Opportunities for crime in the digital business world include various forms of threats, such as system hacking, theft of personal data, financial fraud, and other criminal acts that can harm companies and damage consumer trust. Digital business is a business activity that in its implementation utilizes technology as a medium, either when creating or in a series of marketing activities. In an effort to deal with opportunities for crime in the world of e-business, companies must prioritize information security, strict policy implementation, education and training for employees, as well as partnerships with security and government agencies. This research uses a qualitative literature study method by obtaining secondary data through published journal articles with the question "Are there many opportunities for crime in the utilization or use of e-business?". Based on this, it is clear that there are still many opportunities for crime in the digital business world and continue to occur, where the crimes that often occur are fraud, hacking, as well as cybercrime and cyberfraud.

This research aims to analyze the branding strategies implemented by Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) through the Instagram social media platform to see their brand image. The study employed a field study with a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research indicate that UNJ has successfully built a strong and positive image through a consistent approach in highlighting academic achievements, campus activities, and cultural diversity. Active interaction with users has also proven to be key in strengthening the relationship between UNJ and their Instagram audience. Additionally, clear differentiation in emphasizing unique advantages and the distinctive identity of UNJ significantly contributes to distinguishing UNJ's brand from other educational institutions. However, challenges such as maintaining consistent user engagement need to be addressed through improved research and more innovative content strategies in the future. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for marketing and branding practitioners in developing more effective strategies on social media platforms..

Maros is one of the districst that has interesting tourist attractions known as waterfalls, so that for the sake of sustainability the role of the local government of Maros regency is needed. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, with a sample of 15 people consisting of employees, officers, and the community. Base on the results of the research, it showns that the government’s role as a regulator is always balancing, between the wishes of tourists and tourist objects in bantimurung Nasional Park. A side from being a regulator, the government is also a facilitator, motivator, and dynamicator.

This research aimed to assess the alignment of the accounting practices at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah in Koto Lubuk Village, Jambi, with the generally accepted accounting principles. The data for this study were gathered from both primary and secondary sources, utilizing techniques such as interviews and documentation. The findings revealed that Madrasah X in Jambi City employed accounting procedures that included daily cash books, ledgers, income statements, balance sheets, and a list of fixed assets. However, the institution did not record depreciation for fixed assets at the end of the period and failed to prepare financial statements as per SFAS ETAP, which includes activity reports, financial position statements, cash flow statements, and notes to the financial statements. In conclusion, the application of accounting practices in X Jambi City, was found not to align with the generally accepted accounting principles.

A good company is one that takes care of its employees. If employees feel uncomfortable working in the company, it can cause the risk of employee turnover intention in a company. A high turnover intention rate can hinder the achievement of company goals. Supriadi, Trang, and Rogi (2021:1217) explain that turnover intention is a situation where employees of an organization have plans to leave their jobs, or the tendency for employees to voluntarily stop working from their jobs according to their own choice. In the novel Resign by Almira Bastari tells the story of an employee who is tired of working from a company and wants to Resign from the company immediately. From the novel, the researcher aims to analyze the factors that cause the turniver intention of company employees in the novel using qualitative descriptive methods. Qualitative descriptive method is a research procedure that can produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words of people and behavior that has been observed (Moleong, 2018: 4). The results of the analysis that has been carried out by researchers found that there are 4 factors that cause turnover intention in the novel, namely workload, job satisfaction, unsupportive leadership style, and compensation. The conclusion of this study is that a company cannot run without employees, therefore to achieve the goals of the company, it is important for companies to pay attention to the condition of their employees so that employees can work as much as possible and reduce the risk of turnover intention in the company.

This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization changes, digital divide, and transformation on the effectiveness of companies in South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to several employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, and the data obtained are analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study show that changes in digitalization, sausage gaps and transformation significantly affect the effectiveness of existing companies in South Jakarta. In the digital era, which has been applied in several organizations, it brings new changes to increase the effectiveness and productivity of employee performance. This shows that digitalization provides an important point for transformation of company effectiveness. The implication of this research is the importance of companies paying attention to changes in digital-based work systems to reconsider the digital divide in some companies that allow disruption of balance to employee performance, therefore it is necessary to conduct research related to changes in digitalization, digital divide, and transformation of company effectiveness.

