Wayang thengul merupakan salah satu kesenian tradisional dari Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang sudah diakui oleh Hak Kekayaan Intelektual dan diperkenalkan oleh pemerintah sebagai seni pertunjukan khas Bojonegoro. Akibat pengaruh modernisasi, kesenian ini sudah mulai luntur dan dilupakan karena berkurangnya minat dan motivasi generasi muda untuk melestarikannya. Apalagi di Bojonegoro sendiri sangat minim akan fasilitas yang mampu mewadahi seluruh aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan kesenian wayang thengul baik sebagai pelatihan hingga pertunjukan. Kebanyakan fasilitasnya hanya sebatas rumah sang dalang yang digunakan juga sebagai sanggar pelatihan. Untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai dari kearifan lokal tersebut diperlukan upaya sebuah fasilitas yang berperan sebagai wadah wisata edukasi budaya kepada masyarakat dengan menerapkan tema Extending Tradition sebagai pendekatan arsitekturnya. Tema ini diterapkan agar masyarakat dapat mempelajari ilmu budaya yang ada sehingga tertanam suatu kebanggaan terhadap budaya di daerahnya. Metode pendekatan desain ini menggunakan tradisi lokal sebagai ide dasar desain dan memodifikasinya agar sesuai dengan masyarakat modern. Konsep desainnya meliputi pada bagian pertapakan, perangkaan, peratapan, persungkupan dan persolekan.

Ocularcentrisme menjadi sebuah kepercayaan yang didasarkan hanya pada yang dilihat. Kepercayaan ini membentuk persepsi–persepsi pada otak manusia pada setiap objek yang ada di sekitarnya.   Pandemic   fatigue   di   Indonesia   adalah   hal   yang berdampak besar  pada  pembentukan mental  dalam  menghadapi pandemi. Gejala mental ini menjadi awal mula tingginya kasus burnout dan depresi yang terjadi saat bekerja. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghubungkan tingkatan perilaku yang terjadi pada seseorang dengan gejala pandemic fatigue dalam mempengaruhi pemikiran okularsentrisme pada satu desain ruang kantor yang akan digagas dalam sudut pandang neuroarsitektur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam koridor penelitian eksperimental dengan pengolahan data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SEM  (Structural Equation Modelling)  menggunakan software SEM – PLS. dalam melihat kondisi pandemic fatigue saat bekerja terdapat  4 set variabel internal, dan 4 variabel (workload, workflow, work-conflict, dan work climate) dengan 4 sub variabel itu ruang aktifitas, waktu dan prokes yang dipengaruhi secara eksternal. Analisis stastistik dengan menggunakan SEM digunakan untuk mencari korelasi antara pengaruh eksternal terhadap internalnya. Hasil   dari   penelitian   ini   terdapat   5   tingkatan   gejala kelelahan yang mempengaruhi dilihat dari nilai loading faktor > 0,5 yaitu   mulai dari workclimate, workflow, workload, workconflict, hingga motivasi dan kemampuan diri. Hubungan tersebut diperjelas dengan hasil pembentukan okularsentrisme dari 10 stimulus desain ruang kerja yang diberikan. Sehingga temuan ini menjadi sebuah pembuktian bahwa dalam membuat desain ruang kerja  terdapat 12 elemen ruang yang harus diolah. Dan satu tempat yang nyaman dan dan aman dari era pandemi adalah pada ruang kerja Pribadinya.

Ditetapkannya Indonesia sebagai Presidensi G20 untuk tahun 2022, menyebabkan pembangunan untuk acara tersebut dipersiapkan. Penyelenggaran akan dilaksanakan di Provinsi Bali sebagai pusat lokasi penyelenggaraan Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi (KTT) G20. Provinsi Bali sebagai salah satu Provinsi di Indonesia memiliki peraturan terkait dengan Bangunan, yaitu Peraturan Daerah Nomor 5 tahun 2005 mengenai Arsitektur Tradisional Bali. Penerapan Perda ini wajib dilakukan agar Bali tidak kehilangan jati diri akibat adanya kemajuan teknologi dan perkembangan budaya. Salah satu kemajuan teknologi saat ini dapat dilihat dari adanya konsep Suistainability Design. Bangunan Pengelola Showcase Mangrove ini tidak semata-mata dibangun dengan cepat dan bernafaskan Arsitektur Tradisinal Bali tapi juga diharapkan mampu menjadi bangunan yang sustainable karena berada di wilayah ekosistem Mangrove. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif. Bangunan Pengelola Showcase Mangrove TAHURA Ngurah Rai telah mengimplementasikan Arsitektur Tradisional Bali dan Sustainable Design dalam pelaksanaan pembangunanya.

