The State of Indonesia was awarded by the Almighty with richness and cultural diversity. Indonesia is an archipelagic country. With the number of islands more than that found by people who have different tribes, races, religions, and ethnicities. This is what makes Indonesia culturally diverse. Indonesian people must be able to live side by side with one another. This award should be grateful because it can be a strength and pride for Indonesia. However, this diversity can also be a threat, challenge, and disturbance for the Indonesian people. Through literature study we can find out how the Pancasila precepts, namely the third precept, are the unifying basis in cultural diversity. This research uses library research method. With an approach approach, namely the study of literature to collect information by reviewing sources related to Pancasila and the diversity of Indonesian culture. From the results of the literature study, it can be said that the values ​​of the precepts of the Indonesian Unity in the diversity of Indonesian culture are fostering an attitude of nationalism, fostering an attitude of tolerance, mutual respect and respect for differences, and fostering unity and unity in diversity.

Electronic registration of land certificates has been implemented by the Government through the Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang / Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN). However, certificate owners often doubt the legal force of electronic certificates, especially their validity to be used as evidence in court. This study examines specifically the juridical review regarding legal certainty obtained by the owner of an electronic land certificate. The research uses a normative juridical approach, with secondary data in the form of legal materials, primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Based on research, electronic certificates have a strong legal basis and have legal force as proof of rights to ownership and utilization of land. Thus, the owner of the certificate gets legal certainty in the form of protection of his land asset rights.

This community service report reviews the concept of Jesus' Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the context of modern management and its relevance to young Catholics. Through research and literature studies, we investigate how management principles such as leadership, decision-making, empowerment, and service reflected in the teachings and actions of Jesus can be applied in the daily lives of young Catholics. In modern management, which is often oriented towards material success, involving Jesus as the example of chief executives provides an alternative view that reinforces spiritual and ethical values in their decision-making and work. Using modern management principles inspired by the teachings of Jesus can provide guidance and inspiration for young Catholics as they build careers and serve others. In this context, Jesus' leadership, which is based on service, empowerment, and love, becomes a relevant model for young Catholics who wish to integrate the values of the Catholic faith into their professional world. This report provides new insights into how young Catholics can apply management principles that are morally and spiritually meaningful, and support their personal development as responsible public servants.

There is a lack of understanding of just and civilized humanitarian values ​​in the community environment, so that the application of Pancasila values ​​​​is an obligation for Indonesian citizens as a guideline for their lives. This study discusses the implementation of just and civilized humanitarian values ​​​​in various professions in Jayapura City. By referring to previous literature reviews, this study aims to explore how these values ​​​​are internalized in daily practice in various sectors, including education, health, and government. Through qualitative methods, this study collected data from in-depth interviews and participant observations. The results show that despite the challenges, many professionals in Jayapura are committed to implementing humanitarian values ​​​​in their work, which contributes to the development of a more civilized society.

Occupational Health and Safety are conditions in work that are healthy and safe, both for the job, the company and for the community and environment around the factory or workplace. One of the K3 Standards according to the Ministry of Health as intended in paragraph (1) is aimed at preventing and reducing occupational diseases and other illnesses, as well as work accidents among employees, and creating safe, comfortable and efficient offices to encourage work productivity.The research method used in this research is library research which uses literature as the main object. This research carried out descriptive analysis, namely trying to describe the Occupational Health and Safety of Radiotherapy services when using LINAC aircraft. To find out Occupational Health and Safety in Radiotherapy services, researchers reviewed several literature including books, articles and journals related to Occupational Health and Safety in Radiotherapy services in several hospitals in Indonesia. The research results show that creating occupational health and safety in radiodiagnostic and radiotherapy services requires component compatibility. Good equipment, examination room design that complies with the rules, appropriate procedures, security systems, health monitoring of officers and policies from the highest responsible persons.

