Motivation is the driving force for a person or individual to carry out activities toward obtaining the desired thing, both positively and negatively. With this motivation, an effort is made to encourage employees to be more active at work to achieve maximum service to the community. Performance is how employees show their work performance through concrete actions. Employee performance is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include work motivation, personality, attitudes, and behavior. While external factors include superior leadership style, employee relations, and the work environment, The purpose of this study aimed to examine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of administrative employees at Tugu Koja Hospital. The method in this study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, and the test used was Spearman's rho. This res earch was conducted at Tugu Koja General Hospital in the administrative section with a total of 37 respondents. The results obtained after the Spearman rho test were 0.861, with a significant value of 0.000. Based on the test results, it was concluded that there is a strong relationship between the performance of health administration employees and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Tugu Koja Hospital.

In the rapidly evolving era of digitalization, the roles of halal certification and digital marketing strategies are increasingly influencing consumer behavior and their demands for products and services. This article aims to unveil the pivotal roles of halal certification and digital marketing strategies in shaping consumer preferences in the digitalization era. Halal certification has become a crucial factor in meeting the needs of consumers who are becoming more conscious of religious and health aspects in their products and services. On the other hand, changes in technology and consumer behavior have opened new doors for digital marketing, especially through online platforms and social media. This article dissects how halal certification impacts consumer purchasing decisions in the digital environment and how digital marketing strategies can be employed to enhance awareness and understanding of halal products. By analyzing the impact of the combination of these two factors, this article provides deep insights into how the roles and interactions between halal certification and digital marketing strategies affect consumer demands in the current digitalization era. The findings of this research have significant implications for companies aiming to meet the diverse and discerning demands of consumers. With a better understanding of how halal certification and digital marketing can work together, companies can design more effective strategies to reach and retain consumer preferences in a competitive and ever-changing business environment.

Nopi 'Sapa' 2023. Analysis of Consumer Behavior on Purchase Intention at the To'Pao Art Market. This research is to find out how to analyze consumer behavior towards buying interest in the to'pao art market. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research in which researchers develop consumer behavior towards buying interest at to'pao art markets. The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that influence buying interest in the to'pao art market, namely: 1. Cultural factors influence a person's purchasing decision to follow the customs of the community, or ethnic groups collect and wear when attending certain events. 2. Social factors influence the influence of reference groups, family, and roles and status to cause a person to make a purchase intention in order to gain recognition in society. 3. Personal factors are influential because work, age, and economic conditions encourage someone to make a purchase intention. 4. Psychological factors affect purchase intention through motivation, information, and influence from other people so that it automatically causes a positive perspective on an item.

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is one of the main causes of death in the world. A person can be said to be diagnosed with hypertension if the systolic blood pressure is at a level of 140 mmHg or more and the diastolic blood pressure is at a level of 90 mmHg or more. Interventions that can be done in preventing and reducing high blood pressure by providing education on controlling progressive muscle relaxation exercises. This study aims to determine the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercises on reducing blood pressure in the working area of the Kopeta Health Center, Alok District, Sikka Regency. Methods of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, physical examination and documentation. The results of data analysis showed several diagnoses, namely health behavior tends to be risky, risk of decreased cardiac output, readiness to increase knowledge. Hypertension education with control using progressive muscle relaxation is one of the non-pharmacological interventions that can be used to reduce blood pressure. Conclusion: based on the results of the case evaluation conducted, it was found that the application of progressive muscle relaxation exercises can lower blood pressure slowly, besides that this intervention can have a relaxing effect on Mr. I.B and Mr. F.W.