Companies perceive taxes as a burdensome expense, which can diminish potential profits. As corporate taxpayers, companies have a responsibility to pay taxes in accordance with applicable laws. Tax aggressiveness refers to tactics employed by companies to manage or manipulate the magnitude of the tax burden they must bear, aiming to reduce their actual tax obligations without violating the law. This research examines the relationship between ownership concentration, tax risk, and corporate risk on tax aggressiveness, with accrual earnings management as a moderation variable. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics with a quantitative approach. The research findings indicate that ownership concentration, tax risk, and corporate risk positively influence tax aggressiveness. Additionally, accrual earnings management can weaken the impact of ownership concentration, tax risk, and corporate risk on tax aggressiveness.

Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. This research aims to investigate the impact of Ta'lim Muta'allim book learning strategies on the character formation of Islamic students in boarding schools. Boarding schools play a significant role in character education and the promotion of Islamic values among their students. The Ta'lim Muta'allim book, as a classical text commonly used in boarding schools, is considered to have significant potential in shaping the character of students. The research employed a qualitative case study approach at Al-Ihsan Boarding School, located in Central Java, Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research participants included students and instructors at the boarding school. The findings of the research indicate that the utilization of learning strategies centered around the Ta'lim Muta'allim book significantly contributes to character formation among the students. Students engaged in deep and reflective learning about the contents of the Ta'lim Muta'allim book displayed a substantial improvement in their understanding of Islamic values, ethics, and morality. Furthermore, these learning strategies also played a role in fostering discipline, patience, and perseverance among the students. This research provides valuable insights into the importance of incorporating the Ta'lim Muta'allim book into the boarding school curriculum and employing appropriate learning strategies to achieve character development objectives. These findings can serve as a guide for other boarding schools in their efforts to enhance character education effectiveness in the face of evolving contemporary challenges.

The aim of this research is to analyze the treatment of foreign exchange differences at PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK), focusing on transaction management, the use of functional currency, and exchange rate risk mitigation. The research method employed is qualitative, with PT EMTK as the research subject. Data was obtained through literature review, referring to the Annual Reports of PT EMTK. The study indicates that PT EMTK adopts a cautious approach in handling foreign exchange transactions. The majority of business units use the Indonesian Rupiah as the functional currency, and the monetary assets and liabilities are adjusted to the exchange rates at the reporting date. Despite the absence of an official hedging policy, the company still considers current market conditions, especially regarding cash and cash equivalents balances in USD. Additionally, the research reveals that PT EMTK conducts sensitivity analysis on exchange rate risk, measuring the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on pre-tax profits. Overall, the company diligently monitors foreign exchange rate risks and takes proactive measures against external factors that may affect financial performance.

This research discusses the preparation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ihsan Palembang in implementing the Merdeka curriculum. The Merdeka curriculum is an innovative approach to education aimed at providing autonomy to students in their learning. The objective of this research is to understand the methods and approaches used by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ihsan in preparing itself to introduce the Merdeka curriculum. We employed a qualitative method in this research. The first step in qualitative research methodology involves observation, interviews, and data collection. Research findings indicate that MI Al-Ihsan has started preparing itself to implement the Merdeka curriculum. This preparation includes teacher training, developing learning materials in line with the curriculum, creating adaptable lesson plans, and discussing difficulties and challenges faced when implementing the Merdeka curriculum, as well as its benefits and drawbacks compared to the previous curriculum. The importance of careful planning before implementing the Merdeka curriculum at MI Al-Ihsan is also emphasized in this article. With thorough planning, this curriculum will maximize the benefits of students' self-development in the future.

The purpose of this research is to identify human resource management in increasing work commitment at the Alvarezi Clothing Store, Kamal, Bangkalan Regency.  The method used is descriptive qualitative.  We use 2 data.  Primary and secondary data.  Primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews.  Meanwhile, we got secondary data from a collection of literature.  The research results show that good human resource management will increase employee commitment and morale.

