Digital marketing promotion media is expected to be an effective choice for UMKM in developing its business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media costs a lot and is far away more complicated by itself and is no longer a major concern for UMKM players because of digital marketing. The purpose of this activity is to help UMKM business actors use social media as a means for them to carry out promotions and so on. Provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing in the introduction of their products widely. Can be used as a motivation for them to introduce their products widely. In general, the implementation of this community service activity has gone well. I would like to thanks to the cooperation between the committee and the support of various parties. However, there were a number of things to note after the activity took place, namely, the training participants needed continuous assistance after this activity, because there were still many training participants who were unable to design persuasive messages and utilize digital marketing and other media.

This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the Sofyan-Jakarta hotel. First, the challenge of human resources, second, the challenge of literacy related to sharia hotels. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source was obtained from Mr. Riyanto Sofyan as the Owner of the Sofyan-Jakarta Hotel, and Dr. KH. Surahman Hidayat, MA as the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Sofyan Jakarta hotel. Secondary data sources were obtained from the literature. The data collection method used by the researcher was the interview, observation, and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, first, the human resource challenges faced by the Sofyan hotel are; the lack of employees who have the ability to manage hotel operations on the one hand as well as mastery of sharia knowledge on the other hand and do not have work motivation as employees on the one hand and as preachers on the other. Then the second challenge is the lack of literacy related to sharia hotels so that the public is not yet able to recognize and distinguish between sharia and conventional hotels. Therefore, researchers recommend that routine weekly, monthly and quarterly training should be conducted for all employees. In addition, there must be cooperation with academics from various universities and Islamic mass organizations such as NU, Muhammadiyah, Persis, etc. in order to increase literacy related to sharia hotels.

The elderly are an age group that is prone to falls. The purpose of this service is to detect the risk of falling in the elderly and provide assistance in balance training as an effort to prevent the risk of falling in the elderly. Falls occur due to unintentional loss of balance resulting in failure of postural stability, or unexpected and sudden changes resulting in a position landing on the floor. Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, frail or active state), diseases suffered (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, muscle strength, visual impairment, etc.). The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using. Elderly gymnastics is a series of regular, directed, and planned movements carried out with the intention of improving the functional abilities of the body. The Digital Age is a period that cannot be separated from the rapid increase in information technology. Islamic nature and character is very valuable as a channel and barrier for children at TPQ in managing information technology in today's digital era. This is what underlies the importance of Parenting Skill Training for TPQ Al Ikhlas Santri Guardians in the Digital Era, the Islamic Digital Parenting community movement program. This program demonstrates to introduce the computerized world to guardians, and teach them to have the option of getting ready. Young people are facing the rapid advancement of innovation by applying Islamic traits to children. This Business Program aims to provide skills to prepare and provide knowledge to guardians regarding correct Islamic parenting patterns for children in old age. Departing from this problem, then, at that time, what the guardians of santri needed to do to prevent and survive the bad consequences of the computerized world was to develop Digital Resilience in children. Advanced Resilience is its capacity to control the possible risks of an internet-based world by developing virtues in young people (Shotbolt, 2016, 2017). This work should be made possible by instilling great Islamic qualities and character in young people.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of quality human resource, quality application, reward and punishment, organization management, and socialization and training on the effectiveness of the preparation of cash withdrawal planning. This research method uses primary data with a sample of 92 respondents. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS version 3.3.3. The results of the study show that the quality of human resources and reward and punishment have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the preparation of cash withdrawal planning. Application quality and organizational management have no effect on the effectiveness preparation of cash withdrawal planning. Education, training and motivation greatly affect the performance of employees of an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, training and motivation on the performance of the Fire and Rescue Service Sub-dept. of Sector 2, Palmerah District, West Jakarta. The research population was 80 people and the research sample, that is, all the population was used as the research sample (census). The analysis method uses correlation, determinant coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (Anova) with SPSS software. The results of the study were only education which had no significant effect, while training and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Fire Service Sub-dept. Linear Regression Analysis Y = 0.617 + 0.150 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 0.158 X3 and the determinant coefficient is 80.1%.

