Karang Taruna as a social organization as well as a forum and means for the development of every member of society which grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from, by and for the community, especially the young generation in the village/sub-district area, is primarily engaged in the field of social welfare business." Karang Taruna Pasir Jaya is still under the auspices of the Village, so it receives funding every year from the Village government. Therefore, competent Human Resources (HR) are needed to produce quality financial reports. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that the community, especially youth organizations, will understand the concept and meaning of the Cash Book, namely a financial journal containing records of cash receipts and payments, as well as understand the benefits of the Cash Book. This activity is carried out through outreach, training and mentoring to members of the Pasir Jaya Youth Organization. Based on the Community Service activities that have been carried out, there were participants who were able to understand 75% of the material. The result of this service activity is to increase the knowledge of the community, especially youth organizations, about the bookkeeping system, recording daily transactions so that the business carried out can provide the expected profits.  

Riau University as a state university that has the duties and functions of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education and teaching, research, and community service. The form of community service carried out by students is in the form of Real Work Lectures (KUKERTA). KUKERTA is a field learning activity carried out by students that aims to have a positive impact on the community by providing learning in an innovative and creative way, as well as developing potential and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the local community. This activity is expected to increase student creativity to implement their knowledge in carrying out work programs and provide learning for students in interacting with the community. Real Work Lecture (KUKERTA) is one of the compulsory subjects taken at the University of Riau when entering an odd semester or having fulfilled the credit requirements set by the University of Riau.

Utilization of Waste Paper Through Recycling and Entrepreneurial SpGarnish includes the art of competition in making decorations from food in the form of fruits and vegetables that have aesthetic value, but can be consumed. Competence in making garnish prioritizes expertise in carving or shaping materials into artistic items that are always evolving. Community service in the form of vegetable garnish training is aimed at increasing the competence of Wilayut Village housewife cadres to improve the economy and welfare for beginners. This training aims to find out (1) efforts to improve the competence of making garnishes, (2) increase the competence of attitudes, knowledge, and skills, (3) training improves the standard of living influences the level of education in the family. The garnish training does not just provide education but the practice of garnish training is prioritized. The garnish competition activities were carried out by involving training methods, in theory and hands-on practice. The results of the Wilayut Village housewife vegetable garnish competition have started from the process of carving tomato, cucumber, carrot vegetables to form a decorative presentation for food. Poetry is beautiful language based on the results of someone's thoughts and feelings expressed in written language. Poetry is an imaginative literary work that contains analogies of meaning with other uses so that the meaning contained in the poem is hidden behind words, similes and aesthetics that not everyone understands the meaning of the poetry conveyed. When reading poetry, it is necessary to read poetry repeatedly to understand the meaning of the poem because the language in poetry has a broad, implied meaning and is difficult to interpret. Therefore, readers must understand how to study poetry with knowledge in order to understand the meaning of the poetry conveyed. The poem by Heri Isnaini with the title "1 Distance" is formed in simple language but is interesting to study. This attracts a reader to study the poem and use it as research material. The aim of this research. The aim of this research is to analyze the meaning in the poem entitled "Distance 1" by Heri Isnaini and convey the content of the poem in detail so that readers can understand the meaning conveyed through this research. This research is also useful for readers to further develop literary works in the form of poetry. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive method which examines the content of the meaning of the poem "1 Distance". In this way, this research will reveal the implied meaning of the poetry presented by the poet. Apart from that, the author dissects this poem using a mimetic approach. Mimetics is an approach in literary criticism regarding imitation or fiction of real life.

The presence of the Legal Aid Post (Posbakum) is generally referred to as a major invasion, representing a development of the previous government's legal aid policies. Its existence reflects Indonesia's lawful state responsibilities. The Supreme Court (MA) established Posbakum in all courts of first instance that provide legal aid services, including General Courts, Religious Courts, and State Administrative Courts. This service activity was carried out at the Jember Religious Court with the goal of providing knowledge and understanding to the people of Jember Regency, particularly the less fortunate, so that they are more aware of the Jember Religious Court's legal aid facilities, which can assist in filing or handling cases and ensuring equality before the law.

Understanding and respecting each other is the nature that should be carried out in society. Character is a personality that is driven by various things, one of which is through faith. Community service activities carried out with the aim of strengthening social care through religious activities are carried out through community education methods by collaborating with religious leaders. In order to develop the economic center, Sekijang Village is making efforts to ensure the smooth progress of the development with crucial steps, one of which is the visual planning of the construction. This is done to anticipate potential losses effectively. However, we are aware that the community's knowledge regarding the utilization of technology in building design is still quite limited. Therefore, as a form of community service, the students of the Real Work Class program from the University of Riau in 2023 are implementing a socialization program with the aim of introducing the use of AutoCAD and SketchUp software. Additionally, the students are also presenting the master plan visualization for Sekijang Village, currently being developed by the KKN UNRI students, with the goal of assisting in designing a better economic center for Sekijang Village in the coming years

