Every activity is bound to be presented with obstacles, this research describes the obstacles to the solutions suggested by the researchers. Based on the research results, extracurricular activities are divided into 2 (two) parts, namely mandatory and optional extracurricular activities. This is in the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 63 of 2014 concerning extracurricular activities in educational units. One of the extracurricular activities that must be implemented at every level is the Scout Education extracurricular as implemented in the 2013 curriculum. Scout Education plays a role as a vehicle for complementary activities in the learning process with the aim of forming and developing student character. In the implementation of Scout Education extracurricular activities there are 3 (three) models, namely the Block Model, Actualization Model and Regular Model. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely the research results are presented descriptively.  

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the form of directive speech acts and the background of the speech in the short story collection Rokat Tase by Muna Masyari. This research is a type of qualitative research. The approach used is a sociopragmatic approach. The data collection techniques used are listening techniques and note-taking techniques. The instrument used is a data card for the classification of forms of directive speech acts. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. Presentation of the results of data analysis is carried out informally. The forms of directive speech acts found were (9) directive speech acts of giving advice, (31) directive speech acts of commands, (8) directive speech acts of requests, (3) directive speech acts of ordering, and () directive speech acts of criticism. Meanwhile, the background causes of speech are influenced by physical environmental factors, social influences, culture, social status, social relationships and work. This research can have implications for literature learning at junior high school level.

One of the skills that requires understanding is writing. Social life is never separated from activities that require writing. Writing even becomes a culture in a region such as the Malay land, one of which is Riau which has Arabic Malay writing. Malay Arabic which is a cultural treasure is preserved by the implementation of local content of Malay Arabic lessons from elementary school level. This study aims to determine the understanding of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program Batch 2021 A Riau University Students towards Malay Arabic Writing. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Quantitative descriptive research method is a method that aims to create a picture or descriptive of a situation objectively using numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data and the appearance and result. The results of the research showed that the understanding of Arabic Malay writing was good with a percentage of 90%, the ability to understand Arabic Malay writing was adequate with a percentage of 60%, and the ability to understand Arabic Malay writing was poor with a percentage of 50%. Overall, Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program students' understanding of Malay Arabic Writing is in the poor category with an average percentage of 67%.

Spirituality focuses on a way of life, rather than abstract and speculative philosophical formulations. "Spirituality" is also considered a way that can be used to bring a person to the desired life. Exploring the values of Pancasila as a Liberating Spirituality is an effort and commitment as citizens of the nation, state, and religious communities to make Pancasila a guiding spirit in carrying out the governance of personal and social life of the nation and state. The national spirit of Pancasila truly becomes an inclusive social virtue, inspiring, uniting, and liberating all social groups, ethnicities, religions, languages, and aspirations. The spiritual values contained in Pancasila are divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation, and justice. These values are aligned with the universal values of all religions. Taking Pancasila as a liberating spirituality can help integrate the diversity-also known as kebhinekaan-that characterizes Indonesia around the world. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the national spirit and liberating spirituality of Pancasila values are essential to anticipate and deal with such a crisis. The incarnation of the spirit of Pancasila can be seen in the benefits of national life, such as harmony, tolerance, solidarity, compassion, gotong royong, equality of the dignity of every Indonesian before the law, freedom of expression responsibly, and social solidarity. The sense of nationality reminds us how important it is for every Indonesian son and daughter to stick to the basic principles of national life, namely the love of the homeland, language, and one nation, Indonesia. Loyalty is not limited to religion, culture or geographical region. Basic human values can serve as benchmarks for a country's political, legal and economic systems, so that the spiritual values of Pancasila can liberate and liberate every citizen.

This article discusses the differences in extracurricular activities between private and public schools in Indonesia. Private schools, supported by greater financial resources, offer a variety of activities with modern facilities. On the other hand, public schools, despite their limited budgets, still ensure equal access to education. Comparisons include infrastructure, fees, student numbers and extracurricular opportunities. Factors such as gender, religion and culture influence the offering of activities. Qualitative research methods and observations were used to explain the differences in planning, types of activities and assessment between the two. Field observations highlighted barriers in private and public schools, including facilities constraints. This article examines the strengths and weaknesses of the two schools observed, providing a holistic insight into the impact of educational institutions on student character building in Indonesia.

The differences that the Indonesian state has are often used as the basis for conflicts that occur within this country. The diversity of religions, ethnicities, races, cultures and traditions that exist often differentiates Indonesian society. These differences often become the root of a problem and ultimately result in unrest and lack of harmony in social life. In this regard, in maintaining the values ​​of diversity, the Ministry of Religion provides religious moderation to handle any differences that occur. The Ministry of Religion never tires of promoting Religious Moderation, because with this, peace, tranquility and an attitude of tolerance between communities can be realized. Maintaining the value of diversity is not an easy thing, nowadays there are often divisions between communities, discrimination between communities, groupings between tribes, this is what is trying to be resolved with the existence of Religious Moderation. Maintaining diversity is not only the task of government institutions, but all members of society play a role and are responsible for this. Therefore, by promoting religious moderation, this will be the most effective way to overcome the widespread intolerance. Religious moderation will also make people aware of the importance of the value of togetherness among differences. This will look for the most appropriate way to cultivate existing diversity, making it a wealth that cannot be valued.  

