Early childhood development screening is an important effort to ensure optimal development during a child's golden age, which includes physical, motor, language, cognitive, and socio-emotional aspects. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers play a key role in implementing early detection, given their intensive interaction with children during learning activities. However, early detection in PAUD institutions faces challenges such as limited teacher competencies, non-standardized screening instruments, and suboptimal cross-sector collaboration. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in early childhood development screening at RA Arrahmah using a qualitative approach and case study. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation with the head of RA and class teachers during October-November. The results show that teachers have carried out early detection in an integrated manner through continuous observations. However, the use of standardized screening instruments has not been optimal and still relies on informal observations. Major challenges include limited training, individual observation time, and the lack of a structured early detection program. This study concludes that strengthening teacher competencies, integrating early detection into institutional policies, and enhancing collaboration with parents and healthcare professionals are necessary to optimize early childhood development screening sustainably.

This study explores how Generation Z constructs work values and meaning in modern organizations shaped by digitalization and social transformation. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach under a social constructivist paradigm, the research investigates the lived experiences of young professionals in the digital, creative, and startup sectors. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and non-participant observation and analyzed using thematic analysis (Braun & Clarke, 2006; Moustakas, 1994). Findings show that Generation Z defines work through three interrelated dimensions: (1) intrinsic motivation grounded in personal purpose and self-expression, (2) redefined productivity emphasizing creativity and emotional balance rather than quantitative output, and (3) job satisfaction derived from inclusive culture and adaptive leadership. These results support Self-Determination Theory (Deci & Ryan, 2000) and Social Constructionism (Berger & Luckmann, 1966), showing that work meaning is socially constructed rather than objectively given. Overall, the study concludes that for Generation Z, work represents not merely economic activity but a medium for identity, contribution, and personal growth, urging organizations to embrace meaning-centered and value-driven leadership to enhance engagement and fulfillment.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) concept in Apple Inc.’s marketing strategy and to assess students’ perceptions as young consumers of Apple products. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied through a literature review supported by an online survey involving 30 students who use Apple products. Data were analyzed descriptively to relate Apple’s STP strategy to respondent preferences and satisfaction levels. The results indicate that Apple applies multidimensional market segmentation encompassing demographic, psychographic, and behavioral aspects, targeting premium consumers, creative professionals, and urban youth. The targeting strategy emphasizes product quality, design, and symbolic value, while positioning is established as a premium brand supported by an integrated product ecosystem. Survey findings show that ease of access is the most prioritized factor among respondents (40%), followed by information completeness (33%). The overall satisfaction level is categorized as moderate, with a mean score of 3.67. These findings suggest that Apple’s STP strategy has been effective in strengthening brand image among students; however, improvements are still needed, particularly in information delivery and service accessibility. This study is expected to provide practical insights for businesses and educational institutions in developing marketing strategies aligned with young consumer characteristics.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)-based biohacking has evolved as a body modification practice that integrates technology directly into human biology. While the practice has historical roots dating back to World War II when RFID was used to identify aircraft, its development toward human implantation began in the late 20th century and has become more widespread with society's increasing reliance on digital technology. Analysis of the principle of beneficence reveals that although RFID implantation can increase user convenience, comfort and security, these benefits are not yet fully supported by adequate scientific evidence regarding long-term safety. Meanwhile, the principle of non-maleficence highlights the risks of infection, tissue damage, interference with radiological examinations, and publications regarding other medical complications resulting from implantation, which is generally performed by non-medical personnel. Through historical, technical, and ethical reviews, this research emphasizes the need for a clearer regulatory framework, increased bioethical literacy, and the involvement of healthcare professionals in implantation to ensure that technological developments do not compromise human safety and well-being

Effective communication is a key competency for medical professionals, but traditional classroom-based methods in Indonesia face challenges such as limited practice, geographical barriers, and insufficient exposure to diverse patient scenarios. Mobile-assisted learning (MAL) offers a promising solution to enhance medical communication training outside traditional settings. This study investigates the effectiveness of MAL interventions in developing communication skills among Indonesian medical students and healthcare professionals. A mixed-methods approach was used, involving a quasi-experimental design with pre- and post-assessments of communication competence among 180 participants from three Indonesian medical schools. The MAL intervention included a mobile app with video demonstrations, interactive case scenarios, peer feedback, and microlearning modules. Quantitative data showed a significant improvement in communication competence (mean increase of 23.4%, p<0.001), with notable gains in information gathering (28%), relationship building (26%), and patient education (21%). The mobile platform saw high engagement (average of 4.3 sessions/week) and 87% module completion. Qualitative data revealed increased confidence in consultations, improved cultural sensitivity, and better time management. Challenges included inconsistent internet access, varying digital literacy, and resistance from traditional educators. MAL shows potential for improving medical communication in Indonesia, offering flexible, accessible training. Successful implementation requires addressing infrastructure issues, integrating MAL into existing curricula, and training faculty. This study adds to the growing evidence supporting technology-enhanced medical education in resource-limited settings.

