The most common anemia in pregnancy is iron anemia, this is caused by a lack of iron intake in food due to reabsorption disorders, digestive disorders and bleeding. This research aims to determine the relationship between family support and compliance with pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets at PMB Lismayani Lubis, Simalungun Regency in 2023. This type of research is research using an analytical survey with a cross-sectional method approach. The population is all 46 pregnant women visiting PMB Lismayani Lubis, Simalungun Regency. The number of samples used was 46 people obtained using the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses chi square. The results obtained in this study were that from 46 respondents, there was a relationship between family support and compliance with pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets, showing that the p value = 0.012 < 0.05. It is recommended that health workers increase education regarding the administration of Fe tablets to pregnant women.

The Family Planning (KB) program is carried out in order to regulate the number of births or space births. Injectable contraception is one of the contraceptive methods that is widely used in Indonesia because it works effectively, is practical to use, is relatively cheap, and is safe. One of the ways injectable contraception works is to cause changes in the menstrual cycle to increase body weight which is the most frequently complained about by injectable contraceptive acceptors. Injection methods are divided into two types, namely 1-month injectable contraceptives and 3-month injectable contraceptives. 1-month contraceptive injection is a type of birth control injection that contains a combination of the hormone Medroxyprogesterone Acetate (progestin hormone) and Estradiol cypionate (estrogen hormone), and 3-month contraceptive injection is an injectable contraceptive containing the Depo Medroxyprogesterone Acetate hormone p (progestin hormone) with a volume of 150 mg. The aim of this study was to analyze differences in body weight among injectable contraceptive acceptors. This type of research uses analytical observational research methods. This research sample was taken using the Accidental Sampling technique with a sample size of 42 respondents. Analysis uses the sign difference test. The sign test results showed that there was a relationship between the use of injectable birth control (P < 0.05) and weight gain.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to apply analysis of Sigmund Freud's theory, namely personality structure, namely Ideas, Ego, Super Ego to literary works. The work is based on the novel genre with the title El Verano by Pia Devina. This research uses a literary psychology approach with reading and analyzing analysis techniques. This research method is qualitative, based on Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The results obtained show that the idea of ​​the character Afa has a strong id, seen from the many id impulses that appear in him, such as impulses to act aggressively, avoid responsibility, attack others, express emotions directly, and avoid fear. The ego of Afa's character is quite good, seen from his ability to control his id impulses, express his emotions naturally, make realistic decisions, understand other people's feelings, build relationships with other people, and achieve satisfaction. Super Ego The character Afa has a developed superego, which can be seen from his ability to feel various kinds of moral emotions, such as feelings of guilt, regret, shame, wanting to be a better person, wanting to forgive, wanting to be a strong person, and feelings of satisfaction.

This study is about the idea of toxic masculinity as reflected in The Power of The Dog by Jane Champion based on the toxic theory of masculinity by Terry A. Kupers. In Kupers' theory, masculinity has toxic characteristics in the form of misogyny, wanton violence, aggression, and dominance. The researcher uses qualitative methods in conducting this research. Researcher focused on written data in the form of scripts from movie related to toxic masculinity. The researcher uses Jan Mukarovsky's dynamic structuralism approach. There is a relationship between toxic masculinity and hegemonic masculinity. There are many toxic masculinity traits that can be found in society. However, researchers limit the properties contained in the movie. The purpose of this study is society has knowledge about the characteristics of toxic masculinity and one factor of toxic masculinity. The results of this research contained 19 data which are characteristics of toxic masculinity and factors that cause toxic masculinity. Researcher found 4 (four) data covering the characteristics of misogyny, 2 (two) data on naughty violence, 6 (six) data on aggression, and 3 (three) data on dominance and 5 (five) factors to motivate toxic masculinity. The conclusion of this research is that the idea of toxic masculinity is not only dangerous for women but also for men. And the factor of the occurrence of toxic masculinity can also be due to trauma from the past.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing mediated by word of mouth on purchasing decisions at the JajanDaging Online Store. Many companies are switching from conventional promotional media to digital promotional media in marketing their products, because most Indonesian people already have internet access. Social media is one of the media that can be used to carry out promotional activities using the internet. The use of Instagram social media will form an effective marketing communication strategy, namely word of mouth. This research is a quantitative research using non-probability sampling techniques using questionnaires to collect data. The number of samples taken was 114 respondents, the JajanDaging consumers in the cities of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. The analysis technique used is the Sobel test using path analysis and the VAF test. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that social media marketing variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for JajanDaging consumers, social media marketing variables had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth for JajanDaging consumers, word of mouth variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for JajanDaging consumers , and the word of mouth variable significantly mediates the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions for JajanDaging consumers.

