This study aims to test training on employee performance, to test HR development on employee performance. This research was conducted at Bank Nagari, Siteba Padang Branch. Sampling method using a total saturated sampling of 40 samples. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the training was received and human resource development was received.

Nurmila Auliya. 2023. The Relationship between Reading Skills and Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes for Class IV UPTD SPF SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency. Thesis. Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. Supervisor I Sitti Aida Aziz and Advisor II Syahruddin.This study aims to determine the relationship between reading skills and learning outcomes for Indonesian language students in class IV UPTD SPF SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency. This type of research is a quantitative correlation research. The population of this study were all students of class IV UPTD SPF at SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency. The sample of this research is 19 people. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive analysis techniques and correlation analysis between the independent variables and the dependent variable by utilizing SPSS version 23.The results of this study indicate that the correlation coefficient between reading skills and Indonesian learning outcomes is rxy = 0.947, this correlation is included in the very strong category and sig. shows the number 0.000 which shows that there is a significant difference between reading skills and Indonesian learning outcomes because p < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between reading skills and the results of learning Indonesian for class IV UPTD SPF SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency.

Based on research on guitar music training for youth in church (GKSI) one of the goals is to help increase the independence of congregations for worship. teaching youth to play the guitar is in the ministry at the GKSI EBENHAEZER BAWUAYA church. One of the methods that will be held by God's servants for youth is one of the approaches. the method of approach used by God's servants in training skills/proficiencies for young people learning to play music (guitar) and so that it produces good and correct music playing techniques. in guiding mentoring and also teaching playing music (guitar) both done individually and collectively for the music team with the aim of increasing self-confidence to worship so that activities to learn to play music (guitar) can be carried out patiently and happily. In the process of learning to play the guitar, it is carried out using the training and mentoring method. through this method is done either orally or also in theory and also in practice. In training activities, results are assessed. We can do it together with the music training team with the song leader in the last music (guitar) playing activity carried out by the trainer.

Technological developments at this time have an impact on all groups to be more competent in their use. Unfortunately, the use of this technology is still used as an object of communication and consumption, does not provide economic productivity for business development. The community should be aware of and make a big contribution to poverty alleviation activities through digitalization. One of them is that the community needs to increase business knowledge through non-formal business training/education. Along with digital developments and business knowledge, it is hoped that the community will be able to improve the welfare of their families by carrying out creative economic activities. The creative economy in this study is the management of a business in making decisions and implementing them related to the allocation of limited resources among its various members by taking into account the abilities, efforts and desires of each. Even though at first the creative economy was carried out more by the community as a side job and to increase household income, in its development it has become the main source of income if done seriously. The purpose of this study was to find out the portrait of digital-based non-formal business education in improving the creative economy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that digital business knowledge can improve welfare by carrying out creative economic activities. Another fact is that it has a big role in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia, especially in the context of poverty alleviation. Technological developments also have a positive impact on practical digital business opportunities. The results of this research have implications for the government and non-formal educational institutions to continue to make programs related to the digital-based creative economy, be it seminars, webinars, training or mentoring.

The implementation of training activities in tourism package packaging in Ngaduman Hamlet is carried out in four stages, namely; Socialization and preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. In the first stage, internal coordination was carried out by the activity implementing team as well as external coordination involving activity partners. The implementation stage was a coordination process through FGDs in Ngaduman Hamlet which were present and several community communities and also the relevant government, Field Practice Stage through direct field observation, Last stage in the form of activity evaluation, namely technical evaluation and evaluation through direct discussions with several parties to reach conclusions.

The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. The BKN as an institution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to better manage government personnel. The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. The number of diabetes mellitus from year to year is increasing if no management is carried out will cause complications and even death. Therefore, it is important for diabetes mellitus patients to know the four pillars of diabetes mellitus management. The purpose of this case study is to see knowledge and compliance related to  diabetes mellitus diet using booklet media  summarized with 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus.  The study starts May 5-6, 2023. The method in this study uses a case study approach method by applying health education counseling related to the four pillars of diabetes mellitus using a booklet. The sample in this study was a patient with type II diabetes mellitus. Data collection was conducted by interviews, health checks, pre-tests, provision of health education, and post-tests­. This research instrument used questionnaires on knowledge and adherence to diabetes mellitus diet.  The results of this case study found  that there was an increase in patient knowledge and compliance after providing health education related to the 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus. Especially people with diabetes mellitus in order to avoid the risk of complications that may occur and as an effort to increase knowledge and compliance related to diabetes mellitus diet. One of the interventions that can be provided for people with diabetes mellitus is the provision of health education related to the four pillars of diabetes mellitus consisting of: diabetes mellitus education, nutritional diet, pharmacology, and physical activity training.

The aim of this digital marketing training activity is to increase participants' knowledge in terms of utilizing digital platforms, as well as provide alternative livelihood options for participants to increase their income. Therefore, the identity of the product itself is needed in the industrial era 4.0. This research method was carried out offline using two sessions, namely, an explanation regarding labeling and digital marketing and practicing how to make labels. Therefore, KKN students carry out a work program in the form of regular assistance to MSME business actors related to making labels to make attractive packaging. The training for labeling and digital marketing has gone according to the wishes and expectations of two parties, namely the owner of the Soybean Crackers "BERKAH" UMKM and also from the East Java UPN "Veteran" Community Service Students. It is hoped that the holding of this training can support and further develop MSMEs in the Bendo Village area, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City.

