This research aims to determine the physical and chemical, and antioxidant qualities of the combination of goat milk and black soy milk. This method used x+y+z formulation by combining goat milk and black soy milk which were the main ingredients in making ice cream. Ice cream was measured for physical quality (melting point and overrun); chemical (total solids and fat content, free fatty acids); and antioxidant qualities. The results showed that giving black soy milk can lower the melting point of ice cream due to the resulting low overrun. This was also supported by an increase in total solid ice cream. The highest ice cream fat content was in the 75:25 combination, namely 4.87%. The longer the storage of ice cream, the higher the increase in free fatty acids and the lower the antioxidant activity of ice cream. The conclusion of this study was the best quality to make ice cream from the combination of goat milk ice cream and black soy milk 75:25.

Hypertension is often referred to as "The Silent Killer" because generally sufferers are not aware that they have high blood pressure, and only find out about it after complications occur. The aim of this research is to find out what risk factors influence increased blood pressure in the elderly at UPTmPSTW Banyuwangi.. This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach through surveys and primary data collection. The sample population consists of elderly people aged 60 years and over.. The results of the Chi Square analysis test for the three factors obtained a p-value for each factor, namely the BMI factor (nBody Mass Index) with a value of p=n0.018, the family history factor with a value of p=n0.008, the physical activity factor with a value of p=n0.014. it can be concluded that all three factors have a relationship with hypertension and the most dominant factor is BMI (Body Mass Index) with a value (nb/regression coefficient) of 0.153. The BMI factor (nBody Mass Index) appears as the most dominant factor contributing to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. Old age is said to be the final stage of development in the human life cycle which experiences various health problems and is at high risk of dangerous diseases. Health problems that occur in the elderly in general are a decrease in organ function, changes in lifestyle, diet and physical activity which are often the main factors in degenerative diseases including hypertension which disrupts blood flow. This hypertension often occurs in the elderly where the blood pressure is at the upper limit ( Systole) is more than 140 mmHg and lower limit blood pressure (diastole) is more than 90 mmHg. One non-pharmacological treatment that can improve the flow of oxygen in the blood is laughter therapy. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of laughter therapy using comedy videos on reducing blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension at the Tiban Baru Community Health Center, Batam City. The Batam City Health Service noted that hypertension occurs more frequently in elderly people aged 60-70 years and over with the highest number being 9,282 people at the Tiban Baru Community Health Center, Batam City. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design without control. The sample provided used the purpose sampling method with a total research sample of 20 respondents. Degenerative diseases are chronic diseases that affect a person's quality of life. There are various degenerative diseases that should be treated as early as possible, such as diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure, heart stroke and other degenerative diseases. Indonesia bears a double burden of disease in the health sector, namely infectious diseases are still rampant and coupled with chronic degenerative diseases. Efforts to promote health are very important in efforts to prevent degenerative diseases in adolescence. This health promotion is carried out in adolescents because of the unhealthy lifestyle of adolescents, this can be seen from the smoking habits of adolescents and the habit of eating unhealthy foods or snacks carelessly, lack of consumption of vegetables and fruits, and minimal physical activity such as sports in efforts to prevent degenerative diseases in adolescents. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge about the prevention of degenerative diseases among adolescents and as an effort to overcome the problem of the emergence of degenerative diseases in adolescence. The results of community service activities show an increase in average knowledge from 6.61 to 13.80 and an increase in attitudes from 9.61 to 14.47. Community service activities can be carried out well, this is seen from the smooth running of the event and the participation of teenagers. Improving the quality of health needs to be done by raising awareness and increasing education for teenagers about preventing degenerative diseases.
