Breast preparation for breastfeeding begins during pregnancy, which is characterized by the breasts becoming larger along with the increase in the number and size of the alveoli glands as a result of increasing levels of the hormone estrogen. This occurs until a baby has been breastfed for a few days when actual milk production begins. In the first few days the breasts secrete colostrum which is very important for the baby's health. Breasts produce breast milk starting when the baby begins to suckle on the nipple and the resulting physical stimulation causes impulses in the nerve endings which are then sent to the hypothalamus in the brain which in turn tells the pituitary gland in the brain to produce the hormones oxytocin and prolactin (Anik, 2016). This study aims to analyze the relationship between oxytocin massage and breast milk production in postpartum mothers at Ibu Kartini Hospital, West Kisaran, Asahan Regency in 2023. This research is correlational with a cross sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is data analysis used in research to determine the relationship or influence of variables. independent (independent) with a dependent (dependent) variable using Chi Square analysis with a significant p-value (0.05) (Hardani, 2020) Based on the research results. Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, it was obtained with a p value of 0.001 that the breast milk output of postpartum mothers before oxytocin massage was mostly not enough breast milk. Postpartum mothers' breast milk output after massage is mostly breast milk This means that there is an influence of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers at Ibu Kartini Hospital, West Kisaran, Asahan Regency in 2023

The relationship between traditional Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and modern international human rights norms has long been characterized by debate and tension. Islamic law is commonly perceived as divinely grounded and normatively authoritative, whereas human rights frameworks are often viewed as secular, universal, and rooted in modern legal philosophy. This perceived dichotomy has contributed to the widespread assumption that Sharī‘a and human rights are inherently incompatible, particularly in sensitive areas such as gender equality, freedom of religion, and minority rights. Reassessing this tension is especially important for Muslim-majority societies that must reconcile religious legitimacy with global human rights obligations. This study explores the potential for harmonizing classical Islamic jurisprudence with contemporary human rights norms by identifying shared values, points of divergence, and feasible pathways for integration. Using a qualitative normative legal approach, the research employs doctrinal analysis of primary Islamic legal sources alongside international human rights instruments, supported by comparative analysis of key rights, including the protection of life, religious freedom, and gender equality. Interpretative analysis is applied to examine how classical and contemporary Islamic scholars conceptualize human rights within the Sharī‘a framework. The findings reveal substantial convergence between Islamic law and human rights norms, particularly in their shared emphasis on human dignity, justice, equality, and social welfare. While interpretative tensions persist, they are largely shaped by contextual and institutional factors rather than by the core ethical objectives of Islamic law. Integrative approaches grounded in ijtihad, maṣlaḥa, and maqāṣid al-sharī‘a offer constructive pathways for harmonization.

This article examines how globalization influences cultural identity, focusing on urban environments where diverse cultures converge. The study assesses changes in traditions, language, and customs in cities across different continents. Findings suggest that globalization, while promoting cultural exchange, often leads to a gradual erosion of traditional practices in favor of more standardized global lifestyles. Nursing services are an integral part of healthcare in hospitals. Nursing staff are responsible for providing optimal nursing services to improve and maintain the quality of nursing care. This will affect day-to-day performance if not balanced with increased knowledge, skills, and supporting factors to enhance job satisfaction, as it will be perceived as a heavy workload. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and job satisfaction of nurses at Bhayangkara Level III Hospital in Palangka Raya. The research design used is correlational with a cross-sectional method. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and the Spearman Rank statistical test directed to 30 Police Nurses at Bhayangkara Level III Hospital in Palangka Raya. The results of the workload research show that 17 respondents (85.0%) are "satisfied" with their work in the heavy category. The significance value of the relationship between workload and job satisfaction of nurses at Bhayangkara Level III Hospital is 0.280 > 0.05, where H1 is rejected. The correlation coefficient value in this study is weak, which is 0.204. Thus, H1 is rejected, meaning there is no relationship between workload and job satisfaction of nurses at Bhayangkara Level III Hospital in Palangka Raya. The conclusion is that the heaviness or lightness of the workload does not affect job satisfaction if the job satisfaction indicators are fulfilled, such as job suitability, colleagues, salary, promotion opportunities, supervision, and facilities.

The aim of this research is to investigate the regulations governing the position of the insured in credit life insurance and the responsibilities of insurance companies, as delineated in Decision Number 3079K/Pdt/2019. Credit life insurance serves as a mechanism for banks to mitigate the risk of debtor default in debt repayment resulting from the death of the debtor. It entails a collaborative effort between banks and insurance companies aimed at facilitating credit repayment to the bank in the event of the demise of the credit facility user (debtor). This research adopts a normative legal approach with a case study methodology, examining legal issues elucidated in court decisions of enduring legal significance. The findings from Decision Number 3079K/Pdt/2019 reveal that the insurance company bears the responsibility of settling the outstanding debt of the insured, contingent upon premium payments, in the event of the insured's demise. In the realm of insurance, the direct relationship typically exists between the insured and the insurer; however, in credit life insurance, the direct relationship materializes between the insurer and the policyholder, thereby rendering the position of the insured comparatively weak and indirect.

Gastritis is a digestive disorder with a high prevalence in Indonesia, primarily influenced by dietary patterns and lifestyle factors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of gastritis patients and the recurrence of the disease at Medika Lestari Hospital. The research utilized a descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional approach, involving 28 gastritis patients as samples, selected through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires covering knowledge levels and gastritis recurrence status and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a good level of knowledge (60.7%) and did not experience recurrence (60.7%). Bivariate analysis indicated a significant relationship between patients’ knowledge levels and gastritis recurrence (p-value = 0.034). Patients with low knowledge were more likely to experience recurrence (25%) compared to those with good knowledge (14.3%). These findings suggest that higher knowledge levels contribute to reducing the risk of gastritis recurrence. This study highlights the importance of health education as part of gastritis management strategies. Hospitals are encouraged to enhance patient education programs to lower recurrence rates and improve patients' quality of life.
