This community empowerment activity aims to identify optimal use of riverbank land through developing street vendor businesses (angkringan), empowerment focusing on social initiative programs and entrepreneurial training. The methods used to empower angkringan traders include field visits (observations), focus group discussions, and outreach, the activities of which begin with an analysis of land potential along the riverbanks in Sampangan Village. The activity partners are street vendors (angkringan) located around the banks of the Sampangan river, consisting of three groups, namely a group of immigrants, a group of housewives and a group of youth who manage modern angkringan businesses. The results of empowerment for angkringan traders were identified, among others, by carrying out social initiatives, namely entrepreneurship training which covers three main aspects, including marketing, financial management and product development.

Writing and publishing scientific papers is something that is not only important for researchers, but also for teachers who teach in junior high to high school related to the need to increase teacher professionalism. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the need for training in the ability to write scientific articles in English teachers. This research employs mixed methods whereby quantitative data analysis will be supported by qualitative analysis. Purposive random sampling was used in the selection of research respondents which involved 30 teachers as a sample of a total of 150 English teacher population. This analysis was carried out based on the factors that can affect the difficulty of the process of writing scientific papers including the writing environment; obstacles caused by the topic of writing; the author’s motivation; and the processes, knowledge, and skills involved in writing. The results of this study are expected to be able to become a reference in developing writing training, especially for English teachers and can be an evaluation for teachers about the actions that must be taken to develop the ability to write scientific pap  

The application of an Arabic-speaking environment for boarding students in their learning experiences obstacles such as limited social space for boarding students, and Arabic is not seen as a mother tongue. Learning Arabic in this case refers to the Ma'had curriculum in Pone Village, Kec. West Limboto. through intensive program activities for boarding students in Pone Village, Kec. West Limboto. With the application of the Muhadtsah method using various techniques, such as observation, interviews, outreach, and training. The approach used in this learning process is a humanistic approach, which places students as the center of learning, with an emphasis on their emotional, social, and psychological aspects. In addition, learning also adopts a media-based approach by using a modul pembelajaran as a learning tool. By combining these various approaches, it is hoped that students can be more actively involved in the teaching and learning process of Arabic and improve their speaking skills. The implementation of this service is in August-September 2022 with the result of the service, namely an increase in learning Arabic through the Muhadtsah Method's Speaking Skills (Maharah al-kalam) by Using a Learning modules seen from the results of the pretest and posttest scores

This service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Physical Education teachers (PJOK) in identifying the athletic talents of their students by using the Identification of Special Athletic Talents (TID) application. The partner institution is the MGMP PJOK SMP in Jayapura District. The methods used include seminars and training sessions. Data collection techniques include observation and evaluation of training results, with data analysis through pretest and posttest evaluations. The results of this dedication are as follows: (1) Most of the participants were not familiar with the Athletics-specific Talent Identification (TID) application before the training, and (2) Quite a number of participants understood and were proficient in using the Athletics-Talent Identification (TID) application. especially after getting explanations and hands-on practice. The conclusions drawn from this dedication are: (1) Substantially increasing the knowledge and skills of the MGMP PJOK SMP related to the use of the Special Athletic Talent Identification (TID) application for athletics, (2) The establishment of collaboration between FIK UNCEN and MGMP SMP PJOK in Jayapura Regency, and (3) The successful implementation of community service as a lecturer's academic task.

The research method used is a literature search covering several sources such as primary and secondary sources. With the results of research from various sources to be able to conclude that the method of practicing kicking the inside of the leg affects the accuracy of the shot. "There is an effect of training to kick the ball with the inside of the foot, which affects shooting accuracy in soccer matches, using this method of oblique training. Thus, it can be concluded that how to kick the inside of the leg has a significant effect on shooting accuracy in a soccer match

This journal discusses the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia. Implementing ERP in MSME can help improve flexibility and integrate all business processes, such as inventory management, finance, production, and sales. However, implementing ERP requires careful preparation, including selecting the right vendor, optimizing internal teams, and preparing human resources. The research method used is the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS), which involves active participation from stakeholders of MSME and ERP vendors. The process of implementing ERP systems in MSME includes stages of meetings, planning, system design, education and mentoring, and using the system in business operations. The steps for implementing ERP systems in MSME include Sales Briefing Document, Function Requirement Document, User Acceptance Test, Training, and Go Live.