This community service activity helps managers of tourist villages in the city of Semarang aim to help increase local culinary innovation in the city of Semarang and create new menu creativity and be able to provide significant changes for the better. This activity was carried out on March 1, 2019 at the smart home of the Kandri Tourism Village, Semarang, which was attended by 30 people consisting of tourism village managers in the city of Semarang. The conclusion of this community service activity is that participants' knowledge of local culinary innovations increases, participants are able to repair and upgrade packaging to attract consumer interest, and participants are able to apply what was given during the training.

This community service activity at Plantera Patean Kendal Agro-tourism is carried out in order to fulfill the request of Plantera Patean Kendal Agro-tourism (PT Cengkeh Zanzibar). As well as the implementation of community service by several lecturers who have knowledge and skills about tourism. This activity was in the form of an analysis FGD on the packaging of agro-based tourism products based on market segmentation. The main objective of this activity is to assist Plantera Agro-tourism in developing agro-tourism potential. As well as providing benefits in the form of training and skills related to the tourism sector.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of lying leg curl exercises in increasing leg muscle strength among futsal players. Optimal leg muscle strength is crucial for futsal players to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. The research employed an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design, involving 20 futsal players divided into two groups: the intervention group, which participated in an 8-week lying leg curl exercise program, and the control group, which did not receive any intervention. Leg muscle strength was measured using a dynamometer before and after the training program. The results showed that the intervention group experienced a significant increase in leg muscle strength compared to the control group (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that lying leg curl exercises are effective in improving leg muscle strength among futsal players, contributing to better on-field performance. This study is expected to provide insights for coaches and athletes in designing more effective training programs to enhance muscle strength.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja tenaga kependidikan di UPT SMP Negeri 2 Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan untuk mengetahui Pengembangan Sumber daya manusia Tenaga kependidikan di UPT SMP Negeri 2 Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan (observation), wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi NVIVO 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja tenaga kependidikan di UPT SMPN 2 Kulo Kabupaten Sidenrang Rappang menggunakan indikator menurut Stephen P. Robbins (2012) yaitu: kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektifitas dan kemandirian diketahui tingkat kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja dan kemandirian kerja tenaga kependidikan sudah dapat dikatakan cukup memadai meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya masih perlu pengembangan sedangkan efektifitas kerja dan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian kerja belum dapat dikatakan memadai ini dikarenakan jumlah tenaga kependidikan yang masih minim. Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia tenaga kependidikan UPT SMPN 2 Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang menggunakan 2 tahapan yakni : langkah – langkah pengembangan sumber daya manusia tenaga kependidikan dan metode pengembangan sumber daya manusia tenaga kependidikan. Langkah – langkah pengembangan sumber daya manusia tenaga kependidikan meliputi: a. Menyusun program/merencanakan pengembangan, b. Penentuan sasaran, c. Penentuan kebutuhan, d. Penetapan program, e. Identifikasi prinsip belajar, f. Pelaksanakan program, dan g. Penilaian pelaksanaan program. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sumber daya manusia berupa : a. metode on the job dan b. metode off the job. Metode on the job meliputi : 1)rotasi jabatan, 2)pelatihan(training), 3)bimbingan/penyuluhan, 4)Latihan instruktur pekerjaan

Christian education plays a very important role and is the main basis in the family to educate and develop children's character into individuals who fear God (Proverbs 1:7). Character is a way of thinking and behaving that is characteristic of each individual to live together, both within the family and society. Individuals with good character are individuals who can make decisions and are ready to be responsible for every consequence of the decisions they make. For this reason, the Christian education pattern is very important to be a foothold in training children's character. Specifically, the Christian education pattern is one of the education patterns that teaches the Word of God so that children have guidelines in their lives and ultimately they experience changes in terms of character, behavior and actions. There are various forms of education patterns used by parents in educating children. Among them are 3 forms of education patterns discussed in this thesis, namely authoritarian, democratic and Laisses Faire education patterns. Where this education pattern is used by parents to shape the character of children, but without Christian education, the character of children will remain rotten. For families, they must provide Christian education from an early age to their children so that their character is formed well. Because the family is the main institution in educating children, the most successful child education is if parents walk according to the standards set by God. For Christian parents, the result of education is that our children have respect for God, for us as parents, for the church, and for the country.    