Waste management in Karang Bawang Village is only transported by garbage officers, garbage transportation is carried out once a week or twice still using the transportation system, then disposed of to the landfill. The problem found in Karang Bawang Village is that there is organic waste that is disposed of carelessly and not managed specifically so that the waste causes environmental problems such as unpleasant odors, damaging the scenery, as a hotbed of disease and others. One way of processing waste is by processing the waste into liquid organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is a solution resulting from the decay of organic materials derived from crop residues, household waste, animal urine, animal and human waste. In this community service activity, a training method for making liquid organic fertilizer was carried out with PKK women in Karang Bawang Village. The results of this community service can increase knowledge for PKK mothers to be able to utilize the remains of household waste to make liquid organic fertilizer which can be used to fertilize plants. And as an effort to utilize abundant household waste and reduce household waste in the community.

This research is to analyze the factors that influence a person's decision to become a sport photographer. The purpose of this research is expected to be useful, both theoretically and practically is expected to provide additional knowledge studies for readers. This research uses qualitative approach by referring to the case study research strategy. The qualitative approach is data obtained such as the results of observations, interviews, photo shoots, document analysis, field notes, no expressed in the form of numbers. The majority of the informants are active people in the world sports photography even though I had never heard of sports photography before. After analyzed, found factors that influence informants in making decisions to be a sports photographer. This study describes several factors in the decision process decision to become a sports photographer. Based on this research, it was found that taking The decision to become a sports photographer is: 1) Opportunity, 2) Simple work flow, 3) Flexibility, 4) Passion.

Community service activities carried out by the Community Service Team for teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang City aim to provide knowledge and skills regarding increasing teacher professionalism through the development of digital-based time management, namely Google Calendar. The direct benefit of this community service activity is that it provides additional knowledge, skills and experience for SMKN 2 Semarang teachers in increasing their professionalism in performance through well-designed time management. The expected derivative benefit is an increase in teachers' ability to develop themselves because planning, organizing and implementing activities based on performance targets will be able to improve the quality of work and ultimately will be able to increase the professionalism of the teachers themselves. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training by providing material and practices for developing digital-based time management via the Google Calendar platform. The target audience for this community service activity is representatives of teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang and 20 teachers who are members of the MGMP MPLB Semarang City. The activity methods used in this community service are lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice methods. Evaluation of activities used in community service is the knowledge and skills aspect. The service activity ran smoothly and all participants felt satisfied and happy with this activity because it increased their knowledge and skills in digital-based time management.

Self-image is a description or assessment of each individual's self, both in terms of knowledge and physical aspects. Meanwhile, social relationships are relationships between people who need each other and have a reciprocal relationship. The research objective is to determine the relationship between self-image and social relationships between peers on the level of self-confidence at SMAN 1 Cilaku-Cianjur. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. Population and sample of students in grades 10 and 11. The sampling technique is: simple random sampling. The results and discussion concluded: 1. The results of the research found that there is an influence of Self Image. 2. The results of the research found that the influence of social relationships was that most of the respondents, 29 (61.7%) had moderate social relationships and some of the respondents, 18 (38.3%). ) have high emotional regulation skills in social relations. 3. The results of the study found that the self-confidence of the majority of respondents as many as 43 (91.5%) had moderate self-confidence and some respondents as many as 3 (6.4%) had high self-confidence and 1 (2.1%) of the respondents had low self-confidence. 4. There is an influence of self-image on self-confidence among teenagers at SMAN 1 Cilaku. 5. There is an influence of social relationships on self-confidence among teenagers at SMAN 1 Cilaku. 6 .Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the results of this hypothesis are accepted as showing that there is a relationship between self-image (X1) and social relationships (X2) on self-confidence (Y).

Stunting is a growth and development disorder in children caused by poor nutrition and frequent and insufficient psychosocial stimulation infections. Stunting usually occurs due to several factors such as environmental factors, genetic factors, socioeconomic conditions, infectious diseases and exclusive breastfeeding. In DISKOMINFOTIK Bengkalis Regency, it is said that the prevalence of stunting in Bengkalis Regency in 2021 will reach 21.9 percent and drop to 8.4 percent in 2022. This is what caused us as KKN Bangun Kampung students at Riau University to realize the socialization of stunting in Wonosari Village as our flagship program. From these conditions, we as KKN Bangun Kampung Wonosari Village Students together with the head of the PKK and Posyandu cadres make every effort to provide knowledge about the understanding, symptoms and ways to prevent stunting to PKK mothers and members of the Wonosari Village posyandu cadre.  

