Jurnal ini meneliti tentang program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sebagai solusi atas permasalahan yang terjadi di sebuah wilayah, tepatnya di Kelurahan Srengat, Kecamatan Srengat, Kabupaten Blitar. Pada April tahun 2022, Indonesia dihebohkan dengan kasus Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK). Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) adalah infeksi virus yang bersifat akut dan sangat menular. Penyakit ini menyerang semua hewan berkuku belah/genap, seperti sapi, kerbau, babi, kambing, domba, termasuk juga hewan liar seperti gajah, rusa dan sebagainya, sehingga memiliki dampak ekonomi yang signifikan. Untuk menunjang kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan cara mengatasi Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) pada hewan ternak, dilakukan sosialisasi Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) pada warga. Memandang permasalahan lain yang terjadi, pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan cek kesehatan secara gratis mulai kalangan anak-anak hingga dewasa guna menunjukan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan cek asam urat, kolesterol dan gula darah dengan diskon 15%. Penelitian ini juga ditujukan sebagai solusi atas salah satu bidang usaha dalam perekonomian nasional yaitu usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Menanggapi masalah yang terjadi pada UMKM, sosialisasi digital marketing pun diselenggarakan untuk warga. Digital marketing merupakan salah satu teknologi informasi yang saat ini berkembang pesat, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan sosial media yang dianggap sangat berpotensi dalam mendorong kinerja sebuah bisnis. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh gambaran secara menyeluruh mengenai ketahanan ekonomi dan sumber daya manusia melalui program yang dilaksanakan.

The research aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of Mulia Product at Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin and to find out the development of mulia product used by Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin in marketing mulia product. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interview guidelines and documentation to describe the results of observing reality and developing a theory of marketing strategies for Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin mulia product and the obstacles it faces. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the strategy used is literacy of the community and offers investment by way of gathering precious metals, promoting mulia product and providing discounts for advances and holding gold bazaar activities with payment transactions in cash or installments. The obstacles they face are that people’s harvest fail, some areas of the community lack knowledge about noble products and people are more interested in gold jewelry than gold bullion.

Thus, the percentage of users Facebook in Indonesia is equivalent to 46.8 percent of the total population in early 2022. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the capital market and how to manage investments properly and correctly, to students of the Sharia Banking Department, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business. Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak buruk pada perekonomian, khususnya pada pelaku UMKM. Seperti salah satu permasalahan masyarakat desa Wonorejo yaitu penjualan bibit buah dan usaha peyek. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap adanya potensi yang ada disekitar mereka yang mungkin bisa digunakan sebagai sumber daya tambahan supaya berguna bagi UMKM masyarakat desa Wonorejo. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi masyarakat dengan mengoptimalkan teknologi, serta penguatan bidang pelaku UMKM yang terdampak Covid-19 bangkit dan mengembangkan usahanya dengan baik. Hasil dari program KKN adalah membantu masyarakat untuk mengembangkan tata Kelola usaha dengan membuatkan akun media sosial serta menambahkan logo pada produk.

Pandemi covid-19 telah menghadirkan berbagai tantangan khususnya bagi pelaku UMKM. Pergeseran cara melakukan pemasaran offline ke online nampaknya memaksa UMKM untuk dapat mengikuti perubahan tersebut. Saat ini, berdasarkan data Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM baru sekitar delapan juta pelaku usaha atau 13% dari seluruh UMKM yang mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam bisnisnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan digital marketing yang dilakukan oleh Bakmi Tando 07 dan apa kendala yang dihadapi saat menerapkan digital marketing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara terstruktur, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi terhadap pelaku usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan digital marketing dilakukan dengan memposting produk di media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan status Whatsaap. Selain itu juga membangun kemitraan dengan Go-Food, Grab-Food, dan Shopee-Food untuk menambah platform pemasaran produk secara digital dan kemudahan dalam pesan-antar makanan. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan digital marketing adalah koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, keterlambatan dalam pengiriman, serta masalah internal karena kurangnya SDM akibat pesanan yang banyak karena promosi di media sosial.

Today's technology continues to grow and the benefits of using the internet are felt for the users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business, especially in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The purpose of this study is to generally describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Sidorejo village. This research is of a qualitative type, using a triangulation model, which combines structured interview methods, in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors who are actively registered at the Office of Market Community Empowerment – Cooperatives and City Small and Medium Enterprises. From the research results it is known that digital marketing makes it easier for MSME actors to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME players in Sidorejo village. This program emphasizes the importance of understanding digitization from an early age for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market products in today's modern business style, and is expected to increase the value branding of these products or increase sales turnover.