This study describes how dysfunction in the family up to divorce leads to the religious court in Kampung Baru sub-district, Tanjung Pinang Barat. The purpose of the researcher is to discuss how family functions do not work in the new village. This study analyzed theoretically sociology to know about family functions that are applied and not implemented in the family. Approach This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach by means of data collection techniques in this study using semi-structured interviews, observation and documentation, determining informants using Purvose sampling technique with 6 informants, namely 2 informants as perpetrators of family functions not working, 2 informants as victims of family dysfunction, and 1 religious court staff informant in tanjungpinang. The results of this study indicate several family functions that do not work in some communities in the new village such as the function of love which does not work resulting in infidelity, the reproductive function which does not work resulting in divorce within the family and the economic function which does not work resulting in abandonment of families such as children whose needs not enough.

Describes the rational choices made by Tanjungpinang City students in deciding to get married. And this research discusses the factors for students in their decision to get married, the impact felt and the problems faced when deciding to get married. This research uses a qualitative type of research method with a phenomenological approach. The data sources in this study were obtained using data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were students who decided to get marriedduring their final year. The results of this study are in the form of an analysis of the factors or background of each informants is based on several factors, namely external factors such as family, economy, environment and religion. And there are also internal factors such as desire and opportunity. There is alsi an impact felt bystudents on their decision to get married, namely the impact on social life, where problems arise that can affect the field of education being undertaken and the strategies used by students in dealing with obstacles in the process of completing their studies. The theory used in this research is the rational choice developed by James S Coleman. So that it can be seen that the decisions taken by students in their decision to get married are (1) there is motivation that grows from the social environment to get married young, (2) religion that influencces student decisions to get married, (3) the decision to get married because they get advice from their parents, (4) mutual love.

Implementation of Public Service is all services organized by public service providers as an effort to meet the needs of service recipients and implementers of legislation. Public service is basically about the vast aspects of life. In the life of the state, the government has the function of providing various public services required by the community. One thing that until now is often still a problem in the relationship between the people and the government in the region is in the field of public services, especially in terms of the quality or quality of service government apparatus to the community.Tourism is currently being intensively incentive in the city of Jambi. Lots of local and foreign tourists visiting the city of Jambi. But with the level of service is said to be less than the relevant Office to make the process of tourism is not going well.In this research used qualitative research method, so the researcher will not specify the research only based on research variable, but the whole social situation examined covering aspect of place, actors and activity that interact synergistically. The result of the research shows that the lack of public service available in the Jambi City Tourism Office makes the tourism process less good. With the level of human resources that have not qualified with the limitations of foreign language skills make the tourists, especially foreign tourists feel uncomfortable. The tourism program created by the government itself has not been fully felt directly by the community. Lack of socialization of the existence of tourism programs from the government to make people less aware of the importance of existing tourism.

This study aims to analyze the implementation and proof of elements of criminal acts as required by Article 379a of the Criminal Code, specifically in cases where fraud is used as a livelihood. A normative legal approach is used with an analysis of legal documents and court decisions. The findings show that recognition of habits (elements of habits) and completeness of evidence are key in the application of this article. This study aims to analyze several factors that influence the work productivity of wood sculpture craftsmen in Mas and Peliatan Village, Ubud District, namely wages, work experience, and working capital, either simultaneously or partially. The data in this study all use primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the 77 respondents who were sampled. Determination of the sample is determined by accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the variables of wages, work experience, and working capital simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of the informal sector angkringan businesses in Denpasar City. Partially the variables of wages, work experience, and working capital have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of wooden sculpture craftsmen in Mas Village and Peliatan Village, Ubud District.

The research methods employed include literature review, comparative analysis, case studies, surveys, and interviews.

Stunting is a form of growth failure (growth faltering) due to accumulation of insufficient nutrition that lasts for a long time from pregnancy to 24 months of age. The problem of stunting is a serious problem in Indonesia because the prevalence of stunting in children under five in Indonesia is still relatively high. Considering that the stunting rate in Indonesia is still quite high, prevention and treatment cannot be borne by the Ministry of Health or related institutions. Therefore, in order to increase the achievement of reducing stunting rates, the hard work of all parties is required in preventing and dealing with stunting problems in Indonesia. The writing of the results of this study is intended to provide an overview of the achievements of stunting prevention and treatment in Sarirejo Village, Bogorejo District, Blora Regency.

The low quality of public services is still a classic problem in Indonesia. Therefore, it is time for the government to implement e-government as an effort to improve services to the community. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of making online SKCK at MPP Pandeglang Regency as an implementation of e-government and to determine the factors that support and hinder e-government at MPP Pandeglang Regency. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, a case study of making online SKCK at the Pandeglang Regency MPP. This research found that the effectiveness of e-government as seen from the indicators of productivity, adaptability, job satisfaction and general development is good. The supporting factor is the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources and inappropriate placement of officers. This research has the implication that the e-government services provided should be socialized first so that they can be implemented optimally in society.

