This study aims to determine the effect of variables of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance in the General Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia, both per and simultaneously. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, the study was conducted on 50 respondents, a sample of all employees of the General Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPD) RI. Using the Likert scale, respondents' answers were processed by multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test and test . The results showed that some work disciplines had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the General Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia.

This research aims to examine the effects of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity in PT Fimaha Serang. The study utilized a multiple linear regression analysis to investigate the relationships between the independent variables (compensation, work discipline, and motivation) and the dependent variable (employee productivity). Data was collected from 50 employees working in the production department, and a structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The findings indicated that work discipline had a significant and positive impact on employee productivity, while compensation and motivation showed positive effects, but their contributions were weaker and did not reach statistical significance at the 0.05 level. This study highlights the importance of work discipline in enhancing employee productivity and suggests that further investigation is needed to understand the roles of compensation and motivation in improving employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for PT Fimaha Serang in optimizing factors that can boost employee productivity, particularly by emphasizing the importance of maintaining and improving work discipline. Further analysis and consideration are recommended when formulating compensation and motivation policies to enhance overall employee productivity.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance, and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is at Bank BRI Cabang Pattimura Semarang. The method in this study is a survey research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at Bank BRI Cabang Pattimura Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents who were obtained using saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test, R² test. The results showed that the independent variables, namely work discipline (X1), work stress (X2), work motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.565, which means that the variables of work discipline (X1), work stress (X2), and work motivation (X3) are simultaneously able to explain the employee performance variable (Y) of 56.5%. The remaining 43.5% of employee performance (Y) is explained by other variables not included in this study.

This study has the main objective, namely to find out how the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance at the Primkoppabri branch of Brebes. This research uses quantitative research with the SPSS 22 analysis tool. The population used in this research is Primkoppabri employees, totaling 74 employees. The sample in this study uses a saturated sample where all the number of employees is used in the sample. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results of the t test show that the job training variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a t count > t table (2.618 > 1.993) and a sig value of 0.011 <0.05. The variable of work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a t count > t table (6.428 > 1.993) and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05. Then through the F test it is known that the variables of job training and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance with F count > F table (84.066 > 2.50). Adjuster R square of 70.4% indicates that job training and work motivation variables affect employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Leadership is a science that comprehensively examines how to direct, influence and supervise others to carry out tasks in accordance with planned orders. motivation is a process of trying to influence someone to do something he wants. According to Amstron and Baron, performance is the result of work that has a strong relationship to the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction and makes an economic contribution. This research focuses on "The Role of Leadership in Motivating and Improving the Performance of Employees of PT Sambu Island, Kuala Enok Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency". The objectives of this study are 1). To find out the role of leadership in motivating and improving the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. 2). To find out the obstacles faced by leadership in motivating the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. This type of research when viewed from the research plan can be classified into qualitative research. Based on the results of my research in chapter IV, it can be concluded, 1. That the leader or leader at PT.Pulau Sambu always strives so that in his leadership he can make employees always enthusiastic in carrying out the assigned tasks, the performance of employees at PT.Pulau Sambu has not yet reached the expected target because there are still employees who cannot complete their work according to the given target. 2. The obstacles faced by the leader or leader when motivating employees are that each employee has a different type or character. In overcoming the problem of motivating the leader or leader must further improve personal relationships with employees. By understanding the character and personality of employees, it will make it easier for the leader or leader to provide motivation.

This research is motivated by the existence of problems where iIncentives are still lacking so that they affect employee motivation. There is still little ability to communicate between records. Still low employee motivation. Employees are less responsible in carrying out work in accordance with accountability. The risk indicators have not been implemented which is marked by the assigning employee to carry out the assigned task quickly and precisely, the less optimal execution of the signing of the marker, marked by the lack of desire of the employee to be successful at work by increasing performance by obtaining a score of 52%. Incentives affect enthusiasm at work. Poor communication between employees affects work motivation, thus the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives and the quality of communication on work motivation in the Public Housing, Settlement Area and Environment (DPRKLH) Office of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of research that incentives tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives affect the work motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Residential Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. The highest average score obtained from the research results is found in the supporting indicators. Meanwhile, the lowest average value is found in work performance indicators. The quality of communication tends to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the quality of communication has an effect on the work motivation of the employees of the freelance workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the quality of communication increases, employee motivation also increases. As for the acquisition of the highest average score from the results of the study found on the communicant indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest value is found in the media indicator. Incentives and quality of communication tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives and quality of communication have an effect on the motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency.

Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

This artichle is entitled: EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN BANJAR DISTRICT OFFICE, BANJAR CITY, which aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths of employee performance at the Banjar District Office, as well as to describe the work process based on employee performance indicators included in this thesis. Employee performance evaluation is carried out periodically, which is an effort to improve employee performance deficiencies and strengths so that employee performance becomes optimal. Evaluation of employee performance is also a motivation for employees to continue to improve skills and develop productivity at work so that they can meet predetermined work standards. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of members of the Ditsamapta Polda NTB. The type of research used is causal associative research. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression using the IBM 26 version of SPSS. Respondents in this study were all members of the NTB Ditsamapta Polda, totaling 40 employees. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Members of Ditsamapta Polda NTB (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Members of Ditsamapta Polda NTB (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Ditsamapta Polda NTB.the result of this study show that job satisfaction has a dominant influence on the performance of members of Ditsamapta Polda NTB

The number of employee performance that is considered not in accordance with the target causes a decrease in the quality of the company. So it takes an in-depth approach to what causes it to happen. Therefore, this study wants to test whether there is an effect of motivation and work supervision on work productivity with soft skills and social relations as intervening variables on the employees of PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa. This type of research uses causal research which aims to test hypotheses on a causal relationship between one variable and another, then determines the implications for confirmation of theoretical and empirical models built from Work Motivation and Supervision. The results of the study show that the procurement of human resources has a very large influence on the work productivity of employees at PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa. This is because with quality human resources, PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa will be more consistent in carrying out its functions. In addition, procurement of human resources will create improved performance results compared to previous results.

Collecting data in this study used a quantitative method with a sample of 150 employees at Bank Aceh Syariah. The results of the study state that talent management is essential for companies because they work according to the desired field. Likewise, motivation also has a significant contribution to employee morale. It can be concluded that talent management and inspiration have a considerable influence on improving employee performance.

Leadership is a classic topic of discussion, but it is very interesting to study because it can be crucial for an organization or company. Organizations or companies involve human interaction, such as the relationship between leaders and subordinates, both of whom work together to complete planned tasks. One of the main responsibilities of a leader is to motivate employees and improve their performance so that they can achieve the goals of the organization they lead. The resources owned by the company will not produce optimal results if they are not supported by human resources who have optimal performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether leadership style influences job satisfaction through employee motivation and performance. This research uses the type of library research, which is a series of activities related to library data collection methods. The results of this study indicate that leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction are important factors in determining the success and failure of employee performance achievement.

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain whether there is an influence between the variables of intrinsic motivation, work discipline, work facilities, and financial compensation on the performance of employees of CV. Alrava Albasia. The population used in this research is all employees of CV. Alrava Albasia, numbering 80 people. A sample of 80 people and using saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, hetoroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous). From the results of the study it was obtained that partially there is a significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value t of 0.012 <0.05 work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05 work facilities has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.010 <0.05 financial compensation has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Intrinsic motivation, work discipline, work facilities and financial compensation simultaneously affect the performance of CV employees. Alrava Albasia with a significant F value of 0.000<0.05.

Leadership is the ability to influence the behavior of a group towards achieving goals. The main focus of this research is the behavioral approach of leadership in the context of management. This approach emphasizes the behavior and actions of leaders as the main factors in influencing individual and group performance in organizations. The purpose of this study is to analyze various theories and research related to the behavioral leadership approach, the concept of leadership behavior approach, leadership style based on the behavioral approach, various behavioral approach theories, such as the Michigan study, the Ohio study, and the Managerial Grid/Leadership grid, as well as various case studies from previous studies. The method used is a literature review study method, such as from books, journals, and several previous studies. The results of this study emphasize the importance of an effective leadership behavior approach in achieving organizational goals. Leader behavior has a significant influence on employee motivation, performance, and satisfaction. Therefore, it is important for organizations to understand and implement effective leadership principles and styles to create a productive and motivating work environment.

The scope of this study focuses on work motivation (X1) and non-physical work environment (X2) variables on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The population of employees of PT. Mitra Distribusi Mandiri Sungai Pareman Branch Makassar as many as 30 people. This research uses quantitative methods.The sampling technique uses a saturated side approach. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability test instruments, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. From the results of this study that the variable work motivation has a partially significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0,000 < 0,05. The non-physical work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0,000 < 0,05. Simultaneously work motivation and non-physical work environment have a significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0,000 < 0,05.
