Malpractice is basically an action by professional staff that is contrary to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), professional code of ethics, and applicable laws, whether intentional or due to negligence. This negligence is not a violation of the law, if the negligence does not cause harm to other people and that person can feel comfortable. However, if this negligence results in material loss, harm or even takes the life of another person, then this can be said to be malpractice. Malpractice in the field of orthopedics is an act of negligence committed by doctors or health service workers who are tasked with carrying out all kinds of surgical procedures, especially bone surgery. Where in this case the patient who initially only experienced problems with his bones ultimately had to hamper his breathing for the last time just because of an error in administering gas after surgery. This fatal negligence can be said to occur due to a lack of accuracy on the part of doctors or other health workers in providing health services to patients. This negligence can also be caused by hospital management that is not well organized, the staff's education may still be minimal and many other factors. Because this action not only violates the law, the medical code of ethics and also the standards of behavior in a religion but even takes someone's life, there needs to be a way out, namely by; improving hospital management, increasing accuracy in carrying out the medical profession and deepening all kinds of knowledge about various kinds of health service procedures.    

Health is one of the basic human needs, now also can be one alternative lifestyle that can be selected by someone to get satisfaction in his life, such as medical tourism. Medical tourism is an activity carried out by an individual to get a health service or medical care abroad. In the effort to develop the health system and competition and the impact of health globalization, it does not rule out the possibility that medical tourism raises intense competition among hospitals in providing quality services and superior service products provided by hospitals in attracting foreign patients to come get treatment. Objective of this research is to determined factors that affect hospital to be medical tourism’s aim. Methods in this research is literature review from international journals. The results is hospital needs to improve their physician’s skill, facilities, accessibility, and promotions. So that medical tourism is a new phenomenon for hospitals in Indonesia to prepare professional and superior health personnel and sophisticated health technology as a developmental need for medical tourism. Need to study or identify factors that influence medical tourism in hospitals in Indonesia.  

Today's technology is increasingly sophisticated and can even be used as a means for marketing media. Many business owners utilize this technology as a medium for product promotion. One of them is Nadiraa who participated directly to do online marketing at TikTok Shop. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the SOSTAC model in the online marketing strategy at TikTok Shop Nadiraa's account. The method used in the research is qualitative research method with descriptive method. The subject of this research is Nadiraa's TikTok Shop account, and the object of this research is the Analysis of the Use of the SOSTAC Model on the Online Marketing Strategy at TikTok Shop Nadiraa's account. The data collection technique in this research is using content analysis on Nadiraa's account at TikTok Shop. The results in this study show that there are results of an analysis of online marketing strategies using the SOSTAC method on Nadiraa's account as a whole starting from Situation Analysis using SWOT analysis, then Objectives with 5S analysis, Strategy with STP analysis, Tactics using 4P, Action analysis of actions taken by Nadiraa, and finally controlling as material for evaluation to be able to increase profits.   Keywords: , , 

Nowadays, technological developments are very fast and sophisticated. This development has an impact on interactive learning in schools. Therefore, learning media is needed that is in line with the development of this technology. The goal is to make students more enthusiastic again. The aims of this research are: (1) to determine students' activeness in teaching and learning activities in mathematics for class XI students at SMAS Budaya Jakarta. (2) can produce interactive learning through this board game learning media with matrix material and rows and rows for class XI students at SMAS Budaya Jakarta. This development research method uses the ADDIE model analysis steps (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) because this step has an innovative and systematic system, thereby enabling researchers to achieve research objectives.

This study explores emerging trends and challenges in digital crime, focusing on the tactics employed by cybercriminals and the countermeasures developed to mitigate these threats. The urgency of this research lies in the increasing sophistication and frequency of cyberattacks, which threaten sensitive data, financial assets, and critical infrastructure. The objectives of this study are to analyze current trends in cybercrime, identify the most prevalent tactics used by cybercriminals, and examine effective countermeasures and strategies implemented by organizations and law enforcement agencies. This research adopts a literature review methodology, synthesizing findings from academic research, industry reports, and government publications. Key findings highlight the evolving nature of cyber threats, including phishing attacks, ransomware campaigns, and data breaches. Effective countermeasures include cybersecurity frameworks, incident response protocols, and technological advancements in threat detection and prevention. The study underscores the importance of ongoing research and collaboration among stakeholders to address the dynamic landscape of digital crime and safeguard digital ecosystems against emerging threats

