The improvement of food resilience in Indonesia, especially in the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) household industries, is a primary focus to achieve optimal food resilience. This write-up is a literature review related to the empirical phenomenon surrounding the issue of halal food products, discussing the strengthening of the legal aspects of halal food products in MSME household industries as a strategic step towards optimal food resilience. Halal food products are an essential need for Muslim communities, and government efforts to promote the halal industry align with the plan to become the world's halal industry center by 2024. The government has implemented policies to certify halal products through various agencies, such as the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Ministry of Industry and the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) under the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The mandatory halal certification, starting with food and beverages in 2024, is a strategic step to strengthen the domestic industry's competitiveness in the global market. By reinforcing the legality of halal food products, it is expected to enhance consumer trust, develop the halal industry, and ultimately achieve optimal food resilience in Indonesia.

Health is the main capital for the growth of the nation's life.  The development of trade is currently experiencing very rapidprogress, which occurs not only in the goods traded but also in the buying and selling transactions themselves.  One very important component of health is the availability of medicines as part of public health services.  This research aims to find out about the distribution of drugs without a distribution permit and consumer protection in terms of monitoring and taking action against drugs without a distribution permit that are sold online by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and the Ministry of Communication and Information.  The results of the research show that the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency has made various efforts to protect the public from drugs without distribution permits that are sold online, in handling the circulation of drugs sold online, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency collaborates with Interpol and other government agencies such as the Ministry of Communication and  Informatics carries out Operation Pangea.  In this operation, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency will list websites and social media accounts that promote and market drugs without a distribution permit to be submitted to the Ministry of Communication and Information for blocking.  A distribution permit is preventive supervision as a form of protection for consumers carried out by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency before the drug circulates in the community.  So it is reasonable to suspect that if a drug does not have a distribution permit, the drug has not been tested for safety, efficacy and quality aspects.

This research discusses the performance allowance system (pay-for-performance), which is a more modern and progressive system and is expected to improve employee performance significantly. The aim is to analyze the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) system in improving the individual performance of the Langkat Regent's office. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, and the data analysis technique used is through interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) system in improving the individual performance of the Langkat Regent's office is quite good, this is shown in the performance sheet management system in providing performance allowances which uses the SIMPEG E-Kinerja application, thereby simplifying and speeding up the reporting process. However, there are still weaknesses, namely the existence of organizational behavior that cannot be overcome, for example crab mentality, allowances provided by agencies that are not in accordance with the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who are late in coming to the office, do not come to the office, employees who leave their duties during working hours without permission, delays in incentive payments at the Langkat Regent's Office. Therefore, some employees feel unfair in the performance allowances they receive, and this causes competition between employees, they become lazy and less motivated to work hard, until in the end they prefer to just work as it is.

Hospitals and polyclinics are professional health care institutions whose services are provided by doctors, nurses and other health experts. As the function of hospitals becomes increasingly vital, every community member is expected to know the locations of the hospitals and polyclinics closest to where they live to anticipate undesirable events. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a technology that is currently a very essential tool in storing, manipulating, analyzing and displaying natural conditions with the help of attribute data and spatial data. GIS can represent the real world on a computer monitor just as a map sheet can represent the real world on paper. Under these conditions, this system is very useful in making it easier for the health service to manage and review the location of hospitals in the city of Semarang, so that in the future it can be in line with programs from other agencies involved in managing city spatial planning. The aim of this research is to build a geographic information system with an integrated database, especially to find the locations of hospitals and polyclinics in the city of Semarang. So it can provide information to users who want to find hospital locations in the city of Semarang.
