Increasing soybean production is still experiencing many obstacles. Senting village farmers, Sambi sub-district, Boyolali district, used to grow soybeans with seeds purchased from local village markets of poor quality. Given that the importance of seeds in influencing soybean yields, farmers need to be supported the help of superior seeds. The seeds for farmers' help are intended to show that new varieties of soybeans will produce higher yields. Community service is complemented by training in making soymilk for PKK mothers in the local village. The output of community service in 2019 is expected to be able to show an increase in crop yields and be useful for mothers to generate ideas and be brave in developing soy milk. Students who help this service are expected to learn directly from the community and also on soybean farms.

All members of the Kelapa-Mas community work as palm-sugar-maker in Kliwonan, Banjarharjo, Kalibawang District, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The community has been producing palm sugar for generations and selling it to traditional markets around the village. There is a possibility that the community product could be developed to get a wider market and would give a better economic impact on the community. Through the UKDW Service Learning program in 2019, the community has been assisted to increase the value of their palm-sugar product. This assistance is carried out in 4 stages, First: counseling of good and hygienic production processes according to P-IRT standards, Second: assistance to product branding and packaging, Third: counseling and initiation of product marketing through online/digital and offline media, in collaboration with retail stores, and Fourth:  assistance and initiation of an organization, in order to continuing the palm-sugar-maker community to operating and growth independently. The results obtained during the full one-month intensive mentoring period were: the better sugar products with clear & catchy branding, a wider offline marketing network through modern retail and online media, a business license for P-IRT, and a well-structured-organization for management of the Kelapa-Mas palm-sugar household industry community organization

The activities of the Program Pengembangan Produk Daerah (PPPUD) have been carried out at Micro small business (MSB) Putri Timus, which is held at Manggung RT 03 RW 08 Cangakan Karanganyar. This PPPUD activity is made in the framework of promoting the timus as a superior product in the Karanganyar area. MSB Putri Timus produce fried timus which is a typical Karanganyar food and souvenir. The fried timus that provides MSB has a specialty that is bligo (Benincasa hispida). But the drawback of this product is not durable, only last less than 24 hours. The purpose of this activity is to carry out production through frozen timus so that durability can be marketed outside the Karanganyar region. The method used to achieve the objectives is to increase knowledge about Good Production Methods (GMP) and freezer procurement. The result of this activity is the availability of freezers and the production of timus frozen by MSB Putri Timus. The resulting frozen timus specifications are available in a plastic bag containing 12 timus. This frozen thymus has a durability of more than 30 days.

The aim of this study is to design a production accounting information system for the determination of the cost of production that can help the SMEs Jepara carving in the determination of the cost of a product exactly. Information on the cost of a product is very important as a basis in determining the selling price of a product. so far the SMEs Jepara carving in determining the cost of a product is done by estimating the costs of production and often do not include a production cost that nominal little cost. So the cost of production does not reflect actual cost consumption. This can certainly cause the production cost to be undercost or uppercost. The approach in determining the cost of production using the method of ativity-based costing, activity-based costing method is the determination of the cost of a product based on activity. Research methods that Research method using Reseach and Development (R&D) method with prototype system development model. This study was conducted on SMEs carving Jepara. The result of this research is in the form of accounting information system product for determination of cost of production at SME Jepara carving which can assist in determination of cost of product. Implementation of the activity-based costing method as an approach in determining the cost of products is able to provide benefits that the charging over the cost can be more precise. Efficiency in costs can be obtained. The use of activity based costing method can also decrease the selling price of the product, so that Jepara carving SMEs will be better able to compete both for domestic market and international market.

