This research analyzes the effectiveness of sentences in syntax in the January 2024 edition of Antaranews.com online news text as a reference source for XII grade high school students. This research aims To assess the efficacy of sentences in five articles published in online news, namely Antaranews.com, which is reviewed from the sentence structure, cohesion and coherence as well as the appropriateness of language styles. The methodological approach and theoretical approach are applied as approaches to the analysis of this research. The methodological approach uses a qualitative descriptive method, and the theoretical approach in Examining the efficacy of writing uses analytical methods in the field of syntax. In this analysis, the qualitative descriptive method is used, which is focused on the problem based on facts conducted by observation and studying existing documents and articles. The results of the analysis contained in 5 Antaranews.com news texts include 28 ineffective sentence structures, 23 ineffective cohesion and coherence, and also 11 stylistic discrepancies. This resulted in 62 ineffective sentences. This research is expected to contribute to the knowledge and insight of researchers about sentence analysis conducted in the context of online news texts. The most errors in the use of effective sentences are in sentence structure. Therefore, improvement efforts are needed to minimize and overcome sentence usage errors, to create good language in written communication. The practical implication of this research is the importance of a good understanding of sentence syntax in the context of language learning, especially for XII-grade high school students who need a deep understanding of building effective and clear news texts.

Learners are the main focus in the learning process, which needs to be given space and opportunity to express their abilities in developing their potential and attitude of daring to argue and their critical attitude, but often students are reluctant to give their opinions, therefore this research will be a bridge for teachers to pay more attention and crave students who are less critical in learning activities. To complete this scientific paper, the author uses a literature study method or library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. To realize students who have courage and a good critical attitude, the teacher must be able to create a sense of security for students, be able to be friends, be able to motivate, and be able to create a pleasant learning atmosphere that can attract students' interest in learning.

The use of media in every activity is an absolute necessity for an educator because every learning activity that takes place in schools and universities requires educators to utilize technology when they are in the classroom or learning that takes place in a row. This is what happened in the Primary School Teacher education study program at the Sinar Pancasila Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP) where the role of technology is very much needed, both as a medium and as a tool in learning. This research aims to analyze what needs are needed in the Sinar Pancasila Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP) PGSD Study Program as a form of support during the learning process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method where researchers conduct observations and interviews with students in the study program to find facts about the need for learning media in the PGSD Study Program. This research also aims to analyze the needs of the students of the PGSD Study Program at the Sinar Pancasila Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP) regarding the use of media that have not been met; lack of existing facilities in the study program; and opinions and input from study program students during the learning process as well as solutions offered based on the results of research data.

Pengabdian terhadap masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan digitalisasi UMKM “Kedai Neng Wati” melalui rebranding logo dan peningkatan pemasaran online. Kegiatan melibatkan pemilik usaha, Kelurahan Medokan Semampir, dan tim KKN kelompok 6. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif, meliputi survey dan wawancara, penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah terciptanya brand identity baru melalui rebranding logo, peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan media sosial dan toko online, serta peningkatan penjualan produk secara daring. Dampak positifnya adalah meningkatnya daya saing UMKM “Kedai Neng Wati” di era digital. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengembangan UMKM yang lebih berdaya saing. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara, ditemukan permasalahan pada UMKM “Kedai Neng Wati”, yaitu : logo kurang menarik, kurangnya pemanfaatan media digital, dan terbatasnya pengetahuan pemilik dalam mengelola media digital. Upaya digitalisasi melalui rebranding logo dan peningkatan pemasaran online dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era digital.

YouTube telah menjadi platform utama dalam berbagi dan mengakses video dengan berbagai informasi yang tersedia kapan saja dengan koneksi internet. Di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, integrasi teknologi digital dalam pendidikan semakin penting, khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris, yang merupakan bahasa internasional. Pandemi COVID-19 menambah kompleksitas pembelajaran daring, menuntut adaptasi pada sarana, media, dan metode pengajaran. YouTube, sebagai media pembelajaran, menawarkan berbagai keuntungan seperti aksesibilitas, kemudahan penggunaan, dan interaktivitas, yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan generasi digital yang cenderung mencari metode belajar yang dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi YouTube sebagai alat pembelajaran, mengidentifikasi tantangan dan manfaatnya, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk penerapannya dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa YouTube dapat menjadi sumber belajar yang efektif jika dikelola dengan baik, dengan memperhatikan konsistensi dan relevansi konten. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa YouTube memiliki peran signifikan dalam mendukung pembelajaran peserta didik di era digital, terutama di masa pandemi.

