The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate culture on work motivation and its impact on employee performance. This study uses a conceptual method, the authors get the results that corporate culture and work motivation as dependent variables have a significant influence on employee performance which acts as an independent variable. This is because corporate culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, where a stronger corporate culture will provide direction and values for employees in the company to carry out tasks and work, so that employee performance will increase. Corporate culture has a positive relationship with employee performance. With a corporate culture, employee performance will increase. A strong corporate culture can help employee performance and company performance, because it will create something extraordinary in employees.

The effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, which is entitled " Analysis of Business Capital, Labor, Number of Consumers and Production on UKM Income in Medan Petisah District". In this study, researchers used primary data using a population of 176 and a sample of 122 SMEs in the restaurant sector. Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS version 16.0 application, capital has a significant direct effect on income. Labor has a significant direct effect on income. Consumers have a significant direct effect on income. And based on path analysis research, the results of data processing show that the value of capital has a positive effect on income through production as an intervening variable. Labor has a positive effect on income through production as an intervening variable. Consumers have a positive effect on income through production as an intervening variable.

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of symptoms that arise due to an acquired decline in the body's immune system, caused by infection with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Indonesia experienced an increase in 2020, the cumulative number in Indonesia reached 911,877 HIV/AIDS cases. The cumulative number of HIV/AIDS cases in the Riau Islands reported through the SIHA report up to December 2020 was 11,436 cases. In 2021 in Tanjungpinang City, 11,356 blood samples were screened for HIV and 100 samples were found to be HIV positive. Of the 100 people who are HIV positive, 58 people have reached the AIDS stage. The aim of this research has been carried out and it is known that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and medication adherence in HIV/AIDS patients at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. This research method uses quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach. Data were processed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that univariate data for the high self-efficacy variable was 74.5% and low self-efficacy was 25.5%. for the medication adherence variable, the high category was 74.5% and the low category was 25.5%. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and adherence to taking medication in HIV/AIDS patients at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. Recommendation: Nurses and health workers can provide more intensive education to HIV/AIDS patients about the importance of self-efficacy in undergoing treatment.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of product excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari. The population in this study were all consumers of CV Pucuk Daun Lestari totaling 1,320 consumers. The number of samples for research uses a margin of error of 2.5% of the total sample, namely 92 consumers. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling method. The data collected was carried out using questionnaires and interviews which were then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of product excellence and service excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari, either jointly or partially.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis Hubungan Pelaksanaan Asuhan Keperawatan Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Di Ruang Rawat Inap Interna 3 RSUD Tani Dan Nelayan Kab.Boalemo. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian Survei Analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan jumlah populasi 116 Orang kemudian di ambil sampel menjadi 54 responden menggunakan rumus Slovin, dengan criteria inklusi dan ekslusi dan alat ukur kuesioner, variable bebas yaitu Asuhan keperawatan dan variable terikat Kepuasan Pasien. Analisis data pada penelitian ini mengguakan uji Chi Square dengan nilai ρ – value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya ada hubungan signifikan antara Pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan dengan kepuasan pasien di rang rawat inap interna 3 RSUD Tani dan Nelayan Kabupaten Boalemo.

Penyakit TB paru masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia. Menurut Global Tuberculosis Report tahun 2020 diperkirakan 10 juta kasus (pria 56% kasus; wanita 32% kasus; anak-anak 12% kasus). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan penderita TB paru yang menjalani pengobatan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Lemito Kabupaten Pohuwato. Menggunakan metode survey dan pendekatan deskriptif. Variable yang diidentifikasi tingkat kecemasan penderita TB paru 6 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian mayoritas responden mengalami kecemasan ringan akibat jumlah obat yang dikonsumsi dan lama pengobatan agar sembuh sampai tuntas. Kecemasan responden laki-laki disebabkan laki-laki merupakan tulang punggung keluarga. Rentang usia respoden mayoritas antara 26-45 dan 46-65 tahun, sehingga mengakibatkan produktivitas dan aktivitas sosialnya terhambat. Kurangnya wawasan yang mereka miliki, berkembang sesuai pengetahuan yang dimiliki setiap individu. Kesimpulan: Tingkat kecemasan penderita TB paru berdasar penilaian skala HARS, mayoritas kecemasan ringan 19 orang (61,3%), responden kecemasan sedang 7 orang (22,6%), dan 5 orang (16,1%) responden tidak cemas. Karakteristik: Responden mayoritas laki-laki 21 orang (67,74%), mayoritas pada rentang usia 26-45 tahun dan 46-65 tahun masing-masing berjumlah 10 orang (32,26%), mayoritas berpendidikan SD 11 orang (35,48%), dan mayoritas memiliki pekerjaan lainnya 17 orang (54,84%) serta mayoritas telah menjalani pengobatan selama 1-3 bulan sejumlah 15 orang (48,39%).      