And for brochure media, there are constraints on increasing production costs to print and spread the promotional media. So most consumers who enter only those who often work with this company or customers. By utilizing the development of the Internet world, where there are millions of users and can be accessed anywhere and anytime, to promote the work of design and sales, the CV. Cipta Cemerlang Abadi doesn't need to bother going to and fro to put up banners and print brochure media. All can be done easily using an internet connection, consumers can see examples of design results or find the computer they want from a website. With a website, this company can distribute product marketing quickly and accurately. Another advantage is that consumers can interact with other consumers or with CV. This research is an empirical study to analyze the data causally (cause and effect). The aim of this study was to determine the performance of manufacturing firms sector industry consumption in indonesia stock exchange. In addition, this study also aimed to determine the influence Economic Value Added (EVA), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt Ratio (DR) and Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL) to the Market Value Added (MVA). Population in this research are manufacturing companies sector industry consumption that listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling method. Period of research is 5 years during 2013 until 2017. By analysis of data using multiple regression showed that the results showed only a Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt Ratio (DR) and Degree Of Operating Leverage (DOL) which has positive against Market Value Added, while Economic Value Added (EVA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) does not affect the Market Value Added

The e-commerce market trend is taking place around the world. This trend encourages international trade be more intense. This can be an opportunity for Indonesia to be able to develop its exports rate using e-commerce. Based on this background, this program purposes to provide indeep information to industry and trade players about how to increase their potential and expand the market through international e-commerce. This international e-commerce should be a solution to improve its economic welfare. The method of this program is carried out through assessment and socialization at the location of service, as Kampung Batik Laweyan Solo. Exploration activities were to obtain detailed information about program targets, which are held in August and September 2018. Furthermore, a one-day socialization event is held on 28 October 2018. This research aims to investigate the impact of ownership structure (foreign ownership, promoter ownership, managerial ownership, and public ownership) on firm value mediated by idiosyncratic risk. The population used is the whole companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) on the period of 2013-2017. The number of samples is 182 companies each year, which was selected by purposive sampling method. This research uses documentary data, i.e. the annual report and financial statements. Path analysis used to analyze data and hypothesis mediation analysed by using Sobel test. The results show that foreign ownership, managerial ownership, and public ownership have a negative and significant impact on the idiosyncratic risk, while the promoter ownership has a positive and significant impact on the idiosyncratic risk. Idiosyncratic risk and promoter have a negative and significant impact on firm value, foreign ownership  has a positive but  insignificant impact on firm value, while managerial ownership and public ownership have a positive and significant impact on firm value. In addition, idiosyncraticn risk can madiate the impact of ownership structure (foreign ownership, promoter ownership, managerial ownership, and public ownership) on firm value. The implication of this research is that companies and investors can consider the importance of idiosyncratic risk through diversification of ownership structure as a mechanism for achieving firm value. The idiosyncratic risk is expected to assist the investor in making business decisions as they reflect the company’s specific information and fluctuate accordingly and the movement is independent of market movements.  Keywords : ownership structure, foreign ownership, promoter ownership, managerial ownership, public ownership, idiosyncratic risk, and firm value

Audit report lag is time in finishing job audient until publication date of audit report. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the size of the company , profitability, age of the firm , solvency , size of public accounting firms to audit report lag on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the years 2013 to 2016 that reported complete financial statements and published in Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and IDX website. Samples are included in the criteria of this study were 45 companies using purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed that the variable of the size of the company are significant positive effect on audit report lag, variable solvency are not significant positive effect on audit report lag. variable, the size of the company and profitability are significant negative effect on audit report lag, and variable age of the firm is not significant negative effect on audit report lag.  Keywords:  audit report lag the size of the company, profitability, the age of the company, solvency, the size of the public accounting firm (KAP).

Diversification of post-havesting of coffe managed by the coffee farming group in the Sidoharjo district, Kulonprogo has several problems in post-harvest handling and processing coffee, especially in processing of coffee powder  with good manufacturing process (gmp) as well as conventional marketing management. Through the Community Partnership Program (PKM), the service team provide solutions to outcome problems through several methods; 1) training and assistance in post-harvest handling  2) training and assistance in the production of ground coffee in a natural process and 3) training and assistance in marketing management with digital marketing. The results of the assistance are the post-harvest handling and processing of coffee properly and correctly by producing ground coffee with the brand name "Lemon" as well as better managed marketing, not only in a conventional manner but also by using marketing based technologoy (www .kopilemon.com). With this Community Partnership Program, it has an impact on increasing the competitiveness and welfare of coffee farmers in the Menoreh area

