The role of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is needed by employees as a provision for them to face the changes and demands of the times in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Operating a computer is a part of hard skills, employees need to have skills in operating programs found in Windows and the program most frequently used is Microsoft Excel. However, to achieve this, companies must overcome several obstacles, such as a lack of quality competence to develop and manage, analyze various high-tech systems Workers who have the competence and skills will be accepted in the world of work in the industrial era 4.0. The output target of this dedication is in the form of training services in the form of information for students about data processing, calculation and data management using the Microsoft Excel application. The method of implementing the activities used is the offline training, discussion, and question and answer method. The results of implementing this community service activity are providing an understanding of the use of the Microsoft Excel application for preparing financial reports and improving the hard skills of Pt employees. Telemedicine, as a form of evolution in the field of health services, has emerged as a response to the challenges and opportunities arising from advances in information and communication technology (ICT). In the era of globalization and digitalization, the concept of telemedicine has revolutionized the way medical services are provided, providing broader, more efficient, and innovative access to healthcare. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction among telemedicine users in Surakarta City. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing online questionnaires (google form). The population in this study are telemedicine users in the Surakarta City area. While determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 96 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents were aged 36-45 years (30.2%), female (51%). The education level of the majority of respondents graduated from high school or equivalent (31.2%). The level of employment of civil servants and self-employed (18.8%) and the activity that is often used is to consult a doctor (66.7%). A total of 3 - 4 times using telemedicine a total of 42.7%. While the results of the description of the quality of services provided are in the good category (72.9%) and the description of satisfaction is in the satisfied category (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the use of telemedicine services indicating a significant and positive relationship (p value = 0.000).    

Information and Communication Technology / IC is very important in the era of globalization. At this time, electronic government (e-gov) has begun to develop as an implementation of the use of information and communication technology in regional and provincial governments. One of the E-gov applications in government organizations is the local or provincial government website. Like the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office which uses the government's website as the simplest tool for viewing e-Government, the content is still in the form of general information needed by the public as information seekers. The problem is how to manage the web-based Government-to-Citizen (G2C) e-Gov model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office. Gov at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office. To answer this problem is to use the management function of G.R. terry. This study used an exploratory qualitative research design. The results of the study show that the G2C web-based e-Gov management model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office is in the second stage, namely maturation. This condition can be seen from the planning, organizing, implementing and controlling in culture and the Jambi Provincial Tourism Office. Obstacles in the management of e-Gov based on the G2C web model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office seen from the process of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling have not been optimal as a whole. Inadequate human resources, lack of outreach to the community, sectoral ego in several local government agencies, and lack of budget from local government. There have been several improvements and change management in several aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Increasing outreach to the community, having good budget planning, and increasing the ability of employees are suggestions for improvement.

The development of social media as part of new media encourages public relations practitioners to realize the importance of media in shaping the positive image of an institution.  This encourages the institution to establish good relations with the media through special activities called media relations. Based on the previous description, the researcher is interested in further studying media relations activities in the public relations model.  This study aims to analyze media relations in public relations practices at the Public relations Bureau of the Sumbawa University of Technology by using descriptive qualitative research methods to obtain structured and in-depth information.  The theory used is the theory of excellence which adapts four models of public relations communication as a basis for analysis, such as press agentry, public information, two-way asymmetrical, and two-way symmetrical. The results of the study show that the Public relations Bureau of the Sumbawa University of Technology applies a public relations model that focuses on providing quality information to the public through various communication channels, including social media. The implementation of public relations at the Public relations Bureau of the Sumbawa University of Technology, there are indications of the use of four public relations models. However, the two-way symmetrical model is considered the best one in achieving mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and the public.    

Hate speech, often referred to as hate speech, is an act of communication carried out by an individual or a group that can be in the form of provocation, humiliation, or blasphemy against individuals or groups on various occasions and conditions, such as skin color, race, physical imperfection, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and many others. Hate Speech itself has never escaped society's use of social media technology, especially Instagram. Instagram is a special application on a smartphone that is used for social media. These applications are almost identical to Twitter in terms of functionality but differ in how they are used to share information. One of the differences lies in the app's ability to take photos and share them with other users.

This study aims to describe the implementation of big data on social media in carrying out crisis communication. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through literature study. Literature study is a literature review with a traditional-conceptual approach. The results of this study also emphasize three aspects, namely: 1). The government must define a crisis because to understand a crisis, of course, we must start by defining it first. Each crisis that arises is accompanied by its own characteristics. 2). The government can use Big Data information sources to accelerate the implementation of government programs. 3). One of the efforts to look at big data to identify problems is to carry out the stages of social media. In the era of advances in communication and information technology, the existence of social media can no longer be separated from the activities of the world community.  