Furniture is a term that refers to objects that are used to support human activities in the room, such as sitting, lying down, eating, working, or storing goods. Furniture is an important part of the interior design of a room, because apart from its practical function, furniture also provides aesthetics and an atmosphere that is in accordance with the style and purpose of the room. The researcher uses qualitative research methods. Qualitative research methods are research approaches that focus on deep understanding of social phenomena or human life. This method collects and analyzes descriptive data, such as interviews, observations, or document analysis to explore meanings, patterns, and interpretations of the information collected on consumer behavior in different Furnichia Furniture independent businesses. Monthly income data obtained from research, it is known that some respondents in this study have their own way of determining the payment method used to buy furniture products. Some respondents who consume according to their financial capabilities will choose the cash payment method. And there are also those who do consumption, choosing the payment method in installments. Part of the consumption behavior of consumers in the independent business of Furnichia Furniture has not fully implemented the consumption guidelines taught in Islam. Consumption activities that are carried out sometimes just want to fulfill their desires without seeing the benefits. Buying Furniture products because they are influenced by friends or the environment so they don't think about whether the purchase is in accordance with their financial capabilities or not.

Leadership is one description of an institution as a process of influencing other people in a certain scope to work together in a productive way and in pleasant conditions. As a leader you should be able to create an atmosphere work that creates a new and innovative atmosphere for its staff in achieving goals to be better and obtain higher results than before. It is described that an effective leader is considered to be a person who can read situations and conditions and is able to overcome problems with responsibility and integrity and has good ethics (Muninjaya, 2004). Innovative work behavior is the creation, introduction and implementation of new ideas or ideas in work, either as a group or organization in an effort to improve performance in an organization (Jansen, 2000). Employee performance in an organization cannot be separated from experience, motivation and leadership style. The Ministry of Religion of Cilacap Regency really needs effective leaders, who have the ability to influence the behavior of their subordinates in increasing motivation in order to increase their work experience, so that they can improve the performance of their employees to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to determine the influence of experience on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, the influence of leadership style on performance and the influence of experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. Meanwhile, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that there is an influence between experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. This means that the more employee work experience and the higher the employee's work motivation and the better the leadership, the better the employee's performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Vice versa.

This study aims to find out how to analyze the behavior of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing products, how to analyze the decision process of non-Muslim customers, and how cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Jelutung Jambi. The method of this research is using descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researchers used data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Kotler & Ketler that consumer behavior is the science of how individuals, groups and organizations choose, buy and use and obtain goods, services, ideas or experiences to satisfy their wants and needs. . According to Kotlert's theory, consumer behavior is divided into four types, namely cultural, social, personality and psychological factors. In the customer decision process is divided into five steps, namely decision making, namely, recognition of needs, information search, evaluation of alternatives, buying decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. The results of the study explain that the behavior analysis of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi, there were three informants, namely the first informant who worked as a teacher because he was interested because of the salary slip through the bank, and chose gold installment financing because the bank could insure the gold installments, low interest rates, and cheap rates compared to pawn shops. The second informant is taking home installments because the interest rates are low compared to other banks and if you are late paying the installments you are not subject to a fine/sanction of 0.5% to 1% of the amount of the installments that the customer has to pay. The third informant is working as a teacher as well and taking education expenses for their children because the process is fast and the interest rate is low at 3.3%, while at commercial banks it is 8.93%. The fourth informant took gold installments because of the low interest rates. The fifth informant took motorbike installments because the interest rate was lower than leasing, which was 8%. From the several informants above, it can be concluded that cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. The principal is the person responsible for improving teacher performance at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District. Research using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of documentation, observation and interviews. The research subjects were school principals and teachers. This research shows that: (1) The formulation of the principal's policy in improving the ability of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District, has made written and oral rules in accordance with the school's vision and mission by involving teachers, school objectives and school principals to formulate activities to improve teacher abilities. These results enable teachers to teach better so that students more easily understand lessons and can feel comfortable while at school and achieve a better quality of education; (2) The principal's program as a leader in improving the discipline of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by using good communication (not rude, direct supervision, not arrogant and authoritarian), compiling a KKG program, seminars and workshops with this program show encouraging results, teachers are more disciplined so they can complete their tasks well; (3) The principal's strategy as a leader in increasing the responsibilities of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by involving all teachers and providing direct examples and (4) The factors that influence the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance are his desire to improve school performance so that he has better performance at the Acehnese and national level. This is the main factor that influences it along with other general factors, such as: the personal condition of the school principal, school organization, external environment.