The purpose of this study was to describe service quality and patient satisfaction and loyalty at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro, to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, the influence of service quality directly on patient loyalty, the effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty, and the influence of service quality indirectly. on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory using a quantitative approach. The population of 700 patients at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro in November 2021 with a sample of 88 respondents. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire and documentation by analyzing it using path analysis, especially Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that service quality and patient satisfaction and loyalty at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro are in good category, service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, service quality has a direct significant effect on patient loyalty, patient satisfaction has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. patient loyalty, service quality has a significant indirect effect on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of company size on earnings management through the profitability of the Automotive & Component Industry Companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are Manufacturing Companies in the Automotive & Components Miscellaneous Industry sub-sector which are listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. A sample of 8 companies was obtained from purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that company size has no significant effect on company profitability, company size has a significant positive effect on company earnings management, profitability has a significant effect on company earnings management, company size has no significant effect on earnings management with profitability as an intervening variable in automotive & automotive industry companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of learning facilities, learning motivation, and learning discipline on the learning outcomes of class XI OTKP public relations subjects of SMK Negeri in West Jakarta. The population in this study is SMKN which has an OTKP major in West Jakarta. The sample in this study was 133 students, this number was obtained from calculations based on the tables of Isaac and Michael. The sampling technique uses the propotional random sampling method. The data collection in this study is secondary data using a questionnaire based on a likert scale for independent variables while for dependent variables using secondary data obtained from the school that is used as the research site in the form of the results of the odd midterm assessment value 2021/2022. The test results using SMARTPLS show: (1) there is an influence between learning facilities on learning outcomes, (2) there is an influence between learning motivation on learning outcomes, (3) there is an influence between learning disciplines on learning outcomes.

With the development of using social media in gaining more information, a cosmetic product potential buyer will search for more information from various sources, including reviews from beauty vloggers on YouTube. Beauty Vlogger existence can be a form of information exchange that can affect the sales of a product. Miss “X” becomes one of beauty vlogger in Indonesia who also makes review of cosmetic brand, including cosmetic brand “S”. Purpose of this research is to find out how much a beauty vlogger’s credibility can affect the decision purchasing of “S” cosmetic products. This research used Trustworthiness, Expertise, and Attractiveness as independent variables. The research methodology used in this research was a quantitative method that calculated by SMARTPLS 3.0. The population of this research was the subscribers of Miss “X”’s YouTube channel. In collecting data, the writer used non probability sampling with some criterions. The study sample of this research was 100. The result of the study shows that beauty vlogger Miss “X”’s credibility affects the purchasing decision of “S” cosmetic products by 33,8%. Trustworthiness has a positive and significant effect towards Purchasing Decision. However, Expertise and Attractiveness do not have significant effect towards “S” cosmetic products despite being positive.

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of Service Quality (X) which include the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5), on Satisfaction of Library Members (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. From the results of the validity test of the total number of questions, 18 statements all have a value of rcount > rtable, which means all questions are valid (feasible). From the results of the reliability test, it can be seen that the results obtained were 0.836, which means that the questionnaire items can be said to be reliable, because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.6. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis research, the regression equation Y= 0.465 + 0.366X1 + 0.265 X2 + 0.183 X3 - 0.185X4 + 0.246 X5. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.843 at a relationship level of 0.80-1.000, which means it is at a very strong relationship level between the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Evidence Physical (X5), to Member Satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.503, which means that the Service Quality (X) variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence (X5) contributes of the dependent variable, namely Member Satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. From the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 14.372 > Ftable 2.37, so it can be concluded that the Service Quality (X) variable consists of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence ( X5) has a significant effect simultaneously (together) on the Member Satisfaction variable (Y), so that the first hypothesis can be accepted or H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted. From the results of the t test for the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Physical Evidence (X5) have a significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) of libraries at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. Meanwhile, the variables Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) do not have a significant effect on Library Member Satisfaction (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service.  Furthermore, the t test results show that the Reliability variable (X1) has a dominant influence on Member Satisfaction (Y) which is strengthened by the highest t value of 3.299 and a significance value of 0.002. So the hypothesis states that it is not proven or rejected. H0 is accepted. Ha is rejected.