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competency and information technology utilization on the quality of regional property reports (a case study at the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province). The method used in this study is quantitative, using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. In analyzing the data using SPSS 25 software, the sampling method used was purposive sampling of 52 ASN respondents from the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results obtained, it shows that the competence of human resources and the use of information technology affect the quality of regional property reports at the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province..

    This study seeks to provide argumentative information regarding the reality of obstacles, challenges, strategies, and efforts in shaping the character of bureaucrats who have good morals, as well as to rationalize the importance of using technology, information, and communication in public services. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach with literature study methods, data analysis, namely, reduction, display, and verification or conclusion. The results of the research are: 1) dynamic and complex obstacles and challenges, leading to the reality of bureaucratic competence, mental distortion of serving , the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as well as legal certainty, 2) strategies and efforts in shaping the character of moral, capable bureaucrats through education and training, increasing technology literacy, supervision programs, and policies on welfare, 3) in the modern era, the bureaucracy needs to optimize technological progress , information and communication, to be effective and efficient, to be agile and professional. So that the formation of bureaucrats with character is an alternative solution in overcoming the stigma and stereotypes about the world of bureaucracy which is seen as rigid, conventional, procedural and pragmatic, so that it turns into world-class governance and public services.

Unauthorized communication interception constitutes a violation of privacy rights protected by the constitution and human rights principles. The development of digital technology has increased the potential for illegal interception of public communications and personal data. This study aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for victims of illegal communication wiretapping and the effectiveness of Indonesian positive law in providing remedies for victims. The research employed a normative juridical method using statutory and conceptual approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources. The results indicate that legal protection for victims of illegal wiretapping has been regulated under the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and the Personal Data Protection Law. However, the implementation of such protection still faces several challenges, particularly related to digital evidence, low public cybersecurity literacy, and the lack of optimal compensation mechanisms for victims. Existing legal protection remains more focused on punishing offenders rather than comprehensively restoring victims’ rights. Therefore, regulatory harmonization and strengthening of privacy protection mechanisms are necessary to ensure more effective legal protection for victims of illegal wiretapping.  

The development of information and communication technology has significantly influenced people’s lives, particularly in the use of digital media and social media. However, this development has also led to various forms of cybercrime, such as online fraud, personal data theft, the spread of hoaxes, and social media account hacking. The low level of digital literacy and public legal awareness has become one of the factors increasing the risk of cybercrime. This community service activity aimed to improve public awareness and legal understanding regarding the dangers of cybercrime through legal socialization activities. The method used in this activity was a socialization method with educational and participatory approaches through lectures, interactive discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and case simulations. The results of the activity showed an improvement in public understanding of the forms of cybercrime, legal consequences, and preventive measures for safe and responsible digital media use. In addition, this activity encouraged the emergence of public awareness to use social media wisely and protect personal data security. Therefore, legal socialization regarding cybercrime can serve as a preventive effort in building a law-aware society with good digital literacy.

The teaching method is a method used by a Sunday school teacher in teaching, guiding, advising and directing Sunday school children in understanding the word or works of God by using ICT. However, in reality, Sunday school teachers do not make use of ICT in organizing teaching and learning activities, even though they already understand that ICT greatly supports or helps the child's level of mastery of subject matter as a tool for achieving teaching and learning goals. In this study, the steps taken by the author to examine the literature search method. Literature search includes searching from various sources of literature from magazines, books and other sources to facilitate research, the method is to find material related to the discussion of this article, both physically and digitally or manually. Thus, so that learning can be effective and not boring, Sunday school teachers are required to be able to use ICT as a learning method when teaching. So in this case the Sunday school teacher will find it easier to provide learning as well as children will find it easier to capture and understand learning, not get bored in learning, and will have an interest and curiosity in the lessons being studied. The use of ICT as a teaching method for Sunday school teachers will generate new desires and interests for children and the media can control the pace of learning and provide a comprehensive experience for children from concrete and abstract things. So, teaching methods using information and communication technology will have a major influence or impact on learning outcomes with the desired goals.

Public service is the fulfillment of needs in society. there should be an increase in the quality of public services by utilizing information and communication technology, namely E- Government. The government's job is to provide services. For example, the Surabaya government is improving the quality of public services in the health sector with the e-health program. This study aims to see whether this program is effective for the people of Surabaya. The research method uses descriptive analysis, whether the e-health program is able to improve the quality of public services in the city of Surabaya in the health sector.