PT XYZ is a company based in South Jakarta, focused on providing smart logistics solutions using Logistics Information Systems in its business. Researchers want to measure the influence of Logistics Information Systems on Goods Delivery Efficiency. In this research, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive research method using a questionnaire as a research instrument and distributed it to 15 users of the PT XYZ Logistics Information System using a simple random sampling technique in sampling. Results from this research show a relationship (R) of 0.816. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was obtained at 0.666. The calculated F value = 25.926 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The constant value (α) is 6.601, while the Logistics Information System variable value (b / regression coefficient) is 0.828. The tcount value is 5.092 > ttable 2.131. This means that there is an influence between the Logistics Information System variable (X) on the Goods Delivery Efficiency variable (Y).

This study aims to determine the relationship between oxytocin massage and breast milk production in postpartum mothers at the Madiri Rimenda Br Tarigan Midwife Practice, Medan Denai District in 2023. This type of research is research using an analytical survey with a cross sectional method approach. The population was all post partum mothers who visited the Madiri Rimenda Br Tarigan Midwife Practice, Medan Denai District, totaling 34 people. The number of samples used was 34 people obtained using the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses chi square. The results obtained in this study were that from 34 respondents, there was an effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers, showing that the p value = 0.000 < 0.05. It is recommended for Health Workers to increase education regarding Exclusive Breastfeeding.

The aim of this research is to analyze the content of Tantri Pranash's short story "In Pantura Intersection” using a literary sociology approach. In literary sociology, Literary works are seen as a reflection of social life and cannot be separated from consideration elements of fiction and social aspects in social life. This means studying literary sociology the relationship between literary works and people in society, as well as social processes. Nurses have a large risk of transmitting infections to patients when carrying out nursing procedures/care. This is because nurses are in direct contact with patients for approximately 24 hours to provide nursing care. The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to compliance with the use of PPE among nurses in the inpatient wards at RSD Konawe Selatan. The type of research used is analytical observation using cross sectional research techniques. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between knowledge (P = 0.054), attitude (P = 0.099), action (P = 0.014), and supervision (P = 0.003) with compliance with the use of PPE. Then the results of the analysis also showed that there was no relationship between the availability of PPE (P=0.749) and compliance with PPE use. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, actions and supervision and compliance with the use of PPE among nurses at RSD Konsel. Then there is no relationship between the availability of PPE and compliance with PPE use at Konsel RSD. It is hoped that RSD Konsel can provide outreach or education about PPE, provide PPE that is comfortable to use, and supervise or monitor nurses.

The main causes of death in the group of children under five (12-59 months) were diarrhea at 10.3% and pneumonia at 9.4%. Other causes of death include dengue fever, congenital heart defects, drowning, injuries, accidents, other congenital disorders, COVID-19, parasitic infections and other causes. (Indonesia Health Profile, 2021). Undernutrition or overnutrition (malnutrition) will happen if food consumption patterns are wrong (Oemar, Novita, 2015). In 2017, 22.2% or around 150.8 million children under five in the world experienced malnutrition. However, this figure has decreased compared to data in 2000, namely 32.6%. In 2017, more than half of children under five experiencing malnutrition in the world came from Asia (55%) while more than a third (39%) lived in Africa. (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2019).   OBJECTIVE To analyze the pattern of nutritional intake on children's growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a significant relationship between nutritional intake patterns and child growth, showing that the majority of respondents with good nutritional intake patterns have children with normal growth, namely 14 (77.8%). The church is a place where the congregation can worship Almighty God by understanding and experiencing the heavenly atmosphere directly through the physical atmosphere as well as praising and worshiping when worshiping. The church is designed to enhance the quality of the congregation's typical ministry that focuses on praise and worship. The interior arrangement through its architectural elements has been processed in such a way that it can provide a supportive atmosphere, that is, it can reflect the atmosphere of joy in the lives of people who believe in God.