This study explores the design intricacies of a scalable RESTful Backend API tailored for a sophisticated food recipe recommendation application, with a primary focus on leveraging the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deployment. Employing a service-oriented paradigm, the API segregates Backend functionalities, fostering optimal scalability. The REST architecture ensures seamless integration, while GCP guarantees reliability and scalability. Utilizing Node.js and Express.js, the API efficiently manages culinary recipes and user preferences. Rigorous performance evaluations affirm its rapid responsiveness. This paper offers pragmatic guidelines for developers, emphasizing the significance of GCP for seamless and scalable deployments.  

In this era where the development of digital technology is increasingly sophisticated, because of the role of the flip-flop which can display its function as the basis of a counter. The counter circuit is a combination of combinational and sequential circuits consisting of basic logic gates, flip-flops and other ICs. This research uses experimental methods to design, build and test the performance of the counter circuit system directly. The main components used include IC, seven segment display and sensors. The design is carried out by creating a truth table to ensure the desired constraints on the circuit being created, circuit schematic and PCB layout. The research results show that the designed counter circuit can count up to 256 and will reset to 000 after reaching that limit.

This research discusses the implementation of supply chain management at PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada, Mojokerto, East Java branch. This research uses a literature study analysis method or literature review with secondary data sources. This research explains the main role in supply chain management implemented by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada starts from suppliers, production processes, retail, distributors, to consumers. PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada collaborates with several local and foreign suppliers to obtain main raw materials such as skim milk powder from Australia and New Zealand, sucrose and dextrose from Cirebon, packaging materials, namely polystyrene plastic ore, from China. The production process is carried out using sophisticated high-tech machines and is carried out by competent human resources (HR) to create standardized products, distribution is carried out by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada, namely by using land and sea routes with two distribution systems, namely direct sale distribution which is carried out using backup cars to be distributed to traditional shops such as food stalls to modern shops such as supermarkets, and yakult lady, namely distribution carried out by women who has been equipped with knowledge about Yakult products to disseminate information to consumers using motorbikes or bicycles. With this distribution system, it has proven to be quite good, as proven by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada has regular consumers spread throughout almost all of Indonesia.  

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman anggota Karang Taruna RW 04 Kelurahan Krobokan, Semarang Barat, mengenai etika berbahasa di media sosial sebagai upaya pencegahan ujaran kebencian. Pelatihan yang berlangsung selama dua hari pada tanggal 22 dan 23 Maret 2024 ini melibatkan berbagai metode seperti ceramah, diskusi interaktif, workshop, simulasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan literasi digital, kampanye media sosial, role-playing, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam berkomunikasi secara bijak dan sopan di media sosial. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta merasa pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dan mengubah cara mereka berinteraksi di media sosial. Pelatihan ini berhasil menciptakan lingkungan media sosial yang lebih positif dan konstruktif, serta mengurangi potensi penyebaran ujaran kebencian.

Artificial intelligence is one of the most talked about technologies today. The advanced technology that allows computers to mimic human behaviour is what defines artificial intelligence. Advanced technology that allows computers to mimic human behaviour is at the core of artificial intelligence. The utilisation of this technology is widespread in all industries around the world. The purpose of this research is to find out how influential the advancement of AI Technology is on the insight of the archipelago. The method used is a qualitative method that emphasises qualitative information data. Qualitative research method is a research method that focuses on understanding a social phenomenon that occurs in society. The result of this discussion is that the development of the times has made technological advances increasingly sophisticated. Technology can facilitate the quick and easy acquisition of information about history, culture, values, and the latest national developments. Technology understands the diversity and uniqueness of each country, so it is expected to give birth to a spirit of solidarity to achieve common progress.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on the topic of energy transformation in class IV-B at  Elementary SchoolJajartunggal III Surabaya by using interactive learning media. The study was conducted in two action cycles based on the classroom action research (CAR) approach. This CAR was carried out to explore and delve deeper into the use of interactive learning media to enhance the learning outcomes of class IV-B students at  Elementary School Jajartunggal III Surabaya in the topic of energy transformation. The increase in grades and learning outcomes from the pre-cycle to the first cycle, and from the first cycle to the second cycle, indicates that learning with interactive media on the energy transformation topic in class IV-B at  Elementary School Jajartunggal III Surabaya has a significant impact. In the pre-cycle, the average score of student learning outcomes was 21%. In the first cycle, the average score increased to 71%, which met the proficiency criteria, so the research proceeded to the next cycle. In the second cycle, with the same topic, the average student score increased and reached a passing criterion of 93%. After observing the achievement of a 93% passing rate in the second cycle, it can be concluded that this research was successful, and thus the classroom action research (CAR) was completed in the second cycle.

