Community  Service  Partners  in  this  activity  are  Micro, Smalland  Medium  Enterprises (MSMEs) in  the  business  of  producing  and  selling  culinary in karawang.  This MSME  has  been  in  Karawang city  for  more  than  30  years.  However,  the  marketing system that used is still very minimal and conventional. Forthis reason, MSMEs need to be  given  training  on  the  importance  of  using  digital  marketing  so  that  the  marketing system can be better to achieve the desired targets and can support better sales activities. In  addition,  MSMEs  also  provide  assistance  in  creating  business  accounts  in  digital media  such  as  Google  Business  and Instagram,  and  how  to  manage  this  digital  media optimally Output fromthis ativity is a Google business and InstagramBusiness account, scientific articlepublished in national journals, and activity reports. The method used is by provide training to create accounts in digital media for the MSME and how to manage it optimally. The results showed thatdigital marketing strategy assistance by Community Service Partners can be followed up with periodic guidance that can be done effectively and  optimally  in  supporting  MSME  marketing  activities  to  increase  sales  of  MSME businesses

Agriculture can be introduced to the community through outreach involving the use of questionnaires, training, and assistance in making food from agricultural products. In this activity, Matching Fund Real Work Lecture students have developed tools and equipment used to support socialization events for making food from agricultural products so that they can be used for a long time and provide benefits to the community. Apart from that, the Matching Fund Real Work Lecture students also created publication articles and activity videos to introduce profiles and methods for making food from agricultural products. There is a socialization stage, the community is given an understanding of the importance of innovation to increase the selling value of agricultural products. For example, teaching about Porang plants, which are not only sold raw, but can also be processed into flour and made into village food. Furthermore, the mentoring stage is carried out to ensure that participants understand their duties and responsibilities and maintain good coordination during the event. The results of the dissemination of Training and Making Village Typical Products with Agricultural Product Diversification have shown a positive impact. Students of the Matching Fund Real Work College and the people of Cupak Village have succeeded in producing processed products such as cookies, kastengel, cendol and cireng.

The purpose of Community Service Activities is to provide Public Speaking skills to residents and cadets of Cupak Village in the form of socialization. The results of this activity showed that before the implementation of Community Service, all members still did not master the material about Public Speaking, but after the implementation of the activity was carried out, the participants of this Community Service activity all residents and cadets from this cupak village had the ability on how to package good communication. So they are skilled when they are required to appear speaking in front of tourists. Because as one of the important components in religious tourism villages, cupak, jombang, every citizen and cadet reef must have a positive image in the eyes of tourists. In addition, public speaking can also be used to promote tourism potentials that have not been known to the general public. The method used is to provide training through the provision of Public Speaking material to cupak villagers and then discuss together related to existing problems.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy used by Kedai Geprek Niki in facing business competition in the digital era. This study uses qualitative research methods by interviewing the owners and customers of Kedai Geprek Niki. The results show that Kedai Geprek Niki still uses word of mouth marketing as the main method to develop its business. This is done by ensuring quality food and good service to increase customer satisfaction and make them recommend Kedai Geprek Niki to their friends and family. In order to increase customer satisfaction, Kedai Geprek Niki also pays attention to service aspects. They provide special training for their staff to provide good and friendly service to customers. Kedai Geprek Niki also pays attention to aspects of cleanliness and environmental comfort. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Kedai Geprek Niki has managed to survive in the digital era by adopting a marketing strategy that is in line with current business trends. They leverage technology and strengthen their word-of-mouth marketing strategy by focusing on product and service quality.

Outbond training ini diikuti oleh 91 peserta yakni karyawan PT Capella Medan.  Kita telah melalui Pandemi yang telah berlangsung hingga 3 tahun, dimana Hubungan antar divisi / unit yang semakin renggang sehingga Komunikasi yang semakin jauh karena dilaksanakannya pertemuan online, Kolaborasi yang tidak maksimal dan tidak menyeluruh akibatnya masih banyak Banyak divisi yang belum bisa proaktif secara optimal dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian kinerja menurun sehingga perlu ada perbaikan dengan melaksanakan  Outbond Training  agar tiap unit /divisi dapat membaur dan melebur Kembali menjadi lebih kompak dan harmonis.  Komunikasi menjadi lebih terjalin Kembali serta mesra dan harmonis sehingga kinerja semakin meningkat.. Mengoptimalkan peran serta kayawan dalam hal bekerja secara proaktif dimana dituntt bisa berubah dalam setiap kondisi, punya integritas dan inisiatif, bersinergi satu dengan yang lain serta memiliki sense of belonging yang tinggi dan akhirnya bisa menyatakannya dalam ACTION.

