Globalization is a term that has to do with the increasing interconnectedness and interdependence between nations and people around the world through trade, investment, travel, popular culture, and other forms of interaction, so that the boundaries of a country become increasingly narrow. The values of Pancasila, especially the values contained in the third principle, namely "Indonesian Unity," are very relevant and important to be actualized in everyday life. The author uses the Literature Study method, which is defined by Nazir (2013) as a systematic process of tracing various literature sources relevant to the research topic to obtain the necessary information and materials. The results showed that the Third Precept of Pancasila has a very strategic role in facing challenges in the era of globalization. By instilling the values of unity, Indonesia can maintain national identity, overcome economic challenges, preserve culture, increase tolerance, and strengthen political positions in the international arena

Social changes driven by globalization and advancements in digital technology have led to a shift in the values surrounding human sexuality, from being sacred to becoming increasingly liberal and permissive. This phenomenon has triggered an identity crisis, particularly among the younger generation. This study aims to explore the meaning of self-control as presented in Sirach 5:2 and to evaluate its relevance as an ethical and theological foundation in addressing the contemporary crisis of sexuality. The method employed is a literature study using a qualitative-theological approach and textual analysis of Sacred Scripture. The findings indicate that self-control in Sirach 5:2 is not merely the suppression of desire but an expression of moral and spiritual maturity grounded in wisdom and divine grace. In light of Christian ethics, this virtue shapes responsibility, chastity, and fidelity within human relationships. Thus, self-control becomes a fundamental basis for building personal integrity and a dignified direction of life amidst a permissive cultural current.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential and development strategies of the historical tourism site “Jejak Bung Karno” (The Footsteps of Bung Karno) in Ende Regency, as well as to design an Android-based digital media to enhance the overall visitor experience. Ende is recognized for its profound historical value as the place where the foundational ideas of Pancasila were first conceived, and it is home to several important sites such as the Bung Karno Exile House and the Pancasila Reflection Park. However, the management of this destination remains suboptimal, particularly in terms of promotion, the application of digital technology, and the delivery of engaging tourist information. The user interface design was developed using Figma software, while user experience testing was conducted through the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) involving 35 participants. The results indicate that the Attractiveness (2.027) and Perspicuity (3.804) aspects received “excellent” ratings, while Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty were categorized as “above average.” These findings suggest that the application interface design aligns well with user needs and preferences. Furthermore, the study highlights that the implementation of Android-based technology contributes positively to the digitalization of historical tourism, broadens promotional reach, and strengthens the identity of “Ende Bumi Pancasila” as an educational and cultural tourism destination in the era of digital transformation.

Local religious traditions play a crucial role in maintaining spirituality, cultural identity, and social cohesion within communities, particularly in rural areas that continue to uphold traditional values. This study aims to examine in depth the influence of the Puja Bhakti Keliling tradition on the level of participation of Buddhist devotees in various religious activities in Sumogawe Village. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative design, involving 60 purposively selected respondents, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings indicate that this tradition contributes significantly to the active engagement of the devotees, with an R² value of 0.634 and a regression coefficient of 0.756, confirming its positive effect. Dimensions of togetherness, social interaction, and spiritual meaning were identified as the main factors driving active participation. The results also reveal low participation in Dhamma learning sessions, highlighting the need for innovation in educational methods and more engaging learning approaches within lay communities. The Puja Bhakti Keliling tradition has proven to serve as a spiritual, social, and educational medium that holistically supports community resilience and the sustainability of religious practices. This study recommends strengthening this traditional model through intergenerational support, innovative participatory learning methods, and contextual approaches that align with community needs.