Wardah has built a reputation for itself as a manufacturer of premium, halal cosmetics in an effort to attract a wider audience and increase sales. Finding out how BPOM and Halal labels affect product quality and customer happiness among Wardah cosmetics customers is one goal of this study; another is to determine whether factors related to price influence the buying decision of those who purchase Wardah cosmetics. As part of the research, 105 people who regularly use Wardah cosmetics were asked to fill out a survey. Consumer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was shown to have a favorable and statistically significant effect on overall satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly affected by the brand image variable. A similar favorable and statistically significant relationship existed between service quality and customer happiness with Wardah cosmetics. In addition, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly impacted by the following factors: product quality, brand image, and service quality.

Pragmatics is a field of linguistics that examines the relationship between speech acts between speakers and speech partners.  In the study of pragmatics, there are many forms of speech acts and one of them is illocutionary speech acts.  Illocutionary speech acts are further divided into several parts and one of them is expressive speech acts which researchers discuss in this study.  This research aims to describe various theories regarding expressive speech acts, classify various types of expressive speech acts contained in the Learning by Googling video collection, and explain the forms of various types of speech acts contained in the Learning by Googling video collection.  Researchers used two approaches, namely theoretical and methodological approaches.  The theoretical approach that researchers use in this research is pragmatic because the topic is pragmatic studies, while the methodological approach that researchers use is a qualitative descriptive approach.  The object of study used in this research is a collection of Learning by Googling videos on the Sepulang Sekolah YouTube channel.  Researchers in collecting or collecting data use free listening and note-taking techniques.  The data analysis technique is the matching technique.  The matching technique or method is a technique or method used to identify the impact of the speaker's speech on the speech partner.  Furthermore, in presenting the data the researcher used informal techniques.  This article contains the results of research regarding the study of expressive speech acts which are applied to the study objects that researchers use and in which there are several forms of expressive speech, including praising, blaming, and criticizing.  The benefit of this research is to provide knowledge about expressive speech acts that often occur in everyday life. It is hoped that readers will know and understand the science of expressive speech acts and can be a reference for writers of articles regarding expressive speech acts.

The science fiction novel "Only Human" by Sylvain Neuvel summarizes the journey of humans and artificial intelligence (AI) in interacting with alien creatures on a mysterious planet. This research uses a hermeneutic method to deepen understanding of the story context. The main focus of research is the character of AI, Technology, Robots and Aliens which play a central role in facilitating communication between humans and aliens. In this case it explores how the presence of AI supports human efforts to understand very alien culture and technology. In the process of analysis, we also explore the ethical and moral aspects that arise along with the use of AI in the context of intersex relationships. With a hermeneutic method, highlighting how contextual interpretation and understanding enriches the analysis of the complex dynamics between humans, AI, and aliens. This research provides in-depth insight into the concepts of artificial intelligence, technology, robots, and aliens in the narrative "Only Human," which is expected to stimulate further thinking about the future of human interaction with artificial intelligence and extraterrestrial life.

Acute respiratory infections (ARI) is the main cause of morbidity and mortality from infection diase in the world. The purpose of this research was to find out the factors contributing to the incidence of ARI (acute respiratory infection) in children aged 6-11 years at the kahakitang public health center, Sangihe Island District. This research used an analytic descriptive method which is cross sectional. Sampels were taken based on the number of respodents as many as 36 people using purposive sampling. Data collection was done by giving qustionnaires and observation sheets. Furthermore, the data was processed by running the SPSS computer program version 16,0 to be analyzed by chi-square statstic test. The research findings indicate that there is no significant relationship between immunization and the incidence of Acute Respiratory Infections (ISPA) with a p-value of 0.098. This p-value is greater than the significance level (a) of 0.05. However, there is a significant relationship between behavioral factors and the incidence of ISPA (p = 0.000), and also a significant relationship between environmental factors and the incidence of ISPA (p = 0.033). Both of these p-values are smaller than the significance level of 0.05. In conclusion, there is no significant relationship between immunization and the incidence of ISPA in children aged 6-11 years at the Kahakitang Public Health Center, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe.  However, there is a significant relationship between behavioral and environmental factors and the incidence of ISPA in children aged 6-11 years at the same health center. It is recommended to increase awareness about the importance of immunization for children's immune system and to promote clean and healthy lifestyles, along with an active role in maintaining environmental hygiene.