The purpose of this community service activity is to strengthen partnership-based village financial management in the Tomini Bay area. The problem that occurred in Huangobotu village, Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province was that Huangobotu village did not yet have a village website to serve as a village profile, not just to introduce Huangobotu village to the public, but the expected goal was for Huangobotu village to become a fostered village that successfully published all activities related to the transparency of village financial management. The methods used in this study were 1) Coaching socializing material about the application to KKS  supporting students, 2) Providing training on making the Village Web to KKS supporting students, 3) Assistance in training village web creation to village apparatus 4) Official Village Web Publication to the people of Huangobutu village. The results of the KKS program have been running smoothly, this is evidenced by the success of the servants in implementing the knowledge obtained at tertiary institutions to village apparatus with the Huangobotu village website and village apparatus being able to make the village website on an ongoing basis as a means of information for the public and as a village profile. The purpose of this service is to find out how far UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus applies the cash receipts and disbursement accounting information system in its transactions. The method used is library research and field research. Collecting data directly to the field using data collection techniques, namely interviews and observations directly to the owner of the UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus. In this service, the PKM Team found that UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus had not implemented the cash receipts and disbursements accounting information system properly. The transactions are recorded simply by recording receipts and expenses without applying the applicable accounting information system, so that the financial statements of the UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus are also not presented in accordance with PSAK.

Teacher professional competence is very important because it is something that every teacher must have to make quality and carry out the duties of an educator properly. One way to make the competence of a teacher or an educator is by coaching. The development of this competency is very important and needs to be done for a teacher or an educator to make it more effective and efficient in the application of teaching. Descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the teacher professional competence development program at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School was quite good including: MGMP, Taftisy I'dad, Kamisan, Ta'hil, In House Training and Khutbatul 'Arsy, Teacher Supervision (Supervision) and Appreciation (Motivation). From the results of this study, the authors recommend that Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School educational institutions should further improve teacher professional competency development. PK. Rosella Baru is a company operating in the plastic sack industry. In the production process of plastic sacks, there are several stages, including the production of plastic thread. The company still encounters a significant number of defects in the plastic thread, exceeding 2%, resulting in obstacles in the weaving process of the sacks and suboptimal production output. The research utilizes the Statistical Process Control method to identify solutions for quality control of the plastic thread products at PK. Rosella Baru. Based on the Pareto diagram, the most dominant defect is found in the unevenness of thread rolls, accounting for 43.3% of the defects. The control chart analysis shows that there are samples exceeding the upper control limit (UCL) in samples 1 and 9, and data exceeding the lower control limit (LCL) in samples 3 and 6. The cause and effect diagram identifies five factors: labor, machine, material, method, and environment. The most dominant cause is the lack of training for the workforce and insufficient maintenance of the machines, resulting in defective plastic thread. Therefore, the suggested solution is to perform regular machine maintenance, provide training to the workforce, and pay attention to machine settings and the quality of raw materials used.

E-learning media is very useful for teachers in supporting the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Apart from having to understand how to use various existing e-learning media, teachers can also design digital e-learning media that are adapted to student learning styles consisting of Visual, Audiotorial and Kinesthetic as well as Asynchronous and synchronous. E-learning media products designed from the results of teacher training are in the form of Android-based applications, consisting of Visual, audio, Kinesthetic menus, and all Materials. This application contains material and assignments on all subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency.

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.