The implementation of management system in health services is common as an attempt to improve the quality. In Indonesia, the most commonly used health  insurance is the service issued by Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Social or BPJS  (Social Security Administration) that collaborates with many hospitals such as Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency. This research uses qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. The research data are obtained through in-depth interviews with The Head of Medical Records Department, some staffs of the administrative service as well as patients of BPJS users in the Emergency Unit. In addition to that, this research collects its research data through field observations and a review of related previous studies. The findings reveal that the hospital management applies the following strategies in the division of administrative services: (1) planning through trainings and workshops provided for the human resources as well as the formulation of RUK and RPK; (2) organising through trainings involving a number of institutions within Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency; (3) actuating through an execution of administrative services for BPJS users; (4) controlling through supervision facilitated by the hospital management; (5) evaluating that addresses the process of human resources quality promotion through databased information trainings. In conclusion, the findings of this research are hoped to provide insights that can be useful for the hospital management specifically the emergency unit to improve their performance in providing services for BPJS users. They can start by assessing the development and training, program execution and evaluation aspects as well as by improving the facilities and infrastructure.

The State of Indonesia in providing protection for patients who receive medical services, doctors and dentists in carrying out medical practices are required to provide medical services according to professional standards and standard operating procedures in accordance with Indonesian law no. 29 of 2004 article 51 letter a,.Informed consent is one of the requirements that must be met before doctors perform medical procedures on their patients.  However, even though there is Indonesian Law No. 29 of 2004, there are still doctors who commit negligence by providing services that are not in accordance with procedures by not asking for approval for medical actions that lead to malpractice claims from their patients.. The research conducted is classified as normative juridical research, using primary legal materials and secondary materials from laws and regulations, court decisions, legal theory, and existing journals as a basis.. With the growth of the container flow which is quite high, the condition of existing facilities, infrastructure and operating systems needs to be reviewed whether the operation is optimal or its performance is still possible to improve, or it is time to add infrastructure and facilities to anticipate future transportation demand. will come. Smooth loading and unloading aims to improve good service in the activities and services of the loading and unloading process of containers according to operational standards. There are several factors that cause the smooth loading and unloading of containers, such as those related to the condition of loading and unloading equipment, the performance of human resources, operations and the environment. In this study, four research variables will be analyzed, namely loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and anticipation of natural factors as independent variables and loading and unloading smoothness as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the positive influence both individually between the independent variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations, anticipation of natural factors on the dependent variable, namely the smoothness of loading and unloading. In this study, the object taken is the user of loading and unloading services at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated:   Y= -0,504 + 0,264.X1 + 0,203.X2 + 0,323.X3 + 0,249.X4 + µ   From the results of the multiple regression study, it shows that the most dominant variable affecting the smooth loading and unloading is the operational variable with a regression coefficient of 0.323. . With the Adjusted R 2 test, a result of 0.644 or 64.4% was obtained. Simultaneously, the variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and natural conditions factors had an effect of 64.4% on the smooth loading and unloading and 35.6% were influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study.

Abstrack: The rapid development of technology affects various aspects of life, one of the effects of technological developments is felt in the process of data management systems which are almost entirely digital-based, this affects the availability of data recorded in digital form which is very abundant, resulting in the creation of a digital system known as Big Data. On the other hand, the rapid development of technology creates new problems, problems that often arise in the current era regarding the protection of personal data. Regulations related to the protection of personal data, both in government and private institutions, have been regulated in several laws and regulations, but in their implementation the rules governing personal data protection are not sufficient to provide protection for personal data collected in Big Data, both in government institutions and private. Therefore, this study analyzes the alignment of the use of Big Data technology with public or consumer privacy regarding the protection of personal data. The research method uses a literature review with a conceptual-analytic approach. The data used are various journals related to the topic the author is studying, related laws and regulations and several news sources from print and electronic media. The use of big data must be balanced with strong protections related to personal data protection, in practice in Indonesia the lack of legal rules related to personal data protection has resulted in many cases of data leakage.

