internalization of character education. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the educational landscape by forcing a transition to distance learning. The impact is felt in the decline in students' interest in learning, which is caused by various factors such as physical health and changing learning environments. This research highlights the decline in students' interest in learning since the start of the pandemic, focusing on changes in learning motivation and behavior.

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process in achieving learning goals. In preparing the academic supervision plan that must be considered is the preparation of the schedule, objectives, approaches, techniques and instruments needed.The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive, theoretical and empirical approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using reduction and verification. Meanwhile, in testing the validity of the data using source and time triangulation.The results showed that the most frequently used approach was the collaborative approach and the techniques used were group supervision techniques (teacher meetings, workshops and MGMP) and individual techniques (class visits and class observations). Implementation of good academic supervision can improve the professional competence of teachers so as to produce quality graduates. Factors that support management of the academic supervision of madrasah heads in improving teacher competence are teacher education, teacher teaching experience, training experience that has been carried out by teachers, motivation, infrastructure, and supervision of school principals. The inhibiting factors were lack of teaching experience, lack of training, lack of self-motivation, lack of academic supervision from the head of the madrasah, and educational level qualifications.

Productive-age unemployment is one of the main challenges in economic development in Baubau City. The lack of access to skills training, limited job market information, and low motivation for entrepreneurship are key factors contributing to the high unemployment rate among the productive-age population. This study aims to map the unemployment conditions in Baubau and implement a counseling and training program to enhance employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The counseling program involves multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions. The results indicate that the program effectively increased participants' understanding of job search strategies, industry-based skills, and entrepreneurial interest. Evaluations show that employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills improved from 40% to 80% after training. With this program, the productive-age population in Baubau is expected to be better prepared for employment challenges and have alternative solutions for economic self-sufficiency. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders is essential to ensure the sustainability and broader impact of similar programs.

This study aims to analyze the principal’s efforts in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. PAI learning plays a significant role in shaping students’ faith, morals, and personality in accordance with Islamic teachings derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the exemplary conduct of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In this context, the principal, as an educational leader, holds a strategic role in managing, guiding, and enhancing the performance of PAI teachers to ensure that the learning process is carried out effectively and contributes positively to students’ spiritual and character development.This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The subjects of the study include the principal, PAI teachers, and students of SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain comprehensive and contextual information regarding the implementation of PAI learning. The data analysis process was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity and reliability of the findings, source and technique triangulation were applied.The results indicate that PAI learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura is not only conducted in the classroom through the delivery of materials related to aqidah, morals, fiqh, and the Qur'an and Hadith, but is also strengthened through various religious programs integrated into the school culture. The principal’s efforts to improve learning quality include conducting regular academic supervision, involving teachers in professional development programs, providing work motivation, and consistently monitoring the learning process. Additionally, religious activities such as Qur'an memorization programs, daily Qur'an recitation before lessons, and routine dhikr and salawat activities support the internalization of Islamic values.Supporting factors include the principal’s active leadership and professional experience, while inhibiting factors consist of limited infrastructure, administrative burdens, and varying levels of teacher competence. Overall, these efforts have contributed positively to improving the quality of PAI learning and fostering students’ character development.

Motivation is the most basic factor in educational institutions to mobilize the potential of human resources to foster enthusiasm in working with organizational goals. The second factor is the leader as a leader who is able to mobilize human resources. Sensitivity leaders are expected to understand the nature and human needs. The hierarchy of human needs is expected to be another consideration in motivating staff, teachers (ustadz) or employees. Five things human needs that need to be considered are: physiological, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization needs. If a leader puts forward human values ​​in motivating his subordinates, then productivity and success can be realized in the institution or agency he leads.

This research explores the utilization of virtual reality (VR) in educational settings and examines current trends, future directions, benefits, and challenges associated with its implementation. The purpose of this library research is to provide an overview of the existing literature on VR and educational research, highlighting the potential of VR technology to enhance traditional teaching methods and improve student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The method used for this research is a comprehensive review and analysis of relevant scholarly articles, books, and reports from academic databases and libraries. The results indicate that VR has been utilized in educational research to create immersive and interactive learning experiences, personalize instruction, bridge the gap between abstract concepts and concrete understanding, and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. VR also presents challenges such as cost, accessibility, curriculum integration, teacher training, technical limitations, health and safety concerns, privacy, and ethics. However, the research concludes that with careful planning, adequate resources, and proper support, VR has the potential to revolutionize education and prepare students for a technologically advanced future. Further research and innovation in areas such as immersion, AI integration, collaboration, assessment, accessibility, and ethics are recommended to fully leverage the benefits of VR in educational settings.

This community service aims to (1) provide understanding in the preparation of learning tools that are integrated with environmental education, (2) socialize innovative programs as an effort to realize the school’s cares and cultured environment, and (3) inculcate the attitude of environmental concern and scientific attitude to students of elementary school. The place of the community service is done in SDN Prawit I No. 69 Surakarta. Methods of implementation of community service include: (1) the approach method undertaken from the survey, licensing and motivation stages for the teacher to be trained (2) the method of program implementation, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the implementation stage and the final evaluation stage. The expected output targets is the teacher who attended this training is able to arrange learning tools and able to realize the program to the school’s cares and cultured environment. The resulting output is educational environment-oriented learning tools, Green Club's extracurricular design, implementation program in realizing a caring and cultured school environment, and publication of community service articles in scientific journals. Based on the dedication that has been done, the teachers feel interested and start designing environmentally oriented learning tools, schools have implemented clean and healthy life behaviour, and start running programs to adiwiyata school.Keywords: Environmental Concern Attitude, Scientific Attitude, School’s Care and Cultured Environment.