This community service aims to enhance the information systems project management skills of students through website development training. The methods employed include initial study, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the community service demonstrate the successful improvement of students' information systems project management skills through the training and website development activities. Evaluation using questionnaires reveals that all students rated the training as "good". Moreover, the community service proved to be effective in achieving the goal of enhancing students' skills. Recommendations include the continuation of sustained training, further exploration of theoretical concepts, collaboration with industry partners, and ongoing evaluation. The theoretical implications highlight the applicability of information systems project management concepts in website development.

This study aims to analyze the P5 Program as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of potential inhibiting factors. The literature review method was employed to gather information related to identified inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program. Searches were conducted in educational literature, academic journals, and publications related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the P5 Program. Based on the literature analysis, the identified inhibiting factors include resource readiness, teacher understanding, and preparedness, as well as time and space limitations. To address these factors, proposed efforts encompass increasing educational investment, teacher training, and development, as well as collaboration between schools and the community. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and decision-makers in identifying and overcoming inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program, thus enhancing the effectiveness and success of the program in achieving the desired educational goals.

Christian religious education has become an integral part of the education system in many countries around the world. However, with the development of digital technology, new challenges arise in providing relevant and effective Christian religious education to the digital generation. This study aims to investigate the contribution of Christian religious education in facing the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Christian religious educators and analysis of related documents. The results of the study show that Christian religious education can make a significant contribution in the digital era by utilizing technology as a learning and communication tool. Christian religious education approaches that are centered on Christian beliefs, values, and teachings remain relevant in the digital era. Technology can be used to access a wider range of Christian religious texts and materials, connect students to the Christian community virtually, and provide platforms for more interactive discussion and reflection. However, this study also identified several challenges in implementing Christian religious education in the digital era, such as the risk of misuse of technology, the tendency to use it passively, and the difficulty in integrating the spiritual dimension in a virtual environment. In order to optimize the contribution of Christian religious education in the digital era, this research recommends adequate training for Christian religious educators in the use of technology, developing relevant and meaningful digital content, and careful monitoring of the use of technology in Christian religious education.

Nowadays, technology is becoming more advanced and modern. This training includes an introduction to the basic concepts of VR, the hardware and software used, and effective VR content creation techniques. The training method is an offline class. During the training, participants will be taught effective VR content creation techniques, such as 3D modeling, animation, lighting, and sound adjustment. Participants will also be taught about the layout of VR content and the use of effective user interaction. After completing the training, participants are expected to be able to create quality and effective VR content, as well as understand how to customize VR content to the goals and target users. With the increasing interest and demand for VR content, VR creation training is becoming increasingly important to help improve the skills and abilities of individuals in the VR industry.

This study wants to explain in detail the influence of motivation, compensation and service on employee productivity. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. Processing data using a purposive sampling technique. As for the research sample, namely employees who work at PT Inalum. The results of the study show that by providing great motivation to employees, employee performance is considered to be more productive. Compensation is also essential in increasing employees' morale at PT Inalum. By providing payment to employees, employees will be more diligent in carrying out their respective duties, likewise with training which has a vital role in honing every employee's abilities at PT Inalum. It can be concluded that motivation, compensation and training greatly influence employee work productivity.

The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are:  1) Information Technology Utilization affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems; 2) Knowledge of Accounting Section Employees affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems; and 3) Training as a Control Variable affects the Effectiveness of the Accounting Information System.

Usually applying for a job one has to prepare supporting documents, one of which is a CV or Curiculum Vitae. However, in this globalization era, people usually make CVs as attractive as possible to attract users to continue to the next stage. Therefore, many people use platforms, applications or websites that can make an attractive CV, one of which is the Canva application. Canva is a graphic design application used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content. This application provides a variety of design examples to use. Canva consists of two types of services, namely free and paid. For paid services, Canva provides Canva Pro and Canva for Enterprise. In addition, users can also pay for products physically to be printed and shipped. Muhammadiyah 3 South Tangerang Vocational School, which was established on July 1 2009, has two Department Programs, namely Business Management with Accounting Skills Competency and Informatics Technology with Computer Network Engineering Skills Competency. Because of this, we hope that this training on making CVs can help friends at school to make CVs and later can be used to apply for jobs when friends have graduated from the Vocational School.
