Based on the test results above, it can be concluded that the results show the value of F count = 14,974 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so there is an influence of the PCK variable (X) on Teaching Readiness (Y). Based on the results of the constant (a) of 66.056 indicates that if PCK is 0 then, the level of teaching readiness is 66.056 while the PCK coefficient is 0.417 positive value. These results can be interpreted that every time there is an increase in PCK by 1 time, the level of teaching readiness increases by 0.417.Based on the test results above, the R correlation value is 0.441 while the R square is 0.195 x 100% = 19.5%. This shows that Teaching Readiness can be influenced by 19.5% by the independent variable, namely Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK). While the remaining 80.5% of teacher professionalism is influenced by other variables outside the research model used in this study.

Plastic waste and the limited amount of agricultural land are big problems for the community, especially in rural areas such as Kayuares Hamlet and Ringinanom Village. The aim of this research is to develop a verticulture technique that uses used bottles to optimize the home yard. Tidar University KKN students provided instruction, training and implementation of a verticulture system using used bottles and PVC pipes. The results of the event show that people are more aware of the importance of using yards and managing plastic waste. In addition, a successfully implemented verticulture system increases land use efficiency and produces vegetable harvests that can help family food security by up to 70%. Limited water resources, high initial costs, and ongoing need for assistance are the main problems in implementing this method. The used bottle-based verticulture system allows communities to continue to develop sustainable agricultural methods that are environmentally friendly and economically profitable.

Integrating modern leadership approaches with local wisdom remains a challenge in enhancing the quality of education in Indonesian higher education institutions. This study examines the impact of integrating instructional leadership with ethnopedagogy based on the Dalihan Na Tolu philosophy on learning quality at Graha Nusantara University. Using a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design, the study involved 50 lecturers selected through systematic random sampling and 100 students. Data were collected through validated questionnaires (validity coefficients ranging from 0.72 to 0.89; reliability with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.88), in-depth interviews, and participatory observations. The findings reveal that instructional leadership independently accounts for 67 percent of the variation in learning quality (coefficient of determination, R-squared = 0.670, with p < 0.001), with key determinants being guidance (correlation coefficient = 0.820) and vision-mission communication (correlation coefficient = 0.790). Ethnopedagogical leadership contributes significantly through the values of Somba Marhula-hula (regression coefficient = 0.45), Manat Mardongan Tubu (regression coefficient = 0.41), and Elek Marboru (regression coefficient = 0.38). The integration of these approaches produces significant synergistic effects (R-squared = 0.830), resulting in a 70 percent increase in active interaction, a 68 percent improvement in the effectiveness of learning strategies, and a 66 percent boost in productivity. This study contributes to developing an integrated leadership model that combines modern values with local wisdom. It also provides practical implications for designing training programs and implementing dual-approach monitoring systems in higher education institutions.