This study focuses on the analysis of Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis Affecting Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is to analyze the effect of Recruitment and Job Analysis on employee performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the Human Resource planning of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Recruitment of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Job Analysis of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees and to find out the effect of Human Resource planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. Respondents in this study were 50 employees of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is to use a quantitative research method. Then the data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test and Determination Coefficient. The results of this study indicate: That the three variables affect employee performance. For the Human Resource Planning variable, the b1 value in the model is 0.893. For the Recruitment variable, the b2 value in the model is 0.742. For the Job Analysis variable, the b3 value in the model is 0.697. So the influence of HR Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance in the model is 75.6%, and 24.4% is influenced by other factors or causes.

This research aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction at the Alfamart Mini Market, Rappocini Branch, Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative research methods. 1. Results of simple linear regression analysis in the form of the equation Y = 14.612 + 0.672 sales services will increase. The correlation coefficient r = 0.747 or r = 74.7% shows a positive relationship between variable X (Product Differentiation) and Variable Y (Consumer Satisfaction). The results of hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5% (0.05), obtained tcount = 30.55 > ttable = 2.048. This illustrates that the hypothesis put forward regarding product differentiation has an effect on consumer satisfaction at the Alfamart Mini Market, Rappocini Makassar Branch, is accepted.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Discipline, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance in Three District Offices in Maros Regency. The population in this study were employees at three district offices in Maros who were random, where the sample was 51 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables consisting of discipline, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in three sub-district offices in Pangkep Regency. Partially the independent variables of discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while the independent variable of competence has no positive and significant effect.

Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.

This study aims to examine the relationship between family communication patterns and adolescent stress levels in Bandung City. Using a survey method with 150 adolescent respondents aged 13-18 years, data were collected through a questionnaire measuring the dimensions of openness, support, conflict, and control in family communication as well as adolescent stress levels. Descriptive analysis showed variation in family communication patterns, with high levels of openness and support and low conflict. Pearson correlation tests showed a significant relationship between communication patterns and stress levels. Linear regression analysis revealed that openness and support in family communication significantly decreased stress levels, while conflict and control increased them. The t-test and F-test showed that the regression model was significant overall and each independent variable had a significant effect on stress levels. These findings emphasize the importance of open and supportive communication in the family to reduce stress levels in adolescents.  

The main goal of this study is to assess the impact of sales growth applying the leverage as mediator factor and capital intensity to profitability. The population of study consist of 41 manufacture corporates registered at the IDX which the observation period during year 2019 to 2020. Based on the data analysis and result of study applying Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square or SEM-PLS, the evidence shows that there is no impact significantly from sales growth to profitability. Meanwhile, sales growth has an impact positively to leverage; financial leverage has an impact negatively to profitability; and financial leverage could mediate the effect of sales growth variable to profitability. In addition, capital intensity has an impact negatively to profitability.As the implication, this result recommends that manufacture companies should avoid using debt to finance their operation because it could lead to a decrease in profits.

Good governance is always related to work, especially good quality work. Government organizations are expected to be able to provide good quality work, so that there is good work performance. The type of research used is census research, where research takes all members of the population as respondents (data sources) and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. By using a quantitative approach and using descriptive methods to determine the influence of Good Governance on employee work performance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency. The results of research data analysis on Good Governance and Work Performance show that Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office is in the good category. Likewise, the Job Performance variable is in the good category. The influence that the Good Governance variable has on Work Performance is in the very strong and positive category and the data is significant. The conclusion from the research results with the title The Influence of Good Governance on Work Performance is as follows. Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency is in the good category. The work performance of Majauleng District Office Employees in Wajo Regency is in the very good category. The results of data analysis show that the influence provided is a very strong influence with a positive and significant relationship direction

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Hotel tax is one of the regional taxes that contributes to PAD which has a fairly large contribution to PAD sources. The basis for imposing Hotel Tax is the amount paid or should be paid to the hotel. The Hotel Tax Rate is set at 10% (ten percent). The principal amount of Hotel Tax payable is calculated by multiplying the rate by the tax base. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to work more in tackling the disease outbreak and its effects. The policies taken by the government will certainly have a certain impact on the community and will also have an impact on several PAD sectors which result in a decrease in revenue. Increasing local tax revenue certainly requires effectiveness and efficiency efforts. The level of efficiency is also a necessary part of increasing local tax revenues. This efficiency can be related to the expenses that will be incurred, which need to be carried out to a minimum to achieve the target of local tax revenue within a period. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a combined panel data regression analysis between cross section and time series, with the aim of analyzing the effect of the level of effectiveness, contibution, and the level of efficiency of hotel tax revenue on the Regional Original Income of the Province of Bali in 2016 - 2020. The results show that the variables of the level of effectiveness, contribution, and hotel tax efficiency together (simultaneously) have an effect on local revenue of  98.13% and 1.87% are contributions from other variables not discussed in this study.