Multiculturalism is a view that recognizes and respects cultural diversity in social life, politics, and community values. This concept emphasizes the importance of recognizing differences in cultural identity as the basis for creating a harmonious, peaceful, and inclusive society. Historically, the idea of multiculturalism emerged as a response to the melting pot paradigm in countries with high immigration rates, which tend to assimilate minority cultures into the dominant culture. Conversely, multiculturalism seeks to maintain the cultural identity of each group while building social cohesion within the framework of shared life. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach to examine the definition, history, and basic ideas of multiculturalism from various literature sources. The results of the study show that multiculturalism has a strong foundation in the principles of respect, tolerance, equal rights, and social justice in a pluralistic society. A deep understanding of this concept is very important in the context of a complex and diverse modern society, because it is able to strengthen mutual respect, build social solidarity, and maintain national unity amidst cultural, religious, and ethnic differences. Thus, multiculturalism is not only a social concept but also a cultural strategy for realizing a just and harmonious life together.

This study examines Azyumardi Azra’s interpretation of Islamization in the Malay-Indonesian Archipelago, highlighting its significance in both historical and contemporary discourse. Using a qualitative library research approach, the analysis draws on Azra’s key works, especially The Ulama Network: Southeast Asia and the Middle East in the Seventeenth and Eighteenth Centuries, and is supported by recent scholarly literature. Azra challenges conventional theories that attribute Islamization mainly to trade, political authority, or intermarriage. Instead, he underscores the central role of ulama networks, the transmission of religious knowledge, and the influence of Sufism. His perspective reveals how intellectual chains connected Southeast Asian scholars to Middle Eastern centers of learning, particularly Mecca and Medina, thus situating Islam in the archipelago as an integral part of global Islamic scholarship. Furthermore, Azra emphasizes the adaptive and dialogical character of Islamization, whereby Islamic teachings were internalized through cultural accommodation, shaping the distinctive identity of Islam Nusantara as moderate, inclusive, and cosmopolitan. The findings suggest that Azra’s framework not only advances historiography but also contributes to contemporary debates on religious moderation and Indonesian Islamic identity. This study concludes that his intellectual model provides a valuable foundation for further research that incorporates social, political, and economic dimensions of Islamization.

The Da’wah Institution of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), as part of Indonesia's largest Islamic organization, faces challenges in adapting to social dynamics, the digital revolution, and the rise of radicalism. In an increasingly diverse and fast-changing society, NU must develop da’wah strategies that are not only moderate and contextual but also adaptable to contemporary shifts. This study aims to explore how NU's social construction of da’wah is structured epistemologically, ontologically, and strategically to strengthen Islam’s role as rahmatan lil 'alamin, promoting social harmony and national unity. The research adopts a multisite case study approach at the Da’wah Institution of the NU Executive Board, employing qualitative methods through document analysis and in-depth interviews. The findings indicate that NU’s da’wah social construction integrates three main dimensions. Epistemologically, NU’s da’wah is grounded in authentic and contextual knowledge, allowing the dissemination of Islamic values in a peaceful, moderate, and inclusive way. Ontologically, the Da’wah Institution acts not only as a formal structure but as a representation of Islam Nusantara, reinforcing Islamic and national identity within a unified da’wah narrative. Strategically, NU’s da’wah is designed to adapt to shifting social, cultural, and technological landscapes by emphasizing participatory methods, utilizing digital media, and incorporating local cultural elements. These three dimensions work together to form a da’wah model that is responsive to contemporary challenges while deeply rooted in the Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah tradition.

This study explores the implementation of communication strategies in building personal branding on YouTube, with a particular focus on the micro-gaming content creator bioplazee. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a systematic literature review method by analyzing scientific journals, academic books, and other relevant sources published within the last five years. In addition, empirical analysis is conducted on the bioplazee YouTube channel to observe real-world applications of communication and branding practices. The study finds that communication strategies serve as a fundamental component in shaping audience perceptions, fostering engagement, and differentiating content creators in an increasingly competitive digital space. For micro-creators with limited resources (352 subscribers), authenticity and local cultural elements—such as using a Javanese accent and adapting to trending game themes—are found to be powerful tools for building a unique identity. However, the research also identifies gaps between theoretical models and practical execution, especially in maintaining message consistency, systematic content planning, and collaborative networking. These findings emphasize the importance of developing more structured, adaptive, and sustainable communication strategies for micro-creators to strengthen their personal branding, attract a loyal audience base, and achieve long-term growth in the dynamic landscape of digital content creation.
