Hypertension is an increasing global health problem. By 2025, it is estimated that 1.5 billion people will suffer from hypertension, with 10.44 million deaths annually caused by hypertension and its complications. Most cases are idiopathic, related to genetic factors, diet and lifestyle. Uncontrolled hypertension significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, kidney failure, and stroke. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method for blood pressure screening and counseling in adults at PT. Narindo, North Jakarta. The results of blood pressure examination showed that 4 people (3.08%) had grade 3 hypertension, 7 people (5.38%) had grade 2 hypertension, 20 people (15.38%) had grade 1 hypertension. Monitor blood pressure regularly and increasing public health knowledge can increase awareness and encourage healthy lifestyle changes, reducing the prevalence and complications of hypertension.

Obesity, characterized by excessive lipid accumulation, is primarily caused by an energy imbalance resulting from high caloric intake and inadequate expenditure. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology, involving 167 participants for obesity screening. The results of measuring Body Mass Index and waist circumference showed that 14 (8.39%) people were obese level II, 22 (13.18%) people were obese level I, 13 (7.79%) people were overweight, and 53 ( 31.74%) people have a risk of central obesity. Introduction: Hypertension (HTN), defined as systolic blood pressure (SBP) >140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >90 mmHg, is a major health problem that is growing worldwide. It is the most common risk factor for cardiovascular disease and affects nearly two-thirds of adults aged 60 years or older. The side effects caused by experiencing prolonged high blood pressure are kidney damage (kidney failure), heart (coronary heart disease) and brain which can lead to stroke if not detected early and receive adequate treatment. And can also cause death. Risk factors for complications of hypertension include elderly age, medication compliance, and lifestyle. Empowerment of the elderly can be through non-pharmacological therapy. An example of non-pharmacological therapy is by doing anti-hypertension exercises. The purpose of this program is for the elderly to be able to learn about hypertension and apply how to do anti-hypertension exercises. The method used is providing education to the elderly and applying anti-hypertension exercises with participants (elderly). Implementation of health education and anti-hypertension exercise activities for the elderly at the UPTD for Elderly Social Services in Binjai in November 2023. Most participants were able to answer questions during the question and answer session after the presentation of the material and participants were able to follow the instructor's exercise movement directions. Health education about hypertension and anti-hypertension exercise for the elderly is a program that can help increase physical activity in the elderly which can lower blood pressure in the elderly.

Hair is an important aspect of a person's appearance. Hair in the elderly experiences a decline in quality which is often characterized by thinning, brittleness and loss. Vitamin D plays an important role in this condition because it affects the growth cycle of hair follicles. A deficiency can cause hair to become brittle and fall out easily. In this community service activity, education is provided to explain the importance of vitamin D and how to get it through a healthy diet and lifestyle. Screening using a hair analyzer shows problems with hair loss and low hair density as well as lots of dead skin cells. Effective education and nutritional interventions, including vitamin D supplementation, are essential to improve hair health and ultimately the quality of life of elderly. Treating vitamin D deficiency, including hair and scalp care, must be an integral part of the elderly's health program.   Keywords: education, hair health, elderly, community service, vitamin D

This counseling focuses on the lack of awareness among teenagers about their body health, where up to now teenagers still seem to be indifferent to their body health. This is because teenagers now tend to prefer consuming fast food over healthy food. The aim of this counseling is to make teenagers aware of efforts to maintain body health by reducing consumption of fast food and to find out the reasons why teenagers don't like healthy food and are reluctant to consume it. This counseling was carried out because it was motivated by teenagers who tend to prefer consuming fast food compared to vegetables or other healthy foods. This extension uses quantitative methods by measuring the extent to which they understand about fast food and healthy food to find the necessary data. From the results found in the field, some teenagers prefer to consume fast food compared to healthy food. An obstacle to implementing a healthy lifestyle is that teenagers tend to prefer flavored foods or drinks rather than foods such as vegetables or water. So we as health promoters must be able to provide motivation, support and examples for teenagers to eat healthy food and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Aging is associated with significant changes in body composition, specifically a decrease in lean body mass and an increase in fat mass. These changes contribute to the prevalence of obesity and sarcopenia in the elderly population, impacting quality of life, morbidity and mortality. A complex interaction between hormonal decline, chronic inflammation, nutritional deficiencies, and reduced physical activity underlies these changes. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to screen for obesity and sarcopenia in the elderly at St. Mary's Church, Francis of Assisi. We use Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to measure body composition, which includes total body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and muscle mass. Among 32 participants, the average total body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and muscle mass were 36.5% each; 9.6%; 9.68%; and 21.5%. Body composition assessment using BIA is very important in managing the elderly's health. Preventive strategies, including tailored exercise programmes, nutritional counselling, and lifestyle modifications, are essential to maintain muscle mass and prevent excessive fat deposition, thereby improving quality of life and reducing morbidity and mortality. Health is a basic human need that continues to increase along with the progress of the times. Technological advances and lifestyle changes have led to a variety of new diseases, increasing the need for health services. Indonesia, with the fourth largest population in the world (272,229,372 people) and 10.14% of the population poor in 2021, faces significant health challenges. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the situation by limiting access to health services. Barriers to access, unequal distribution of services, and a shortage of doctors hinder efforts to realize the welfare of citizens as mandated by the 1945 Constitution. However, advances in information and communication technology have brought significant benefits in the health sector. Information technology has had a major impact on health and medicine, enabling the rapid, efficient, and accurate dissemination of information. One important development is the practice of telemedicine, which offers innovative solutions in health care.

By using this sophisticated technology, humans in the modern era can make it easier to do work. At first technology developed gradually along with the progress of culture and civilization. Because technology is a rapidly advancing cultural development, humans develop technology more quickly. Because technology provides structure for human activity, it can be said that technology does not simply assist human activity, but also reshapes it, creating new activities that define the self, community, and good. Moral-ethical decisions, social relationships, space, time, perception, and self-concept. Transformation through technological advances For example, when complex new instruments or techniques are used in medical practice, it not only changes what doctors do but also how people think about health, disease, and medical care. Social and moral life is influenced by the technological devices we appraise. They enhance human worldviews, social practices, organizations, values, and lifestyles. Nowadays, it is difficult to be truly active in making technological decisions while technological devices are most often imposed on us, forcing many things on us. Apart from having a positive impact, the development of this technology also has a negative impact which can hinder direct interaction between people, where people already have a lot of indirect interaction, everyone is already dependent on technology, especially smartphones and social media, all activities already involves social media, be it news, business, learning and others.