Pumpkin cereal flakes are cereal in the form of flakes made from pumpkin puree, tapioca flour, sugar and salt. This study aims to determine: 1) the best formula for pumpkin flakes cereal; 2) organoleptic properties of pumpkin flakes cereal which include texture, shape, taste, aroma, color, and level of preference; 3) nutritional content of pumpkin flakes cereal which includes Vitamin A and Test Proximate (water, fat, carbohydrates, protein, and ash); and 4) selling price of pumpkin flakes in packs weighing 34 grams/package. This trial was conducted with three trials to find out the best pumpkin cereal formula that met the criteria. Based on the engineering results for making pumpkin flakes, 1) the formula for chayote squash consists of 100% pumpkin puree, 43% tapioca flour, 3.5% granulated sugar, and 2.5% salt. 2) Pumpkin cereal flakes are brownish yellow in color, have the shape of round flat flakes with intact edges, have a distinctive pumpkin aroma, taste slightly sweet and have a savory taste typical of pumpkin, have a crunchy texture and are well liked by all panelists. 2) The nutritional content of pumpkin flakes per 100 grams contains 102.50 mg of vitamin A, 0.21% water content, 6.79% protein content, 3.04% fat content, 87.93% carbohydrates, and an ash content of 1.36%. 3) The selling price of pumpkin tofu cereal is IDR 6,950 per pack weighing 34 grams.

The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of text interpretation in comprehensively interpreting women and to know the comparison of the formulation of classical interpretation and modern interpretation of the existence of women in the Qur'an and to know what the formulation of intertextuality of the verses visualizing women. The method in this study uses library research that focuses on library data, which are primary sources to classical commentaries and works of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd as one of the figures of "hermeneutics of liberation" and other secondary sources. The results of this study concluded related agrumen Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd regarding the Qur'an is a cultural product, the author is more inclined to the opinion of Quraish Shihab, that the Qur'an is kalâmullah, not a creature. The concept of interpretation of the text of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd in reading the verses visualizing women in the Qur'an is to do a more in-depth reading by prioritizing objectivity and considering the historical and socio-cultural facts from which the text of the Qur'an was revealed. This study has implications in reconstructing the pattern of inheritance relay understandings of women in the verses visualization of women who tend to the interpretation and understanding of patriarchal bias.

A quality service provided to the community demands there is an effort from all employees who have competence, because any task carried out by each employee contains an element of service which in turn will affect the quality of services or products from the agency where the employee works which is accepted by the community, and community satisfaction using population services in the form of a certificate birth. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significant relationship between competence and quality of service, with the satisfaction of the people who use population administration services.

This study aims to determine the suitability of Service Innovation (ELSIMIL) in Family Planning program services according to the characteristics of the community in Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency and to determine the factors of suitability and incompatibility between service innovations (ELSIMIL) and the characteristics of the people of Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency. . This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used interviews by interviewing the KB Service Unit Coordinator, District Admin, TPK (Family Assistance Team), Catin (Bride and Groom Candidates), observation and documentation studies. The results of this study are catin's habit of registering marriages in villages that are close to the time of marriage. The appropriate factor in the innovation of the ELSIMIL application service is that the target catin is still young, so making the application easy, there are many TPK in one village there are 12 TPK cadres. Factors that are not appropriate in the innovation of the ELSIMIL application service are many women who work outside the city, marriage registration in the village is also close to the time of marriage and many TPK are still confused about using the ELSIMIL application

Research on Community-Based  Disaster Risk Reduction in Widarapayung Wetan Village is motivated by the geographical location of Widarapayung Wetan Village which is directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean in the south which contains the Indo-Australian plate. . The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Aspects examined in this study are efforts to identify threats, efforts to reduce vulnerabilities and efforts to increase capacity. The results of the study indicate that disaster risk reduction efforts have been carried out by the people of Widarapayung Wetan Village. However, the efforts made have not been maximized due to several factors, especially the lack of active disaster organizations in the village of Widarapayung Wetan, namely the Community-Based Disaster Preparedness (CBAT) in disaster risk reduction efforts. Aspects of threat recognition carried out by the Widarapayung Wetan village community include socialization, disaster risk analysis. Aspects of reducing vulnerability are carried out through planting hard trunked trees, installing sirens, installing evacuation signs, and mapping. Aspects of capacity building, namely through socialization, simulations, disaster training, the establishment of the FPRB, the establishment of a Disaster Resilient Village, and the existence of institutions at the village level.

The application of good governance in public services in the district is expected to create a government system that is more responsive, accountable and oriented to the interests of the community. This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance in public services in the East Semarang District Office of Semarang City as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants, namely the district head, service section head and service users. The results of the study show that the principles of accountability have been implemented through coordination, program outreach, effective communication, officer competence, commitment, honesty and democracy, the principles of transparency have been implemented through information disclosure and easy access to services, democratic principles have been implemented through the involvement of officers, accountability, integrity, following up on public complaints and a straightforward mechanism. The application of the principle of the Rule of Law is carried out by providing services to the public that are fair and do not discriminate, employees carry out their duties in accordance with existing rules. Factors supporting the implementation of good governance in the East Semarang District Office are effective communication; adequate resources; disposition shows honesty, commitment, and democracy; The bureaucratic structure is reflected in the program implementation mechanism according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and is easy to understand as stated in the program/policy guidelines and implementing organizational structure. The obstacles are the lack of understanding by the apparatus of the principles of Good Governance, inadequate facilities and lack of discipline by the apparatus during working hours and the lack of community participation.