This study aims to analyze the effect of  work engagement, work motivation,  organizational culture and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out online with a questionnaire using a Likert scale of one to five and obtained by a simple random sampling method on 126 respondents with criteria over the age of 18 years and had worked or were working. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: Outer Model with Convergent Reliability, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model calculations with T statistic, R-Square, f-Square, and VIF calculations using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) tools version 4.0.9.3. The results showed that: 1) Work involvement has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 2) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 3) Organizational culture  has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 4) Work discipline has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

It is hoped that the growth and development of entrepreneurship can reduce the number of unemployed and increase prosperity. The entrepreneurial spirit of today's students has begun to decline because most students who have the mindset of wanting to work for a company do not want to create jobs. Entrepreneurship is the ability and willingness to develop, manage and running a business, including taking the risks involved in it to achieve profits, therefore an entrepreneurial spirit is very important for students. There are very few MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) nowadays due to people's interest in entrepreneurship and their lack of knowledge or insight into entrepreneurship.As for problems with MSMEs in Indonesia, such as weak business management capabilities, limited quality of human resources (HR), and weak access to financial institutions, especially banking. These businesses usually do not have a bookkeeping system, have difficulty expanding the business scale, and still have limited capital. Therefore, this independent entrepreneurship program can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and improve the quality of SMEs. The independent entrepreneurship program activities launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture are intended to study as well as exploring students' abilities to improve their entrepreneurial spirit and urging students to improve their entrepreneurial skills and make a positive impact on society.

Currently tourism in Indonesia is growing very rapidly. The role of stakeholders is very necessary in planning a tourist destination because it can help to develop tourism potential in a village. This research focuses on discussing community based tourism development collaboration at Pacu jalur events in Kuantan Singingi Regency and what factors inhibit collaboration in community-based tourism development at Pacu jalur events in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how collaborative community based tourism development is at the pacu jalur event in Kuantan Singingi Regency and what are the inhibiting factors for collaboration in community based tourism development at the pacu Jalur event in Kuantan Singingi Regency using the pentahelix model of 5 stakeholders. This study used qualitative research is descriptive methods. This research found that the roles of each stakeholder are: academics focus on tourism planning based on existing theories, the government focuses on policy makers in developing tourism potential, business actors as nails in creating added value and maintaining economic growth in the surrounding area, and the role of the role of the community is to help manage tourism potential and the role of the media is to promote and help inform the wider community about the spur route. The research results found that collaborative governance has run quite optimally. The inhibiting factors in community-based tourism development collaboration were also revealed, namely, a) Lack of pentahelix coordinators in the development of Pacu jalur tourism, b) Lack of support for road infrastructure access in the development of Pacu jalur tourism, c) Low creativity and innovation at Pacu jalur tourism locations. Through this research, it can be used as an evaluation so that it can increase the efforts of the Department of Tourism and Culture in developing tourist attractions leading to national events. 

Cooperation between economic actors such as financial institutions is an embodiment of the concept of the rule of law in economic development. Financial institutions such as banks provide credit to the public but there are also credit risks. So Bank Indonesia issued Guidelines for Preparing Credit Policies (PPKPB) for Commercial Banks, on March 31 1995, through Bank Indonesia Directors' Decree No.27/162/KEP/DIR which contains credit agreements in standard form. The existence of standard clauses in bank credit agreements containing the debtor's obligations, which aim to protect the creditor's interests, is unfair to the debtor. For this reason, it is necessary to study the weaknesses in the regulation of default on agreements with guarantees of mortgage rights. This research is based on John Rawls's Theory of Justice and Lawrence M. Friedman's Legal System Theory. The research specifications are analytical descriptive, with a sociological juridical research type. Regulations on default on agreements with guaranteed mortgage rights have weaknesses in the legal structure aspect, namely the lack of synergy between law enforcement officials. Apart from that, there are weaknesses in the legal substance aspect, namely related to the provisions contained in Article 15 UUHT, as well as weaknesses in the legal culture aspect which can be seen from the public's lack of knowledge about credit agreements and the lack of socialization regarding legal regulations related to the basic principles of agreement law.

The demand for Madurese herbal medicine products is increasing significantly in every region, this cannot be separated from Madura herbal medicine producers as providers of halal products. In this study, the object of research was the producer of Madurese herbal medicine in the Kwanyar Madura sub-district area. This research was conducted on producers to find out what factors influence the influence of culture and halal certification on consumer loyalty. This research aims to find out the process of Madurese herbal medicine producers in Kwanyar sub-district to obtain halal certification from the halal product guarantee administration body (BPJPH) using an analytical approach. multiple linear variables through cultural influence, halal certification, consumer loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative using multiple linear analysis tests. The sampling technique is the technique used for sampling in this research with a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling approach. This test consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, t test, f test, and multiple linear analysis.