Early marriage is a phenomenon that is often found in various regions of the world, including in Indonesia. This phenomenon presents a number of risks and negative impacts on individuals, families and society as a whole. Therefore, one of the project groups of 19 Community Service Lectures in Bungkuk Village focuses on early marriage socialization which has the aim of increasing youth awareness about the negative effects of early marriage, as well as educating them about the importance of postponing marriage until a more mature age. The method used in carrying out this work program is an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) based approach which is based on facts and data obtained in the field. A collaborative approach involving students, lecturers, youth, and related parties is also an integral part of this program. The expected outcome of this work program is to increase the awareness of young people in Bungkuk Village about the risks of early marriage, which will eventually lead to changes in behavior and views towards postponing marriage. Through this article, it is hoped that readers will gain a deeper understanding of the significance of this community service program in overcoming the challenges of early marriage and promoting the positive development of young people.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance in the State Civil Apparatus of the Tasikmalaya City Health Service. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with descriptive methods. Respondents in this study were civil servant employees at the Tasikmalaya City Health Office as many as 90 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. Data collection techniques used library research, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Background: Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder that affects the work of the brain. The resulting disorders can attack thoughts, perceptions, emotions, movements, and behaviors. Based on the records of the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2019, the prevalence in Indonesia with the highest psychiatric disorders is found in Bali and Yogyakarta Provinces with each prevalence showing 11.1% and 10.4% per 1000 with people with schizophrenia / psychosis. One of the therapies to reduce anxiety in schizophrenic patients with hallucinations is environmental therapy using drawing methods. Objective: To know the results of the implementation of occupational therapy drawing on the decrease in signs and symptoms of hallucinations in patients with hallucinatory sensory perception disorders. Method: applying sensory stimulation therapy applied to 2 patients in the form of a case study. Results: After the application of occupational therapy, both respondents experienced a decrease in hallucination scores, with a total score of 14 and 5 classified as moderate hallucinations. Conclusion: Based on the data obtained, both respondents experienced a development that was originally classified as a very severe hallucination to moderate hallucination.

Based on accident statistics data at PT. Nindya Citra Kharisma KSO, many accident cases are due to poor behavior in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) caused by low knowledge about PPE. Therefore, quantitative research was conducted on the relation of knowledge with the behavior of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in workers of the "Mainline 1" project of PT. Nindya Citra Kharisma KSO in 2023. . This research is a quantitative research with an analytical descriptive design with a cross sectional method. The population in this study was 60 workers. In data collection using total sampling, then the data obtained is analyzed to describe relationships and images using the chi square test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that 65.5% have bad knowledge, show behavior in the use of bad personal protective equipment with a p-value of 0.050, meaning that there is a relation between knowledge and the behavior of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with a Prevalence Ratio (PR) of 1.966. Researchers suggest that HSE is advised to reinforce the Tool Box Talk schedule, require workers to follow TBT and be present on time and provide strict sanctions if workers are absent or arrive late 3 times in a row.

This study aims to determine the application of standard costs, raw material costs, labor costs, and overhead costs at PT.Bibit Alam Sampoerna. The object of this study is the financial statements of the company administration for every transaction that comes out and costs, PT.Bibit Alam Sampoerna is a company engaged in Freshwater lobster cultivating services. The tools used in this research are interviews used as a data collection technique if the researcher wants to conduct preliminary studies to find problems that must be investigated or want to know things from respondents who are more in-depth and in a slightly small number of respondents. And observation is the most basic way to obtain information about social phenomena through the process of observation. Direct observation regarding the work environment and production processes from raw materials to finished product processes. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Researchers will analyze the data in the form of costs in the production activities of PT. Seed Alam Sampoerna regarding the cost of production. Collecting Data, Identifying Company Standard Costs, Separating these costs based on cost behavior, namely variable costs incurred in the production process, Analysis of raw material costs, Analysis of labor costs, Analysis of factory overhead costs, Calculating the cost of production using the calculation according to researcher. After the company determines the standard cost of production costs, the company can carry out its production activities in accordance with its production goals. The standard cost set is a guideline or measure for each production cost that will be incurred. Research results To increase the effectiveness of production cost control, companies must implement a standard cost system which is used as a guideline for production costs.