This study aims to provide education on reducing lower back pain in pregnant women in the third trimester in Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency. Community service methods were conducted through counseling and training for pregnant women in the third trimester at several predetermined locations. Education focused on understanding the causes of lower back pain during pregnancy, daily prevention techniques, and safe and effective physical exercises to reduce pain. After the training, an evaluation was conducted to measure the increase in knowledge and skills of pregnant women in managing lower back pain. The results showed an increase in knowledge and skills of pregnant women in managing lower back pain after receiving education. Through this approach, it is expected to improve the well-being of pregnant women and reduce complaints of lower back pain during the third trimester of pregnancy in Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency.

This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. The term digital-based marketing has evolved from Initially marketing activities for goods and services using digital channels to broader understanding, namely the process of acquiring consumers, building preferences consumers, promote brands, maintain consumers, and increase sales.

Blitar City is one of the cities in East Java Province which has a fairly large number of MSMEs. One of the potential MSMEs is located in the Pakunden Village. From the survey results it is known that there is one MSME actor producing Menjes Kyu Chips who has never used digital marketing in running his business. Bearing in mind, digital marketing is an urgent thing for MSMEs to do at this time because it has a positive correlation with business continuity in the future. This community service activity was a collaboration between UPN East Java students and the Blitar City Office of Cooperatives and Micro Small Enterprises. The purpose of this community service activity is to help solve problems as well as provide assistance to MSME actors related to the closeness of digital marketing in the form of making the Shopee marketplace as one of the marketplaces that is widely used by the community at large. The method of implementing this activity is divided into 3 stages, namely conducting socialization, training, and mentoring to the UMKM concerned. The results of this activity are expected that MSME actors can understand the importance of the role of digital marketing and be able to implement it into their business.

Pintar Pemenang Asia in expanding the education platform network in Indonesia through an opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approach. In developing an educational platform, it is important to understand stakeholder needs, analyze market potential, develop relevant features and content, improve accessibility, and provide training and guidance to users. The results of the community service carried out by the Business Development Intern division show that PT. Pintar Pemenang Asia has an important role in providing an educational platform in Indonesia. Opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approaches help companies identify potential business opportunities and take advantage of their advantages.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities carried out by individuals or groups that aim to prosper individuals and groups. However, of the large number of existing MSMEs, MSMEs actors usually only focus on selling points without paying attention to the branding of their products. The purpose of this service is to increase the selling value of MSMEs products by adding value with a branding strategy. Branding is one way that can be done as a solution to marketing problems that are often faced by MSMEs and also as a marketing strategy. One example of MSMEs that need a branding strategy is Zahra Woody Craft's MSMEs. The method used in this community service activity is divided into three stages, namely the survey stage, the training stage and the application of branding, and the maintenance and evaluation stage. This branding assistance is also carried out so that Zahra Woody Craft SME products can compete in the market, and can increase the profits generated.opportunities and take advantage of their advantages.

After the Covid-19 pandemic hit for two years, UMKM began to move to improve themselves. The pandemic has made UMKM owners feel their turnover has dropped drastically. One way to increase sales turnover is by increasing customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is one of the essential things that UMKM must pay more attention to, by fulfilling customer desires it will increase customer satisfaction and UMKM will gain customer loyalty. Partners in community service this time are several UMKM in the Bareng Raya area, Malang. So that in this community service program, there will be an increase in customer satisfaction by providing knowledge and training on customer satisfaction criteria. Several methods can be used in measuring customer satisfaction, one of which is Service Quality (Servqual). We socialize with partners regarding appropriate criteria to increase customer satisfaction. Partners already understand the meaning of customer satisfaction and the criteria that are expected to be applied in developing their business.

The internet has been a highly influential phenomenon in recent times, impacting technological advancements and various fields of knowledge. Internet development also directly affects the growth of websites. Initially, websites were not very popular due to limited services. However, they are now widely used and offer various services, such as news portals, email providers, and social media platforms. The use of computerized systems becomes more convenient when integrated with information systems based on websites, offering a user-friendly interface for data input and accuracy. In the current internet era, websites are essential for both government and private institutions, providing information to the public without constraints of distance and time. The Sukalaba Village Government Office, located in the Gunungsari subdistrict, is a government institution that serves the community. However, it faces challenges in its services, primarily related to the lack of easy access for the public to obtain information. This research aims to systematically and structurally develop the Sukalaba Village Government Service website. The process involves needs analysis, planning, content development, website design, implementation and testing, training, and launching. Through this approach, it is expected that the website will enhance service quality and increase transparency of information for the community. The website is expected to be an effective platform for the public to access essential information about their village and participate in its development. The creation of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has successfully improved service quality and information availability for the community. The interactive and responsive design ensures easy access to information through various devices. With the website's launch, the community now enjoys fast and convenient access to relevant village-related information, encouraging greater transparency and community participation in the development process. In conclusion, the development of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has significantly improved service quality and information transparency for the community, benefiting both the village government and its residents.