Disiplin Kerja karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berkaitan erat dengan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja karyawan dihipotesiskan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Industri Logam di Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Tegal dari 100 data industry terdapat total populasi 170 karyawan, sesuai rumus Slovin di setiap perusahaan di ambil 2 sampai dengan 3 karyawan, dan diperoleh sampel 116 orang, sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software Amos 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja Karyawan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan berdampak positif pula pada Kinerja Karyawan.  Penelitian ini  untuk memberikan dukungan bagi pemilik maupun stakeholders dalam Pengambilan Keputusan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, di dasarkan Budaya Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja sangat tepat  sehingga memberi pengaruh positif pada Kinerja Karyawan.   Employee work discipline is very important to improve employee performance. Work discipline is closely related to work culture and employee work motivation. Employee work discipline is hypothesized to have a positive effect on employee performance in the Metal Industry in Tegal. This research was conducted in two places, namely in Tegal City and Tegal Regency. From 100 industry data there was a total population of 170 employees. According to the Slovin formula, 2 to 3 employees were taken in each company, and a sample of 116 people was obtained as a sample. The research was conducted using Amos 22 Software. The results of the research show that Employee Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on Employee Work Discipline and also have a positive impact on Employee Performance. This research is to provide support for owners and stakeholders in making decisions that work discipline, based on work culture and work motivation, is very appropriate so that it has a positive influence on employee performance.

This study aims to evaluate the work environment and employee performance at BPJS Employment in Kota Jambi, emphasizing the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive method, the authors clarify objectives, plan the approach, and collect data for comparison between work environment conditions and employee performance. BPJS Employment in Kota Jambi, functioning as a government institution and Social Security program, is dedicated to providing community services with a commitment to excellence. The study identifies a positive relationship between the work environment and employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.949 indicating a potential 94.9% increase in performance with a 1% improvement in the work environment. The research confirms a significant impact of the work environment on employee performance, accounting for 76,7% of the variance, while the remaining 23.3% is influenced by unexplored variables.

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and competence on employees at the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 72 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression test with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 25.0.The results of this study obtained the equation Y = 18.514 + 0.616 X1 + 0.305 X2 +e. Motivation affects the performance  of employees. Competency affects the performance of employees. Motivation and competence  a  effect on the performance  of employees at the Office of the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency.

Ichsan Gorontalo University is one of the favorite private universities in Gorontalo province. Every year there are hundreds of registrants from various regions. The aim of the research is to provide information on registration procedures for prospective new students in a way that is interesting and easy to understand. The lack of social media for prospective new students regarding the steps that must be taken to be officially registered as students at Ichsan University Gorontalo often causes applicants to find it difficult to register. This research uses interview methods with New Student Admissions (PMB) employees, observations of prospective applicants and literature studies on books, journals and research-related literature as reference material. In making this infographic, you use a combination of various media, such as writing and images which are packaged using Adobe Illustrator software to produce a poster or banner. The results of this research are registration flow infographics in the form of posters and banners which can be disseminated online via the New Student Admissions (PMB) website and social media at Ichsan Gorontalo University and can be displayed on the Ichsan Gorontalo University campus.

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on service users at PT. Pawnshop Sharia Sarolangun short market. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with data collection methods namely interviews, observation and documentation and using data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study are employees and customers who are involved. The results of this study indicate that the covid-19 pandemic has had little impact on service users at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun, this is because during the covid-19 pandemic many people were less stable in the economy which was caused by several policies set by the government in order to eradicate the spread of the covid-19 virus. PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun provides the best possible effort to provide good service and in accordance with health procedures that have been established during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the several dimensions that have been described, namely security, service quality, guarantees provided and employee responsiveness which is always paid attention to by PT. The authors were inspired to conduct this study after noticing a variety of issues among SMPN 1 Tigo Nagari pupils, particularly in PAI classes. These issues persist despite the school's best efforts to enforce discipline. The problem is that some students continue to arrive late to class, others consistently disobey rules, and others still resort to slurs in their everyday interactions with one another. Still, there are those well-behaved students whose academic performance falls short of standards. The goal of this research was to find out if there was a connection between parental discipline and academic success at SMPN 1 Tigo Nagari.Pearson Product Moment was used for the quantitative correlation analysis in this study. SMP N 1 Tigo Nagari is the site of this investigation. All 160 pupils from grades VII.A through VII.E were included in the analysis. Forty students were selected using proportional random selection for this investigation. The writer employed all of seventh grade as a research sample, selecting eight students at random from each of two classes. Most pupils have already completed some level of general education. A questionnaire was the method of data collection in this study.Based on the data analysis, the study found no statistically significant correlation between students' home study habits and their academic performance.