To develop villages, the government gives direct authority to villages to manage their areas independently, one of which is through economic institutions in the village, namely Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Bunton Village is one of the Adipala District villages with BUMDES in the growing status category. The main obstacle found in BUMDES in Bunton Village is that every work activity needs to be properly administered. Apart from that, BUMDes Bunton has yet to be able to optimize the marketing of its tourism business units. The activities carried out include two things, namely classical assistance and special assistance to BUMDES members in Bunton Village in overcoming the two problems above. The result of this activity is additional knowledge for BUMDes managers regarding Human Resources development.

The results of this activity are that the Tanjung Simandolak village community knows hydroponics in general, wick system hydroponics, plant maintenance, handing over hydroponics to the This activity adds to the knowledge and insight of the Tanjung Simandolak village community about hydroponics and can spread and teach the knowledge.

This study aims to analyze the perception and intensity of use of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) among MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Pekalongan using descriptive qualitative research methods. QRIS is an electronic payment system that allows MSMEs to receive payments via QR codes that can be scanned using a banking application or digital wallet. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved in-depth interviews with MSMEs owners and managers in Pekalongan to understand their perceptions of QRIS and their intentions in using this payment system. The researcher will use a structured interview guide to collect data on the knowledge, experience, and attitude of MSMEs towards QRIS. Data collected from interviews will be analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, where findings and patterns arising from interviews will be identified, grouped, and interpreted. This analysis will provide a more in-depth insight into the perception and intensity of QRIS use among MSMEs in Pekalongan City. The results of this study are expected to provide a more in-depth understanding of the factors affecting QRIS adoption among MSMEs from their own perspective. The resulting information can be used to develop better strategies and policies in promoting QRIS use among MSMEs. In addition, the results of this study can also provide valuable input for banks, governments, and other stakeholders in expanding QRIS adoption and increasing financial inclusion in the MSME sector in Pekalongan City. It is hoped that this study will contribute significantly to the development and further understanding of QRIS implementation among MSMEs and help create a more efficient and inclusive payment ecosystem for MSMEs in Pekalongan City and the community as a whole.  

Good parenting will result in the formation of good morals, principles and behavior in children now and in the future. Parents are the main factor in creating children's morals, principles and behavior in living life. Parents provide parenting patterns to children in the form of physical or personal treatment, namely words, attitudes, behavior and actions carried out by parents. Children will adapt and become familiar with the surrounding environment and the interactions with fellow humans that children will have through the parenting style provided by their parents. The family teaches good education which plays an important role in the growth and development of the child's personality The attitude shown by parents can determine family relationships because once a relationship has been formed it tends to last. Parents must be able to understand their children well and recognize their children's attitudes and desires in developing and educating their children without forcing them to be someone else. Interactions carried out between parents and children should not use threatening and judgmental actions but should be diverted to words that tend to be advice or motivational so that children can achieve success in developing good character., authoritarian, indulgent and neglectful parenting.

Stunting is a chronic nutritional condition caused by long-term malnutrition resulting in impaired growth and development in children. Toddlers are very susceptible to disease and nutritional disorders that can cause delays in growth and development. Stunted children have a higher risk of developing degenerative diseases and death. This community service was carried out in Gunung Kesiangan Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this community service activity is to 1) inform and educate the public about malnutrition and stunting in children, 2) increase public knowledge and understanding of stunting prevention, 3) increase awareness of mothers about child development from an early age. The benefit of this community service is changing people's behavior so they better understand what stunting is, its causes, and efforts to prevent it from an early age, even during pregnancy. The targets of this activity are pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and children aged 0-2 years. The method used in community service activities is to distribute brochures about stunting to posyandu.

Motivation discusses how to encourage someone's work enthusiasm, so that they want to work by providing optimal abilities and expertise to achieve goals (Danang Sunyoto, 2015). Providing excellent service is an action that must be carried out by workers/service providers in serving the people or residents around them. If the service provider is not satisfactory, do not hope that the client will return to our services, he will switch to another health facility that provides excellent service. It cannot be denied that when we come to a health facility, even a type of Posyandu facility, sometimes we still find the health workers and cadres who work less friendly, less energetic in serving the people who come, seem less enthusiastic about the various factors that make them like that, with their attitude. health workers like this illustrate the lack of excellent service. By looking at conditions like this, the author is interested in providing/sharing knowledge related to how to increase the motivation of Posyandu cadre officers in providing excellent service in RW 06 Susukan Village

Balai Raja Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency has potential from the agricultural sector, namely cassava, which can improve the welfare of the local community. Cassava is a leading commodity because almost half of the population of this sub-district are cassava farmers. However, the obstacle is that the utilization of cassava harvests is not yet optimal due to the lack of public knowledge in diversifying cassava processing. As an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely community service, we carry out outreach in the form of processing cassava into mocaf in an effort to utilize the superior potential of the local area. The socialization we carried out used the Participatory Rural Appraissal method by delivering an explanatory presentation about mocaf and a demonstration of mocaf processing using the Bimo-CF enzyme. The people who attended were very enthusiastic in welcoming this activity so we hope that the mocaf development process can be produced sustainably