Today's technology is increasingly sophisticated and can even be used as a means for marketing media. Many business owners utilize this technology as a medium for product promotion. One of them is Nadiraa who participated directly to do online marketing at TikTok Shop. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the SOSTAC model in the online marketing strategy at TikTok Shop Nadiraa's account. The method used in the research is qualitative research method with descriptive method. The subject of this research is Nadiraa's TikTok Shop account, and the object of this research is the Analysis of the Use of the SOSTAC Model on the Online Marketing Strategy at TikTok Shop Nadiraa's account. The data collection technique in this research is using content analysis on Nadiraa's account at TikTok Shop. The results in this study show that there are results of an analysis of online marketing strategies using the SOSTAC method on Nadiraa's account as a whole starting from Situation Analysis using SWOT analysis, then Objectives with 5S analysis, Strategy with STP analysis, Tactics using 4P, Action analysis of actions taken by Nadiraa, and finally controlling as material for evaluation to be able to increase profits.   Keywords: , ,

Abstract. During the pandemic, there were many people who suffered big losses and had an impact on the economy, so this caused people who experienced a downturn in the economy to be particularly encouraged to apply for loans via the internet. Especially online loan transactions are very supportive because they are very easy to reach. So, people don't need to leave the house to carry out this transaction. The research being carried out has the aim of discussing the rise of online loans during the pandemic and a review of sharia economic law on online loans during the pandemic and an evaluation of sharia economic law on online lending practices is the main focus of this research. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with a literary nature because it analyzes and discusses to conclude the legal status regarding online loans. Keywords: Online Loans, Islamic Economic Law, Pandemic Abstrak. Selama pandemi, masyarakat banyak sekali orang-orang yang merugi besar dan berpengaruh dalam perekonomian, sehingga pada hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat yang mengalami penurunan dalam perekonomian terdorong terutama untuk mengajukan pinjaman melalui internet. Terutama transaksi pinjaman online ini sangat mendukung karena sangat mudah dijangkau. Jadi, masyarakat tidak perlu meninggalkan rumah untuk melakukan transaksi ini. Pada penelitian yang sedang dilakukan ini memiliki tujuan yang dapat membahas tentang marakya pinjaman online selama pandemi dan tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah pada pinjaman daring selama pandemi dan evaluasi hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap praktik pinjaman daring ini adalah fokus utama penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan sifatnya yang bersifat kepustakaan karena menganalisis dan mendiskusikan untuk menyimpulkan status hukum mengenai pinjaman daring. Technological developments bring about change. One of the changes occurring in the education sector is online learning. Online learning allows learning activities between teachers and students to take place without meeting face to face in class and can take place at any time as long as there are devices such as smartphones, laptops and computers that are connected to the internet. Implementing online learning will certainly have a different influence from direct classroom learning. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of exploring the impact of online learning on the learning motivation of educational technology students class of 2023. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires to educational technology students class of 2023, then the data was processed using Microsoft Excel. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of online learning on learning motivation. In this research, it was found that the number of learning motivations in online use was decreasing and the understanding of learning material was low when implementing online learning. Online learning has a big influence on the learning motivation of educational technology students class of 2023.