Batik culture is very strong in Indonesia, this is the reason that batik can be found throughout the archipelago, with unique characteristics that distinguish it in each region. However, people are often confused and find it difficult to recognize one type of batik from another. One of the famous types of batik motif is Batik Parang. This research aims to establish a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model to classify Batik Parang and help people distinguish it from other batik motifs. Deep learning, particularly CNN, was chosen because it has a high accuracy rate in image classification. A quantitative Experimental design is used, using a dataset of 100 batik images evenly divided into two classes, namely Batik Parang and not Batik Parang. The dataset is divided into two categories, namely training data and testing data, with a data ratio of 80:20. Thus, by using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), the classification between Batik Parang and not Batik Parang produces an accuracy of 95%, with the use of epoch = 118 and batch_size = 100.

Tokusatsu is one of the popular Japanese culture in the world, including in Indonesia. This research is a Tokusatsu style analysis research on an Islamic themed comic entitled Ultimate Glad. This study was conducted to find out why the Ultimate Glad comic chose the Tokusatsu style to be combined with the Islamic theme, and to find out whether there are advantages and disadvantages of the Tokusatsu style combined in the Islamic comic entitled Ultimate Glad. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data sources obtained from interviews with the publishers of Ultimate Glad comics, documentation, and testimonials from readers of Ultimate Glad comics. From this research, it can be benefited that the Tokusatsu style from Japan can be combined well with other themes, including Islamic themes, even with methods that are not easy.  

Disiplin Kerja karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berkaitan erat dengan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja karyawan dihipotesiskan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Industri Logam di Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Tegal dari 100 data industry terdapat total populasi 170 karyawan, sesuai rumus Slovin di setiap perusahaan di ambil 2 sampai dengan 3 karyawan, dan diperoleh sampel 116 orang, sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software Amos 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja Karyawan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan berdampak positif pula pada Kinerja Karyawan.  Penelitian ini  untuk memberikan dukungan bagi pemilik maupun stakeholders dalam Pengambilan Keputusan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, di dasarkan Budaya Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja sangat tepat  sehingga memberi pengaruh positif pada Kinerja Karyawan.   Employee work discipline is very important to improve employee performance. Employee work discipline is hypothesized to have a positive effect on employee performance in the Metal Industry in Tegal. This research was conducted in two places, namely in Tegal City and Tegal Regency. From 100 industry data there was a total population of 170 employees. According to the Slovin formula, 2 to 3 employees were taken in each company, and a sample of 116 people was obtained as a sample. The research was conducted using Amos 22 Software. The results of the research show that Employee Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on Employee Work Discipline and also have a positive impact on Employee Performance. This research is to provide support for owners and stakeholders in making decisions that work discipline, based on work culture and work motivation, is very appropriate so that it has a positive influence on employee performance.

The Sasamben Budak Bujang (Benjang) culture is a traditional arts tradition that combines art and martial arts, which developed in the people of the Ujungberung area of ​​Bandung City. This culture involves the use of plants in the implementation process. Information regarding the plants used in these traditional processes has not been widely reported. The aim of this research is to find out the types of plants used in the benjang tradition. Benjang art in the customs or culture of the Ujungberung people, East Bandung City, West Java Province, has a special position when compared with other arts. Benjang Gulat is the initial form of benjang art, over time the benjang art developed into three types, namely benjang helaran, benjang wrestling or gelut and benjang mask. Benjang Ujungberung has been known to many among the Ujungberung community since the end of the 19th century or the beginning of the 20th century, as a game played on an amben or bale which is called sasamben by some bujang, which means boys. In the special benjang event, various kinds of plants are used, such as bananas, coconut dawegan, seven kinds of flowers, brown sugar, granulated sugar, bitter coffee and cigarettes.

Peninggalan sejarah berupa bangunan benda cagar budaya sangatlah bermanfaat sebagai pembangkit motivasi, kreativitas dan mengilhami generasi muda untuk memahami sejarah dan identitas Kota Gorontalo.(1) Keberagaman bangunan cagar budaya kota Gorontalo menjadi daya tarik utama wisatawan, namun sayangnya masih banyak yang belum mengetahui  bangunan cagar budaya yang ada. Maka dirancanglah sebuah buku dengan tujuan mampu memperkenalkan  keragaman warisan budaya kota Gorontalo dari perspektif sejarah dan budaya. Manfaat  dari Penelitian  yaitu Mendorong masyarakat  Gorontalo untuk mengetahui keberadaan dan jenis benda cagar budaya sebagai peninggalan bersejarah di Gorontalo yang memiliki nilai-nilai historis .Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitaitf   dan design thingking . Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah  terciptanya Buku Visual cagar budaya dengan media utama berupa buku   referensi/monograf yang berisi ilustrasi bangunan cagar budaya dan kondisi lingkungan yang mempengaruhinya.  Dan Media pendukung  berupa pembatas buku, notes, dan katalog