In today’s modern era, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) must be able to innovate in order to attract the attention of consumers and maintain their efforts. Many UMKMs experienced a decline in sales and could not grow even bankrupt during the Covid-19 pandemic last year. These conditions make the UMKM perpetrators have to think to be able to survive for the sake of their efforts. The transition of offline shopping to online (digitalized) in modern times will make it easier for UMKM to expand marketing access. The role of digital technology has a significant impact on UMKM. Emerging technological paradigms leverage the potential of a stronger and more sustainable UMKM. Social media and e-commerce can be the sales container of UMKM offenders. The aim of the community empowerment program on UMKM in the Middle East is to provide support for digital marketing training as an effort to develop and expand the technology-based marketing network (digital). After doing this dedication, it is hoped that the UMKM perpetrators in the Middle Coral Coral will continue to synergize for the sustainability of UMKM and the development of the economy of the community.

This study aims to develop a Teaching Factory planning strategy to enhance the entrepreneurship skills of students at SMK Darut Taqwa. The SWOT analysis method was used in this study, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The SWOT analysis results indicate that Teaching Factory can strengthen the relationship with stakeholders and the community, and provide opportunities for students to develop entrepreneurship skills and insights. However, there are several limitations and weaknesses in implementing this strategy, such as limited resources and a lack of technology and digital platforms to support student entrepreneurship development. To address these issues, this study recommends several strategies, such as developing entrepreneurship training programs for students, identifying new resources to support student entrepreneurship development, and utilizing technology and digital platforms to support student entrepreneurship development. These strategies can help SMK students develop the necessary entrepreneurship skills and insights to compete with established businesses in the market. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for educational institutions and the government in planning effective and sustainable entrepreneurship learning programs in the future.

The efforts of the Loru village government in order to improve food security and support the improvement of the family economy are by facilitating training for farmers. Loru village collaborated with PT. Nina Agro Jaya conducts Hydroponic Farming training for lettuce plants. The result of this training farmers will be faced with the marketing process. With all kinds of problems that will be faced in the marketing process. Another form of this activity is to describe the hydroponic lettuce marketing channel and to analyze the size of the margin and the efficiency level of hydroponic lettuce marketing. So that later lettuce farmers will have a better understanding of market conditions and be able to independently take certain actions in the marketing process. This activity was carried out in Loru Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency.

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

Innovation is a system of recognition, development and renewal process that enhances economic success for entrepreneurs or producing companies and their consumers as well as the wider organization. BUMDes is one of the institutions that can be mobilized to support the improvement of the community's economy in the village. BumDes Balaroa Pewunu itself is engaged in the business of buying and selling agricultural products and savings and loans. Community economic empowerment is an effort to develop self-sufficiency and community welfare by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, abilities, and awareness, by utilizing existing resources. The stages of implementing the community service program are observation, interviews, proposals, data collection, training and reporting of the results of community service. In implementing the MBKM activities to Build Villages by conducting Socialization and Training inviting Resource Persons from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University, Agriculture Lecturers. The activity was carried out in two days, the material on the first day was that the lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business presented a business plan, financial management. On the second day the lecturer from Agriculture presented material on the procedures for making organic fertilizer by utilizing existing materials around the village, participants who were present were the Village Government, Head of Bumdes, farmers. Through the training which was carried out by inviting expert Lecturers from FEB UNTAD and Faculty of Agriculture opening the insights of the Village Government, especially BUMDes to continue to improve BUMDes innovation as an effort to improve the village economy of Balaroa Pewunu

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) engaged in the world of Food and Beverage (F&B) in the Sentul Village area are one of the community service partners. One of these partners was established by the RT 01 association in the Sentul Village area with the lack of a conventional marketing system owned by these MSMEs. By providing various trainings and also providing socialization on the importance of digital marketing so that the marketing system can be improved so that it can cover more business targets and can be a better sales support. MSMES are also provided with service assistance in creating business accounts on digital media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and Google Business accounts with optimal digital media management. marketing communication is able to build a brand. In line with the above, marketing communication is an effort to convey messages to the public, especially target consumers, regarding the existence of products in the market, so that they contribute to brand awareness for the company.

Based on data from the Jambi Provincial Health Office in 2021 drinking water depots that meet health requirements have not reached the target of 92.6% of the 100% target. Sanitary hygiene is an effort made to control the risk factors for contamination of drinking water. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and training with the implementation of sanitation hygiene at the drinking water depot in the working area of ​​the Kenali Besar Health Center in 2022. This research uses a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional research design. The research was conducted in the working area of ​​the Kenali Besar Health Center in August-February 2023. The population and samples of this study were 51 employees of the Kenali Besar Health Center (DAMIU) in the Work Area of ​​the Kenali Besar Health Center. The results of the study showed that the application of sanitation hygiene was in the proper category (52.9%). The statistical test results showed that the variables were knowledge (p=0.000 <0.05), attitude (p=0.000 <0.05), and training (p=0.01 <0.05). Concusion, there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and employee training with the application of sanitary hygiene at refill drinking water depots (DAMIU) in the Working Area of ​​the Kenali Besar Health Center
