Issuance of General Election Commission Regulation Number 10 of 2023 concerning the Nomination of Members of the DPR, Provincial DPRD and Regency/City DPRD, special wabil Article 8 paragraph (2) raises a new polemic because it is felt to deny the value of the struggle for democracy and the rule of law principle which has been painstakingly built so far sucks. The regulation is considered to reduce and distort the instrument of struggle for women's groups known as the affirmative action quota for women's representation of 30% in Parliament. The purpose of this study is to describe the problems that occur and discuss them in depth through methodological analysis. The research method that the author uses in this work is normative-juridical research with a library research approach which is coupled with gender theory and democratic principles and which is linked to the theme of this research discussion and uses qualitative methods. Research results Based on the description above, the authors conclude that Article 8 paragraph (2) PKPU 10/2023 is contrary to the principles of non-discrimination and the substantive equality and justice approach because it is not in line with the spirit of The Convention on the elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW ) which is further regulated in Law no. 7/1984 concerning the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women. Furthermore, the PKPU is not in line with the idea of equality contained in the body of the 1945 Constitution of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia such as Article 27 paragraph (1), Article 28D paragraph (3), Article 28H paragraph (2), and Article 28I paragraph (2). Article 8 paragraph (2) PKPU 10/2023 does not follow up on the essence of the legal norms of Article 245 Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections.

The samples used were 30 breeder samples and data collected by using. Data analysis uses the Index Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. The results of this include the characteristics of respondents who took part in the training, the majority of people of productive age were breeders aged 41-50 years as much as 37%. In terms of gender, the majority is male, 83%, which is because the breeders who take part in the Honey Bee Training program are not only from Simalungun Regency, but several breeders come from outside the city of Simalungun Regency. At the educational level, it was found that Bachelor graduates dominated the number by 60%. This is also related to the respondents' farming experience, several respondents who have more than 30 years of farming experience have high creativity and innovation in making stups or bee boxes using cement to prevent theft of beehives. Based on the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the performance or service value provided by officers of the Flora Nauli Center Honey Bee Cultivation Training program in Simalungun Regency was 73,15. Background: Abdominal MSCT examination is a type of radiodiagnostic examination that uses the MSCT device. Considering that the abdomen is close to organs that have radiosensitive properties such as the gonads and ovaries, it is necessary to monitor the radiation dose received so that it does not exceed the predetermined I-DRL value. The prevalence of contrast Abdominal MSCT examinations in the Radiodiagnostic Installation at Dr Hasan Sadikin Bandung Hospital was recorded during the last 3 months, there were 327 Contrast Abdominal MSCT examinations out of a total of 880 examinations with a percentage of contrast Abdominal MSCT examinations of 0.37%. This proves that contrast Abdominal MSCT examinations are often carried out but evaluation has never been carried out regarding the radiation dose received by the patient. Method: The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative with an observational approach by collecting data from patients with contrast Abdominal MSCT examinations during the period January-March 2023 with a sample of 128 patients. The local DRL value is calculated using the 2nd quart formula in the SPSS statistical application, then this local DRL value is compared with the I-DRL value determined by BAPETEN. Results: Calculation of the 50th percentile value of CTDIvol and DLP on 128 samples. The results show a CTDIvol value of 15.91 mGy and DLP of 740 mGy*cm. The DRL (50 percentile) values based on gender are 13.71 mGy and 743 mGy*cm for men, and 17.74 mGy and 792 mGy*cm for women. Based on abdominal thickness, patients with a thickness of 10-19 cm have values of 12.19 mGy and 587 mGy*cm, while patients with a thickness of 20-30 cm have values of 22.57 mGy and 965 mGy*cm. For the most clinical cases (Ca Recti) the values were 11.27 mGy and 586 mGy*cm. Conclusion: The 2nd quartile value (50 percentile) of CTDIvol and DLP received by patients during the Contrast Abdominal MSCT examination at the Radiodiagnostic Installation of RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung is in accordance with the standard values set by BAPETEN/I-DRL 2021. However, special attention is needed for patients with an abdominal thickness of 20-30 cm, where the CTDIvol value exceeds the standards set by BAPETEN/I-DRL 2021.

Gender equality is a social construct related to the roles, rights, and characteristics of women and men in society that can change with evolving social dynamics. In Indonesia, gender equality issues are also tied to the principle of justice, which is an integral part of the state ideology, Pancasila. Customary law, on the other hand, is a legal system that develops within specific communities and is not always codified. Customary law in Kemang Indah Village, Riau, is strongly influenced by Islam and Islamic identity. The people of Kemang Indah Village are indigenous to the Kampar tribe and have a historical connection with Minangkabau, with strong Islamic influences evident in their customary law. This research aims to understand the relationship between customary law and the concept of gender equality in Kemang Indah Village. The results of the study show that the village community has successfully harmonized these two principles. Women in Kemang Indah Village have strong roles, even becoming leaders at various levels of community organization. They are also empowered to pursue their interests and talents, with facilities aligned with the applicable customary law. This is evidence that customary law principles can be integrated effectively with the concept of gender equality in the context of Kemang Indah Village. Thus, gender equality and customary law can coexist and mutually support each other in creating a fair and equal society in Kemang Indah Village.

According to data from the 2019 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (SDKI), in Indonesia, one of the complaints frequently encountered in clinics and maternal and child health (KIA) is vaginal discharge/fluor albus. Efforts to reduce vaginal discharge can be done by means of pharmacological therapy (drugs) or non-pharmacological therapy, one of which is using boiled water from betel leaves. Betel leaves contain essential oils consisting of betlephenol, kavikol, sesquiterpenes, hydrocicavicol, cavibetol, estragol, eugenol, and carvacrol, and among these substances are kavikol, euginol and ethanol which can be used to treat vaginal discharge. Objective: To determine the effect of boiled betel leaf water to reduce complaints of flour albus in women of childbearing age. Research Location : This research was conducted in the village of Serakat Jaya on 32 women of childbearing age who experienced vaginal discharge. Research Method : The research design used was a pre-experimental design type one group pretest-posttest (initial test, single group final test). The data analysis used was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results : The research shows a p-value < 0.001 p < 0.05 which shows that boiled water from betel leaves has an effect on reducing complaints of flour albus.

According to available data, colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant neoplasms. Depending on location, type of cancer, or gender, this disease ranks 2nd to 4th in terms of worldwide incidence. CRC from year to year shows an increasing trend both in terms of morbidity and mortality. Many factors may be responsible for the development of this disease, including genetic and environmental factors. Although CRC-related mortality is very high in high-income countries, CRC-related incidence and mortality is also increasing in developing countries. CRC that is detected early is completely curable with surgery and subsequent treatment. However, the recurrence rate is high, and cancer drug resistance increases the treatment failure rate. Access to early diagnosis and treatment of CRC for survival is somewhat possible in developed countries. However, these facilities are rarely available in developing countries.