Mountainous areas have a lot of tourism potential, including organic agriculture-based agro-tourism. However, there are still some problems faced by the farming community such as limited skills regarding processing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism. limitation of packaging creativity that meets the health and safety feasibility standards of organic fruits and vegetables as tourist souvenirs that are easily carried by tourists, and marketing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables to attract tourists and the wider community. The methods to be used include methods counseling and training as a means of transfer of knowledge about the processing, packaging and marketing of organic agriculture and the ins and outs of which will be provided to partners, assistance methods to enhance partners' creativity and performance in processing, packaging and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs for tourism typical of mountainous areas in the economic development of society and regional tourism, and the provision of packaging equipment to implement packaging that meets hygiene, health and food safety standards, and the creation of a website as a medium for expanding the network to improve a tourist attraction. The authority of the Government in collecting taxes and levies from the community and renovating it is not only owned by the Central Government but also falls under the authority of the City Government and Provincial Governments. This is in accordance with the principles of decentralization and the implementation of regional autonomy based on Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government, Law Number 33 of 2004 concerning Financial Balance Between Central and Regional Governments, and Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Retribution Regions, Semarang City Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Settings. In the context of managing the market environment in the form of legal services to the community in the market environment, especially traders, the Semarang City Government has issued Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Levies. This study raises the problems, namely: 1) How is the management of regional levies by the Semarang City government, 2) What is the Semarang City policy towards the renovation of the Peterongan Market, 3) What is the Semarang City policy towards the regulation of the Semarang City Peterongan market trader after renovation. The purpose of writing this thesis is 1) To know and explain the management of local levies by the Semarang City Government, 2) To find out and explain Semarang City policies towards the renovation of Peterongan Market, 3) To find out and explain the arrangements for the Peterongan market traders in Semarang City after renovation. This research is a qualitative study with a normative juridical approach to determine the realization of the implementation of Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Levies and Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Regulations for market traders. This research was conducted in Peterongan Market, Semarang City, located on Jalan MT. Haryono. The results showed that the Semarang City Government towards market traders was in accordance with the Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2004 concerning Market Charges and Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2013 concerning Traditional Market Regulations, with several things that are still a note to the Semarang City government for pay more attention to sustainability for the welfare of traditional market traders, physical conditions and market environment.   Keywords : Policy, Traditional Market Management

The purpose of this study is Student accounting after graduation can choose the type of career in accordance with the field of science one of them is as a public accountant. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the interests of accounting students for a career as a public accountant. Samples used in this study are students accounting semester 6 and above University Stikubank (UNISBANK) Semarang with the number of respondents as many as 88 people. The data used in this study is primary data that the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to students majoring in accounting. Based on the results of research and analysis that have been done can be concluded: Variable financial reward, professional recognition, social values, work environment, and personality have a significant positive effect on the interest of accounting students career as a public accountant. While the variables of professional training and job market considerations have a significant negative effect on the interest of accounting career students as public accountants. Limited capacity in State Universities makes private universities have the same opportunity to be selected for prospective students who are not accommodated in State Universities in continuing their studies. The ability to obtain a large number of students depends on delivery of information from private university (PTS) concerned, through marketing strategy of services implemented by private universities. This also applies to STTKD Yogyakarta. The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent of influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing on student decisions to study at the Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College (STTKD). This study aims to (1) find out the influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing on student decisions chosen by the Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College (STTKD) and (2) to find out which factors are most dominant in student decisions. Theory used is theory of Marketing Management related to Consumer Behavior. Primary data collection techniques with questionnaires, supported by interviews. Sample in this study was 95 respondents. Research method used is quantitative descriptive. Type of research conducted is a case study supported by a survey, nature of this study is descriptive research. Data processing uses SPSS version 15 software with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Determination coefficient (R2) is 0.64. This shows that independent variables studied were able to explain 64% of the decision students to choose Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College, while remaining 36% was explained by other independent variables that were not examined. Results showed that marketing promotion mix (advertising, promotion sales, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing) had a significant effect on students 'decision to choose Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College, and direct marketing factors had most dominant influence on students' decision to choose education at STTKD Yogyakarta.