Completeness in filling of medical record files by doctors will be able to facilitate other health workers in providing action or treatment to patients, and can be used as a source of data in the Medical Record section in data management and reports that will be used as useful information for hospital management in determining evaluation and development of health services. At this time at RS X based on the Quality of Medical Records, the completeness of filling in the Medical Records of inpatients for the period January –Desember 2023  is still 59%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the compliance analysis of doctors filling out patients Medical Records at the inpatient installation of RS X Jakarta in 2023.The study was conducted with a cross sectional design, using a sample of 60 specialist doctors at RS X. Data were analyzed by Chi Square. Sources of Data This research is primary data collected by the method of distributing questionnaires as a research instrument.The results of the study concluded that there was a significant relationship between age, gender, knowledge, attitudes and motivation of doctors with compliance in filling out medical records with p-value ˂ 0.05. There is no significant relationship between tenure and compliance in filling out medical records with p-value = 0.452 ˃ 0.05. The most dominant relationship in physician compliance in filling out medical records is Doctor's Knowledge and Motivation with p-value = 0.000 ˂ 0.05. Dominance of knowledge and motivation of doctors in filling out medical records. The suggestion is that the knowledge and motivation of doctors really need to be a concern and the hospital management should consider things related to improving the quality of doctors in filling out medical records. Knowledge improvement in regulatory updates, SOPs and procedures for filling out medical records is very important. The use of electronic medical records can provide great benefits for health services such as hospitals.  

With the increasing number of airlines, competition in passenger growth and retention has become increasingly tight. Citilink, one of the leading airlines, understands the importance of providing the best service to its passengers, especially during the check-in process before flights. This research aims to analyze the quality of service provided by check-in counter staff at Citilink, particularly at PT. Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, Lombok.Through qualitative research methods including observation, interviews, and documentation, this study aims to understand the level of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the check-in counter service. Findings indicate that Citilink has implemented various strategies to enhance passenger experience, including the use of automated information systems and routine training programs for staff. The services provided adhere to established SOPs, demonstrating the airline's commitment to providing consistent, professional, and standards-compliant service.

Technology is a set of principles or rational methods related to the creation of an object. At this time technology is increasingly sophisticated given that the times have developed rapidly. Many of these technological factors have affected the community and the surrounding environment with the passage of time and other things that can help or improve the community's economy. This technology is often used by people to achieve practical goals. The beginning of this technology is only a form such as equipment or machinery because technology is very rapidly developing until now and society is also very following technology.

This study examines the ongoing process of transitioning archive storage systems to digital formats within both governmental and private organizations, with a specific focus on assessing the benefits and drawbacks associated with digital applications. Moreover, this study also compares various aspects of archive management between state and private companies, including archive storage principles, storage systems, equipment and supplies, recording systems, lending systems, maintenance and care, and manual archive evaluation. The study utilized a descriptive approach with a qualitative method. Information was gathered through interviews pertinent to the research objectives. Findings revealed both commonalities and distinctions in the management of archives between public and private enterprises. Both types of companies use digital systems for records management, but there are differences in the applications used. Private companies use an application called Dynamics AX, which has advantages in terms of flexibility and integration with other management systems, but also has disadvantages in terms of high costs and training needs. On the other hand, state companies use the West Java Electronic Document Information System (SIDEBAR), which is more focused on administrative needs and government documentation, and has advantages in terms of accessibility and regulatory compliance, but disadvantages in terms of limited features and technical support. A further comparison shows that record-keeping systems in private companies tend to be more modern with the use of the latest technology, while state companies are more conservative with an emphasis on compliance with government regulations and standards. The equipment and supplies used by private companies are more sophisticated, while state companies prioritize simplicity and cost efficiency. In terms of loan and maintenance systems, private companies have faster and more efficient procedures, while state companies have stricter and more organized procedures. In general, this study finds that the conversion of archives into digital formats brings considerable advantages to both state-owned and private companies, though each faces unique hurdles during the process. Ongoing assessment and adjustments to systems are crucial for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of record management across both sectors.