The advancement of information and communication technology today can influence the development of education, one of which is through online learning. Online learning can be utilized by teachers and students anytime and anywhere. This research aims to describe: 1) the feasibility of implementing online learning using Google Classroom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp Group on the Basic Competencies of Making Bolero/Vest for 11th-grade students in Fashion Design 1 class at State Vocational High School 8 Surabaya, and 2) students' learning outcomes through the implementation of online learning. This research is descriptive in nature and was conducted at State Vocational High School 8 Surabaya in the Fashion Design 1 class, focusing on the subject of custom-made fashion garment production, specifically the competence of making bolero/vest, during September - October of the 2020/2021 academic year. The number of respondents was 35 students. Data collection methods included observation and assessment of bolero/vest products. The research instruments used were observation sheets and product assessment rubrics. Data analysis was conducted descriptively by calculating the average observation results and categorizing values between complete and incomplete. The research results indicate: 1) the feasibility of learning conducted over 4 meetings shows that the WhatsApp Group application was used during the opening of the lesson, Google Classroom was used in the opening and core learning activities, and Google Meet was used in the core and closing parts. The observation results of the feasibility of learning with the application of Google Classroom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp Group on the basic competencies of making bolero/vest for 11th-grade students in Fashion Design 1 class at State Vocational High School 8 Surabaya are categorized as very good, with an average score of 84, and 2) the learning outcomes of students, where 28 students were declared complete and 7 students were declared incomplete. The classical learning completeness level reached 80%, exceeding the school's KKM (Minimum Mastery Criteria) standard of >76%.

Learning in underdeveloped villages is constrained by accessibility problems. Accessibility is not only in terms of area affordability, but also economics, health and the environment. The existence of accessibility which is considered severe has an impact on the quality of education which is categorized as weak. Therefore, remore area education needs many contributions from stakeholders. Then, to overcome this problem should be followed up by providing additional internet facilities to support information and communication facilities, but the use of the internet has not been maximized. The purposes of this analysis are 1) to describe and analyze the problem of weaknesses in using internet technology as a learning tool, and 2) to carry out an analysis of appropriate educational planning for underdeveloped villages. This analysis was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this analysis are 1) the use of the internet to support the learning process is considered not optimal due to the HR factors of teachers and madrasah leader who do not understand online learning, 2) the educational planning process is carried out as a solution to implementation weaknesses, namely by using synoptic theory and increasing competence teacher pedagogy. Conclusion education planning needs to be conducted to increase the output and outcome of the program that has been planned.

Hidden curriculum emphasizes the development of affective aspects and students' self-actualization as a model for achieving learning goals. This research investigates the implementation of a hidden literacy curriculum in an online learning context, with a focus on program preparation, implementation, and completion. The aim of this research is to revive the nation's literacy spirit for Indonesia's future progress. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach to describe directly how the situation and implementation process takes place. Through analysis of literacy needs and selection of relevant materials, this program preparation creates a solid foundation. The implementation of this hidden curriculum emphasizes literacy orientation, integrated activities, and individual support to increase student participation and development of literacy skills. Literacy final projects, self-evaluations, and portfolio creation provide concrete evidence of students' literacy achievements, while evaluations of program effectiveness guide subsequent improvements. Overall, this research provides insight into how hidden curriculum literacy can shape students as independent learners who are able to apply literacy in their daily lives.

Perkembangan IPTEK dalam era digital saat ini telah berpengaruh pada berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Proses pembelajaran kini sering memanfaatkan teknologi seperti proyektor dan pembelajaran daring. Penggunaan teknologi dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan efektif, terutama untuk anak-anak usia dini. Melalui digital game based learning dan video animasi, teknologi digunakan untuk menciptakan suasana kegiatan belajar mengajar terasa menarik dan interaktif. Tujuan sosialisasi pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menciptakan Generasi Emas 2045 yang berwawasan akan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Tim pengabdi melakukan sosialisasi kepada peserta didik usia 7-12 tahun di RPTRA Citra Bangsa, Jakarta Timur. Dalam kegiatan ini, metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pemberian pre-test dan post-test, pemaparan materi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan evaluasi. Pemberian tes melalui website Quizizz bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan pemahaman siswa sebelum dan setelah dilakukannya pemaparan materi. Wawancara kepada pihak pengajar dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan ini telah mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa dengan memperkenalkan alat digital sebagai media pembelajaran kepada generasi dini merupakan langkah awal yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman teknologi pada anak-anak dan juga sangat efektif untuk menarik minat anak-anak dalam belajar.