Sejak pandemi melanda pada awal tahun 2020, berbagai sektor perekonomian merasakan dampaknya. Dengan total 64,19 juta pelaku UMKM, sektor ini menempati 99,92% dari seluruh sektor usaha yang ada. Berdasarkan survei dari Katadata Insight Center yang dilakukan pada 206 pelaku UMKM di Jabodetabek, hanya 5,9% yang mengalami pertumbuhan positif. Sementara 82,9% lainnya merasakan dampak negatif berupa penurunan omzet.Output yang ditargetkan setelah adanya program Digitalisasi Marketing pada UMKM ini adalah meningkatkan insight serta awareness owner terhadap potensi jangka panjang dari pengaruh digitalisasi pada UMKM Cheese MeDengan adanya program Digitalisasi Marketing telah tercapai beberapa platform digital yang sudah bisa dioperasikan untuk kelangsung penjualan produk dalam UMKM Cheese Me yaitu Instagram, Grabfood, dan Tokopedia. Adapun packaging yang berubah dengan tujuan peningkatan produk yang ada. Selain itu, program ini juga memberikan beberapa ilmu dan strategi baru terhadap owner. Platform digital yang sudah tersedia nantinya akan tetap di monitoring oleh tim dan diawasi oleh ketua tim agar kualitasnya terus meningkat kedepannya.Program ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan proses penjualan dari segi teknis dan profit melalui digitalisasi marketing. Bermodalkan dengan pengetahuan tim tentang dunia digital, kami membuat beberapa platform online yang akan membantu dimulai dari proses marketing sampai proses penjualan secara online. Indikator keberhasilan jalannya program ini nanti akan dilihat dari perbedaan penjualan sebelum dan sesudah adanya program ini, serta peningkatan follower secara berkala, yang artinya masyarakat mulai lebih aware dengan adanya UMKM Cheese Me.

The development of business circumtances that always changes, leads companies to have competitive advantages in efficiency and effectivity. PT. Djinawi is a self-focused contractor company in optimalizing its human resources assets by adapting the empowerment to be successful in market competition. Such adapting of empowerment is viewed from four psychological empowerment dimensions that had been introduced by Spreitzer. Those foour dimensions are meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. If all of these four dimensions, e.g., meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact is felt by employees, then the empowerment process will go through in good condition. This research used a holistic single case study, by using the technique of data collection by interview, direct-observation, and internal data of company. For the needs of mapping, a pra-case study had been carried out. From this research, it revealed that the adapting of empowerment can go through well, which viewed from the four dimensions, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact that has been felt by employees. In line with it, from the triangulation may be obtained that the respondents also expressed some obstacles in project staff level. It can be concluded that if all of four dimensios, e.g, meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact could be felt by employees, then empowerment can go through well as well as make a company success in face against a tight of market competition.

The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) Universitas Sains Al Qur'an carry out a community activity program in the Butuh Kidul Village. Butuh Kidul Village is one of the villages located in Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency. This village has the potential to produce vegetables. Vegetables that are widely produced are chayote. The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) students make product innovations from chayote into a more attractive product, namely chayote which is processed into candy. Candy is one of the food products that are liked by all ages. This activity was socialized through activities with the theme “Workshop on Marketing Strategy & Product Innovation from Pumpkin Siam”. This activity aims to take advantage of the potential of the Butuh Kidul Village community. By innovating through the use of chayote vegetables, it is possible to open UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the Butuh Kidul Village. The UMKM can have an impact on the Butuh Kidul Village community which can be a business opportunity for the Butu Kidul Village community. In this article, we explain how to process chayote into candy and promote marketing strategies through digital marketing.

Pengabdian masyarakat (community empowerment) menjadi isu utama dalam program dan orientasi pembangunan nasional pada saat ini. The capital market is an investment vehicle for those who have excess funds. People invest in the capital market with the aim of earning income or return on investment. Investment can be defined as an activity of placing funds in one or more assets during a certain period in the hope of obtaining income and or increasing the value of the investment. The main purpose of the company to invest is the rate of return. The main purpose of investors investing their funds in securities is, among others, to get the maximum rate of return through policies, for example, dividends at a certain risk will get certain results with minimal risk. From the results of the research, it is found that there is a negative influence of Ownership Structure, a positive influence of Dispersion of Ownership, and a negative influence of Capital Structure on the Dividend Policy of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2011.

