Futsal is a sport that is carried out with high intensity and involves movements that give rise to eccentric contractions, causing stiffness and increased pain in the muscles or called DOMS. This causes SMKN 1 Driyorejo futsal players to experience complaints of muscle pain and limited joint mobility due to DOMS. Efforts are needed to overcome these complaints, one of which is with Sport Massage. This study aims to determine the effect of Sport Massage treatment on the recovery of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness after physical activity in futsal players of SMKN 1 Driyorejo team. The types of exercises performed in this study as DOMS inducers include squat jump, high knee, jump lunges, and single leg lateral jump. The pretest data collection time was carried out 2 days after the sample performed the exercise. Sport Massage was performed on day 3 on the lower extremities by observing the research SOP that has been given including the frequency of treatment 1 time and manipulation in the form of effleurage, petrissage, walken, and shaking with a massage duration of 20 minutes per sample. Posttest data will be taken the next day after the sample is given a Sport Massage. This research is quantitative with pre-experimental method and one group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 23 futsal players of SMKN 1 Driyorejo team. Based on the analysis of the statistical description of the initial data (pretest) obtained an average of 7.17 with a minimum value of 5 and a maximum value of 9 and a standard deviation of 0.984. While the final data (posttest) obtained an average of 2.26 with a minimum value of 0 and a maximum value of 4 and a standard deviation of 1.010. To determine whether there is a significant effect of Sport Massage treatment on DOMS recovery, a hypothesis test is conducted using Independent Sample T-Test. The test criteria are if the significance value (2-tailed) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while if the significance value (2-tailed) > 0.05 then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results of testing the hypothesis of this study obtained a mean value of 4.913 with a standard error of 0.294 and a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it is concluded that there is a significant effect of pretest and posttest data on the treatment of Sport Massage on the recovery of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness after physical activity in futsal players of the SMKN 1 Driyorejo team.

Adolescence is very important to pay attention to because it is a transition period between children and adults, where physically they will experience specific changes. Adolescents must receive balanced nutritional intake according to their needs in order to achieve optimal growth and development and avoid nutritional problems. Nutritional problems that can occur in adolescents are malnutrition, chronic lack of energy (KEK), obesity and anemia (Sandra, Ahmad, & Arinda, 2017). An imbalance between the intake of food consumed causes problems of undernutrition and overnutrition. Malnutrition in adolescents results in decreased body resistance to disease, increased disease rates, abnormal growth, low intelligence levels, low productivity and stunted growth of reproductive organs in adolescents (Nurfiriani & Ratih, 2023). The aim of this service activity is to increase teenagers' knowledge about the importance of nutrition for teenagers, to support the growth and development of teenagers, to prevent the risk of nutritional problems and non-communicable diseases, so it is necessary to carry out health promotion efforts in the form of providing health education and evaluations to increase knowledge about nutrition so that it can increase adolescent awareness in maintaining health.

The obesity rate among adolescents in Indonesia is increasingly worrying. Obesity in adolescents is affected by a variety of factors, including lifestyle changes that tend to lead to an unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity. To overcome this problem, early prevention efforts are very important, one of which is by measuring Body Mass Index (BMI) as an early indicator of obesity. This research uses a Research and Development (RnD) approach, which aims to develop or improve existing tools to obtain new data and insights into the use of these tools in various contexts. This tool is a development of the previous tool with the HC SR04 sensor to measure height, the Load Cell sensor to measure weight, and the Atmega328p microcontroller to calculate BMI. The main innovation of the tool is the use of a 433 MHz Radio Frequency module that allows wireless communication between height and weight data, increasing the mobility of the tool as it does not require cables and poles as a support. With the result of an error value in the IMT measurement of 1,28%. With an error value of 1.28% in BMI measurements and 93.40% in BMI measurement validity. So from the results of the above percentage, it can be stated that this tool is suitable for use.

Chronic kidney disease is defined as kidney damage that lasts for a long time (chronic) and is characterized by a decrease in the ability of the kidneys to filter blood (Glomerular Filtration Rate/GFR). Patients with CKD often experience no symptoms or signs, until less than 15% of their kidney function remains. Since its early stages, CKD is closely related to the emergence of various complications, such as anemia, bone disease, etc. Hemodialysis is not a therapy to cure or restore kidney function, but it can prevent death more quickly in chronic kidney disease sufferers. The kidneys will still lose their ability for metabolic or endocrine activity so that patients with kidney failure must regularly undergo hemodialysis therapy obediently, which has an impact on the patient's quality of life. The aim is to implement nursing care for clients with chronic kidney failure on hemodialysis using diet education and exercise in the Tanjung Rejo Community Health Center UPT Work Area in 2023. This research uses a case study approach. Participant 2 was a kidney failure patient on hemodialysis at the Tanjung Rejo Community Health Center UPT. Data collection using interviews, observation and physical examination, documentation study and literature study. The instrument used in this research was a SGA form. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using the nursing process. The intervention provided diet education and diet training, then an evaluation was carried out. On the 3rd day after the evaluation the problem was resolved. The evaluation results show that nursing interventions providing diet education and diet training are very effective in maintaining the body condition of chronic kidney failure patients on hemodialysis. Conclusions and suggestions require efforts to involve the client's family to implement diet education with diet training so as not to worsen the disease they suffer from and can improve their quality of life.

The Qur'an is kalamulloh which is used as a guide to human life both physically and mentally. Allah SWT always makes it easy for his servants who want to be serious about studying the Koran, including memorizing it. However, in practice, a memorizer of the Qur'an is obliged to maintain his memorization, understand what he learns, and is responsible for implementing it in his daily life. Therefore, a method is needed in the process of memorizing the Al-Qur'an and its maintenance. This thesis aims to find out how the famibisyauqin method is implemented in the process of memorizing the Al-Qur'an at the El-bayan Majenang Cilacap Islamic Boarding School, and also aims to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the famibisyauqin method. This research method is to use a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources were taken through subjects, Ustadz/ustadzah and hufadz students. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data is analyzed by reducing relevant data, explaining the data and drawing conclusions. From the research results it can be concluded that: 1) The implementation of the famibisyauqin method in the process of memorizing the al-Qur’an at the El-Bayan Islamic Boarding School is carried out classically and individually. Classical learning is applied when memorization is given to the ustadz/ustadzah, while individual learning is the muroja'ah activity of memorizing the reading of the Al-Qur'an within seven days which is carried out by each student. 2) the famibisyauqin method applied at the El-Bayan Islamic Boarding School is an effort to improve the quality of students' memorization and train students to maintain the continuity of the Al-Qur'an as a sense of responsibility in memorizing the Al-Qur'an, the implementation of which has been targeted at every week of the system