The purpose of this study is to describe the characters and characterizations, as well as to describe the representation of the existence of 21st century women in the main character in the novel Jalan Panjang Menuju Pulang by Pipiet Senja. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the documentation method. Data analysis techniques used reading techniques and note-taking techniques, then the results of data analysis were presented in descriptive form. The theory used in this study is Simone de Beauvoir's existentialist feminist theory. The source of the data in this study was a novel entitled The Long Way to Go Home by Pipiet Senja. The total data findings in this study found 95 data, namely 40 data from characters and characterizations and 55 data from the representation of 21st century women in the novel Jalan Panjang Menuju Pulang by Pipiet Senja. The results of the analysis of the novel Jalan Panjang Toward Home by Pipiet Senja can be concluded that the main female character, Fatin, can realize her existence from the oppression she has experienced. The results showed that the forms of oppression experienced by Fatin's character were verbal violence (5 data), non-verbal violence (18 data), and sexual harassment (7 data). Fatin's character experienced verbal and non-verbal violence due to the actions of Rimbong who was her husband and also her new boyfriend Frankie whom she met in the Netherlands, while Fatin experienced sexual harassment due to the actions of Hans, a white  man who stayed at the Tiara Hotel where Fatin worked, and was also carried out by Frankie . The representation which implies meaning and ideology as a symbol of the 21st century women's struggle against oppression as a form of existence, is carried out by the character Fatin. As for the form of the Fatin character's struggle against oppression as a form of her existence, namely by daring to fight (12 data), trying to rise from oppression (9 data), and working (4 data).

Research aims to determine the effect of industrial work practices (prakerin) and productive subjects on entrepreneurial interest through the Self-Efficacy of students majoring in Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Jombang. The sample in this study was 103 students. The results of the research describe that partially 1) No influence of industrial work practices (prakerin) on entrepreneurial interest, 2) Positive and significant influence on productive subjects on entrepreneurial interest, 3) Positive and significant influence on Self-Efficacy on entrepreneurial interest, 4) Finding a positive and significant influence on industrial work practices (prakerin) on Self-Efficacy, 5) Not finding the effect of productive subjects on Self-Efficacy, 6) Finding a positive and significant influence on industrial work practices on interest in entrepreneurship through Self-Efficacy as a moderating variable, 7) Found positive and significant effect of productive subjects on interest in entrepreneurship through Self-Efficacy as a moderating variable.

Skripsi ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Baitulmaal Muamalat”. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pelaksanaan pelatihan yang dilakukan secara daring oleh Yayasan Baitulmaal Muamalat, pelatihan yang diberikan sulit untuk ditangkap oleh para Amil karena pelatihan yang diberikan hanya berupa ceramah dan diskusi yang dilakukan secara virtual atau secara daring yang memungkinkan ada kendala yang dapat terjadi dalam pelatihan tersebut sehingga bisa menjadi kekeliruan nantinya, kurang efektif serta kurangnya motivasi kerja yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Penelitian ini penulis sajikan dengan desain penelitian yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif statistika dengan menggunakan 3 variabel yang sesuai dengan permasalahan penelitian yaitu Pelatihan Kerja(X1), Motivasi Kerja(X2) dan Kinerja Karyawan(Y). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple random sampling yang  dilakukan dengan cara pemilihan acak dari segmen kecil individu atau anggota dari keseluruhan populasi. Berdasarkan uji t parsial dengan nilai Ttabel 2,000 dinyatakan bahwa Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja, hasil yang menunjukan nilai Thitung sebesar 4,970>2,000. Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan, hasil yang menunjukan nilai Thitung sebesar 1,847<2,000.Berdasarkan uji F simultan bahwa Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan dimana hasil yang menunjukan nilai Fhitung sebesar 41,778 yang berarti lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 3,15.

Online learning is a learning activity that utilizes today's technology by using the internet as a bridge to replace ordinary learning during the ongoing pandemic. The online learning method itself does not require students to be present in class, students can access the learning through internet media. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent to which the use of WhatsApp learning media is effective and can be used. The method used is a qualitative method, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation through teachers, parents, and students. The results of the research are: (1) the use of WhatsApp media is not yet effective and implemented optimally, (2) The percentage of the relationship between teachers, students, and parents in the use of WhatsApp media is still not directed, (3) the evaluation of online learning is not optimal.