Perspective or point of view is a technique or method for drawing objects in the form of objects, rooms (interiors), and environments (exteriors) that are larger in size than humans. This technique was created due to the limited visibility of our eyes in seeing objects. The farther the eye can see, the smaller it appears and will even disappear from view at a certain distance. Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on motives, employee motives at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya in carrying out her duties as a nurse the supporting factors in carrying out her duties and functions as an employee in the field are basically relatively the same and also greatly affect the performance of the employees.

The daily needs of the people of Central Aceh cannot be separated from agricultural commodities such as tomatoes, shallots, garlic, and others. Some of these agricultural commodities have sharp price fluctuations, such as tomatoes. When the supply of tomatoes in the market is reduced, the price can be much higher than the normal price. Conversely, when the supply of tomatoes is excessive, the price will fall far below the normal price. This is influenced by various factors such as the harvest season, the amount of production, the amount of public consumption and others. Based on these problems, we need a method to be able to estimate the price of tomatoes so that it can be used to support decision making related to price issues. Forecasting is one of the solutions to be able to estimate the movement of tomato commodity prices. The method used for forecasting tomato prices is High Order Fuzzy Times Series Multifactors. In this method, subinterval formation is carried out using Fuzzy C–means. To calculate the error rate of forecasting results in this study using the Mean Square Error (MSE). Based on the results of the tests carried out, the large values ​​of the training and order data used in forecasting do not guarantee a low error rate.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which Workload, Training, and Principal Supervision influence the improvement of teacher performance in the online learning process. The population and samples taken in this study amounted to 26 teachers at SDN Sukasari 6 Kota Tangerang with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses primary data through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive, internal data analysis technique through the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 application. The results of the study show that workload and training have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Likewise, the same thing with the Principal's Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SDN Sukasari 6 Tangerang City. This research provides input to all elementary schools to take into consideration regarding online learning which has an impact on increasing the ability of teachers to apply it so that educational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Educational supervision is a very important thing to do to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is a result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time.The research method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation.The results of the study show that the supervisory role of the school principal in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo is to provide guidance to teachers related to theoretical and practical learning, involve teachers in training, provide opportunities for teachers to take part in various education and training at the cluster or sub-district level regularly, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), supervising teacher deliberations (MGP), and teacher working groups (KKG), as well as seminar workshop discussions, and provision of learning resources. providing motivation to teachers, collaborating with foundations that oversee the Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo, school committees, and the community. The motivation of school principals in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo through regulation of the physical environment, regulation of the work atmosphere, discipline, applying the principles of rewards and punishments.      

Tanah Toa Village is one of the gods that belongs to the Kajang sub-district, Bulukumba district. So far, Tanah Toa has been recognized as a national cultural heritage, especially in the Kajang Dalam area. The non-coastal location makes agricultural activities the dominant activity among the community. Only a few residents run the business of smoking fish. Pera smoked fish business actors obtain raw materials for skipjack tuna in the Bonto Maritime area which is a coastal area. While the production of smoked fish is sold to markets around the Kajang sub-district and the city of Bulukumba. The quality of smoking that is not maximized causes smoked fish to not last long. Smoked fish produced can only last a maximum of 3 days. This makes it difficult for smoked fish production to be traded outside the province or made into souvenirs for tourists who come from out of town. The durability of the smoked fish produced is not yet good because the smoking process only lasts about 2 hours, so the water content is still there. The use of fish smoking technology is also not owned by business actors, making it difficult for business actors to have difficulty in producing good quality smoked fish.

This research is based on the background of rule violations that often occur by officers during On The Job Training (OJT) at Sultan Muhamad Salahuddin Bima Airport, for example, such as not being on time and wearing incomplete uniforms. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance strategy of AVSEC officers in checking passenger goods on X-Ray machines and how AVSEC officers handle malfunctioning X-Ray machines. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and using SWOT analysis variable weighting. Respondents in this study were security officers in the X-Ray machine section of the Aviation Security unit at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport in Bima. The results of this study are: 1). The performance strategy of AVSEC officers in checking passenger goods on X-Ray machines at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport is in accordance with existing handling standards and can support the continuity of discipline of duties and responsibilities that are better. 2). The way AVSEC officers handle malfunctioning X-Ray machines at Sultan Muhammad Salahudin Airport in Bima is by checking goods manually using Walk Through Metal Detector (WTMD) and Hand Held Metal Detecor (HHMD) machines.  The performance strategy of Aviation Security officers shows in quadrant one, namely aggressive growth (grow oriented strategy).