Ethics relates to good living habits, both in a person and in a society or community group. This means that ethics are related to values, good ways of life, good rules of life, and all habits that are adopted and passed from one person to another or from one generation to another. Islamic Bank Services In Indonesia (BPRS) formulates ethical Islamic work ethics  which in the form of its main values is an elaboration of ethical values applied by all BPRS employees (employees). This study conducted a qualitative mapping  of research articles on ethical behavior in service from 2019 to 2023, focusing on the year of publication, theories used and research variables. A total  of 100 articles from accredited journals on Google Scholar were included in the analysis. In this study assisted by two software including publish or perish software and VOSviewer. The theory of ethical behavior in Islamic banking services  is found to be a theory  that  is considered to be used quite often, but the relationship between the ethical behavior of servants in Islamic banks and fukus is that BPRS is still very rare. Software publish or perish and VOSviewer. Publish or perish software for data collection while VOSviewer software to get 3 outputs that will be analyzed with a bibliometric approach including Network Visualization, Overlay Visualization and Density Visualization. From the results of the analysis of the three outputs, it can be concluded that the theory or topic of ethical behavior and Islamic banking was found to be a theory that has been used since 2019  and is quite often used, but the relationship of the theory of Islamic bangking ethical behavior is not found related, or you could say the theory of Islamic bangking ethical behavior theory has never been made as a research topic in the span of 2019 until 2023.

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) and the factors causing the implementation of the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) without transparency in the provision of work agreements to workers at ID Express Jimbaran. The normative research method was used in this research with a statutory approach, a historical approach to compare with a conceptual approach. This study also uses legal materials such as primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study indicate that the procedure for implementing a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) carried out by ID Express Jimbaran is not in accordance with Article 59 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Internal factors causing the lack of transparency in the implementation of the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) at ID Express Jimbaran are the quality and behavior of human resources, organizational culture, and management policies and practices. Meanwhile, the external factors causing the absence of transparency in the implementation of the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) at ID Express Jimbaran are government and customer policies.

This research is motivated by the importance of organizational citizenship behavior to increase productivity and effectiveness in an organization. High human fighting power will encourage the emergence of OCB behavior, namely someone who is able to survive in the face of difficulties while working will be able to carry out their obligations properly. However, according to the findings of this research conducted on employees of the Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi, some employees with high OCB levels are still not able to do their jobs optimally. Therefore this research was conducted to find out whether adversity quotient and emotional intelligence affect organizational citizenship behavior of Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi employees. The sample in this study were all 113 employees of the Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant adversity quotient with organizational citizenship behavior of employees. There is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior of employees. Then adversity quotient and emotional intelligence both have a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior of employees

This study investigates the relationship between employee performance, training, and human resource development at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV in Makassar City. The study reveals findings with major significance for organizational improvement through meticulous data analysis and statistical evaluation. The research conclusively shows a link between employee performance and training. Statistics highlight the crucial influence that training plays in improving employee skills and work effectiveness. These findings support the constancy of this correlation by being in line with earlier studies. It advances our knowledge of organizational behavior and performance dynamics by clarifying the relationship between training and employee performance. The study's findings are insightful for businesses looking to maximize staff productivity through strategic training and human resource development programs. It acts as a manual for businesses hoping to use training to boost productivity and encourage staff development.

A hospital is an institution or health service organization with broad and comprehensive functions, dense in expertise and capital intensive. Nursing service is part of the health service system in hospitals which has the function of maintaining the quality of service, which is often used as a barometer by the community, in assessing the quality of hospitals, thus demanding the professionalism of nurses in their work as shown by the results of the performance of nurses, both implementing and nursing nurses. management in providing nursing care to clients. Maximum implementation of nurse work in quality health services occurs when the nursing care implementation system supports professional nursing practice according to standards (RI Law No. 38, 2014). Motivation is the factors that exist within a person that move and direct his behavior or encouragement that causes him to do something or do something to satisfy individual needs to achieve certain goals (Rini, 2015).