Quality control is one of the obstacles experienced by PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia on CV. KKN. Quality control is an important thing that must be done by companies to minimize defective products. To be able to analyze product defects, researchers use the six sigma model, by formulating the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) stages. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of quality control using the DMAIC method with the Six Sigma model applied to manufacturing companies. The results showed that from the measurement of the number of Omiland brand baby mattress products in the January-October 2021 period, it was found that defective products came from three main causes of disability. The distribution data of the number of product quality characteristics and company performance are at the sigma level of 3.50 with a DPMO value of 27,082.275. This shows that the company has not been able to meet process quality standards. Based on this research, the recommendations for improvement given are that the company needs to provide periodic training to employees, perform maintenance on machines, apply a clearer and more detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), conduct tighter supervision of newly arrived raw materials and the company needs to place quality control at every stage of the production process.

The activity of cadres is very important in posyandu activities because if the cadres are not active, the provision of health services and posyandu activity programs cannot run properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities in the working area of ​​the Kenarilang Health Center, Alor Regency. This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional study approach. The study population consisted of 210 cadres, with a total sample of 68 cadres using convenience sampling/accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using chi-square statistical test. The results showed that the variables of knowledge (ρ = 0.023), occupation (ρ = 0.022), incentives (ρ = 0.002), and support from community leaders (ρ = 0.043) had a relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Meanwhile, the attitude variable (ρ=0.492) had no relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Puskesmas Kenarilang should improve training on promotive efforts when providing cadres in increasing knowledge about the duties and functions of posyandu. Village and sub-district governments should always provide appropriate incentives as motivation in increasing the activity of cadres in posyandu activities, and it is hoped that community involvement will always support cadres in posyandu activities.

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts to develop e-government and improve public services in Bima Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were selected through a nonprobability sampling technique, using a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 20 web admins of the Regional War Work Unit/OPD of the Regional Government of Bima Regency. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that support for the implementation of e-government in public services in Bima Regency has been provided, although it is not optimal, this is due to different budget allocations in each Regional War Work Unit/OPD. On the capability side, in general the literacy level of Bima Regency Government employees is still low, especially senior employees. Meanwhile, on the value side, e-government managers already understand the benefits and importance of information technology applications in public services. In order for the implementation of e-government to run optimally, it is necessary to make a clear legal umbrella and make a grand design for the development of e-government including preparing the budget. Regarding employees with low literacy, it is necessary to plan continuous Information Technology training and in the future the Bima district government must plan to recruit employees with an educational background in information technology.

Community service activities are carried out in Raya villages in need, namely Raya Village, Raya District, Simalungun Regency. This activity is a collaboration between lecturers and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) partners. The limitations of MSMEs in Raya Village, Simalungun Regency in their knowledge of innovating correct products and packaging and the desire to progress and develop are their main priorities in solving these problems. The problems that exist in the MSMEs of Raya Village include: finding solutions to existing problems by providing training and guidance as well as assistance during the product and packaging innovation process, providing complete assistance in innovating products and packaging as well as funds to help improve MSME products and packaging, assisting in the process of innovating MSME products and packaging to make them better. This assistance and coaching does not stop at training, but until the MSMEs can really run well. The team uses methods that will be implemented during the activity by sharing and assisting partners in innovating. The planned output is increased product sales from innovation in product packaging and labeling, as well as expanding the product market through online marketing.