Protection of personal data privacy if it is not regulated in a law and regulation can result in losses for someone due to the dissemination of personal information. This study aims to analyze the protection of personal data privacy in a comparative law perspective. This study uses the literature study research method. Data collection techniques by collecting several previous studies as a reference for answering the importance of using Shopee among students, the latest features of Shopee that make it easier for consumers to use it and the reasons students choose to buy and sell online at Shopee, as well as supporting data. as supports such as newspapers, magazines, articles, e-books from the internet, image data and graphics according to the topic. The purpose and focus of this research is to find out the nature of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy and forms of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy in Indonesia. The result of this research is that the essence of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy is a citizen's constitutional right. Indonesia does not yet have statutory regulations which form the legal basis for the protection of personal data

Current technological developments are closely related to the millennial generation learning system and from elementary schools to tertiary institutions. This phenomenon is closely related to the use of learning software based on information and communication technology. Technology development with the Quizizz application is the right choice because Quizizz makes learning fun, challenging and interactive and adds to the knowledge, education and creativity of participating educators. A paradigm shift where learning develops with the application of technology that continues to grow rapidly, so it is not outdated and boring. This learning requires active learning, interactive communication and participation between students and teachers. Learning activities must also be created to achieve learning objectives.

The development of information and communication technology has significantly affected social change. One social media platform that is very popular among teenagers is Instagram. This study aims to analyze social changes that occur in the context of Instagram use and their influence on the formation of adolescent self-identity. This research uses’a literature study research method where the data used comes from journals, articles, the internet, literature reviews containing the material studied. The results of this study show that Instagram has a significant influence in shaping adolescent self-identity. Teenagers have the opportunity to build and manage their self image through the photos and content they upload on this platform. Instagram use also affects social norms and beauty standards of teens. Teenagers are often influenced by images uploaded by peers, celebrities, or influencers who are considered ideal models. This can lead to social pressure for adolescents to conform to these standards, both in physical appearance and lifestyle. Because excessive use can affect the mental health and personal development of adolescent. Therefore, it is important for parents to provide guidelines and support teenagers in using social media wisely.

Communication between parents and children is an important aspect in the formation of healthy family relationships. However, with the advent of digital technology, communication patterns between parents and children have changed significantly. This article discusses changes in parent-child communication in the digital era and the impact it has on parent-child relationships. This article also discusses the positive and negative impacts of changes in parent-child communication as well as strategies that can be taken by parents to optimize communication with children in the digital era. The purpose of writing this article is to provide information and advice for parents who want to maintain good communication relations with their children in the digital age and emphasize the importance of effective communication in family relationships. In this article, we use sources from scientific and research journals related to changes in parent-child communication in the digital era and their impact on family relationships.

The era of globalization means an era where technology is experiencing rapid development. Developments that can be felt by people in various parts of the world are information and communication technology. The rapid development of this globalization era also has an impact on the rapid development of social media which has various advantages and different features. One of them is social media TikTok. The interest of teenagers in using social media TikTok has caused these teenagers to flock more and more to share important and unimportant things such as sharing the latest news with each other while things that are not important such as the occurrence of racism or blasphemy between humans to cases of bullying. Based on the background above, the author wants to discuss what are the impacts of social media TikTok on adolescent behavior in the era of globalization. Here the author uses a qualitative method which conducts a literature study of several journals.  

At this time information and communication technology has developed rapidly. Therefore, BSI issued BSI Mobile, where the presence of BSI Mobile is expected to provide fast, safe and effective service to customers. Based on the explanation above, this study aims to determine how high the level of customer satisfaction is with the quality of BSI Mobile service users for customers who use BSI Mobile. This research was conducted based on a quantitative approach with causal research methods (Causal Study), where researchers will test hypotheses and look for the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 43 customer respondents using BSI Mobile. From the results of hypothesis testing it is known that service quality influences customer satisfaction in using BSI Mobile.

E-money which has been echoed since August 2014 as a means of transaction now continues to increase in terms of use, this increase proves that e-money has now become a payment instrument that is very popular with many people, including Islamic boarding schools. This study wants to know and analyze the motives of pesantren in implementing e-money. The study used is a descriptive qualitative method based on observation, interviews. The results of this study concluded that Islamic boarding schools also have the ability to implement e-money transactions as a payment medium by utilizing technology to support the smooth running of Islamic boarding school activities towards a more optimal direction. The goal is to improve pesantren customer service towards a safer and more comfortable direction, create a cahsless society environment, and paperless offices that can streamline data. The impact of this research is the hope that more and more pesantren will implement non-cash transactions to their students, as one of the positive responses of pesantren in the development of the times so that they can prepare a generation of highly competitive nations with the provision of strong religious understanding, intellectual intelligence and able to understand and manage information and communication technology.

Today's technological developments require the world of education to immigrate by adjusting developments. Technology is an important part of the learning process, including for Islamic Religious Education teachers. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is by carrying out data reduction, presenting data and ending with data verification. The results obtained that training activities on the use of information communication technology for PAI teachers have been carried out at SD Negeri Sugiraya. This information and communication technology has become an important need in the PAI learning process. Teachers are given the opportunity to learn to develop information and communication technology skills that are beneficial in their learning process and in their daily lives as well as learning programs in educational institutions need to implement information system-based learning. Integrating information and communication technology into learning, among others, to improve teacher competence in teaching and improve the quality of learner learning. Innovative information and communication technology can improve what is being done now, as well as what we have not yet started using information and communication technology.
