Colostrum is also a thick viscous fluid with a yellowish color that is yellower compared to mature milk. Colostrum is the first fluid secreted by the breast glands, containing tissue debris and residual material found in the alveoli and ducts of the breast glands before and after the puerperium. The IMD approach currently recommended is the breast crawl method (crawling looking for the breast) after the baby The baby is immediately placed in the mother's stomach and left to crawl to find the mother's nipple herself and finally sucks it without help. Many post-natal mothers do not give breast milk or colostrum to their babies. This is due to many factors. One of them is ignorance, making mothers neglect the importance of giving breast milk to babies. Apart from that, most mothers don't understand how colostrum is very beneficial for babies. Research to determine the factors associated with giving colostrum to post partum mothers is very necessary, so that future efforts can be made to ensure that all newborn babies are given colostrum. This study aims to analyze the factors of giving colostrum to post partum mothers at the Kabanjahe District Health Center. Karo. The type of research used in this research is analytical with a cross sectional design. There were 29 research respondents. By collecting secondary and primary data. Postpartum hemorrhage is a frequent cause of death in mothers with 1,280 cases. One of the causes of postpartum bleeding is a uterus that does not contract or is called uterine atony. Uterine atony keeps the blood vessels open so that blood continues to flow. Efforts to make the uterus contract are by uterine massage. Uterine massage helps make the blood vessels close and stimulates contractions so that the height of the fundus decreases, indicating that the uterus is slowly shrinking. Research objective: to determine the effect of uterine massage on reducing the height of the uterine fundus as an effort to prevent post-partum bleeding. Method: This research uses a quasi-experimental design, namely post test control group design. The sample in this study was part of normal postpartum mothers at BPM. The sample was divided into a treatment group and a control group. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the unpaired sample t test. The results of the independent t test obtained a p value of 0.071 (p > 0.05). This means that there is no effect of uterine massage on reducing the height of the uterine fundus.

It is estimated that 60% of deaths in pregnancy occur after delivery and 50% of deaths postpartum within the first 24 hours. After the baby is born, the uterus which during labor contracts and retracts will become hard so that it can close the large blood vessels that lead to the former implantation of the placenta. If the involution process does not go well, a condition called uterine sub involution will arise. If the sub involution of the uterus is not handled properly, it will result in bleeding, for that the mother needs certain exercises that can accelerate the process of involution. According to several studies, to speed up the process of uterine involution, one of the recommended exercises is postpartum gymnastics, an integration model of relaxation techniques and exercises for the 'Otaria' abdominis muscles. The purpose of this study was to determine whether postpartum exercise model integration of relaxation techniques and 'Otaria' abdominis muscle exercises had an effect on the speed of uterine involution in post partum mothers at PKM Sayung 2, Demak Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the method used in this study is a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. The design used in this study was Post-test Only Control Group Design. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results showed that respondents who did puerperal exercise 'otaria' experienced uterine involution faster than respondents who did postpartum exercise with a value of (p-value <0.05) at TFU and (p-value <0.05) at lochia.   Keywords: Otaria Postpartum Gymnastics, Uterine Involution Speed

Lactation management is needed to support the successful management of breastfeeding. Failure of the breastfeeding process is often caused by some mothers who do not understand the correct way to breastfeed. Based on UNICEF data, only 30% of post partum primiparous mothers provide exclusive breast milk, this shows that babies in Indonesia still receive non-exclusive breast milk. The aim of this service is to increase knowledge about lactation management which consists of how to breastfeed, the benefits of breastfeeding, the correct breastfeeding position. The activity was carried out at the Bara Baraya Community Health Center, Makassar City on December 9 2022. The method used in this service was lecture and question and answer which began with a pre-test then providing information and then a post-test with a total of 7 participants. The results of the activity showed that those who had good knowledge before the counseling were carried out were 3 people (42.85%) and after the counseling it increased to 7 people (100%), this shows that the counseling was effective in lactation management for Primiparous Postpartum Mothers..