This research investigates integrated maritime workforce resilience and mental health management frameworks addressing post-pandemic seafarer wellbeing challenges and organizational safety culture transformation. Through qualitative analysis involving 39 stakeholders including seafarers, ship operators, mental health professionals, maritime unions, training institutions, and maritime authorities, this study examines how COVID-19 pandemic intensified mental health crises through extended contracts, shore leave restrictions, and isolation while exposing systemic inadequacies in psychological support systems. Results demonstrate that comprehensive mental health frameworks can reduce psychological distress by 55-70%, improve safety performance by 40-55%, enhance crew retention by 45-60%, and decrease incident rates by 35-50% when integrating organizational culture change, leadership competency development, predictive analytics, and culturally-adapted interventions. Key challenges include mental health stigma (affecting 65-80% of seafarers), limited organizational investment (only 18-25% adequate), service accessibility gaps, and workforce demographic diversity requiring culturally-sensitive approaches. Findings reveal that effective mental health management requires systemic organizational transformation integrating psychological wellbeing into safety management systems, work design optimization, family support programs, and career sustainability rather than treating mental health as peripheral welfare concern, supporting maritime industry's workforce retention and operational safety imperatives.

Endek Bali weaving is a distinctive cultural heritage of Bali that has been increasingly applied to various product design elements, including interior accents and fashion media. While the use of Endek fabric has been applied to various bag accents, the integration of traditional fabrics in chef knife bags is still rare, resulting in monotonous designs. This study aims to design a chef knife bag incorporating the Endek Bali motif as part of a multifunctional product design. The chef knife bag not only functions as a bag for carrying kitchen knives but also as a stand or mat for knives during cooking events. This design uses synthetic leather, which closely resembles real leather but is more affordable and environmentally friendly. By incorporating the Endek Bali motif into this design, it is hoped that it will introduce Balinese culture to the global stage, particularly in the culinary and creative industries. Furthermore, this design offers a practical solution for culinary professionals who need easy-to-carry and functional tools for attending cooking events or competitions. Through this design, it is expected to enhance aesthetic value while supporting the preservation of Indonesian culture.

The phenomenonoccurring in various universities shows an increase in cases of academic fraud, such as cheating, plagiarism, research data manipulation, and misuse of technology in the learning process. This behavior not only undermines academic integrity, but also has the potential tocreate a mindset of cheating that carries over into the workplace. Integrityis a fundamental value that forms the moral foundation of every aspect oflife, both in education and in the workplace. In the context of higher education, students are expected not only to excel academically, but also to possess honesty, responsibility, and strong professional ethics.Accountants are future professionals who will be directly involved inthe management and financial reporting of organizations. This profession demandsa very high level of honesty and integrity, because the accuracy andreliability of financial reports form the basis for business and public decision-making. However, in practice, there are many cases of accounting fraud, such as budget mark-ups, financial statement manipulation, creative accounting, and data misstatement, which occur due to weak values of integrity and moral responsibilityamong individuals. If dishonest behavior has already been established during college—for example, in the form of cheating, manipulating assignment data, or falsifying lab reports—then the risk of bringing similar habits into the workplace will be even higher. Integrity is a core competency (core comp) that determines a person's quality as an organizational asset

Sexual violence within the family is a serious criminal act that not only violates the law but also causes profound physical and psychological suffering for victims. The complexity of such cases increases as the perpetrators are often close family members, resulting in trauma and obstacles in law enforcement. Decision Number 2068/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Medan serves as the basis for analyzing the extent to which legal protection can be provided to victims. The research problems addressed are: (1) what forms of legal protection are available for victims of sexual violence within the family under Indonesian positive law, and (2) how such protection is implemented in Decision Number 2068/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Medan. The research method applied is normative juridical with statutory, conceptual, and case study approaches. Data sources include legislation, legal literature, and court decision analysis. The findings reveal that legal protection for victims is regulated under the Child Protection Law, the Criminal Code, and other legal instruments emphasizing preventive, repressive, and rehabilitative measures. The Medan District Court imposed a severe sentence on the perpetrator in accordance with the law; however, protection for victims remains limited to formal aspects without comprehensive psychological recovery programs. In conclusion, the protection of victims of sexual violence within the family has been clearly regulated on a normative basis, but its implementation remains weak. Greater collaboration between law enforcement authorities, child protection institutions, and professionals is necessary to ensure the holistic recovery of victims.