In general, Tinawun Village has a lot of potential to become a prosperous and prosperous village. In addition to having fertile soil, good human resources, healthy and conducive village government, Tinawun Village has one potential village tourism, namely Religious tourism to the Tomb of Sheikh Zakaria every Kliwon Friday. However, apart from tourism, there are many things that can be used in Tinawun Village, namely corn, which is usually only used for cooking, but now it can be used as a source of income for residents by making rice. In addition to corn, there is also ginger which is usually only used as an additional spice in the kitchen, now it can be processed into a drink that is rich in benefits and helps increase body immunity, by mixing it with various flavors, it can be turned into an immune boosting drink that can increase the body's immunity during this pandemic. Apart from the plant aspect, there is also the empowerment of catfish as an income source for local residents.

The goals of the study are to test the effects of strategy orientation, creativation, innovation for marketing perfomance, and the competitive advantages of central batik industry in Pekalongan. The study was done by questionnaire method. Sampling was done by accidental sampling of 100 respondents while techniques were being analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result of the study recommends the orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation that influence on the performance of marketing significancy. The orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation affect the competitive advantage through marketing performance too. Marketing performance influence the competitive advantage directly in the apparel industry of central batik in Pekalongan.

Public demand for motorcycles is always increasing. The motorcycle manufacturers compete with each other to offer their products. Yamaha is one of the largest and most excellent automotive companies, especially in Indonesia. In the current uncertain economic situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, this has resulted in sluggishness in motorcycle sales. So that before marketing their products, companies need to pay attention to consumer behavior first. Because consumer behavior will be the target for purchasing products to be marketed. The purpose of the study was to analyze consumer behavior in deciding to purchase a Yamaha motorcycle at CV Tjahaja Baru Lubuk Buaya Padang. This study uses qualitative methods and belongs to field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this study are that prospective motorcycle consumers in buying a motorcycle take a lot of considerations to get the motorcycle they want, what are the advantages of a motorcycle, an affordable price, if purchased on credit with low interest and so on.

With high competition in trading, so strategic in marketing denotes me of important thing on enhance of selling. Basically stratergy on marketing are wholl planning, integrated, and merge in marketing fuld, can give guidance about activity will be done to get reach target of marketing in compary. So strategy of marketing is very important to be needed to enhance of selling in the company, marketing strategy. Consists of price, strategy of distribution, Strategy of promotion and place four strategy above also we called by marketing mix. By four element of marketing mix above must be implemented base on level market competition will by target of company, on focus price strategy or marketing strategy analysis to enhance off selling in marble company, and another strategy four element of marketing mix improperly will make marketing activity, will be useless and spend of human resource which is issued.

Based on the experimental study about corncob conducted before, this village has managed to create a new breakthrough production of processed foods such as corn chips since 2003. The foods that use raw materials of corn is the only one in Probolinggo. Corn chips production as small industries is run by 7 women farmers starting in 2008. (Wahmuda, 2013). The problem of this industrial activity is unbalancing the marketing area with market demand that obstruct continues to increase. This causes decrease on the productivity of the industry. In addition corncob waste left over from a small industrial activities corn chips squashed every day as much as 60 kg. This would be a major obstacle when marketing targets to reach market demand. As a result of waste corn cobs will be more numerous and uncontrolled, even less the corn cob waste is only used as cooking fuel. This research includes experiments on corn cobs process is divided into several stages, namely the process of forming, heating, curing, mixing and merging material, as well as coloring. From the research-based experiments, it turns out corn cobs to have a variety of characteristics. The uniqueness and characteristics process of corncobs, can give some variant forms such as cubes, cylinders, triangles, and a chopped form. Of these forms can be created several patterns of merger between a very interesting form to be used as a hanging lamp shade products. In the manufacture of a hanging lampshade required supporting materials such as iron chandelier hook pipe diameter of 16 mm and an iron plate with a thickness of 3 mm. Innovation alternative these products will continue at the stage of the development process of product design by using corn cobs as raw material products with the hope to utilize more leverage on how to process forms such a way into a useful product in terms of people's needs, aesthetic value and become friendly products environment.

Pandemi yang terjadi sekarang ini menyebabkan persaingan dunia industri sangat kuat terutama bisnis produk Kesehatan, adanya wabah Virus Covid-19 ini membuat masyarakat berbondong-bondong membeli produk Kesehatan yang sesuai dengan protol Kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan agar dapat menjalankan kegiatan di luar rumah di era new normal ini. Pandemi Covid-19 ini adalah bencana yang melanda masyarakat di seluruh Dunia, pemerintah Indonesia telah menetapkan Covid-19 ini jenis penyakit yang menimbulkan kedaruratan kesehatan masyarakat, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran Covid-19 ini sangat tinggi di masa sekarang ini. Wabah pandemi Covid-19 ini membuka peluang yang lebih besar bagi para pelaku usaha untuk menghasilkan uang dengan cepat, salah satunya dengan menjual produk-produk kesehatan guna mengantisipasi penularan dan penyebaran Covid-19.