Indonesia has a variety of plants that have potential as medicinal ingredients. One of the plants that can be used as medicine for various diseases is the parijoto plant. Parijoto is a plant that belongs to the Melastomataceae family. Parijoto plants contain flavonoid compounds, saponins, tannins and terpenoids. The content of compounds contained in the parijoto plant has various pharmacological activities. This study aims to determine the pharmacological activity of the parijoto plant (Medinilla speciosa). The method used in this study is to use the literacy review method. Reference search is done by searching Google search, Google Scholar, PubMed according to the topic. Based on a review of several literatures, it is shown that the parijoto plant (Medinilla speciosa) has pharmacological activity as antibacterial, antibiofilm, antidiabetic, antifungal, antioxidant, anticholesterol, and cytotoxic.  

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis review isi artikel sintesa dengan fokus pada daerah penelitian, tujuan, variasi metode, dan temuan. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian mengadopsi desain PRISMA (preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses), terdiri dari empat langkah: identifikasi, penyaringan, kelayakan, dan inklusi. Pencarian artikel dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi publish or perish yang ditautkan langsung ke pencarian Google Cendekia. Jumlah artikel yang ditemukan adalah 3000 artikel pada periode 2017 hingga 2022. Penelitian ini memutuskan untuk mereview 15 artikel dengan sebaran Pendidikan Fisika Berbasis Etnosains  6 artikel, Pendidikan Fisika Berbasis Budaya 4 Artikel, dan Pendidikan Fisika Berbasis Kearifan Lokal 5 Artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kalimantan Selatan merupakan daerah di Indonesia yang dijadikan tempat penelitian terbanyak yaitu 20% dengan topik pendidikan fisika berbasis budaya, dan pendidikan fisika berbasis kearifan lokal. tujuan penelitian rata-rata adalah mengembangkan produk, menganalisis, mendiskripsikan dan mengembangkan karakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan juga bervariasi, antara lain: R&D, kualitatif deskriptif, kuasi-eksperimental, dan pendekatan rasch model. Human Development Index or HDI and Economic Growth in the Regency/City of Banten Province needsto be studied whether the Human Development Index and Economic Growth have influence or not. the studied variable are Independent Variable HDI and Dependent Variable Economic Growth . The research methods used is quantitative method using document data from Central Statistics Agency (CSA) with some literature review. The result showed that HDI had no significant effect on Economic Growth. This study aims to analyse the significance factors of Sea Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process towards the operational performance of Raja abadi branch Company in Semarang. This study is performed to the company's staff members as the population of 70 respondents. The data collection involves observations, literary reviews, interviews, documentations, and questionaires. Furthermore, the analysis technique used in this study is based on the result of research and multiple analysis using SPSS v.23 program. Based on the results of the research, the following equations are generated : Y = 2,752 + 0,268X1 + 0,342X2 + 0,184X3 + µ Based on the multiple linear regression equation, the study found out that the most dominant variable in the operational performance of the company is the Forwarding Responsibility variable with the regression coeficiency of 0,342. Furthermore, the determinated coeficiency (adjusted R square) showed a result of 0,707 or 70,7%. This means the operational performance of the company is governed by the variables of Sea Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process by 70,7% as well as other factors by 29,3%. Therefore, it is found that Air Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process played a positive and significance role for the operational of the Raja abadi branch Company in Semarang.

Literature has a great interest in various circles. Likewise with novels that have various useful values. Sang Pemimpi novel by Andrea Hirata is the second book in the Laskar Pelangi novel tetralogy. Novels are in great demand in various circles, this is evidenced by the novel Sang Pemimpi which was able to win a Mega Best Seller. In the novel, Sang Pemimpi tells the story of three young men, namely Ikal, Arai, and Jimbrong. This novel also tells about friendship and the many values it contains. The study in this paper aims to be able to analyze, identify and describe systematically the values contained in the novel Sang Pemimpi. Therefore, this research will review from various value perspectives. The research method uses a descriptive-qualitative method or also known as the exposure method, which is a method to produce information about the message or values contained in the novel which will be carried out with analytical techniques. The data collection technique used is the reading and note-taking technique. The results of the study will explain or provide an overview of the values of life contained in the novel Sang Pemimpi by Andrea Hirata.