Meubel's image which was formerly named "Mukti Jaya" then changed its name to mid of 2013 is one of the companies engaged in furniture trade, from production to buying and selling, which is located in Semarang, precisely on Jl. Elephant No. 188 Ruko No. 9 Semarang Java Central, established on November 22, 1998. Current promotions is using brochures, MMT banners, through the radio, posting advertisements on forums buying and selling and exhibition. However, with the above promotional media less promotion effective because brochures, banners, exhibits have the nature of direct marketing less reach and the ability of the imagination of readers to enjoy and understand it, radio advertisements that have a time limit, and are constrained deeply presentation to the customer because of the less specific promotional media introduced product. Based on the weaknesses above, the company profile video is used for complete brochures, MMT banners, radio ads, and buying and selling forums. Overall it can be concluded that the researchers have succeeded implementing a media company profile that can complement that promotion already running. This can be seen from the results of the validation test conducted by expert experts that overall, the company profile that has been developed by researchers entered into a very good category with a percentage of 90.8%. Other than that, through a field test represented by 30  respondents it can be concluded that Overall, this media has been developed by researchers into the category very good with a percentage of 84.6%.

In Semarang city suspected of many cosmetic products packaging or wrap that is circulating in the community did not provide information that is clear, both in terms of composition that does not mention the substance or the standards set by the health department, products with labels that have expired, as well as product information is misleading, particularly outstanding in the traditional markets. It is then the background for the author to take the title: "Overview of Consumer Protection Laws Against Illegal Import Chinese Cosmetic Products in Semarang".            Formulation The problem in this case is (1) How are monitoring has been done by the government (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in Semarang? How can these obstacles to the implementation of supervision BBPOM against illegal imports of Chinese cosmetic products in the protection of consumers in Semarang? How are the remedies that have been taken by the government BBPOM to consumer protection related to the circulation of illegal imports of Chinese cosmetics in the city of Semarang The method used in this research is the method of approach to examine the rules of the applicable law, whereas the specification of the research is analytic descriptive only portray the legislation in force linked and analyzed with the theories of jurisprudence and a keadaaanatau particular object in a factual and accurate, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that (1) Efforts to control the government has done (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in the city, carried out with the cooperation and coordination across relevant sectors, among others, by the District Government / City (Department of Health / Department of Industry / Department of Commerce), the National Police, as well as the Association as well as the role of the community. The data existing in Trade Service shows out of 5,817 street sellers registered, some of them have not been arranged completely by Surakarta City Government. New Klewer Market opened officially on April 21, 2017 by Trade Service can arrange the placement of sellers better in New Klewer Market. Process of validating Klewer Market’s seller data completed by City Government indicates that 2,211 sellers will be arranged and placed, passing through a procedure including registering, problem mapping, scheduling, and requirement communicated to all sellers. Similarly, the Street Sellers affiliated with Klewer Market Yard Sellers Association (Paguyuban Pedagang Pelataran Pasar Klewer, thereafter called P4K) have been arranged on the fourth floor of new Klewer Market building, consisting of more than 900 sellers. All yard sellers should know environment orderliness organized by management and should comply with it. The problems faced by the sellers not permitted to transfer their shanties to others have been apparently understood by sellers. City Government attempted to establish more intensive and better communication, in socializing the rules to the sellers. Cooperation between City Government and organizers and sellers to maintain the environmental orderliness in Klewer Market is expected to implement the arrangement of Yard Sellers in Klewer Market of Surakarta corresponding to the arrangement program. Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) shows a significant increase, both globally and locally. The market for creative industries in Europe is also wide open. For Indonesia, the creative industry sector is also a leading sector. Unfortunately, many creative industry players do not understand the potential of this. Therefore, it is important to provide information about creative industry’s export potential to Europe. The method used in this program is through socialization and disccusion. The program has been held with participants in creative industries, located in Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. The socialization program was held on Sunday, October 28, 2018 located in Batik Laweyan Village. Through this program, it can be useful for: (1) creative industry players, to get an overview of the potential of the creative industry in the European market; (2) for the region, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional economic development; (3) for universities, as a fulfillment of the Tri Dharma elements of Higher Education.