The dissemination of information that is not accompanied by existing field facts will present various chaos in social media, one of which is the emergence of the Spill the Tea phenomenon which is a pronoun for gossip or gossip. This article aims to find out how the spill the tea phenomenon as a representation of virtual gossip in terms of Islam and citizenship. The method used in this research is literature study focusing on data or information related to the subject matter under study. Data collection through books or recent journals related to the research topic, then the data is analyzed descriptively to unravel the problem.

The increasing popularity of e-commerce has driven the development of more sophisticated product recommendation systems to enhance user experience. Within this framework, the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become essential for enhancing the caliber of product suggestions through the examination of user behavioral patterns and product attributes. This paper explores the incorporation of artificial intelligence into e-commerce product recommendation systems. This strategy integrates AI methodologies like machine learning, data mining, and natural language processing (NLP) to produce recommendation systems that are personalized and pertinent. Through in-depth analysis of user data and product information, the system can predict user preferences with higher accuracy, improve user engagement levels, and ultimately increase sales conversions. By combining domain knowledge, technical expertise, and the latest research methodologies, This research offers valuable insights for both e-commerce system developers and artificial intelligence researchers. The integration of artificial intelligence into product recommendation systems represents a critical measure in facilitating growth and fostering innovation within the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.  

BPJS Health is a legal entity formed to administer the health insurance program with the aim of protecting the entire community with affordable premiums and providing wider service coverage for the entire community. BPJS health services focus on first level health services (FKTP/first level health facilities). Due to the sensitive nature of health information stored and managed by BPJS Health, it is important to ensure that the information systems used are safe from cyber attacks and data leaks. The stages of a BPJS Health service audit are determining audit objectives, identifying services using the framework, capability level analysis, testing controls and evidence at the capability level, verifying results, and compiling audit results reports and recommendations. Audits carried out for services that focus on Process Domains DSS01 and DSS02. The measurement result is 2.5 because the value rounding index means the results are at level 3 (established process), that is, currently the processes in each process domain have been identified and standardized well so that the library service system is stable for implementation, while the expected level is at level 4 so there is a gap of 1.5. To be able to overcome the existing gap, a recommendation was made, namely to maximize the alignment of Company Operational Standards (SOP) with applicable policies.

This research aimed to analyze the competitive advantage strategy applied by Mrs. Mersi as a sewing business actor and the strategies carried out based on the SWOT analysis approach in Mrs. Mersi’s home tailoring business in Habi Village. This research data was obtained from interviews, observations, distributing questionnaires, and documentation. The findings of this research indicated that the Competitive Advantage Strategy applied by Mrs. Mersi consisted of low sewing rates, diverse products produced, and the ability to meet customer needs following the budget. Meanwhile, based on the SWOT analysis, the value (X,Y) = (0,3, -0,4). So Mrs. Mersi’s sewing business was included in quadrant II (Positive, Negative) which included a Diversification Strategy. Thus the strategy that needs to be pursued by Mrs. Mersi is to expand the sewing room or make a special room for sewing, improve more modern / sophisticated equipment, and do promotions.

This study aims to examine the impact of financial institutions' involvement on financial sophistication and consumer spending through a literature review. Various relevant studies indicate that financial institutions' involvement through financial education, innovative financial products, and financial literacy can enhance consumers' understanding in making smarter financial decisions. These positive impacts include better spending management and the shift from consumptive spending to long-term investments. However, the success of this involvement is influenced by social, economic, and psychological factors that affect the adoption and effectiveness of financial programs. This study concludes that financial institutions play a crucial role in increasing financial sophistication, but external factors need to be considered for optimal results.