Pembelajaran online menawarkan beberapa manfaat, seperti akses ke kursus yang lebih luas, fleksibilitas, dan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan pemikiran kritis yang penting dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Hal ini memicu banyaknya penelitian terkait online learning dan mulai dari tahun 2019 online learning ini mulai lebih banyak lagi digunakan karena pada saat itu ialah masa pandemic. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menangkap lanskap penelitian tekait online learning in high school. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometric. Data diperoleh dari database scopus yang telah disemournakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi terkait online learning in high school meningkat setiap tahunnya dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022, Adapun jumlah dokumen terbanyak yaitu pada negara Indonesia, jumlah dokumen terbanyak yaitu pada lembaga atau universitas “Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia” dan pada jurnal “National Science Foundation”. Fokus penelitian yaitu 1) human dan pandemic; 2)online learning, e-learning dan covid-19; 3)blended learning dan motivation. Keyword yang menjadi tema baru adalah adolescent, dan learning strategies.

Permasalahan kegiatan pembelajaran yakni menurunnya semangat siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS terdeteksi semenjak mereka masuk offline terutama kelas VII di MTsN 1 Trenggalek setelah adanya pembelajaran online daring (dalam jaringan) selama dua tahun, sebagai akibat dari adanya pandemi covid-19. Hal tersebut merupakan alasan adanya penelitian ini. Sebagai bentuk usaha untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian menggunakan model pembelajaran Probing – Prompting  dirasa mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPS. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif metode quasi experiment. Peneliti mengambil populasi siswa kelas VII dan mengambil sampel menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposif Sampling yakni penentuan sampel berdasarkan alasan dan pertimbangan tertentu. Melalui teknik tersebut sampel penelitian adalah kelas VII-H (kelas eksperimen) dan VII-I (kelas kontrol). Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, instrumen (post-test, angket), dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji pra-syarat untuk mengolah data menggunakan uji T-Tes dan uji Manova. Dengan hasil hipotesis Ha keseluruhan dapat diterima.

Financial Technology atau FinTech merupakan hasil gabungan antara jasa keuangan dengan teknologi yang akhirnya mengubah model bisnis dari konvensional menjadi moderat, yang awalnya dalam membayar harus bertatap-muka dan membawa sejumlah uang kas, kini dapat melakukan transaksi jarak jauh dengan melakukan pembayaran yang dapat dilakukan dalam hitungan detik saja. Layanan pinjaman online (Peer to Peer Lending) merupakan bantuan finansial yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga keuangan secara dalam jaringan (daring). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan pendidikan dalam bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap peminjam online berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 77/POJK.01/2016 Tentang Layanan Pinjam Meminjam Uang Berbasis Teknologi Informasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya dampak positif dan negatif dari yang menjadi sebuah kelebihan dan kekurangan dari layanan pinjaman online (Peer to Peer Lending).

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari kepirbadian merek dan pengalaman yang dihasilkan merek pada pembentukan ikatan emosional merek pada merek Starbuck. Penyelenggaran survey dilakukan secara daring kepada 272 pelanggan Starbucks di kota Malang. Data hasil survey dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda pada SPSS 2022. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa faktor kepribadian merek dan pengalaman merek secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan ikatan emosional merek. Diantara keduanya, kepribadian merek ditemukan lebih dominan berdampak pada ikatan emosional merek. Namun, kedua variabel hanya memiliki dampak sebesar 29,8% terhadap ikatan emosional merek. Hal ini berarti faktor kepribadian merek lebih berperan pada pembentukan ikatan emosional merek pada pelanggan Starbuck di Malang. Hasil studi juga menyarankan agar Starbucks perlu lebih memahami kebutuhan pelanggan yang berusia 21-35 tahun. Adanya pergeseran generasi konsumen dari Milenial ke generasi Z dapat menghasilkan perbedaan kebutuhan dan persepektif terhadap kepribadian merek dan pengalaman merek, yang pada akhirnya akan dapat menciptakan peningkatan pada ikatan emosional merek.