The implementation of community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in processing rhizomes into a fresh and healthy drink, rhizome types are believed to have benefits and efficacy to help improve health. Improving the knowledge and skills of participants can be done by providing training through demonstrations and mentoring by giving participants the opportunity to try making fresh and healthy drinks made from rhizomes. The implementation of this community service activity was attended by PKK members in Sidorejo Village, Jabung District, Malang Regency with a total of 31 participants. This activity takes place for 2 days, starting from 04 to 05 September 2021 at the DEWISRI Tourist Location (Desa Wisata Sidorejo Indah). The first day of community service activities; participants were given a pre-test before the presentation of the material, the results of the pre-test showed that most of the participants' knowledge of making fresh and healthy drinks made from rhizomes was still lacking. Then after the pre-test presentation of the material and demonstration from the video. second day activities; participants were given a post-test and participants were given the opportunity to practice making fresh and healthy drinks made from rhizomes, in practice the participants were evaluated by the presenters with a check list sheet. Based on the results of the post-test and practice, it was shown that the knowledge, skills and abilities of the participants had increased. After the community service activities take place, it is hoped that participants can process rhizome ingredients into a fresh and healthy drink to increase family immunity, besides that participants can also produce these drinks and sell them.

Indiscriminate disposal of iron waste into waters or the environment will be harmful to human health and the environment. In this regard, there must be an understanding of how to properly utilize iron waste so that it can provide economic value along with an understanding of environmentally friendly technology-based entrepreneurship. This community service activity has the aim of providing understanding for students of SMK Tunas Nusantara Department of Industrial Chemistry by utilizing iron waste into ferrous sulfate. The training provided includes: environmentally friendly entrepreneurship, the dangers of iron waste, how to make ferrous sulfate from iron waste and how to package it. The methods used in the training are: improvement and understanding through lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, and practice. During the training, the Tunas Nusantara Vocational School students participated in the training activities well and enthusiastically. The results of the training resulted in SMK students having knowledge about environmentally friendly entrepreneurship which was shown to be able to make ferrous sulfate from iron waste and continue to work on it as an alternative to environmentally friendly technology-based entrepreneurship.

Financial records are the main problem faced by business actors, especially micro, small and medium enterprises. So that the service team of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Technology, Sumbawa, provides training and financial records for micro, small and medium business actors for mothers who already have businesses who join the Patra Pertamina Fuel Terminal Badas Sumbawa Women's Union. The method applied to this service is to provide training and assistance related to financial recording and provide assistance in the use of the Si Apik application (Financial information recording application system). The result of this service is that the training participants have obtained basic knowledge of financial records in accordance with standards that have never been done so far. Mentoring is carried out to train data input to prepare financial reports. This service has achieved the expected results and this program continues to be carried out with a mentoring pattern.

This service aims to provide knowledge and practice of making online art appreciation learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic based on Android smartphones. The use of android smartphones as a tool for making learning media is based on the consideration that android smartphones have increasingly diverse uses because they are supported by the availability of various applications. The training was conducted for middle school art and culture teachers in Karanganyar. Implementation of the training using the lecture method to convey theoretical material about learning media, discussions to determine the concept of learning media to be made, and assistance in making learning media based on Android smartphones. The results of the training in the form of learning media are then carried out field trials to determine the success and shortcomings. Community Service entitled Making Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Vegetable Waste involving the Taru Mulyo Farmer Group in Karangpalem village, Kedawung sub-district, Sragen district which cares about environmental conservation, has been carried out on May 25, 2021. The purpose of this activity is to utilize household waste from waste The vegetables are then developed to make liquid organic fertilizer. Thus the environment becomes clean and healthy, and is able to increase the income of partners. The resulting output target is a packaged liquid organic fertilizer product as well as the Adi Widya Service journal, and Presentation at Senadimas. To realize the output targets, the methods applied include counseling, training, mentoring and at the same time direct practice. In order for this partnership program to be sustainable, periodic monitoring and evaluation are carried out.
